Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Pengaruh metode pelatihan ketepatan terhadap keterampilan servis atas, (2) Pengaruh metode pelatihan kecepatan terhadap keterampilan servis atas, (3) perbedaan pengaruh metode pelatihan ketepatan dan kecepatan terhadap keterampilan servis atas. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMA Negeri 1 Gerokgak berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test – post-test design.Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes keterampilan teknik servis. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan ketepatan berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan servis atas, dengan hasil thit = 8,37> ttab = 2,048, (2) pelatihan kecepatan berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan servis atas, dengan hasil thit = 5,37> ttab = 2,048, (3) ada perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan ketepatan dan kecepatan, dengan hasil thit = 3,21> ttab = 2,048. Pelatihan ketepatan memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik dibanding pelatihan kecepatan terhadap keterampilan servis atas, dilihat dari hasil rata-rata = 17,07> 13,87. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh metode pelatihan ketepatan yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan servis atas, (2) ada pengaruh metode pelatihan kecepatan yang signifikan terhadap kekuatan keterampilan servis atas (3) ada perbedaan pengaruh metode pelatihan ketepatan dan kecepatan, dimana pelatihan ketepatan lebih baik dari pada pelatihan kecepatan terhadap keterampilan servis atas. This study aimed at to know (1) The influence of accuracy coaching method toward up-service (2) The influence of speed coaching method toward up-service and (3) the differences of the influence accuracy and speed coaching method toward up-service skill. The subject of this study was the students (man) of volley ball club at SMA Negeri 1 Gerokgak with the total number 30 students. The Experiment method was used as the modified group pre-test –post-test design. The test for collecting the data was the technique service test skill. The data analysis was used statistic calculation test-T (t-test) in significant level 0, 05. The result of the data was (1) the accuracy coaching influence toward up-service skill, with the result ( ) =8,37>() =2,048, (2) the accuracy coaching influence toward up- service skill with the result ()=5,37> ()= 2,048 (3) and difference of the influence between accuracy coaching and speed with the result ()=3,21> ()=2,048. The accuracy coaching was good influence rather than coach speed toward up service which can be seen from average result = 17.07>13,87. Theconclusion slowed that (1) there was significant influence toward up-service skill in accuracy and speed coaching method (2) there was significant influence toward the power of up-service skill in accuracy and speed coaching method. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan dribbling slalom terhadap kelincahan dribbling sepakbola, (2) pengaruh pelatihan dribbling kerucut ke kerucut terhadap kelincahan dribbling sepakbola, dan (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan dribbling slalom dengan dribbling kerucut ke kerucut terhadap kelincahan dribbling sepakbola. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola di SMA N 1 Kediri tahun 2015 yang berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified pre-test-post-test design. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dribbling. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05. Hasil penelitian adalah (1) pelatihan dribbling slalom berpengaruh terhadap kelincahan dribbling sepakbola, dengan hasil thit = 13,256 > ttab = 2,145, (2) pelatihan dribbling kerucut ke kerucut terhadap kelincahan dribbling sepakbola, dengan hasil thit = 11,526 > ttab = 2,145, dan (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan dribbling slalom dengan dribbling kerucut ke kerucut terhadap kelincahan dribbling sepakbola, dengan hasil thit = 1,167 ˂ ttab = 2,145. Simpulan yang diperoleh adalah (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan dribbling slalom terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dribbling sepakbola, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan dribbling kerucut ke kerucut terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dribbling sepakbola, dan (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan dribbling slalom dengan dribbling kerucut ke kerucut terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dribbling sepakbola pada siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola di SMA N 1 Kediri tahun 2015. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan tendangan rally terhadap ketepatan shooting sepakbola, (2) pengaruh pelatihan permainan empat penembak terhadap ketepatan shooting sepakbola, (3) perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan tendangan rally dengan permainan empat penembak terhadap ketepatan shooting sepakbola. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 24 orang yaitu siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola MA Negeri Patas. Data diperoleh dengan tes ketepatan shooting sepakbola. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen kuasi dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test - post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian diperoleh (1) pelatihan tendangan rally berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan shooting sepakbola, thitung 10,258 > 1,795 ttabel (2) pelatihan permainan empat penembak berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan shooting sepakbola, thitun 10,024 > 1,795 ttabel, dan (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan tendangan rally dengan permainan empat penembak terhadap ketepatan shooting sepakbola. Simpulan yang diperoleh adalah (1) ada pengaruh pelatihan tendangan rally terhadap peningkatan ketepatan shooting pada ekstrakurikuler sepakbola MA Negeri Patas tahun 2015, (2) ada pengaruh pelatihan permainan empat penembak terhadap peningkatan ketepatan shooting pada ekstrakurikuler sepakbola MA Negeri Patas tahun 2015, (3) tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan tendangan rally dan permainan empat penembak terhadap ketepatan shooting pada ekstrakurikuler sepakbola MA Negeri Patas tahun 2015. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan tendangan rally, permainan empat penembak, ketepatan shooting sepakbola. This study aims to determine (1) the effects of exercise kick rally against football shooting accuracy, (2) the effect of the training game against the four shooters shooting accuracy football, (3) the effects of training kick shooter rally with four games against football shooting accuracy. The subjects included 24 persons namely boys soccer extracurricular participants MA Negeri Patas. Data obtained by the shooting accuracy test football. This study uses a quasi experimental design with the modified group pre-test - post-test design. Analysis of data using statistical calculation t-test at 5% significance level. The results were obtained (1) training kicks rally affect the accuracy of shooting football, thitung 10.258> 1.795 ttabel (2) training game four shooters affect the accuracy of shooting football, thitun 10.024> 1.795 ttable, and (3) there is no difference in effect between training kicks rally with four games against the shooter shooting accuracy football. The conclusions obtained are (1) the influence of training kick rally against the increase in the accuracy of shooting in extracurricular football MA Negeri Patas 2015, (2) there is the influence of the training game four shooters to increase the accuracy of shooting in extracurricular football MA Negeri Patas 2015, (3) there is no difference between the effects of training kick rally and game four shooters on the accuracy of shooting at MA Negeri football extracurricular Patas 2015keyword : Training rally kicks, four shooter game, shooting accuracy football.

Subyek penelitian adalah atlet sepakbola usia 9-13 tahun Sekolah Sepakbola (SSB) Tabanan United tahun 2015 yang berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified pre-test post-test group design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05. Hasil analisis data (1) Pelatihan passing overlap berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing control, dengan hasil thitung = 13,229 > ttabel = 2,145, (2) Pelatihan passing give and go berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing control, dengan hasil thitung = 12,220 > ttabel = 2,145, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan passing overlap dan passing give and go terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing control thitung = 0,367 < ttabel = 2,145. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh pelatihan passing overlap yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing control, (2) ada pengaruh pelatihan passing give and go yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing control, (3) tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan pelatihan passing overlap dan passing give and go terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing control. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh pelatihan lari amplop terhadap kelincahan bulutangkis, (2) pengaruh pelatihan lari belak-belok terhadap kelincahan bulutangkis dan (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan lari amplop dengan lari belak–belok terhadap kelincahan bulutangkis. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan obstacle run terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (2) pengaruh pelatihan down the line drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, dan (3) perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan obstacle run dan down the line drill terhadap kelincahan. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMP Negeri 1 Blahbatuh dengan jumlah siswa 30 orang. Peningkatan kelincahan diukur dengan menggunakan agility t-tes. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan obstacle run berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, dengan hasil thitung 10,75 > ttabel 1,70. Hal ini berarti, thitung lebih besar dari ttabel, sehingga hasilnya signifikan. (2) pelatihan down the line drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, dengan hasil thitung 13,94 > ttabel 1,70. Hal ini berarti, thitung lebih besar dari ttabel, sehingga hasilnya signifikan. (3) ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan dari pelatihan obstacle run dan down the line drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, dilihat dari hasil rata-rata 9,05 > 8,65. Dari hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada pelatihan obstacle run terhadap peningkatan kelincahan pada peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMP Negeri 1 Blahbatuh tahun 