Abstract

Apotek merupakan salah satu fasilitas layanan kefarmasian yang bertanggung jawab dalam menyediakan obat-obatan. Salah satu tantangan utama dalam pengelolaan apotek yakni memastikan obat-obatan tidak melewati masa kadaluwarsa. Obat yang melewati masa kadaluwarsa akan mengurangi stabilitas obat yang berpotensi membahayakan kesehatan bahkan dapat menimbulkan efek racun  pada tubuh. Apotek rahman, sebagai penyediaan layanan kefarmasian menghadapi kendala dalam melakukan pemantauan stok obat secara real time akibat belum adanya penyediaan sistem digital yang terintegrasi. Peningkatan penjualan apotek rahman menuntut pengelolaan persediaan yang lebih baik lagi untuk memastikan ketersediaan stok dan mencegah kerugian akibat obat kadaluwarsa. Metode First Expired First Out (FEFO)  menjadi solusi untuk memperioritaskan penggunaan obat yang mendekati masa kadaluwarsa. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem informasi pengendalian obat kadaluwarsa menggunakan metode FEFO di Apotek Rahman. Sistem ini dirancang dengan V-Model sebagai metodologi pengembangan, serta menggunakan teknologi barcode scanning untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berhasil menjalankan semua fungsionalitas dengan persentase keberhasilan pengujian blackbox sebesar 100% dan tingkat penerimaan pengguna (UAT) sebesar 80,53%. Sistem ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan stok obat, mengurangi risiko kerugian akibat obat kadaluwarsa, dan mendukung layanan farmasi yang lebih baik.

Abstract

The process of Quran recitation submission at Al-Uswah Islamic Boarding School in Pekanbaru involves interaction between students and teachers for submitting and evaluating Quran memorization. This research aims to develop a Quran Recitation Submission WebApp based on ReactJS for the frontend and Firebase as the backend. The application was developed using the Rapid Application Development method and tested through Blackbox Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The development results show that all features function well, with positive feedback from users. The main features of the application include hafiz ranking, online recitation submission, and the ability for teachers to provide feedback to students.

Abstract

Ma’had Al Husna Indragiri merupakan pondok pesantren yang didirikan pada tahun 2019, mencakup dua sekolah yaitu SMP IT Al Husna Indragiri dan MA Al Husna Indragiri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat kerangka kerja TOGAF untuk digunakan dalam desain arsitektur sistem informasi enterprise Ma'had Al Husna Indragiri serta mengidentifikasi dan menggambarkan arsitektur bisnisnya, mencakup Tata Usaha, Sarana Prasarana, Keuangan, Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar, Kesantrian, dan Pimpinan Ma'had. Melalui pemetaan proses dan diagram konsep solusi, penelitian ini memberikan gambaran menyeluruh mengenai interaksi antara berbagai komponen dalam Ma'had. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan TOGAF, yang terdiri dari beberapa tahap: tahap awal, tahap A: Visi Arsitektur, tahap B: Arsitektur Bisnis, tahap C: Arsitektur Sistem Informasi, dan tahap D: Arsitektur Teknologi. Pimpinan Ma'had memainkan peran penting dalam pengawasan dan pengambilan keputusan strategis, Tata Usaha bertanggung jawab atas administrasi dan operasional harian, Sarana Prasarana memastikan ketersediaan dan kelayakan fasilitas fisik, Keuangan mengelola aspek finansial termasuk pemasukan, pengeluaran, penggajian dan pelaporan, KBM mengembangkan kurikulum, menyusun jadwal, dan melaksanakan proses belajar mengajar, serta Kesantrian menangani pendaftaran dan pengelolaan siswa. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi beberapa masalah utama yang dihadapi Ma’had Al Husna Indragiri, seperti proses manual yang tidak efisien, kurangnya integrasi data, dan pengelolaan data yang tidak terstruktur. Berdasarkan analisis tersebut, disarankan untuk mengimplementasikan sistem informasi terintegrasi dan pengembangan basis data terpusat guna meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kualitas layanan pendidikan. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan berupa blueprint arsitektur Ma'had Al Husna Indragiri yang diharapkan dapat berguna menjadi pedoman dalam melakukan pengembangan sistem informasi manajemen Ma'had Al Husna Indragiri

Abstract

The accelerated global push for digitalized public services places immense pressure on government agencies to ensure the effectiveness and user acceptance of new information systems. This study critically investigates user satisfaction with the E-Kinerja application, a pivotal e-performance management system implemented at the Regional Personnel and Human Resource Development Agency (BKPSDM) of Indragiri Hilir Regency. Utilizing the well-established End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model, encompassing content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness dimensions, this research employs a quantitative approach. Data were collected via questionnaires from 36 active users (total population) and analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) in SmartPLS. The findings reveal a nuanced and unexpected pattern of influence: only the Content (T-Statistic = 2.002, p<0.05) and Timeliness (T-Statistic = 2.433, p<0.05) dimensions significantly and positively impact user satisfaction. Crucially, Accuracy, Format, and Ease of Use did not exhibit a statistically significant influence. The model explained a substantial 76.7% of user satisfaction variance. This counter-intuitive outcome challenges generalized EUCS applicability in mandatory government contexts, suggesting that user priorities in public sector performance systems may uniquely emphasize core utility and promptness over aesthetic or perceived ease. These findings offer critical insights for public administrators prioritizing IT investments and contribute to refining the theoretical understanding of EUCS dynamics in specific organizational environments. Recommendations include prioritizing content quality and timely information delivery, while re-evaluating the perceived importance of other dimensions in similar government settings.

