Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, (1) Pengaruh Pelatihan Pelatihan Passing Drop Pass, (2), Pelatihan Passing Give-And-go (3) Perbedaan Pengaruh Pelatihan Passing Drop Pass Dan Passing Give-And-go Terhadap Keterampilan passing Pada Siswa Ekstrakurikuler SepakBola SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja Tahun 2016. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja sebanyak 30 orang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified pre-test-post-test group design, dan membagi kelompok menjadi 2 menggunakan teknik oridinal pairing. Lokasi penelitian: Lapangan Mayor Metra. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes passing . Analasis data dengan menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5% (α = 0,05). (1) Terdapat Pengaruh Pelatihan Passing Drop Pass Dengan Hasil t_hitung= 7.644 >t_tabel 2,145, (2) Terdapat Pengaruh Pelatihan Passing Give-And-Go Dengan Hasil t_hitung 2.881 >t_tabel=2,145, (3) Terdapat Perbedaan Pengaruh Pelatihan Passing Drop Pass Dan Pelatihan Passing Give-And-Go Terhadap Keterampilan Passing Pada Siswa Ekstrakurikuler SepakBola SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja Tahun 2016. Dari hasil analisis dan pembahasan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh pelatihan passing drop pass terhadap keterampilan passing pada siswa ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja tahun 2016 sebesar 3,867 % (2) Terdapat pengaruh pelatihan passing give-and-go terhadap keterampilan passing pada siswa ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja tahun 2016 sebesar 1,4% (3) Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan passing drop pass dan passing give-and-go terhadap keterampilan passing pada siswa ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja tahun 2016, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan passing drop pass lebih baik peningkatannya dibandingkan passing give-and-go terhadap keterampilan passing pada siswa ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja tahun 2016. (1) There Effect of Training Passing Drop Pass Results t_hitung = 7644>t_tabel 2,145, (2) There Effect of Training Passing Give-And-Go Results t_hitung 2881>t_tabel = 2.145, (3) There are differences Influence of Training Passing Drop Pass And training Passing Give-And-Go Against Passing Skills In Students Extracurricular football SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja 2016.From the analysis and discussion that (1) There is the influence of training passing drop pass to the skills of passing on students 'extracurricular soccer SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja in 2016 amounted to 3.867% (2) There is the influence of the training passing give-and-go to the skill of passing on students' extracurricular soccer SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja in 2016 amounted to 1.4% (3) There are differences in the effect of passing drop pass training and passing give-and-go against passing skills on the soccer extracurricular student SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja in 2016, it can be concluded that passing drop pass more training good improvement compared to passing give-and-go against passing skills on the soccerextra curricular student SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja in 2016. keyword : Training passing drop pass, passing give-and-go passing skills

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan dot drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (2) pengaruh pelatihan down the line drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (3) perbedaan peningkatan kelincahan antara kelompok perlakuan dot drill dan down the line drill. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMP Negeri 3 Gadungan berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-tes post-test design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes keterampilan kelincahan shuttle run. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan dengan uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05, dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Hasil penelitian ini (1) pelatihan dot drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, dengan hasil thit = 56,53 > ttab = 2,048, (2) pelatihan down the line drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, dengan hasil thit = 80,14 > ttab = 2,048, (3) Terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kelincahan antara pelatihan dot drill dan down the line drill, dengan hasil thit = 5,37 > ttab = 2,048. Pelatihan down the line drill memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik dibanding pelatihan dot drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, dilihat dari hasil rata-rata pelatihan dot drill = 9.41 < down the line drill = 8.60 Disimpulkan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh pelatihan dot drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (2) ada pengaruh pelatihan down the line drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (3) ada perbedaan peningkatan kelincahan dot drill dan down the line drill, dimana pelatihan down the line drill lebih baik daripada pelatihan dot drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan Dot Drill, Down The Line Drill, Terhadap