2015, (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada pelatihan down the line drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan pada peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMP Negeri 1 Blahbatuh Tahun 2015, (3) Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelatihan obstacle run dan down the line drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan pada peserta eksrakurikuler sepakbola SMP Negeri 1 Blahbatuh tahun 2015 dimana pelatihan down the line drill lebih baik dari pada pelatihan obstacle run. The results of data analysis (1) training obstacle to affect the increased agility run, with the result tcount 10.75> ttabel 1.70. This means, thitung greater than ttable, so the results are significant. (2) training drill down the line to affect the increased agility, with the result tcount 13.94> ttabel 1.70. This means, thitung greater than ttable, so the results are significant. (3) there is a significant difference from obstacle training run and down the line to increase agility drill, seen from the average yield of 9.05> 8.65. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan service di atas tali terhadap keterampilan service panjang bulutangkis, (2) pengaruh pelatihan target service terhadap keterampilan service panjang bulutangkis, dan (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan service di atas tali dan target service terhadap service panjang bulutangkis. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 34 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan The modified pre-test post-test group design. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes keterampilan service panjang. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan service di atas tali berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan service panjang bulutangkis dengan hasil thit = 5,064 > ttab = 2,1199, (2) pelatihan target service berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan service panjang bulutangkis dengan hasil thit = 6,097 > ttab = 2,1199, dan (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh keterampilan service panjang antara pelatihan service di atas tali dengan target service, dengan hasil thit = 0,518 > ttab = 2,0369. The conclusions are (1) there was an effect of service on the rope training toward the badminton long service skills, with the improvement score is 10,23%, (2) there was an effect of the target service training toward the badminton long service skills, with with the improvement score is 8,94%, and (3) there was not a significant difference effect of the badminton long service skills between the service on the rope group and the target service group.keyword : Training, skills, long service, extracurricular

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan call the number drill terhadap keterampilan dribbling, (2) pengaruh pelatihan three chair drill terhadap keterampilan dribbling, dan(3) perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan call he number drill dan three chair drill terhadap keterampilan dribbling. Jenis penelitian menggunakan eksperimen, subyek penelitian dengan jumlah 36 orang. Penelitian ini mengunakan rancangan the modified pre-test – post-test group design. Tes yang digunakan adalah tes keterampilan dribbling melewati cones. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan call the number drill berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan dribbling, dengan hasil thit = 13,866 > ttab = 2,109, (2) pelatihan three chair drill berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan dribbling, dengan hasil thit = 12,718 > ttab = 2,109, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan call the number drill dan three chair drill terhadap keterampilan dribbling, dengan hasil thit = 0,152 < ttab = 2,033. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan call the number drill terhadap keterampilan dribbling bola basket sebesar 3,39%, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan three chair drill terhadap keterampilan dribbling bola basket sebesar 3,44 %, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan call the number drill dan three chair drill terhadap keterampilan dribbling bola basket dengan selisih 0,05%. Saran bagi peneliti selanjutnya adalah peneliti selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan penelitian dengan pelatihan yang berbeda untuk memperoleh keterampilan dribbling yang lebih baik.Kata Kunci : keterampilan dribbling, pelatihan call the number drill, three chair drill. This This research aimed at knowing (1) the effects of call the number coaching toward dribbling skill, (2) the effects of three chairs coaching toward dribbling skill, and (3) the differences of the effects of call the number and three chairs coaching toward dribbling skill. This type of research uses experimental, the number of research subject was 36 people. This research used the modified pre-test – post-test group design. The test which used was dribbling skill test by passing the cones. Data analysis used statistic calculations of t-test at a significance level of 5%. The results of data analysis show that (1) the coaching of call the number was affected toward dribbling skill with result of thit = 13.866 > ttab = 2.109, (2) the coaching of three chairs was affected toward dribbling skill with result of thit = 12.716 > ttab = 2.109, (3) there is no differences between the effects of call the number and three chairs coaching toward dribbling skill with result of thit = 0.152 < ttab = 2.003. It can be concluded that (1) there is the effect of call the number coaching toward basketball dribbling skill by 3.39%, (2) there is the effect of three chairs coaching toward basketball dribbling skill by 3.44%, (3) there is no differences between call the number and three chairs coaching toward basketball dribbling skill with a difference of 0.05%. Suggestions for further research is the next researcher to develop research with different training to obtain a better dribbling skills. keyword : dribbling skills, training call the number drill, three drill chair.