Abstract

Learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemic were carried out online with the aim of taking advantage of technological advances using online learning media. All high schools have implemented online learning, one of which is SMAN 1 Bukit Batu. This aims to ensure that the learning process is carried out remotely without having to meet in person. Online learning has advantages and disadvantages that can affect the achievement of learning objectives, especially in theoretical and practical PKOK subjects. So it is necessary to assess learning theory and practice of PJOK to determine the effectiveness of both. Research the use of 6 criteria and compare theoretical and practical PJOK learning models to determine the best model. The method used is Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) with a quantitative approach where data collection is carried out through surveys. There were 193 respondents, namely all 12th grade students of SMAN 1 Bukit Batu as the population in this study. The results of calculations using the MAUT method on the effectiveness of using online learning media during the Covid-19 pandemic resulted in the choice of the Theory subject assessment (0) as the lowest assessment, while the Practice subject (0.32) was the highest assessment. This assessment states that online learning can be said to be effective for practical subjects, while theoretical subjects are more effective if done offline

Abstract

Academic and Administrative Information System (SIAKAdm) is an online-based information system service for students of Hangtuah University Pekanbaru. With the development of information systems in the academic field, we must also test information systems, there are several problems that users feel that the quality of service of the Academic Information System (SIAKAdm) has not run effectively and efficiently, such as, there are often delays when filling in KRS, color contrast in the system is too disturbing to the user's eyes, there is no edit menu on the student profile, and finally there is no complaint lyanan menu or C3 servicedesk menu. This research was conducted using the ServQual method and the Kano method. The ServQual Method can be said to be a method used to measure the quality of service attributes of a dimension, while the Kano Method can be interpreted as a model built to understand how well their product or service meets the needs of users. This data collection process is by conducting interviews and distributing questionnaires of 98 respondents using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The data was obtained using IBM SPSS 26 and calculated the GAP value using Microsoft Excel. The results of this study The highest gap value was in the Assurance variable, with a GAP value of -4.54. While the lowest gap value is in the Responsivennes variable of -2.51.

Abstract

Institut Az zuhra Pekanbaru merupakan lembaga yang bergerak di bidang pendidikan komputer. Saat ini yang banyak digunakan di perpustakaan adalah DIGILIB yaitu sistem informasi berbasis web khususnya di Institut Az zuhra Pekanbaru. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa masalah pertama mereka merasa tidak cukup puas dengan koleksi buku yang ada dan keakuratan informasi yang DIGILIB. Permasalahan kedua adalah data atau proses yang digunakan terkadang salah atau tidak dapat diandalkan pada saat mahasiswa mengakses pada perkuliahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Usability Testing dan User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui User Experience pada website DIGILIB. Dengan menggunakan metode Usability Testing Website DIGILIB di peroleh bahwa indikator Learnability memiliki penilaian tertinggi dengan nilai 3,38, peringkat kedua yaitu indikator Efficiency dan Errors. Efficiency dengan penilaian sebesar 3,33, Sedangkan Errors dengan penilaian sebesar 3,33, keempat yaitu Memorability dengan nilai sebesar 3,31, terakhir adalah Satisfaction dengan nilai 3,30, dan menggunakan metode UEQ Website DIGILIB Pada skala Attractiveness, Perspiculty, Efficiency, Stimulation, Depentability dan Novelty menunjukkan positif dengan nilai rata-rata di atas 0,683. Pada penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa pengalaman pengguna di situs web DIGILIB terlepas dari layanan yang ada, memberikan nilai positif atau baik.  Kata Kunci – Institut Az zuhra, DIGILIB, Usability Testing, User Experience Questionnaire(UEQ)

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi manajemen risiko informasi dalam sistem pembelian Tandan Buah Segar (TBS) di PT XYZ dengan menerapkan metode ISO 31000. Metode yang ini mencakup identifikasi risiko melalui observasi langsung, wawancara dengan karyawan, dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden yang terlibat dalam proses pembelian sistem TBS ini. Delapan risiko yang teridentifikasi, di mana 4 risiko dikategorikan sebagai tinggi, yaitu  server down, gagal update, petir, dan listrik padam, sementara 4 risiko lainnya tergolong sedang, yaitu kebakaran, human error, data corrupt, dan koneksi jaringan terputus. Dengan dua risiko utama , yaitu server down dan gagal update, yang masing-masing memiliki nilai RPN 25. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan langkah-langkah mitigasi, seperti pemeliharaan rutin terhadap server dan jaringan, pelatihan rutin untuk karyawan, serta pengadaan sumber daya cadangan untuk mengurangi kemungkinan dan dampak dari risiko yang teridentifikasi. Diharapkan, penerapan langkah-langkah mitigasi ini dapat meningkatkan kualitas sistem pembelian TBS, serta memberikan kontribusi signifikan bagi perusahaan dalam mengelola risiko secara efektif. Hasil penelitian ini juga dapat menjadi acuan bagi perusahaan lain yang menghadapi masalah serupa dalam manajemen risiko sistem informasi.