Peningkatan Kelincahan Bulutangkis This research’s aim is to know (1) the impact of dot drill training improvement agility, (2) the impact of down the line drill training to increase agility, (3) the difference between the improvement of agility to among dot drill agility and down the line drill agility in the way they do. The subject of the research is students who participate the extracculicular(Badminton) in junior high 3 Gadungan which the sum is 30 students. The research use the experimental methode which is designed by the modified group pre-test post test design. This accumulation data test uses the test of agility skills of shuttle run. The analysis of data use calculation with uji-t independent at significance level of analyzing with (α) 0,05, with the SPSS 16,0 program. The results of this research is (1) the training effect on the dot drill agility improvement, with the result of thit = 56.53> ttab = 2.048, (2) training down the line to affect the improvement of drill dot agility, with the result of thit = 80.14> ttab = 2.048 , (3) There is a difference between the improvement in agility training dot drill and down the line drill, with the result of thit = 5.37> ttab = 2.048. Training drill down the line gives a better effects than the dot drill training to increase agility, seen from the average of the dot drill training = 9.41

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan shooting menunggu giliran, (2) pengaruh pelatihan shooting permainan empat penembak, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan shooting menunggu giliran dan pelatihan shooting permainan empat penembak. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler sepak bola SMA Negeri 1 Ubud tahun pelajaran 2014/2015 yang berjumlah 34 orang. Data Shooting diukur dengan Shooting test. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan shooting menunggu giliran berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan shooting, dengan hasil thitung= 29,58> ttabel= 2,042 (2) pelatihan shooting permainan empat penembak terhadap ketepatan shooting, dengan hasil thitung= 23,63> ttabel= 2,042 (3) pelatihan pelatihan shooting menunggu giliran memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan shooting permainan empat penembak terhadap ketepatan shooting, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata 16,71>14,47. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan shooting menunggu giliran terhadap ketepatan shooting, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan shooting permainan empat penembak terhadap ketepatan shooting, (3) terdapat perbedaan ketepatan shooting menunggu giliran antara shooting permainan empat penembak terhadap ketepatan shooting, dimana pelatihan shooting menunggu giliran lebih baik dari pada pelatihan shooting permainan empat penembak terhadap ketepatan shooting dalam permainan sepak bola.Kata Kunci : Pelatihan, shooting, ketepatan This research aims to (1) the effects of training shooting in the waiting (2) the effect of training shooting in games four shooter (3) the difference in the effects of training shooting in the waiting and training shooting in games four shooter. Subjects were students in football extracurricular SMA N 1 Ubud 2014/2015, amounting to 34 students. Shooting data measured by shooting test. This study used an experimental method to design the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Data analysis using statistical calculations t-test at significance level of 5%. Results of data analysis (1) training shooting in the waiting effect on shooting accuracy, with results of tcount= 29,58> ttable= 2,042 (2) training shooting in the four games against the shooter shooting accuracy, with results hasil tcount= 23,63> ttable= 2,042 (3) training in shooting to waiting their turn give better effect than training shooting in the four games against the precision shooter shooting, seen with an average yield of 16,71>14,47. Conclusion that (1) there is significant training in shooting to wait their turn to increase the accuracy of the shooting (2) there is the effect of the shooting training in four games to the increased accuracy of sniper shootings (3) there are differences in shooting accuracy improvement in waiting between shooting in four games against the shooter is shooting training shooting accuracy in waiting better training than shooting in four games against the shooter shooting accuracy in a football game. keyword : training, shooting, accuracy

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan permainan adu sundulan terhadap keterampilan heading, (2) pengaruh pelatihan permainan sundulan segitiga terhadap keterampilan heading, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan permainan adu sundulan dan permainan sundulan segitiga terhadap keterampilan heading. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta ekstrakurikuler sepak bola SMP Negeri 1 Melaya tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 40 orang. Data keterampilan heading diukur dengan tes heading. