Abstract

Kesiapan guru dalam mengimplementasikan microlearning di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) salah satunya bergantung Riske Faldesiani pada persepsi mereka terhadap teknologi yang digunakannya. Dengan menerapkan Technological Acceptance Model (TAM) penelitian ini mengeksplorasi keterkaitan antara perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, dan kesiapan guru SMK dalam pemanfaatan teknologi untuk proses pembelajaran berbasis microlearning. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran angket kepada 62 orang guru Program Keahlian OTKP yang dipilih secara purposif dan tersebar di 13 SMK Kota/Kabupaten di Jawa Barat. Hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) menunjukkan setiap indikator yang diuji valid dan reliabel. Variabel perceived ease of use dari teknologi yang digunakan berpengaruh secara positif terhadap variabel perceived usefulness dari teknologi terkait, dan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kesiapan guru dalam pemanfaatn teknolgi tersebut dalam pembelajaran berbasis microlearning. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa setiap indikator pada semua konstruk terbukti valid dan reliabel dalam mencerminkan masing-masing konstruknya. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa perceived ease of use berpengaruh positif terhadap perceived usefulness, dan keduanya dapat menentukan tingkat kesiapan guru dalam mengimplementasikan microlearning.  Dengan meyakini kemudahan dan kebermanfaatan teknologi yang digunakan, para guru menyatakan bahwa mereka cukup siap untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran microlearning dengan memanfaatkan teknologi tertentu, khususnya aplikasi PowerPoint dan Canva.

Abstract

An organization or company needs strategy formulation techniques to develop strategies and objectives. Strategy formulation techniques can be grouped into three decision-making stages, namely: the input stage, the initial stage, and the decision-making stage. The tools presented in this framework are applicable to all sizes and types of organizations in defining, discovering, and selecting strategies. Descriptive method used to identify external and internal factors that affect business strategy at Malika Bakery. Based on the analysis of the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM), strategic decisions that can be immediately implemented according to the attractiveness score of each alternative strategy factor, it turns out that the highest number is in the distribution channel development factor (0.60). This implies that a specific strategy to be implemented immediately is a “distribution channel development strategy”.Keywords: Business Strategy, Strategy Formulation, QSPM

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat penggunaan fitur aplikasi Canva oleh guru-guru SMK yang mengajar di Program Keahlian MPLB dalam merancang media pembelajaran berbasis pendekatan microlearning. Penelitian dilakukan kepada 65 orang guru SMK di Jawa Barat. Teknik analisis dengan cara menelaah media pembelajaran yang sudah dibuat oleh guru-guru dengan menggunakan aplikasi Canva. Fokus analisis merujuk pada 14 fitur yang seharusnya digunakan dalam aplikasi Canca, yaitu meliputi: Template, Ilustrasi dan Icon, PDF Editor, Canva Live, Text Customization, Background, Animasi, Duplikasi, Share serta Unduh, Filter, Canva Teams, Grid Desain dan Foto, Desain Frame. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baru empat fitur yang sudah dimanfaatkan oleh semua guru yaitu: Template, Text Customizationn, pemilihan Background, Share serta unduh, sebaliknya PDF Editor, Canva Live, Duplikasi, Filter, Canva Teams, dan Desain Frame sama sekali,belum ada yang menggunakan, sedangkan prosentase jumlah guru yang tidak menggunaan fitur lainnya masih bervariasi, dengan rincian sebagai berikut:  32% belum menggunakan fitur Animasi, 26% belum menggunakan fitur Grid Desain dan Foto, serta 20% belum menggunakan fitur Ilustrasi dan Icon Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa belum semua fitur aplikasi Canva dimanfaatkan secara optimal dalam merancang media pembelajaran berbasis pendekatan microlearning.

Abstract

This research aim is to examine future directions in strategic brand management research through a bibliometric computational mapping analysis using VOS viewer. Publish or Perish reference manager application is used to retrieve the Google Scholar database in order to fulfill research data. The title and abstract of the article are used to provide guidance on the search process based on the keywords "Strategic Brand Management". The results showed 997 relevant articles. The search for publication data used as study material was carried out in the last ten years (2013-2023). The results also showed that there are two larger circles comparing others, namely “brand loyalty” and “business strategy”. The term “brand loyalty” is associated with 15 links, 33 total link strength, and 30 occurrences, while the term “business strategy” is associated with 10 links, 33 total link strength, and 31 occurrences. The results of strategic brand management research in the last ten years show a declining trend, from 104 publications to 61 publications. There were only increase a little bit in 2015, from 104 publications to 115 publications, and increase in 20203, from 80 publications to 93 publications. Based on a downward trend, publications on strategic brand management in the last ten years were dominated by 2015 (115 publications). The results of this study are expected to inspire and develop the articles of related terms in the future.

Abstract

This research was designed to examine research developments and look for research gaps regarding Financial Intermediation through a bibliometric analysis approach using VOS Viewer. The Publish or Perish application is used to retrieve the Google Scholar database in order to fulfill research data. The title of the article is used to guide the search process based on the keyword "Financial Intermediation". The search for publication data used as study material was carried out within the last 20 years, namely in the 2003-2023 period. The research results found that there were 989 relevant publications. The research results show that there are three terms that appear most frequently in connection with research publications regarding Financial Intermediation. The first term, namely the term "intermediation", has appeared 426 times with 120 links, and 508 total link strengths. The second term, namely the term "economic growth", has appeared 73 times with 39 links, and 157 total link strengths. The third term, namely the term “Nigeria”, has appeared 57 times with 29 links, and 117 total link strength. Based on the results of the bibliometric mapping, it is still very possible for research related to Financial Intermediation to be researched further and linked to other terms which currently tend to still have a low level of relevance. It is hoped that the results of this research can inspire and develop themes for related articles in the future
