Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara: (1) gaya belajar dengan hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas X1 SMA Negeri Kecamatan Mawasangka Kabupaten Buton Tengah, (2) disiplin belajar dengan dengan hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas X1 SMA Negeri Kecamatan Mawasangka Kabupaten Buton Tengah, dan (3) antara gaya belajar dan disiplin belajar secara bersama-sama dengan hasil belajar ekonomi siswa siswa kelas X1 SMA Negeri Kecamatan Mawasangka Kabupaten Buton Tengah. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa: (1) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara gaya belajar dengan hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas X1 SMA Negeri Kecamatan Mawasangka Kabupaten Buton Tengah seperti ditunjukan oleh koefisien korelasi (ry1) =0,598 dan koefisien determinasi 0,357; (2) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara disiplin belajar dengan hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas X1 SMA Negeri Kecamatan Mawasangka Kabupaten Buton Tengah seperti ditunjukan oleh koefisien korelasi (ry1) =0,545 dan koefisien determinasi 0,297; (3) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara gaya belajar dan disiplin belajar secara bersama-sama dengan hasil belajar ekonomi siswa siswa kelas X1 SMA Negeri Kecamatan Mawasangka Kabupaten Buton Tengah, seperti ditunjukan oleh koefisien korelasi (ry12) =0,601 dan koefisien determinasi 0,361. Kata kunci: gaya belajar, disiplin belajar, dan hasil belajar ekonomi

Abstract

Creative thinking ability is one of the essential competencies of the 21st century; however, evidence from Indonesia indicates that this capability remains underdeveloped among university students. Numerous studies have identified passive conventional teaching methods as the main factor hindering the development of student creativity. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model in enhancing students' creative thinking abilities through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The research employed a three-stage methodology: planning, implementation, and reporting. Articles were collected from reputable databases covering the period 2020–2024 and were selected using strict relevance criteria. The SLR results from 19 articles demonstrate that PjBL is effective in improving all aspects of students' creative thinking, although its implementation faces challenges such as limited facilities, insufficient instructor preparedness, and the need for objective creativity assessment. This study recommends optimizing PjBL implementation by strengthening instructor competencies, utilizing digital technology, and developing continuous formative evaluation approaches. These findings are expected to serve as a practical reference for higher education institutions in designing more innovative, adaptive, and relevant learning strategies that meet the needs of student creativity development in the modern era. ABSTRAK Kemampuan berpikir kreatif menjadi salah satu kompetensi esensial abad ke-21, tetapi fakta di Indonesia menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan ini masih rendah di kalangan mahasiswa. Berbagai penelitian menunjukkan metode pembelajaran konvensional yang pasif menjadi penyebab utama kurang berkembangnya kreativitas mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas model Project Based Learning (PjBL) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif mahasiswa melalui kajian Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Peneliti menggunakan tiga tahap: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pelaporan. Artikel dikumpulkan dari database bereputasi dengan rentang 2020–2024 dan diseleksi menggunakan kriteria relevansi yang ketat. Hasil SLR terhadap 19 artikel menunjukkan bahwa PjBL terbukti efektif meningkatkan seluruh aspek berpikir kreatif mahasiswa, meskipun implementasinya menghadapi tantangan berupa keterbatasan fasilitas, kesiapan dosen, dan penilaian kreativitas yang objektif. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan optimalisasi penerapan PjBL melalui penguatan kompetensi dosen, pemanfaatan teknologi digital, dan pengembangan evaluasi formatif yang berkelanjutan. Temuan ini diharapkan menjadi rujukan praktis bagi perguruan tinggi untuk merancang strategi pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif, adaptif, dan relevan dengan kebutuhan pengembangan kreativitas mahasiswa di era modern.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran tentang pengelolaan keuangan yang diterapkan oleh pelaku UMKM untuk menjaga stabilitas usaha,  bentuk rencana pengembangan yang dirancang oleh para pelaku UMKM untuk memperluas atau meningkatkan usaha mereka ke depan serta rekomendasi yang dapat dilakukan kedepannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan survey langsung berupa wawancara langsung dengan pelaku UMKM. Hasil penelitian didapatkan informasi bahwa UMKM memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan ekonomi keluarga, penyerapan tenaga kerja, dan pergerakan ekonomi lokal. Dengan demikian, keberadaan UMKM berperan penting dalam pengentasan pengangguran dan pemerataan ekonomi masyarakat.