Abstract

Indonesia faces a serious challenge related to stunting, with rates reaching 21% in 2024, although this represents a decrease from 24% in 2021. In response, the government has launched various programs to address this issue, including nutrition education, health check-ups for pregnant women, and supplementary food provisions. Amid these efforts, the proposed free lunch program aims to improve nutritional quality for children and pregnant women. However, this program has sparked controversy over the required budget, estimated at IDR 450 trillion, which could impact the national budget balance and lead to inflation.This study analyzes public sentiment toward the free lunch program using the Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) and Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithms. An analysis of 1,028 tweets revealed that negative sentiment predominates at 44.84%, followed by positive sentiment (32.39%) and neutral sentiment (22.76%). SVM outperformed NBC with an accuracy of 75.39%, compared to NBC's 68.97%. The findings provide important insights into public perceptions of the program and highlight the need for further research to improve sentiment analysis methodologies.

Abstract

Aplikasi Prime Video merupakan salah satu aplikasi layanan streaming konten video, film, acara TV, dokumenter dan film lokal yang menarik melalui berbagai perangkat (baik aplikasi maupun website) dengan kualitas tayangan HD. Untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna terhadap aplikasi ini, maka perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap usability aplikasi prime video untuk mengetahui kepuasan pengguna dan mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang dialami oleh pengguna. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan evaluasi usability untuk mengetahui feedback dari pengguna dengan menggunakan metode PSSUQ. PSSUQ digunakan sebagai instrumen penelitian yang terdiri dari 16 butir pertanyaan yang berfokus pada 4 kategori penilaian dalam konsep usability yaitu System Usefulness (Sysuse), Information Quality (InfoQual), Interface Quality (InterQual), dan Overall. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif yang dilakukan pada pengguna aplikasi Prime Video sebanyak 96 orang responden dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online melalui Google form. Hasil rata-rata pada penelitian ini diperoleh nilai rata-rata secara keseluruhan pada 4 kategori usability pada PSSUQ yaitu sebesar 2.97. Dimana pada kategori InterQual diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 2.97, dimana InterQual aplikasi Prime Video memiliki nilai melebih batas atas dalam skala yang ada, sehingga dalam hal ini kualitas tampilan yang disajikan sudah baik. Pada kategori SysUse diperoleh nilai rata-rata yang paling rendah sebesar 2.96 yang artinya beberapa pengguna masih ada yang merasa kesulitan dalam menggunakan dan mempelajari aplikasi Prime Video dengan baik. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwasannya aplikasi Prime Video yang dilihat dari segi kegunaan sistemnya, pengguna merasa cukup puas terhadap penggunaan dan kebutuhan pengguna pada aplikasi Prime Video.

Abstract

PT.XYZ is a palm oil company currently implementing the Accurate data processing system to manage data at its factory. This system is utilized for weighing incoming palm fruit, processing palm fruit within the factory, and generating various reports. However, during the implementation process, the system has encountered several threats that have had an impact on the company. These threats include connection errors, human errors, and server downtime. To address these issues, a threat risk analysis is necessary to minimize the likelihood of similar problems occurring in the future. In this study, the OCTAVE-S method is employed as it offers solutions for managing other threats. The risk analysis results indicate that there are six security practices that pose a high risk to the company's system security. These practices are IT Security Monitoring and Audit, Authorization and Authentication, Vulnerability Management, Encryption, Security Planning and Architecture, and Incident Management. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the company conducts a review of its security practices to prevent the emergence of new risks that may affect its business processes.

Abstract

The development of information technology is unavoidable. All aspects of human life require information technology. The use of information technology makes work easier to carry out. However, information technology also poses risks that can threaten the activities of an agency. The Pekanbaru College of Technology (STT) has implemented an Academic Information System (SIAKAD) to improve academic administration services, such as managing KRS, KHS, value input, schedules, and payments. Through interviews, it was identified possible risks that could disrupt business processes in the agency. The purpose of this study was to obtain an RPN (Risk Priority Number) value to provide recommendations for risk treatment in the Academic Information System (SIAKAD). The method used is ISO 31000 to measure the level of risk. The research stages include risk identification, risk analysis, calculation of RPN values, risk evaluation, and risk treatment. This research produces a level of risk from the highest to the lowest that can be used as a reference in the evaluation, treatment, and recommendations to overcome these risks.

Abstract

A decision support system is a system that uses computer technology to assist decision making. Every year, Baznas Riau Province conducts a selection process for scholarship acceptance. Scholarships are financial assistance for individuals, both students and students, for educational purposes. In the scholarship selection process, there are several criteria and sub-criteria, including KTP, educational status (not yet a graduate), GPA, parents' income, and housing conditions. The existence of quotas and specific criteria that must be met makes it difficult for Baznas Riau Province to select prospective scholarship recipients. This research implements the MOORA method, which was chosen for its simplicity, effectiveness, stability, and ability to produce accurate judgments in decision-making when compared to other methods. This method is simple and practical to use, and optimizes various objectives based on ratio analysis by giving values or weights to each predetermined criterion. After testing using the MOORA method, results were obtained from 13 students tested, where the highest value was obtained by A12 (Maya Sari) with a value of 0.2454 and the lowest value by A11 (Rizka Syaputri) with a value of 0.1987. The final result of this research produces a decision support system to determine scholarship recipients at Baznas Riau Province, which is expected to help Baznas in the scholarship selection process and increase efficiency in its implementation.
