Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kiyai, hubungan teman sejawat terhadap budaya pesantren terhadap pembentukan karakter. Penelitian dilakukan di Pondok Pesantren Modern Taman Pendidikan Ulama Zuama (TAPUZ) yang beralamat di Desa Marunggi Kota Pariaman Sumtera Barat. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh santri yang ada di Pondok Pesantren TAPUZ yang berjumlah 285 orang, Adapun jumlah sampelnya adalah sebanyak 115 orang menggunakan Teknik stratified proportional random sampling. Hasil pengolahan data yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara langsung maupun tidak langsung dari variable kepemimpinan kiyai, hubungan teman sejawat, budaya pesantren terhadap pembentukan karakter santri.

Abstract

Study carried out at the Nan Sabaris District Public Elementary School Padang Pariaman Regency. Study aim For know the influence of instructional supervision to teacher performance and towards performance studentwƐƐƐa. As one of the component main in management education, supervision instructional works For increase teacher competence which in turn also has an impact to performance student. Approach study This is approach quantitative with path analysis data analysis techniques. Research result show that there is influence significant Good in a way direct or not direct instructional supervision and competency variables pedagogy to performance student.

Abstract

This research project aims to create teaching materials in the form of textbooks specifically designed for English courses, focusing on "English for Daily Activities" within the PAI study program at STAIN Mandailing Natal. The research methodology employed in this study is research and development, utilizing the ADDIE model (Analysis-Design-Develop-Implement-Evaluate). Data collection involves three main instruments: 1) needs analysis tools, 2) validity assessment tools, and 3) practicality evaluation tools, with the practical stage serving as the project's concluding phase. The outcomes of the research and development process yielded a positive impact on both lecturers and students during the learning process. The validation results indicate high levels of validity, with a total validation percentage of 83.85%, falling within the "very valid" category. Limited trials or practicality testing of the textbooks were conducted by gathering feedback from lecturers and students. The results show strong practicality, with its total percentage of 86.09%, classifying the developed textbook as "very practical" to use by lecturers and students within the Islamic Education Study Program at STAIN Mandailing Natal. Abstract

This research aims to investigate the effect of applying the constructivist learning model on the quality of learning. This research was conducted at the Panyabungan Mandailing Natal District Elementary School. The research method used is quantitative, with a causative approach. The population of this study was all 84 teachers spread across 6 public elementary schools in Panyabungan sub-district. The research sample consisted of 35 people, obtained through a stratified proportional random sampling technique. Research data was collected through questionnaires which have been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis technique used is the level of response attainment (TCR) to describe the data, while the analysis requirements tests carried out are the normality test and linearity test. Next, testing the hypothesis is carried out using simple correlation and regression. The research results revealed that the constructivist learning model had a significant effect on the quality of learning by 32.2%. The implications of these findings can be used as a basis for improving the quality of learning in similar schools and making a positive contribution to the development of learning models that suit the contextual needs of education in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Jarimatika method in elementary mathematics learning from the perspective of school policy and management. Jarimatika, as a finger-based learning innovation, is believed to enhance students’ basic arithmetic skills and create an engaging and contextual learning atmosphere. However, its successful implementation depends not only on teachers’ competence but also on supportive school policies and effective management strategies applied by school leaders and educators. This research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method conducted in several elementary schools that have implemented Jarimatika. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and analysis of school policy documents. The findings indicate that the effectiveness of Jarimatika implementation is significantly influenced by internal policies that support learning innovation, continuous teacher training, and the leadership role of principals in fostering an open and change-oriented school climate. Furthermore, adaptive and participatory school management has been proven to facilitate the integration of Jarimatika into the curriculum and daily learning activities. These findings emphasize the importance of synergy between school policy and managerial practice in improving the quality of mathematics learning in elementary education.

Abstract

The realm of Islamic educational management is not immune to conflicts, which can arise from various sources such as differing ideologies, cultural disparities, or administrative challenges. This study delves into the multifaceted dimensions of conflicts faced by Islamic educational management students. By employing a humanistic approach, this research seeks to unravel the intricate layers of conflicts within the context of Islamic education and offers innovative solutions to mitigate their adverse effects. Drawing from theories rooted in humanism, the study explores the psychological and sociocultural aspects of conflict resolution, emphasizing empathy, understanding, and effective communication. Through in-depth qualitative analysis and case studies, the research provides valuable insights into the root causes of conflicts, enabling Islamic educational management students to cultivate a harmonious learning environment. This study not only contributes to the academic discourse but also equips future leaders in Islamic education with practical strategies to navigate conflicts, fostering a conducive atmosphere for holistic learning and personal growth.

Abstract

The learning transformation at this recent days and it’s move from 4.0 to 5.0 area make every education institution should always upgrade with various developments in science and technology, if it’s not able to adjust to the pace of the movement, educational institutions are prepared to be unable to achieve their goal in a certain phase later. Beside that the learning methods should always be upgraded too. Mindmapping method is a method that can create creativity and mindset of students and they will be able to build their understanding of certain concepts. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. Data in this research was collected by observation, interview, and documentation study. Data were analyzed through three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Informant research are the first Islamic Educational Management Study Program students at STAIN Mandailing Natal with the three subject matter, they are organizational management at the first semester, schools management at the second semester. The findings of this research are: 1) The process of applying the mindmapping method, 2) Problem and solutions encountered in applying the mindmapping method
