This research aims to determine the influence of leadership styles and compensation for employees ' performance in UD Sinar Gemilang. This research data is derived from the method of presenting data from the response of respondents (questionnaires), as well as the results of other research that is relevant with the objects studied, in this case the primary data of UD Sinar Gemilang. The sample in the study was 35 respondents. The sample withdrawal method uses a saturated sampling where sampling is used throughout the population. The analyses used in this study were multiple linear regression analyses using SPSS 16 programs. The results of this research show that the style of leadership has no effect and is not significant to the employee's performance, compensation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. While the simultaneous leadership and compensation styles have a positive and significant effect on the performance of UD Sinar Gemilang Nganjuk employees.

Abstract: Zoya is a hijab fashion brand that is quite well known for offering its products to Muslim women in Indonesia. Azzam Collection is one of the shops that sells Zoya hijab fashion in the East Jakarta Administrative City, however, based on Top Brand Index data for the Hijab Category as well as target & sales realization data for Zoya hijab products, there has been fluctuating growth. Brand Ambassador, Content Marketing, and Word of Mouth are thought to be factors that influence purchasing decisions. This research aims to determine the influence of Brand Ambassador, Content Marketing, and Word of Mouth on purchasing decisions for Zoya brand hijab products among Azzam Collection customers in East Jakarta City. The type of research used was explanatory research with a total of 97 respondents. Data processing in this research uses the SPSS Statistics Ver 27 for Macbook tool. The results of this research show that Brand Ambassador, Content Marketing, and Word of Mouth have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for Zoya brand hijab products among Azzam Collection customers in East Jakarta City. The suggestions in this research are that Zoya needs to prepare a PIC (Person in Charge) for Brand Ambassadors, use Google trends/analytics, and maintain and improve the quality and number of product variants.Keywords: purchase decision; brand ambassador; content marketing;word of mouthAbstraksi: Zoya merupakan salah satu merek fashion hijab yang cukup terkenal dalam menawarkan produknya bagi para muslimah di Indonesia. Azzam Collection merupakan salah satu toko yang menjual fashion hijab Zoya di Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur, namun berdasarkan data Top Brand Index Kategori Hijab serta data target & realisasi penjualan produk hijab Zoya mengalami pertumbuhan yang fluktuatif. Brand Ambassador, Content Marketing, dan Word of Mouth diduga sebagai faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Brand Ambassador, Content Marketing, dan Word of Mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian produk hijab merek Zoya pada pelanggan Azzam Collection di Kota Jakarta Timur. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan yaitu explanatory research dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 97 orang. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat bantu SPSS Statistics Ver 27 for Macbook. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Brand Ambassador, Content Marketing, dan Word of Mouth berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian produk hijab merek Zoya pada pelanggan Azzam Collection di Kota Jakarta Timur. Saran dalam penelitian ini adalah Zoya perlu menyiapkan PIC (Person In Charge) bagi Brand Ambassador, penggunaan google trend/analytic, serta menjaga dan meningkatan kualitas serta jumlah dari varians produknya.Kata Kunci: keputusan pembelian; brand ambassador; content marketing; word of mouth

Kegiatan menganyam dapat melatih koordinasi mata dan tangan, meningkatkan minat anak, menjadikan anak terampil, imajinasi serta konsentrasi dalam menyusun bentuk anyaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peningkatan kemampuan motorik halus anak melalui menganyam dengan bahan kain flannel di Taman Kanak Kanak Kemala Bhayangkari 17 Sawahlunto. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah anak Taman Kanak Kanak Kemala Bhayangkari 17 Sawahlunto. Penelitian dilakukan di kelas B1 dengan jumlah murid 15 orang. Hasil didapatkan bahwa pembelajaran pada siklus II sudah berjalan dengan baik dan berhasil. Kemampuan motorik halus anak melalui kegiatan menganyam meningkat yaitu terlihat dari kemampuan anak menggunakan tangan kanan dan tangan kiri dengan tepat saat menggambar pola anyaman sesuai dengan gagasan yang telah ada berawal dari 7% meningkat menjadi 80%. Kemampuan anak mengkoordinasikan mata dan tangan saat menggambar mata dan tangan saat menggambar pola anyaman sesuai dengan gagasan yang telah ada berawal dari 7% meningkat menjadi 73%. Kemampuan anak meniru pola anyaman dari 13% meningkat menjadi 60%. Kemampuan anak mengulangi urutan dalam menganyam berawal dari 7% meningkat menjadi 47%. Kemampuan anak menggunting kain flanel sesuai pola anyaman dari 13% meningkat menjadi 67%. Kemampuan anak menggunting perlengkapan yang dibutuhkan saat menganyam bermula 13% meningkat menjadi 67%. Kemampuan anak menempelkan gambar sesuai pola anyaman bermula bernilai 13% meningkat menjadi 47%. Kemampuan menempel perlengkapan yang dibutuhkan pada saat menganyam bernilai awal sebesar 20% meningkat menjadi 53%. Kemampuan anak melakukan kegiatan menggambar dari contoh hasil keterampilan menganyam bermula bernilai 7% meningkat menjadi 53%. Kemampuan anak berperilaku sabar dan dapat menyelesaikan tugas yang diberikan bermula bernilai 13% meningkat menjadi 53%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terlihat peningkatan motorik halus anak melalui kegiatan menganyam, dengan persentase dari siklus I dan siklus II selalu mengalami peningkatan dan perubahan yang sangat baik.