Abstract

The individual learning strategy is an approach that places students at the center of the learning process by considering their unique abilities, interests, and needs. However, learning practices in Indonesia remain largely uniform and have not fully embodied the principles of Freedom to Learn, which emphasize independence, flexibility, and recognition of diverse learning styles. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of individual learning strategies in improving students’ learning outcomes, motivation, and independence through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The review was conducted in three main stages planning, implementation, and reporting by examining 20 scientific articles published between 2017 and 2025 from reputable databases such as GARUDA, SINTA, and Google Scholar. The findings indicate that individual learning strategies are effectively implemented in both general and inclusive education settings, as they allow adjustments to learning goals, methods, and materials based on students’ characteristics. This approach also supports the realization of adaptive, student-centered, and flexible learning aligned with the spirit of Merdeka Belajar. Nevertheless, several challenges remain, including limited resources, time constraints, and teachers’ pedagogical readiness. Therefore, professional development, teacher training, and the integration of educational technology are essential to optimize its implementation. The results of this study are expected to provide practical insights for educators in designing inclusive, innovative, and learner-oriented instructional practices that reflect the values of Merdeka Belajar in modern education.

Abstract

Collaboration and communication skills are key 21st-century competencies that must be developed within educational settings. However, empirical evidence indicates that learning processes in Indonesia are still largely dominated by conventional, teacher-centered approaches, which limit student participation and interaction. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of group learning strategies using the Cooperative Learning approach in enhancing students’ learning outcomes, motivation, and social skills. The research employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, encompassing three main stages: planning, implementation, and reporting. Articles were gathered from reputable academic databases such as GARUDA, SINTA, and Google Scholar, covering publications from 2017 to 2025, and were rigorously selected based on relevance and methodological quality. The analysis of 20 selected studies reveals that Cooperative Learning consistently improves student engagement, individual responsibility, critical thinking, and teamwork. Nevertheless, its implementation still encounters challenges, including uneven participation among group members, limited instructional time, and teachers’ preparedness in managing classroom dynamics. The study recommends strengthening teachers’ roles as facilitators, integrating digital learning media, and applying diverse Cooperative Learning models such as STAD, TGT, and Jigsaw to foster active, collaborative, and enjoyable learning environments. These findings are expected to provide practical insights for educators in designing adaptive, student-centered learning strategies that align with the demands of modern education.

Abstract

Basic teaching skills are essential competencies that every teacher must master to create an effective, meaningful, and student-centered learning process. However, several studies reveal that many teachers in Indonesia still face challenges in applying these skills optimally, particularly in explaining learning materials, managing classrooms, and motivating students to engage actively in the learning process. This study aims to analyze the implementation and mastery of basic teaching skills across different educational levels using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The review was conducted through three main stages planning, implementation, and reporting by examining 20 scientific articles published between 2017 and 2025, obtained from reputable databases such as Google Scholar, GARUDA, and DOAJ. The findings show that most teachers have developed sufficient skills in opening and closing lessons, providing reinforcement, and managing classrooms effectively. However, weaknesses remain in the areas of explaining content clearly and facilitating small-group discussions. Factors such as limited professional training, inadequate facilities, and excessive administrative workloads hinder the development of basic teaching competencies. Despite these challenges, strategies such as microteaching, lesson study, and continuous professional development have proven effective in enhancing teachers’ pedagogical skills. This study recommends integrating digital learning technologies, promoting reflective academic supervision, and strengthening the role of teacher education institutions in building professional teaching competence. The results are expected to provide practical insights for improving teacher professionalism and advancing adaptive learning practices aligned with 21st-century educational demands.