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan adu sundulan berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan heading, dengan hasil thitung = 11,04>ttabel = 2,042 (2) pelatihan permainan sundulan segitiga berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan heading, dengan hasil thitung = 6,88> ttabel = 2,042 (3) pelatihan adu sundulan memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan sundulan segitiga terhadap keterampilan heading, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata 32,00>28,5. Beradasarkam hasil analisis data menunjukkan (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan adu sundulan terhadap peningkatan keterampilan heading, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan sundulan segitiga terhadap peningkatan keterampilan heading, (3) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan keterampilang heading antara pelatihan adu sundulan dengan pelatihan sundulan segitiga, dimana pelatihan adu sundulan lebih baik dari pada pelatihan sundulan segitiga terhadap peningkatan keterampilan heading. Disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikansi antara hasil bentuk latihan adu sundulan dengan hasil bentuk latihan sundulan segitiga terhadap keterampilan heading, dengan demikian hasil penelitian ini terbatas hanya pada pengaruh pelatihan adu sundulan dan latihan sundulan segitiga terhadap keterampilan heading peserta ekstrakurikuler sepak bola SMP Negeri 1 Melaya. Kata Kunci : adu sundulan, sundulan segitiga dan Keterampilan heading. This study aims to determine (1) the effect of ‘adu sundulan’ training game through heading skill, (2) the effect of ‘sundulan segitiga’ training game through heading skill, (3) The difference in the effect of ‘adu sundulan’ training game and ‘sundulan segitiga’ training game through heading skill. The research subjects were participants of soccer extracurricular in SMP Negeri 1 Melaya year 2014, amounting to 40 people. The data of heading skill are measured by heading test. This study used an experimental method with the design of modified group pre-test-post-test design. The data analysis used statistical calculation of t-test at the significance level of 5%. Results of data analysis shows that, (1) ‘adu sundulan’ training game influenced the heading skill, with the result t count = 11.04> t table = 2.042, (2) ‘sundulan segitiga’ training game influenced the heading skill, with the result t count= 6.88> t table = 2.042, (3) ‘adu sundulan’ training game gives a better effect than ‘sundulan segitiga’ training game towards heading skill, from the result has shown above the average is 32.00> 28.5. based on the results of data analysis showed, (1) there are effects of ‘adu sundulan’ training game with the improvement of heading skill, (2) there are effects of ‘sundulan segitiga’ training game with the improvement of heading skill, (3) there are differences on heading skill improvement between ‘adu sundulan’ training game with ‘sundulan segitiga’ training game, whereas ‘adu sundulan’ training game has better impact on the improvement of heading skill rather than ‘sundulan segitiga’ training game. It was concluded that there is a significant difference between the results of ‘adu sundulan’ training game with ‘sundulan segitiga’ training game through the improvement of heading skill. Thus the results of this study is limited to the effect of ‘adu sundulan’ training game and ‘sundulan segitiga’ training game through the heading skill improvement of soccer extracurricular participant in SMP Negeri 1 Melaya. keyword : adu sundulan, sundulan segitiga and heading skill.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Pengaruh metode pelatihan ketepatan terhadap keterampilan servis atas, (2) Pengaruh metode pelatihan kecepatan terhadap keterampilan servis atas, (3) perbedaan pengaruh metode pelatihan ketepatan dan kecepatan terhadap keterampilan servis atas. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMA Negeri 1 Gerokgak berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test – post-test design.Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes keterampilan teknik servis. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan ketepatan berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan servis atas, dengan hasil thit = 8,37> ttab = 2,048, (2) pelatihan kecepatan berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan servis atas, dengan hasil thit = 5,37> ttab = 2,048, (3) ada perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan ketepatan dan kecepatan, dengan hasil thit = 3,21> ttab = 2,048. Pelatihan ketepatan memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik dibanding pelatihan kecepatan terhadap keterampilan servis atas, dilihat dari hasil rata-rata = 17,07> 13,87. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh metode pelatihan ketepatan yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan servis atas, (2) ada pengaruh metode pelatihan kecepatan yang signifikan terhadap kekuatan keterampilan servis atas (3) ada perbedaan pengaruh metode pelatihan ketepatan dan kecepatan, dimana pelatihan ketepatan lebih baik dari pada pelatihan kecepatan terhadap keterampilan servis atas. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan ketepatan, Pelatihan kecepatan, Servis atas Bola voli. This study aimed at to know (1) The influence of accuracy coaching method toward up-service (2) The influence of speed coaching method toward up-service and (3) the differences of the influence accuracy and speed coaching method toward up-service skill. The subject of this study was the students (man) of volley ball club at SMA Negeri 1 Gerokgak with the total number 30 students. The Experiment method was used as the modified group pre-test –post-test design. The test for collecting the data was the technique service test skill. The data analysis was used statistic calculation test-T (t-test) in significant level 0, 05. The result of the data was (1) the accuracy coaching influence toward up-service skill, with the result ( ) =8,37>() =2,048, (2) the accuracy coaching influence toward up- service skill with the result ()=5,37> ()= 2,048 (3) and difference of the influence between accuracy coaching and speed with the result ()=3,21> ()=2,048. The accuracy coaching was good influence rather than coach speed toward up service which can be seen from average result = 17.07>13,87. Theconclusion slowed that (1) there was significant influence toward up-service skill in accuracy and speed coaching method (2) there was significant influence toward the power of up-service skill in accuracy and speed coaching method. Meanwhile the coach accuracy was better than speed coach toward up-service skill. keyword : Accuracy Coaching, Speed Coaching, Volley ball up-Service.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan operan berpasangan statis terhadap keterampilan paasing, (2) pengaruh pelatihan operan dinamis terhadap keterampilan passing, dan (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan operan dengan berpasangan statis dan pelatihan operan dinamis terhadap keterampilan passing pada peserta ekstrakurikuler di SMP Negeri 3 Melaya tahun 2016 yang berjumlah 40 orang siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified pre–test–post–test design. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes passing. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t pada taraf signifikan (a) 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) pelatihan operan berpasangan statis berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan passing dengan hasil thit = 10,677 > ttabel = 2,093, (2) pelatihan operan dinamis berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan passing dengan hasil thit = 9,190> ttabel = 2,093, dan (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan operan berpasangan statis dan operan dinamis terhadap keterampilan passing dengan hasil thit = 0,358< ttabel = 2,093. Simpulan yang diperoleh adalah (1) ada pengaruh pelatihan operan dengan berpasangan statis yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan passing. (2) ada pengaruh pelatihan operan dinamis terhadap keterampilan passing. dan (3) tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelatihan operan berpasangan statis dan operan dinamis terhadap keterampilan passing pada peserta ekstrakurikuler sepak bola SMP Negeri 3 Melaya Tahun 2016.Kata Kunci : Pelatihan operan berpasangan statis, pelatihan operan dinamis, keterampilan passing This study aims to determine (1) the effect of training passing pairs static to a skill passing, (2) the effect of training passing dynamic of the skills passing, and (3) the difference effect between training passing with a pair of static and training passings dynamically to the skill of passing on participants extracurricular in SMP Negeri 3 Melaya 2016 totaling 40 students. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan smash bayangan terhadap keterampilan smash bulutangkis, (2) pengaruh pelatihan melambungkan bola smash terhadap keterampilan smash bulutangkis, dan (3) perbedaan keterampilan smash antara kelompok perlakuan smash bayangan dan melambungkan bola smash bulutangkis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified pre-test post-test group design. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes keterampilan smash bulutangkis. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa putra ekstrakurikuler Bulutangkis SMP Negeri 2 Tabanan berjumlah 35 orang. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan smash bayangan berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan smash bulutangkis, dengan hasil thit = 21,21 > ttab = 2,037, (2) pelatihan melambungkan bola smash berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan smash bulutangkis, dengan hasil thit = 29,71 > ttab = 2,032, dan (3) ada perbedaan keterampilan smash antara pelatihan smash bayangan dengan melambungkan bola smash bulutangkis, dengan hasil thit = 2,63 > ttab = 2,035. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan smash bayangan terhadap keterampilan smash bulutangkis, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan melambungkan bola smash terhadap keterampilan smash bulutangkis, dan (3) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan keterampilan smash antara pelatihan smash bayangan dan melambungkan bola smash bulutangkis. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan acuan dalam melakukan penelitian dengan variabel yang sama. Selain itu peneliti juga dapat mengembangkan penelitian dengan metode latihan yang berbeda sehingga dapat diperoleh hasil keterampilan smash yang jauh lebih baik. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan smash bayangan, melambungkan bola smash, keterampilan smash bulutangkis. This study aimed to determine (1) the effect of the shadow smash training toward the badminton smash skills, (2) the effect of the tossing smash ball training toward the badminton smash skills, (3) the significant difference of badminton smash skills between the shadow smash group and the tossing smash ball group. This study was a quasi-experimental study, with the modified group pre-test – post-test design. The data was obtained by using badminton smash skills test. The sample of this study were 35 male students of badminton extracurricular in SMP Negeri 2 Tabanan. The data was analyzed using statistical calculations t-test at the 5% significance level. The results of this study are (1) the shadow smash training affected the badminton smash skills, with result thit = 21.21 > ttab = 2.037, (2) the tossing smash ball training affected the badminton smash skills, with result thit = 29.71 > ttab = 2.032, (3) there was a significant difference in the badminton smash skills between the shadow smash group and the tossing smash ball group with the result thit = 2.63 > ttab = 2.035. The conclusions are (1) there was an effect of shadow smash training toward the badminton smash skills, (2) there was an effect of the tossing smash ball training toward the badminton smash skills, and (3) there was a significant difference effect of the badminton smash skills between the shadow smash group and the tossing smash ball group. The results of this research can be references for the next research with same variables. And researcher also can developing this research with different method which can make best smash skill results.keyword : The shadow smash training, the tossing smash ball training, badminton smash skills.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh pelatihan drillingsmash terhadap ketepatan smash bulutangkis, (2) pengaruh pelatihan strokes smash terhadap ketepatan smashbulutangkis dan(3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan drilling smash dengan strokes smash terhadap ketepatan smash bulutangkis.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test – post-test design yang melibatkan sampel sebanyak 30 siswa. Data ketepatan smash diukur dengan tes Agility T-Test. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan uji t-independen satu jalur taraf signifikansi α =0,05bantuan komputer program SPSS 16,0. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji t-independen untuk data ketepatan smash diperoleh nilai signifikansi hitung lebih kecil dari nilai α (Sig ttabel = 2,145. Hal ini menyebabkanm ditolak. Pelatihan drilling smash dari ketepatan smash dengan hasil thitung=5,753 dan ttabel = 2,145 sehingga thitung = 5,753 > ttabel = 2,145. Strokes smash dari ketepatan smash dengan hasil thitung=4,453 dan ttabel = 2,145 sehingga thitung = 5,753 > ttabel = 2,145. Perbedaan dari dua pelatihan dengan hasil rata-rata 72,80 untuk pelatihan drilling smash 71,80 untuk strokes smash. Dengan demikian hipotesis penelitian pelatihan drilling smash dan strokes smash berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan smash. Disimpulkan bahwa: (1) pelatihan drilling smash berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan smash bulutangkis,(2) pelatihanstrokes smash berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan smash bulutangkis, dan (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan drilling smash dengan strokes smash terhadapketepatan smashbulutangkis SMA Negeri 1 Dawan. Kata Kunci : pelatihan drilling smash, pelatihan strokes smash, ketepatan smash This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of training for the accuracy drillingsmash smash badminton, (2) the effect of the training strokes to smash the accuracy smashbulutangkis and (3) the difference between training effect with strokes drilling smash smash smash for the accuracy of this bulutangkis.Penelitian using experimental methods apparent with the modified design of group pre-test - post-test design involving a sample of 30 students. Data accuracy is measured by a test smash Agility T-Test. The data were analyzed by t-test independent of one lane significance level α = 0,05bantuan SPSS 16.0. The results of data analysis using independent t-test for data accuracy count smash significance value smaller than the value α (Sig table = 2.145. It menyebabkanm rejected. Training of precision drilling smash smash with the result t = 5.753 and 2.145 that table = t = 5.753> table = 2.145. Strokes smash smash of accuracy with the results of t = 4.453 and 2.145 that table = t = 5.753> table = 2.145. The difference of the two training with an average yield of 72.80 to 71.80 for the training of drilling smash smash strokes. Thus the hypothesis of the research training and strokes drilling smash smash smash effect on accuracy. It was concluded that: (1) training effect on the precision drilling smash smash badminton, (2) pelatihanstrokes smash smash affect the accuracy of badminton, and (3) there is a difference between training effect with strokes smash smash drilling terhadapketepatan smashbulutangkis SMA Negeri 1 Dawan. keyword : drilling smash training, training strokes smash, smash accuracy