Education is an institutional mechanism that can accelerate the development of national character. The factors that influence the decline of the Indonesian nation are mental decay and the collapse of morals, both in the older generation and also in the younger generation, both in the ranks of government and among the wider community. These things resulted in the Indonesian nation experiencing setbacks in various positions in the world. To overcome these problems, the Indonesian nation must foster and build life by instilling positive values so that the Indonesian nation has a positive character and is able to compete with other countries in the era of globalization. The character of education that has great opportunities to carry out the process of fostering and developing humanity is education that is based on noble morals, namely Islamic education that combines 'aqidah, shari'ah, and morals in a learning structure that has an Islamic moral character. In overcoming the problems of national life, it is necessary to realize character education in educational development, both formal, non-formal and informal education, starting in the family environment, at the early childhood, childhood and adult levels. Inner improvement is the basis for external improvement, and external improvement will not be permanent unless it is carried out centrally and has an influence on inner improvement. One of the virtues of Al-Islam for humanity is the existence of a complete and consistent method in developing mental development, giving birth to generations, developing people and culture, and enforcing the principles of glory and civilization. Children's educators must continue to look for more effective methods, look for educational principles that are influential in preparing children mentally and morally, scientifically, spiritually and socially, so that children can achieve perfect maturity.

The present study reports the comprehensive study on socioeconomic aspects of health refer to social and economic factors that influence the living conditions of a person, family, or society. Health insurance is a health financing guarantee that needs to be chosen to face health risks and increasingly expensive medical costs. Socioeconomic status is related to the level of ability a person has in purchasing health services. This research aims to determine the influence of socio-economic factors on the demand for health insurance in metropolitan cities. This research uses a literature review research method which is part of qualitative research, which is related to the research subject. The results of this study show that the impact of economic and social factors or socio-economic factors can influence the demand for health insurance in metropolitan cities. The health insurance has a positive impact, there are still challenges related to the low penetration of health insurance among Indonesian people, especially in remote and rural areas. Apart from that, inadequate health insurance protection and a lack of understanding of the benefits of health insurance itself are also things that need attention. The role of the government, financial institutions and the insurance industry in increasing awareness, accessibility and reliability of health insurance products in the future will be key in strengthening the positive social and economic impact of health insurance in Indonesia.

The involvement of technology in the learning process can present its attraction for students in improving skills, one of which is critical thinking skills. This study aims to analyze the need to develop e-modules based on the Canva application to foster the critical thinking skills of elementary school students. The background of this research is based on the importance of critical thinking skills in the digital era, the potential of e-modules as an innovative learning resource, and the ease of use of Canva in creating visual materials. The research method used was a comprehensive literature study of scientific journal articles, books, conference proceedings, and other relevant sources. The results of the study identified the characteristics of effective e-modules to foster critical thinking skills, the potential of Canva application in fulfilling these characteristics (especially in visual aspects and ease of use), as well as challenges in its development and implementation in elementary schools (including the limitations of Canva's interactive features, the need for a mature instructional design, teacher availability and skills, technology access gaps, and effectiveness evaluation). This study concludes that the development of Canva-based e-modules has significant potential as an engaging learning resource. Still, their effectiveness in fostering critical thinking skills depends on proper instructional design and efforts to overcome various implementation challenges. Further empirical research is needed to validate the effectiveness of this approach in educational practice.

