Abstract

Service is seen as very useful and essential in improving the conditions and quality of society. This community service activity is in collaboration with the Batuan I Elementary School located in the village and sub-district of Batuan. Strengthening literacy and numeracy is a policy of the previous curricula, which is continued and strengthened in the independent curriculum. Some of the efforts to develop numeracy literacy skills at SDN Batuan I are by providing a reading corner, literacy tree, and student arrival hours. Efforts to develop numeracy literacy skills at SDN Batuan include providing a reading corner, literacy tree, and student arrival hours. One way to do this is by utilizing information and communication technology to create interactive learning media. In this community service program, the targets are SDN Batuan I teachers who still have difficulty utilizing information and communication technology as interactive media to support learning activities. In essence, this community service program solves the problems experienced by partners through workshops to train teachers' skills in making interactive media based on information and communication technology.

Abstract

The results of the needs analysis show that the learning process in schools has been carried out but has not been utilized optimally. This study aims to develop an assessment to measure science process skills and to determine the feasibility of developing an assessment. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D). The development model used is 4-D with 4 stages: define, design, develop, and disseminate. The subjects of this study were 30 grade 4 students. The data analysis technique used in this study is the percentage of product eligibility criteria, reliability, using reliability test criteria, differentiating power analysis, using differentiating criteria. The results of developing an assessment to measure science process skills in science subjects in elementary schools were obtained from the validation of 73.3% assessment experts, 89.28% material experts, and 89.28% linguists. The feasibility of the science assessment to measure students' science process skills is based on expert validators; the results meet the requirements and are based on the validity of valid and reliable test items that can be used to measure science process skills. The items are stated to be good and reliable so that they can be used to measure science process skills. Making science learning assessments to measure science process skills requires a team of experts, so the questions developed need more references to produce quality, creative and varied questions.

Abstract

Teachers' lack of understanding regarding the concept and purpose of dance education affects the design of learning programs, which tend to be monotonous and less creative. This condition impacts students' dance movement skills in elementary schools. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of Doratoon media based on local cultural arts in improving students' dance movement skills. The research employed a quantitative method with a pre-experimental design of the one-group pretest-posttest type, where one group was tested before and after using the learning media. The research instrument was a dance movement skills test administered to students. The data were analyzed using hypothesis testing through a t-test. The results showed that the use of Doratoon media based on local culture was highly effective in improving students' dance movement skills, as evidenced by the tvalue being higher than the ttable (9.42 > 2.262). Moreover, the developed dance skills video media has the potential to be published through YouTube as an effort to expand learning access and improve dance skills more actively and creatively. The conclusion of this study is that Doratoon media can be effectively used as an alternative local culture-based learning tool to enhance students' dance movement skills in elementary schools.

Abstract

In this research, it will focus on Building Character Education awareness through Student Service Period (MPS) activities at MA Putra Nasy'atul Muta'allimin Gapura Timur, Sumenep Regency. This MPS is an activity to build awareness of character education and social sensitivity as well as students' social participation skills. The Student Service Period is held in order for students to learn directly from the community. This research is a field research (field research) with qualitative form and literature by collecting data, as well as examining references related to the subject being studied, both papers, books, newspapers, journals, peper as well as interviews using an anthropological approach which means doing study the history of the emergence of MPS by looking at the theoretical framework used in analyzing data or facts, which revolves around the problems faced related to the implementation of this MPS activity. The result is that the Santri Service Period is able to build social-community sensitivity, build awareness of the importance of character education from direct experience in society and is able to make students more skilled and independent.
