Abstract

Pengambilan keputusan multi-criteria (MCDM) menunjukkan tujuan dari pengambilan keputusan beberapa kriteria yang saling bertentangan. Pengambilan keputusan multi-criteria merupakan salah satu topik permasalahan yang paling banyak ditangangani oleh para peneliti. Sekitar 120 makalah tentang pengambilan keputusan multi-criteria pada metode ELECTRE, EDAS dan ARAS telah diidentifikasi melalui serangkaian pertanyaan dan diklasifikasikan berdasarkan tahun 2015 sampai 2020. Penggunaan metode MCDM (ELECTRE, EDAS ARAS) terkait dengan bidang tertentu (Ilmu Keputusan, Ilmu Komputer, Seni dan humaniora) diidentifikasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa metode ELECTRE, EDAS dan ARAS disukai untuk permasalahan ilmu keputusan dengan persentase 20%, 35%, 24% dan energi dengan persentase 12%, 14%, 16%. Selanjutnya, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode ELECTRE merupakan metode yang paling trend dikalangan peneliti dengan mengacu pada banyaknya kasus penerapan multi-criteria.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the dimensions and service attributes that need to be improved, as well as improvements related to the quality of services provided by the e-campus system to students at UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar. It also aims to identify the quality of services provided by the e-campus system to students. in order to provide advice or consideration to improve the quality of the e-campus system to the campus or developer, which in turn will produce a solution to improve the quality of the e-campus system for user satisfaction. The procedures used include 5 stages are planning, gathering information processing information analysis and the latest reporting review. The research results created calculations using e-servqual procedures of 0.92 ≤ 1, showing that the quality of the services provided could be said to be unable to fulfill students' expectations. If the level of performance is met, it will bring about a very large increase in user satisfaction. But if not fulfilled, it will reduce the level of satisfaction. Whereas the canoe model gets eight attributes included in the must-be category, eight one-dimensional attributes and six attractive attributes. The ranking level obtained is a source of attributes that are prioritized to be improved. Every attribute that has a very large negative value will also be less effective in achieving user satisfaction

Abstract

Academic and Administrative Information System (SIAKAdm) is an online-based information system service for students of Hangtuah University Pekanbaru. With the development of information systems in the academic field, we must also test information systems, there are several problems that users feel that the quality of service of the Academic Information System (SIAKAdm) has not run effectively and efficiently, such as, there are often delays when filling in KRS, color contrast in the system is too disturbing to the user's eyes, there is no edit menu on the student profile, and finally there is no complaint lyanan menu or C3 servicedesk menu. This research was conducted using the ServQual method and the Kano method. The ServQual Method can be said to be a method used to measure the quality of service attributes of a dimension, while the Kano Method can be interpreted as a model built to understand how well their product or service meets the needs of users. This data collection process is by conducting interviews and distributing questionnaires of 98 respondents using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The data was obtained using IBM SPSS 26 and calculated the GAP value using Microsoft Excel. The results of this study The highest gap value was in the Assurance variable, with a GAP value of -4.54. While the lowest gap value is in the Responsivennes variable of -2.51.

Abstract

SLIMS at the XYZ University library has been built since 2014 and began to be implemented in 2018 and has been running until now. During implementation there were several problems, including incomplete book collections, this caused students to prefer choosing books manually. Apart from that, sometimes there are still some problems that occur when processing the data used. Many users still don't understand how to use SLIMS. This research aims to measure the level of user satisfaction and provide suggestions for improving the SLIMS system. The method used in this research is E-Servqual which has 5 variables in this method and the Importance Performance Analysis method is used to compare user assessments of the level of importance of service quality. The data obtained from this research was distributing questionnaires to a sample of 100 respondents. Data processing was carried out using the SMART-PLS 4 tool. The analysis results obtained for the level of user satisfaction were 3 variables that were significant and influenced user satisfaction, namely the Empathy, Responsiveness and Tangible variables. Meanwhile, the other 2 variables, namely Assurance and Reliability, do not have a significant relationship with user satisfaction. This shows that students are still quite satisfied and a science analysis was carried out on 4 quadrants to evaluate service factor based on the level of user satisfaction