Abstract

The use of digital wallets such as DANA in Indonesia continues to increase along with the need for fast and practical non-cash transactions. User reviews on the Google Play Store are an important source of information to assess satisfaction and service problems. This study aims to classify user sentiment towards the DANA application using the Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithms. A total of 1,000 reviews were collected and processed through text cleaning, tokenization, stopword removal, and stemming. Sentiments were classified into positive, neutral, and negative using the lexicon method and expert validation. The results showed that NBC was superior to KNN, with the highest accuracy of 71.83%, while KNN only reached 56.44%. NBC was also more effective in detecting negative sentiment, although both were less than optimal for neutral sentiment. Word cloud visualization displays the dominant words in each sentiment category. The conclusion of this study states that Naïve Bayes is more effective in analyzing sentiment reviews of digital wallet applications such as DANA.

Abstract

Every year, in the process of selecting a new major at ABC High School, a major selection is carried out. This process requires students to identify their interests, talents, and abilities in order to make informed choices. However, this process often takes quite a long time because student data must be processed one by one using various different criteria. Apart from that, the selection of majors is currently based on the highest and lowest scores, with the highest score for the Science major and the lowest score for the Social Sciences major which is considered less efficient. To overcome this problem, the development of a Decision Support System (DSS) is proposed. able to provide recommendations for selecting majors more objectively. This research aims to develop SPK using the profile matching method, which will provide major recommendations based on certain criteria at SMA ABC. The criteria used include PPDB scores, science subject scores, social studies subject scores, mathematics scores, Indonesian language scores, psychological test results, student interests and parental preferences. Based on sample trials, this system recommends 6 students to enter the science department and 4 students to enter the social studies department. This system is expected to help students obtain education that suits their abilities and interests, as well as increase the efficiency of the majors process at SMA ABC.

Abstract

The rapid development of e-commerce has encouraged people, especially young people, to switch from offline shopping to online platforms such as Shopee that offer fashion products, including shoes, at affordable prices and a wide selection. This phenomenon creates great opportunities for sellers, but also poses challenges related to analyzing product quality contained in customer reviews. The large number of scattered and unstructured reviews makes it difficult for potential buyers to accurately assess products. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the sentiment of 10,323 shoe product reviews on Shopee using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm and the Lexicon-Based method. SVM was chosen because of its advantage in achieving high accuracy in text classification, with accuracy results reaching 92.62%. The Lexicon-Based method is used to detect specific sentiment words, which provides deeper insight into consumer opinions on shoe products. The analysis results show that shoe product reviews are dominated by positive sentiments, reflecting a high level of customer satisfaction. The findings not only provide guidance for sellers in designing more effective marketing strategies, but also help potential buyers in making better decisions based on objective sentiment analysis. In addition, this study contributes to the literature related to sentiment analysis with SVM in the e-commerce domain, especially for fashion shoes. Thus, the combined use of SVM and Lexicon-Based methods shows great potential in providing valuable insights into consumer preferences as well as increasing customer confidence in choosing shoe products in the e-commerce.

Abstract

SIKS-NG is an application implemented by social services to provide targeted information on data on underprivileged communities. However, in its implementation, the feasibility value of this application is not yet known, so there are several problems that affect the performance of user services such as network problems, server problems and several features that are not optimal. This research aims to measure performance in the SIKS-NG application using the IT balanced corecard method, which is a method for assessing the performance of an information technology system by considering information technology units from 4 variables, namely company contribution, user orientation, operational excellence (operational excellence), and future orientation (future orientation). Data was taken through a questionnaire from 31 respondents involving the main admin coordinator, agency admin and SIKS-NG users. The total results of measurements using the IT Balanced Corecard approach on SIKS-NG performance are in the "GOOD" category, reaching 70.1% of the influence that occurs comes from the dependent variable, while the remaining 20.9% is influenced by other dependent variables.

Abstract

Blibli.com is one of the most popular web-based e-commerce in Indonesia that continues to provide the best service to create customer satisfaction and lead them to make repeat purchases. The relationship between e-service quality to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty on the Blibli.com website needs to be measured to determine its effect, so this is the background of this research. This research uses quantitative methods with nonprobability sampling techniques and purposive sampling for sample collection. Data were collected through questionnaires from 100 respondents who use Blibli.com in the UIN SUSKA RIAU environment. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and SMARTPLS 4 software. The results showed that customer satisfaction has a significant influence on customer loyalty with a path coefficient value of 0.414, a P-value of 0.003, and a T value of 2.952 (> 1.96). In addition, e-service quality also has a significant influence on customer loyalty with a path coefficient value of 0.462, a P-value of 0.001, and a T value of 3.362 (> 1.96).

Abstract

Quizizz exists as technology develops. However, in using Quizizz there are still many users who experience and give negative responses to their experience in using it. The reason the UEQ method is used in this research is because the UEQ method provides speed in processing and provides special tools that have been provided on the official UEQ website. In this study using the UEQ method, the resulting evaluation value of several variables is positive and neutral, including 5 variables with positive results. Among them are the variables of Attractiveness (mean 1.133), Clarity (mean 1.018), Efficiency (mean 1.198), Appropriateness (mean 1.130), and Stimulation (mean 1.170). While the remaining 1 variable received a Neutral evaluation, namely Novelty (mean 0.595). From some of the mean evaluation results obtained, the authors conclude that the Quizizz application received a positive evaluation by users in their experience while using the Quizizz application. Recommendations obtained in this research in the form of the appearance of the Quizizz application must be more user friendly and also in terms of information must be constantly updated using short, concise, and clear language so that it can be easily understood by students in educational institutions in SMA 6 Negeri Padangsidimpuan.
