Abstract

Pembuatan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi merupakan salah satu solusi bagi Sekolah Menengan Kejuruan (SMK) Pundong Kabupaten Bantul DI Yogyakarta dalam menyajikan materi pembelajaran dalam menghadapi era revolusi industri 4.0. Namun, saat ini hanya sedikit yang mengetahui tentang penggunaan media pembelajaran online dalam konteks pembelajaran dalam berbagai bidang. Penelitian ini merupakan hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyrakat yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pelatihan/workshop. Berdasarkan temuan, sebanyak dua puluh lima (25) guru di SMKN 1 Punding memiliki tingkat keberhasilan pemahaman materi di atas 60%. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan berpatokan nilai pretest dan posttest serta melihat dari hasil implementasi dari video yang telah di upload oleh peserta pelatihan sesuai dengan bidang studi yang di ajarkan.

Abstract

Freshwater fish farming must pay attention to the condition of the water content in the pond and the water quality in the pond. Fish will feel comfortable if the efficiency of oxygen levels and pond water content is maintained. Freshwater fish farming needs to optimize crop yields so as not to get losses. The problem that is often encountered is that many fish die in the pond due to lack of water. Irrigation channels leading to fishponds experience blockages. The smoothness of the irrigation channel affects the volume of water in the pond. Blockage of irrigation channels is usually due to garbage trapped in irrigation, causing dirty water to settle and water sequestration to occur in the pond. This tool system aims to improve water quality and increase the efficiency of oxygen levels by using TDS and ultrasonic sensors. The parameter value on the sensor affects the work of the tool actuator. The tool actuator is a water pump that is used as a substitute for irrigation channels and an aerator motor to increase dissolved oxygen in water by moving the propeller on the surface of the pond water. Wireless technology is used for data communication. Because the land of freshwater fish farming ponds is a large area and is far from settlements, wireless communication is suitable for enabling easy and fast access to information and services. In this research, the testing methods used are functional testing and system performance testing. Functional testing is used to prove whether the system that has been implemented can meet the requirements of operational functions as planned. System performance testing is intended to monitor several parameters that can show the ability and reliability of the system in carrying out its operational functions. The result of the overall test is the LoRa communication distance that can communicate up to about 1000 meters, proving that LoRa technology has a strong enough ability in terms of range wireless communication. The PLE (Path Loss Exponent) of the LoRa module with 100 meters in LoS (indoor) conditions is 7.77, while in nLoS conditions in obstructed in-building, it is 10.13. The average error of the ultrasonic sensor type JSN SR-04T is 0.16% and has a difference of ± 1 cm. The TDS sensor with dissolved pool water content has an average value of 142.6 ppm with an error value of 1.05%. The PDAM water content has an average value of 112.1 ppm with a sensor value of 1.38%. The water content of the lime and detergent mixture has the highest observed ppm value, which is an average of 737.33 ppm, with a sensor error of 0.14%. The water pump activates when the pool water is low (when the ultrasonic distance reaches 60 cm), and the aerator activates when the water content is contaminated (when the TDS sensor value exceeds 500 ppm).

Abstract

The battery Pack is an important component used as a source of electrical energy in E-Inobus. Therefore, an effective cooling system is required to ensure optimal conditions. So, to maintain the performance and safety of the battery pack, a system that can control the air in the battery box is needed. The purpose of this final project is to design a tool known as functional and performance testing. This research uses the R&D method that refers to the ADDIE model. The object of this research is the optimization of the cooling system in the battery box. Data collection and testing of this tool are carried out functionally, and the performance of the tool is tested. Testing the performance of the tool. The result of this research is to successfully make a cooling system optimization tool that is made using a reconditioned box and cooling system optimization tool made using a reconditioned box and Wemos Mega 2560 as a microcontroller, with testing and functional testing on DHT22 has an average difference of 0.65°C. Average difference of 0.65 ° C on the DHT22 sensor (1) and 0.32 ° C on the DHT sensor (2), then the performance test of the device. DHT sensor (2) then tests the performance when working optimally at a fan speed of 6000 Rpm with a temperature of 25 ° C, and getting optimal results can reduce the temperature by 5 ° C.

Abstract

Quadruped is a robot that can move stably and flexibly on various types of surfaces. However, when quadruped encounters an uneven surface, it needs a good navigation system to get through it. The analysis of increasing the performance of the quadruped robot is based on the addition of the CMPS12 sensor for navigation. The CMPS12 sensor is used to measure the direction of the robot's orientation. Tests were carried out on four types of obstacles, namely broken road obstacles, sloping road obstacles, rocky road obstacles, and muddy road obstacles. The results of testing the robot on broken road obstacles obtained a maximum slope for the pitch axis of 13◦ forward, −21◦ to the rear and for the roll axis at a slope of 24◦ to the left and −19◦ to the right. On inclined road obstacles, the robot can pass through obstacles with an average travel time of 8.07 seconds with a maximum slope of 25◦ on the pitch axis. Then, on the rocky road obstacle, the robot can pass the obstacle with an average travel time of 8.13 seconds, with a maximum slope of 9◦ on the pitch axis and 8◦ on the roll axis. Then, on a muddy road obstacle, the robot can pass the obstacle with an average travel time of 11.67 seconds, with a maximum slope of 15◦ on the pitch axis and −6◦ on the roll axis.