ABSTRAK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan serta nilai agama dan moral yang terkandung dalam etnoparenting tradisi Bue-bue Suku Batak Mandailing dan lagu Anakku Sazali Negeri Malaysia. Penelitian mnggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi, yakni membandingkan data-data hasil wawancara dari para ibu yang mendendangkan lagu Bue-bue dan Anakku Sazali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, pelaksanaan etnoparenting atau pengasuhan anak melalui tradisi lagu Bue-bue dan lagu Anakku Sazali masih dilaksanakan dalam menidurkan anak. Pelaksanaan tradisi Bue-bue dan lagu Anakku Sazali diterapkan pada anak yang berusia di bawah tiga tahun. Selain sebagai sarana pengantar tidur anak, tradisi Bue-bue dan lagu Anakku Sazali berfungsi sebagai sarana menyampaikan harapan-harapan orang tua, memupuk kehalusan budi pekerti anak, dan menumbuhkan kasih sayang terhadap orang tua sehingga mampu menciptakan ikatan emosional antara orang tua dengan anak. Nilai agama dan moral yang terkandung dalam etnoparenting tradisi Bue-bue Suku Batak Mandailing dan lagu Anakku Sazali di Malaysia adalah nilai agama berupa nilai keimanan, nilai keridhaan, dan nilai kecintaan kepada Rasulullah saw sedangkan nilai moral berupa nilai kesabaran, nilai kasih sayang, dan nilai optimisme.Kata Kunci: Nilai Agama dan Moral, Etnoparenting, Tradisi Bue-bue, Lagu Anakku SazaliABSTRACT. This research aimed at finding out the implementation, religious and moral values contained in ethnoparenting of Bue-bue tradition of Batak Mandailing Tribe in Mompang Jae Village, North Panyabungan District, Mandailing Natal Regency and Anakku Sazali song in Malaysia. Qualitative approach was used in this research with a phenomenological type. Observation, interview, and documentation were the techniques of collecting data. The analysis techniques were data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions or verification. The research findings showed that the implementation of ethnoparenting or child care based on ethnicity through Bue-bue tradition and Anakku Sazali song was still implemented when putting children to sleep. The implementation of Bue-bue tradition and Anakku Sazali song was applied to children under three years old. Besides, being a means of lulling children to sleep, Bue-bue tradition and Anakku Sazali song functioned as a means of conveying parents’ hopes, fostering refinement of children character, and fostering love for parents so that it could create an emotional bond between parents and children. The religious and moral values contained in ethnoparenting of Bue-bue tradition and Anakku Sazali song showed that the religious values were faith, pleasure, and love for the Messenger of Allah, while the moral values were patience, affection, and optimism.Keyword: Religious and Moral Values, Ethnoparenting, Bue-bue Tradition,

Drug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis (DR-TB) is a hurdle in controlling pulmonary tuberculosis. The mucocutaneous tissues, including the oral mucosa, can be impacted by DR-TB medication, although infrequent. Highlighting Oral Lichen Planus (OLP) as a rare oral finding of drug side effects in DR-TB patients. Two male patients in DR-TB Clinic RSUD Tangerang City were referred to the Oral Medicine Clinic for complaints in the oral cavity. Treatment for DR-TB was given to the patient in months 8 and 11. The microscopic examination and sputum culture were negative when consulted. The patient denied any oral cavity complaints before being diagnosed with DR-TB. The intraoral clinical examination showed erosive lesions with a white keratinized plaque on the lips, buccal mucosa, labial mucosa, and tongue consistent with OLP. Pharmacological management involved using corticosteroids for mouthwash and lip ointment with responsive results. Scheduled oral hygiene was also planned to eliminate focus infection in the oral cavity. OLP is a chronic inflammation of the oral mucosa mediated by immunological mechanisms and triggered by various agents. Drugs are one of the known triggers of OLP lesions. The findings of side effects in the oral mucosa tissue are believed to be a result of the DR-TB regimen of these two patients. Long-term drug use triggers the development of OLP in patients with DR-TB. OLP is an oral mucosa finding of drug side effects that is rarely reported in DR-TB patients.