Abstract

Meraki Tour and Travel merupakan biro yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa pelayanan dan menyediakan keperluan perjalanan wisata, baik perjalanan dalam negeri maupun perjalanan di luar negeri yang berada di Bandar Lampung. Namun, pada prosesnya CV. Meraki Tour and Travel masih terdapat masalah pada mempromosikan penjualan, pemesanan tiket dan penginapan, serta laparoan booking travel bersifat secara manual, sehingga CV. Meraki Tour and Travel memiliki beberapa kesulitan dalam memperkenalkan dan mempromosikan paket wisatanya kepada masyarakat. Dalam pengembangan aplikasi, penulis menggunakan metode Agile software development yang terdiri dari tahap planning, implementasi, testing, dokumentasi, deployment dan maintenance. Implementasi aplikasi menggunakan framework react native, bahasa pemrograman PHP, dan sistem manajemen menggunakan Database MySQL. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membangun sebuah sistem informasi berbasis android yang dapat secara efektif menyebarkan informasi perjalanan dan wisata kepada masyarakat secara luas. Hasil peneltian menunjukkan dengan adanya sistem informasi yang telah dibangun dan dikembangkan nantinya dapat membantu masyarakat dalam memperoleh informasi mengenai paket perjalanan wisata secara efektif dan efisien melalui smartphone android, dan dapat memperluas target pemasaran paket wisata pada CV. Meraki Tour and Travel.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of digital literacy and entrepreneurial literacy on student entrepreneurial interest. The population of this study were students of private universities in Pekanbaru with a sample of 176 respondents selected through accidental sampling. The data collection method was carried out through distributing questionnaires via Google Form. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with SPSS. The results showed that digital literacy did not have a significant effect on student entrepreneurial interest, so the first hypothesis (H1) was rejected. Although there are indications that increasing digital literacy can increase entrepreneurial interest, the results of statistical analysis show that this influence is not strong enough to be considered significant in the context of this study. On the other hand, entrepreneurial literacy has a positive and significant influence on students' entrepreneurial interest. This means that an increase in entrepreneurial literacy can be expected to significantly increase entrepreneurial interest. Therefore, the second hypothesis (H2) is accepted. The conclusion of this study is that in the context of the population and sample studied, only entrepreneurial literacy significantly affects students' entrepreneurial interest while digital literacy does not have a strong enough or significant effect.

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance the quality of human resources (HR) among Riau batik artisans through comprehensive batik training. Riau batik, as a cultural heritage with high aesthetic and historical value, faces challenges in maintaining its sustainability and competitiveness amidst evolving market demands and trends. The primary challenge is the lack of skills and knowledge among artisans in batik techniques, design innovation, and the use of eco-friendly materials. The training, led by a batik expert, provides artisans with new skills in design, coloring, and batik techniques, along with effective marketing strategies to boost Riau batik's appeal in both national and international markets. The results of the program show significant improvements in the quality of batik products, as well as innovations in motifs and designs that better align with market preferences. Consequently, this training is expected to contribute to the preservation and development of Riau batik and improve the livelihoods of local batik artisans.

Abstract

Website Diskominfo Kabupaten Bengkalis merupakan situs yang menyajikan informasi terkait kegiatan pemerintahan dan pengabdian masyarakat Kabupaten Bengkalis sesuai dengan tugas pokok dan fungsi Diskominfo. Untuk mengetahui kualitas suatu website, perlu dilakukan evaluasi tingkat kegunaan website tersebut dengan menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) dan Post Study System Usability Questionnaire (PSSUQ). Perhitungan dilakukan dengan menganalisis kuesioner yang telah disebarkan kepada masyarakat Bengkalis, kemudian dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus metode System Usability Scale (SUS) dan Post Study System Usability Questionnaire (PSSUQ). Hasil perhitungan dari kuisioner yang telah disebar nantinya akan dijadikan dasar dalam memberikan saran dan rekomendasi hasil yang sesuai serta kesimpulan perbandingan evaluasi dengan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) dan Post Study System Usability Questionnaire (PSSUQ). di website Diskominfo Kabupaten Bengkalis.

Abstract

Saat ini, IT telah digunakan di banyak bidang, seperti pemerintahan, kesehatan, militer, pendidikan, ekonomi, dan lainnya. Tujuan penggunaan teknologi ini adalah untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan memudahkan pekerjaan. Bisnis di bidang ekonomi atau perdagangan menggunakan informasi teknologi untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan daya saing mereka dibandingkan dengan pesaingnya. Toko BrickGenius, yang fokus pada penjualan mainan Bricks untuk anak-anak, menjadi subjek studi kasus ini. Toko ini menghadapi beberapa masalah karena proses penjualan mereka yang masih konvensional, seperti pencatatan laporan penjualan menggunakan Microoft Exel dan buku, yang mengakibatkan kesalahan pencatatan dan data yang tidak akurat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan aplikasi penjualan berbasis web yang beroperasi melalui internet dengan menerapkan Metode Scrum. Metode Scrum adalah salah satu pendekatan manajemen proyek yang paling populer dan berhasil. Inti dari pendekatan ini adalah Pembagian proyek besar menjadi beberapa siklus pendek yang disebut sprint, yang digunakan untuk merancang, mengembangkan, dan menguji fitur baru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem penjualan berbasis web yang responsif, aman, dan mudah digunakan telah berhasil dikembangkan. Hal ini akan membantu Toko BrickGenius untuk meningkatkan pangsa pasar di pasar online yang kompetitif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM), Promotion Strategy, Product Diversity, and Transaction Security on Purchasing Decisions. The population of this study consists of Generation Z and Millennials residing in Pekanbaru who have used or currently use the Shopee application. A sample of 100 respondents was selected using the accidental sampling method. The data analysis technique employed is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, conducted using the SPSS V21 software. The results of the study indicate that Electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM), Promotion Strategy, and Product Diversity variables have a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions. In contrast, the Transaction Security variable has a positive but insignificant effect on Purchasing Decisions.