Abstract

ChatGPT technology opens up great education opportunities, especially in supporting the development of educator competencies needed in the 21st century. However, teacher competency in utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology is still low. As a result, existing learning media are not optimal in presenting engaging and interactive digital teaching materials according to the needs of students in the era of education 4.0. This community service aims to improve the competence of vocational high school teachers in using ChatGPT and AI applications for the development of learning media. This study involved 60 teachers from various fields. The methods used were lectures, discussions, and direct practice with online assistance. Teachers were trained to create interactive teaching materials using ChatGPT and other AI applications. The data analysis technique used qualitative descriptive analysis. The post-test results showed a significant increase in teacher competency in using AI applications, with an average score above 4 out of 5 in key aspects such as material usefulness and skill development. The activity results showed increased teachers' ability to utilize AI technology to create digital-based learning media, such as learning videos and interactive teaching materials. This activity significantly improves the quality of the learning process in vocational high schools. This training is expected to optimize teachers' digital skills to face challenges in the era of education 4.0.

Abstract

Promosi merupakan strategi penting dalam memperkenalkan potensi suatu daerah dan memperkuat identitas lokal. Kalurahan Pacarejo di Kecamatan Semanu, Kabupaten Gunungkidul, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, memiliki potensi alam, usaha mikro, dan seni budaya yang beragam. Namun, promosi terhadap potensi tersebut masih terbatas dan belum terdokumentasi dalam bentuk media digital yang menarik. Untuk mendukung upaya pengenalan potensi Kalurahan, tim pengabdian dari Departemen Teknik Elektro dan Elektronika, Fakultas Vokasi, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa pembuatan video profil promosi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui dua tahap, yaitu tahap persiapan dan tahap pelaksanaan. Proses pelaksanaan meliputi dua tahap utama, yaitu perencanaan dan produksi video. Hasil akhir berupa video profil promosi berdurasi 4 menit 27 detik yang menampilkan potensi wisata alam, usaha mikro, serta seni budaya. Video profil promosi telah diserahkan kepada Kalurahan Pacarejo untuk digunakan sebagai media presentasi promosi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dari perguruan tinggi untuk memperkuat citra Kalurahan Pacarejo sebagai destinasi wisata berbasis potensi lokal yang kreatif dan berdaya saing.

Abstract

Background: Over the years, the role of startups has experienced a significant increase in healthcare delivery, particularly in telemedicine. However, there are still some inherent challenges, including cultural factors, lack of digital literacy, and uneven internet network infrastructure that must be considered during implementation. Previous reports also showed that there was a knowledge gap regarding the factors influencing acceptance of telemedicine. Objective: This study aimed to introduce and investigate an adjusted model based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to assess the influence of user dimensions, technological aspects, and socio-cultural elements on the intention to adopt telemedicine services. Methods: The hypothesized relationships between latent variables were examined through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). In addition, data analysis was carried out using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Results: Self-efficacy (β=-0.272, P=0.013), perceived usefulness (β=0.355, P=0.000), facilitating conditions (β=0.425, P=0.000), and cultural factors (β=0.421, P=0.001) were found to exert a significant influence on the intention to adopt telemedicine services. Meanwhile, trust, the variables of perceived ease of use, and social influence had no significant influences. Conclusion: This study emphasized the significance of comprehending the factors influencing the adoption of telemedicine services. In addition, the results showed that the extended TAM was applicable in assessing acceptance of telemedicine services.   Keywords: acceptance, telemedicine, TAM, SEM, intention to use

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 mengubah cara pembelajaran secara tatap muka menjadi pembelajaran jauh atau e-learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bukti empiris faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan dan penggunaan e-learning oleh guru pada SMK Ma'arif 1 Yogyakarta. Model penelitian ini berdasarkan framework Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of a Technology (UTAUT). Data didapatkan dari 32 responden melalui kuesioner berskala Likert 5 tingkat. Partial Last Squares – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS – SEM) digunakan sebagai teknik analisis data dengan bantuan software SmartPLS versi 3.3.2. Hasil pengujian hipotesis didapatkan bahwa social influence berpengaruh signifikan terhadap behavioral intention untuk menerima dan menggunakan e-learning pada guru. Sementara itu, performance expectation, effort expectancy, facilitating condition, dan perceived cost tidak berpengaruh signifikan.
