Abstract

Kesiapan guru dalam mengimplementasikan microlearning di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) salah satunya bergantung Riske Faldesiani pada persepsi mereka terhadap teknologi yang digunakannya. Dengan menerapkan Technological Acceptance Model (TAM) penelitian ini mengeksplorasi keterkaitan antara perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, dan kesiapan guru SMK dalam pemanfaatan teknologi untuk proses pembelajaran berbasis microlearning. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran angket kepada 62 orang guru Program Keahlian OTKP yang dipilih secara purposif dan tersebar di 13 SMK Kota/Kabupaten di Jawa Barat. Hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) menunjukkan setiap indikator yang diuji valid dan reliabel. Variabel perceived ease of use dari teknologi yang digunakan berpengaruh secara positif terhadap variabel perceived usefulness dari teknologi terkait, dan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kesiapan guru dalam pemanfaatn teknolgi tersebut dalam pembelajaran berbasis microlearning. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa setiap indikator pada semua konstruk terbukti valid dan reliabel dalam mencerminkan masing-masing konstruknya. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa perceived ease of use berpengaruh positif terhadap perceived usefulness, dan keduanya dapat menentukan tingkat kesiapan guru dalam mengimplementasikan microlearning.  Dengan meyakini kemudahan dan kebermanfaatan teknologi yang digunakan, para guru menyatakan bahwa mereka cukup siap untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran microlearning dengan memanfaatkan teknologi tertentu, khususnya aplikasi PowerPoint dan Canva.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The method used in this research are descriptive and verification method. The population and sample amounted to 115 PT. Kimia Farma Bandung employees, whom working in the Research and Development Unit using total sampling techniques. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. Hypothesis test used are F test to see the simultaneous influence and t test to see the partial effect.The results showed that work values, job satisfaction and work engagement, employees of PT. Kimia Farma Bandung is in the high category. The results of F test shows that simultaneously work values and job satisfaction influence work engagement. The results of t test show that partially work values influence work engagement, as well as job satisfaction affects employee work engagement at PT. Kimia Farma in Bandung. ABSTRAKMetode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi dan sampel berjumlah 115 karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Kimia Farma Bandung, khususnya pada Unit Research and Development dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji F untuk melihat pengaruh simultan dan uji t untuk melihat pengaruh parsial.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work values, kepuasan kerja dan work engagement, karyawan PT. Kimia Farma Bandung berada pada kategori tinggi. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan work values dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap work engagement. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial work values berpengaruh terhadap work engagement, begitu pula kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap work engagement karyawan pada PT. Kimia Farma di Bandung.

Abstract

This study aims to review the literature on competitive dynamics in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). The method used in this study is the PRISMA method (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) through a bibliometric approach with computational mapping analysis using VOS Viewer. The study period used as literature data material is articles and conference papers indexed in Scopus from 2013 to 2023. The keywords used were "higher education institution" and "competition". Of the 347 references deemed relevant, data reduction was performed with inclusion and exclusion criteria. The 10 articles with the highest number of citations were analyzed. The results of this study provide an overview for further research related to higher education strategies in facing competitive dynamics.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to critically examine the existing body of literature on Knowledge Management Systems (KMS) in the context of higher education. The research employed the PRISMA technique (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) together with a bibliometric approach and computational mapping analysis utilizing VOS Viewer. The study period used as literature data material is Scopus-indexed articles and conference papers from 2019 to 2023. The keywords used were "knowledge, management, system, and higher education". From 313 references that were considered relevant, data reduction was carried out with inclusion and exclusion criteria. Analysis was conducted on 10 articles with the highest number of citations and 5 articles that specifically used the keyword "human resource management". The findings of this study offer a comprehensive outline for future research on human resource management in higher education, specifically focusing on knowledge management systems.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is a comprehensive picture of work engagement and work family conflict for the criteria of key authors, documents, and keywords and mapping the development of research through a bibliometric approach with computational mapping analysis using VOSviewer. This research used bibliometric analisis with VOSviewer sofware. This study used the Scopus database using A comma separated value (CSV) format consisting of 440 reference metadata used for analysis in VOSviewer in the period 1993-2023. Clustering of the network visualisation map was done using 2 keywords, namely, work engagement and work family conflict. The analysis showed that most of the publications were done in 2022 with 69 articles with a high number of citations in this field from researchers in the United States and China. A total of 11 articles were published in the International Journal Of Environmental Research And Public Health and the documents referenced or heavily cited came from the Journal Of Occupational And Environmental Medicine with 469 articles.

Abstract

This study presents a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of dividend policy literature spanning the past twenty-five years (1998–2023), with a specific focus on Indonesia. Employing advanced computational mapping techniques using Biblioshiny and VOS Viewer, the research analyses 948 relevant Scopus-indexed articles and seminar papers. Key search terms included “dividend policy,” “dividend payout ratio,” and “dividend puzzle.” Articles specifically addressing "Indonesia" were mapped and scrutinized to uncover trends and insights. The findings offer a nuanced perspective on the evolution of dividend policy research, shedding light on its application in Indonesia's financial management landscape and providing a robust foundation for future scholarly inquiries.
