Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the increase in students' ability to understand concepts using the discovery learning model through lesson study on KPK and FPB material. This research is an experimental research with a one group pretest-posttest design. The sample in this research was class VIIC students at SMP Negeri 13 Pontianak using a purposive sampling technique of 32 people. The research results showed that students obtained pretest and posttest scores for understanding concepts in KPK and FPB material with an average of 62,97 and 84,69. After implementing learning using the discovery learning model through lesson study, students' conceptual understanding of the KPK and FPB material received a Sig. (2 tailed) = 0.000 with Sig. (2 tailed) < 0.05 (0.000 > 0.05) then Ho is rejected. Thus, through lesson study, the application of the discovery learning model to KPK and FPB material can increase students' understanding of concepts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning pada mata Pelajaran IPA kelas IV di UPT SDN 145 Pinrang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan sebanyak dua siklus dan setiap siklus terdapat satu kali pertemuan dengan melalui empat tahap yaitu tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap observasi, dan tahap refleksi. Fokus penelitian ini meliputi penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dalam proses pembelajaran. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu peserta didik kelas IV UPT SDN 145 Pinrang yang aktif dengan jumlah peserta didik 23 siswa yang terdiri dari 15 siswa laki-laki dan 8 siswa perempuan. Teknik utama dalam pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan dilakukan dengan cara tes dan observasi, sementara teknik pendukung dengan menggunakan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan proses dan hasil belajar peserta didik dimana pada siklus I dengan hasil belajar peserta didik yang tuntas sebesar 70% dan pada siklus II dengan hasil belajar peserta didik tuntas sebesar 89% dengan demikian terjadi peningkatan sebesar 14% dan telah mencapai target ketuntasan yaitu 85%.

Abstract

Telkom Makassar is the largest telecommunications company in Indonesia with the most popular service currently being IndiHome as a network-based facility. This service is not free but is paid through a good payment system. Payment Collection is one of the units engaged in receivables collection activities that require customers to make payments in the current month or in arrears in the previous month. PKL students are involved in the success of this Payment Collection program so that they know in detail about aspects related to Payment Collection. This paper aims to describe the role of Payment Collection in improving the service quality of IndiHome products. The method used in this activity is collaborative participatory qualitative descriptive, which is a new method used by involving oneself in the process of collecting actual and detailed information so that it can be used as an evaluation for the future. The results obtained from this activity are the process of increasing the quality of IndiHome network services at Telkom Makassar, although this increase still involves the Payment Collection unit itself. Thus, it can be concluded that the success of the Payment Collection in its role in dealing with and handling customer complaints is greatly helped by our involvement as the executor of customer service assistants for IndiHome products