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan smash bayangan terhadap keterampilan smash bulutangkis, (2) pengaruh pelatihan melambungkan bola smash terhadap keterampilan smash bulutangkis, dan (3) perbedaan keterampilan smash antara kelompok perlakuan smash bayangan dan melambungkan bola smash bulutangkis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified pre-test post-test group design. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes keterampilan smash bulutangkis. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa putra ekstrakurikuler Bulutangkis SMP Negeri 2 Tabanan berjumlah 35 orang. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan smash bayangan berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan smash bulutangkis, dengan hasil thit = 21,21 > ttab = 2,037, (2) pelatihan melambungkan bola smash berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan smash bulutangkis, dengan hasil thit = 29,71 > ttab = 2,032, dan (3) ada perbedaan keterampilan smash antara pelatihan smash bayangan dengan melambungkan bola smash bulutangkis, dengan hasil thit = 2,63 > ttab = 2,035. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan smash bayangan terhadap keterampilan smash bulutangkis, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan melambungkan bola smash terhadap keterampilan smash bulutangkis, dan (3) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan keterampilan smash antara pelatihan smash bayangan dan melambungkan bola smash bulutangkis. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan acuan dalam melakukan penelitian dengan variabel yang sama. Selain itu peneliti juga dapat mengembangkan penelitian dengan metode latihan yang berbeda sehingga dapat diperoleh hasil keterampilan smash yang jauh lebih baik. This study aimed to determine (1) the effect of the shadow smash training toward the badminton smash skills, (2) the effect of the tossing smash ball training toward the badminton smash skills, (3) the significant difference of badminton smash skills between the shadow smash group and the tossing smash ball group. This study was a quasi-experimental study, with the modified group pre-test – post-test design. The data was obtained by using badminton smash skills test. The sample of this study were 35 male students of badminton extracurricular in SMP Negeri 2 Tabanan. The data was analyzed using statistical calculations t-test at the 5% significance level. The results of this study are (1) the shadow smash training affected the badminton smash skills, with result thit = 21.21 > ttab = 2.037, (2) the tossing smash ball training affected the badminton smash skills, with result thit = 29.71 > ttab = 2.032, (3) there was a significant difference in the badminton smash skills between the shadow smash group and the tossing smash ball group with the result thit = 2.63 > ttab = 2.035. The conclusions are (1) there was an effect of shadow smash training toward the badminton smash skills, (2) there was an effect of the tossing smash ball training toward the badminton smash skills, and (3) there was a significant difference effect of the badminton smash skills between the shadow smash group and the tossing smash ball group. The results of this research can be references for the next research with same variables. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan passing satu dua terhadap keterampilan passing control sepakbola, (2) pengaruh pelatihan passing overlap terhadap keterampilan passing control sepakbola, dan (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan passing satu dua dengan passing overlap terhadap keterampilan passing control sepakbola. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified pre-test post-test group design. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa putra ekstrakurikuler sepakbola di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Patas Tahun 2016 yang berjumlah 30 orang. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05 bantuan komputer program SPSS 16,0. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan passing satu dua berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan passing control sepakbola, dengan hasil thitung= 13,229> ttabel = 2,145, (2) pelatihan passing overlap berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan passing control sepakbola, dengan hasil thitung= 7.897> ttabel = 2,145, dan(3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan passing satu dua dengan passing overlap terhadap keterampilan passing control sepakbola thitung= 2,319 table = 2.145, (2) training of passing the overlap effect on the skills of passing control of football, with the result t = 7897> table = 2,145 and (3) the difference between the effect of passing of training by passing the two overlap to control the passing skills of soccer t = 2.319