Abstract

Learning motivation plays a crucial role in determining students’ success in achieving educational goals, particularly in the 21st century, which emphasizes critical thinking, collaboration, creativity, and communication skills. However, the current learning environment in Indonesia indicates that students’ motivation remains low due to teacher-centered instructional practices and limited interactive engagement. This study aims to explore various teacher strategies for enhancing students’ motivation through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The review was conducted in three major stages-planning, implementation, and reporting by analyzing 20 scholarly articles published between 2017 and 2025, obtained from reputable academic databases such as GARUDA, SINTA, and Google Scholar. The findings reveal that several instructional strategies effectively foster learning motivation, including the use of rewards and positive reinforcement, ice breaking activities, Project Based Learning (PjBL), Cooperative Learning, Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL), and interactive digital media. These strategies consistently promote students’ enthusiasm, confidence, participation, and academic performance. Nevertheless, challenges such as limited resources, teacher preparedness, and diverse student characteristics still hinder optimal implementation. Therefore, strengthening teachers’ pedagogical competence, integrating technology into classroom practices, and applying continuous motivation-oriented evaluation are essential for improvement. The results of this study are expected to provide valuable insights for educators in designing innovative, interactive, and student-centered learning environments that sustainably enhance students’ learning motivation in the modern education era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Hubungan Antara Gaya Belajar Terhadap Minat Belajar Mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasi. Penelitian ini direncanakan akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 4 Desember 2025, yang jatuh pada hari Kamis. Lokasi penelitian bertempat di Universitas Haluoleo. Berdasarkan analisis data dari 132 responden mahasiswa dan uji hipotesis yang telah dilakukan, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif, kuat, dan signifikan antara gaya belajar terhadap minat belajar mahasiswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh koefisien korelasi Pearson sebesar r = 0,678 dengan nilai signifikansi p = 0,000 (p < 0,05). Lebih lanjut, analisis regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan bahwa gaya belajar secara signifikan memengaruhi minat belajar, di mana 46% variasi dalam minat belajar mahasiswa dapat dijelaskan oleh variasi dalam gaya belajar (R² = 0,460). Persamaan regresi Ŷ = 28,45 + 0,59X mengindikasikan bahwa setiap kenaikan satu satuan pada skor gaya belajar, minat belajar mahasiswa akan meningkat sebesar 0,59 satuan. Distribusi gaya belajar menunjukkan bahwa gaya visual adalah yang paling dominan (39,4%) di antara responden, diikuti oleh gaya auditorik (31,1%) dan kinestetik (29,5%). Temuan ini menguatkan paradigma bahwa keselarasan antara metode pembelajaran dengan preferensi gaya belajar individu merupakan faktor krusial dalam menumbuhkan dan mempertahankan minat belajar mahasiswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Penggunaan Teknologi Pembelajaran Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian kausal (asosiatif). Penelitian ini dilakukan di jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi Fakultas Keguruan Dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Halu Oleo, dengan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada mahasiswa yang secara aktif menggunakan Menggunakan Teknologi Pembelajaran (seperti sistem E-Learning, alat kecerdasan buatan, atau media interaktif) dalam kegiatan belajar mandiri dan kuliah. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan dalam penelitian ini, Penggunaan teknologi pembelajaran memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Hal ini dibuktikan oleh hasil uji t, yang menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0.000 (Sig. < 0.05), sehingga menerima hipotesis alternatif (Ha).Arah pengaruh yang positif (koefisien regresi b = 0.75) menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi intensitas dan kualitas penggunaan teknologi, semakin tinggi pula motivasi belajar Mahasiswa.Besar kontribusi Penggunaan Teknologi Pembelajaran terhadap Motivasi Belajar adalah sebesar 46,2%. Angka ini diperoleh dari Koefisien Determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,462. Kontribusi ini menegaskan bahwa teknologi digital merupakan prediktor yang kuat dan signifikan dalam meningkatkan antusiasme dan motivasi belajar mahasiwa.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of ChatGPT usage on critical thinking skills of Economics Education students at FKIP Halu Oleo University. Quantitative method with 180 students from semesters 3-7 selected by proportionate stratified random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and critical thinking tests, analyzed using simple linear regression. Results showed ChatGPT usage had a significant negative effect on critical thinking skills (β=-0.994, p<0.001). The higher the intensity of ChatGPT usage, the lower students' critical thinking skills. Findings confirm cognitive offloading theory that AI dependence reduces analytical abilities. Structured usage guidelines and critical AI literacy are needed to prevent technology from hindering prospective economics teachers' critical thinking development.