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan jump header, (2) pengaruh pelatihan header bergerak, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan jump header dan pelatihan header bergerak. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler sepak bola SMK Negeri 1 Mas-Ubud tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 30 orang. Data heading diukur dengan tes heading. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 0,05%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan jump header berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan heading, dengan hasil thitung= 9,33 >ttabel= 2,04 (2) pelatihan header bergerak terhadap keterampilan heading, dengan hasil thitung= 8,65 >ttabel= 2,04 (3) pelatihan pelatihan header bergerak memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan jump header terhadap keterampilan heading, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata 28,20>26,40. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan jump header terhadap peningkatan keterampilan heading, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan header bergerak terhadap peningkatan keterampilan heading, (3) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan keterampilan antara jump header dan header bergerak terhadap keterampilan heading, dimana pelatihan header bergerak lebih baik dari pada pelatihan jump header terhadap keterampilan heading dalam sepak bola.Kata Kunci : Pelatihan, heading, keterampilan. This research aim to to know (1) influence of training of header jump, (2) influence of training of peripatetic header, (3) Difference of influence of training of header jump and training of peripatetic header. Research Subjek [is] extracurricular participant student [of] football of SMK Country 1 Mas-Ubud year 2014 amounting to 30 people. data of Heading measured with heading tes. This research use experiment method with device of the design pre-test-post-test group modified. Data analysis use enumeration of statistic of uji-t ( t-test) [at] level of signifikansi 0,05%. Result of data analysis (1) training of header jump have an effect on to skill of heading, with result of thitung= 9,33 > ttabel= 2,04 (2) training of peripatetic header to skill of heading, with result of thitung= 8,65 > ttabel= 2,04 (3) training of training of peripatetic header give compared to better influence of training of header jump to skill of heading, seen with result of mean 28,20>26,40. Please conclude that (1) there are influence of training of header jump to uplifting of skill of heading, (2) there are influence of training of peripatetic header to uplifting of skill of heading, (3) there are difference of uplifting of skill between header jump and of header peripatetic to skill of heading, where training of peripatetic header is better the than at training of header.keyword : Training, heading, skill.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan three corner drill terhadap kelincahan, (2) pengaruh pelatihan dot drill terhadap kelincahan, (3) perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan three corner drill dan dot drill terhadap kelincahan. Subyek penelitian adalah atlet karate usia 14-16 tahun dojo Mahakerti Jembrana berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified two group pre-test-post-test design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes lompat jauh tanpa awalan. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan three corner drill berpengaruh terhadap kelincahan, dengan hasil thit = 10,33> ttab = 2,14, (2) pelatihan dot drill berpengaruh terhadap kelincahan, dengan hasil thit = 6,15> ttab = 2,14, (3) bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelatihan three corner drill dan dot drill terhadap kelincahan, dengan hasil thit = 0,08< ttab = 2,04. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan three corner drill terhadap kelincahan, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan dot drill terhadap kelincahan, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan three corner drill dan dot drill terhadap kelincahan. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan Three Corner Drill, Pelatihan Dot Drill, Kelincahan Karate This study aims to determine (1) the effect of three corner drill training toward the agility, (2) the effect of dot drill training toward the agility, (3) the different of agility between the three corner drill training and dot drill training. The subjects of this research were 30 athlete karate kumite at 14-16 years old from Dojo Mahakerti Jembrana. This research was an appearance experimental study, with the modified two group pre-test – post-test design. The data collection test was using agility t-test. The data was analyzed using statistical calculations t-test at the 5% significance level. The results of this study are (1) the three corner drill training affected to the agility, with result thit = 10,33 > ttab = 2,14, (2) the dot drill training affected to the agility, with result thit = 6,15 > ttab = 2,14, (3) there was not differences in the agility between the three corner drill training and dot drill training, with result thit = 0,08> ttab = 2,04. The conclution of the study are (1) the three corner drill training affected to the agility, (2) the dot drill training affected to the agility, (3) there was not differences in the agility between the three corner drill training and dot drill training. keyword : karate agility, the three corner drill training, the dot drill training.
