Abstract

Wabah virus COVID-19 yang terjadi di Indonesia saat ini, mengakibatkan seluruh masyarakat Indonesia harus menerapkan physical distancing dalam semua kegiatan. Namun kesadaran masyarakat tentang pencegahan Pandemi Corona ini belum secara merata di ketahui / masih abai. Sehingga selalu ada peningkatan jumlah orang terinfeksi virus ini. Di tengah Pandemi Covid-19 seperti sekarang, tetap di rumah adalah opsi terbaik untuk memutus mata rantai penyebaran Covid-19. Untuk itu perlu kampanye yang masif guna “Mencegah Covid-19” dengan 12 (dua belas) spanduk yang komunikatif di tengah-tengah masyarakat” sejak 1 September 2020. Demikian pula akibat atau dampak wabah virus ini, terhadap Angka pengangguran diperkirakan melonjak. Kemungkinan akan ada 25 juta pengangguran akibat kegiatan usaha terhenti dan tidak ada pekerjaan untuk buruh bebas. Kelurahan Nambangan Kidul, Kecamatan Manguharjo, Kota Madiun, boleh dibilang sudah menjadi kota dengan permasalahan yang cukup kompleks. Kelurahan ini secara fisik cukup padat, baik bangunan maupun jumlah penduduknya. Kelurahan Nambangan Kidul menempati lahan seluas 102,864 hektar yang dihuni oleh 9.728 jiwa atau 2.728 KK. Mereka tersebar di 46 RT dan 15 RW. Diperkirakan dampak pandemi ini ada kenaikan, sampai berkisar 32% KK warga masuk kategori warga miskin atau 873 KK. Pemberdayaan akibat terdampak Covid-19 adalah upaya untuk membangun daya dengan mendorong, memotivasi dan membangkitkan kesadaran akan potensi yang dimilikinya serta berupaya untuk mengembangkan diri dan keluarga di tengah Pandemi Corona ini. Menggali, memanfaatkan dan mengembangkan usaha produktif terutama bagi masyarakat terdampak Covid-19 umumnya khususnya para wanita, dengan cara membuat suatu ekonomi produktif melalui “Pelatihan Mengolah Ikan Lele Kekinian“ pada 10 September 2020. Mendampingi peserta dengan cara demontrasi memasak/mengolah ikan dan memberikan pelatihan tutorial dalam FlascDisch yang berupa vidio/film. 20 orang peserta dari unsur RW/UMKM/PKK diberikan instruksi mengenai tahapan pengolahan dan penanganan pasca pengolahan dan penjualan.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and technological progress will certainly encourage qualified the human resources, have the competitiveness that will be able to enter in various fields of business, business or other work that one of them is the field of tourism. In this study, the writer use the type of qualitative research with the approach ethnography. According to Arif (2013). That Ethnography is one of many approaches in qualitative research. In Greek terms, ethnos, meaning society, race or a cultural group, ethnography means a science that explains the way people live. Technique of colectin data they are observations, Interview, Documentations, and The Voice Recorder. Techniques of Analysis Data they are Data Collection (Data Collection), Data Reduction, Display Data, and Conclusion and Verification (Conclusion: Drawing / verifying). Based on the results of data analysis conducted by researcher, research on the process of acquiring a second language on existing traders in coastal areas Kuta. Researcher can conclude that the second language acquisition on the beach traders Kuta is through several processes, namely: traders who have a formal education base in obtaining a second language, such as Following Course Institution, high school and second language that can be through lectures. and traders who do not have a formal school education background get a second language through Listening, Remembering and Imitating, and experience directly (interact)

Abstract

Pengadaan merupakan kegiatan yang dimaksud untuk merealisasikan perencanaan kebutuhan. Tahap pengadaan merupakan tahapan yang penting karena faktor pengadaan obat yang tidak tepat, belum efektif dan kurang efisien dapat berakibat kepada tidak terpenuhinya kebutuhan obat-obat. Obat Tradisional adalah bahan atau ramuan bahan yang berupa bahan tumbuhan, bahan hewan, bahan mineral, sediaan galenik atau campruran dari bahan-bahan tersebut, yang secara tradisional telah digunakan sebagai pengobatan berdasarkan pengalaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pengadaan dan pengeluaran obat tradisional di Apotek K24 Kiaraconcong. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif yang menggambarkan pengadaan dan pengeluaran obat tradisional di Apotek K24 Kiaracondong Bandung. Teknik pengambilan data yang dilakukan dengan cara observasi menggunakan alat checklist observasi dan wawancara menggunakan alat pedoman wawancara kepada Apoteker dan Tenaga Teknis Kefarmasian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengadaan di apotek k24 kiaracondong sudah sesuai dengan SOP (Standar Operasional Prosedur) Apotek K24 Kiaracondong. Pengeluaran tertinggi obat tradisional yaitu sediaan tolak angin sedangkan pengeluaran terkecil obat tradisional yang ada pada Apotek K24 Kiaracondong adalah entrostop herbal.

Abstract

The Customer Operational Center (COC) information system at PT Telkom has a strategic role in supporting customer service operations, especially in the West Jakarta area. However, the existence of risks that can affect the performance of thisapplication is a challenge that must be managed properly. This research aims to analyze risk management in COC applications using the NIST SP 800-30 approach, a widely recognized method for information technology risk assessment. The research methodology includes asset identification, threats, vulnerabilities, and impact analysis on COC applications. Data was collected through interviews with the operational team, document review, and direct observation of the application work process. The analysis results show several main risks, including disruption to data integrity, the threat of cyber attacks, and the potential for application downtime that could disrupt customer service. Risk mitigation strategies are proposed based on the evaluation results, including implementation of technical controls, information security policies, and increased user awareness. Using the NIST SP 800-30 approach, this research provides systematic insights to increase the resilience of COC applications to risk, as well as supporting operational sustainability and customer service at PT Telkom West Jakarta. It is hoped that these findings can be a practical guide for companies in managing information technology risks on similar platforms.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the Strategy of the National Zakat Amil Agency (BAZNAS) in channeling Zakat Infaq and Alms (ZIS) funds for education is very important for children to study at a higer level, but there are still many children who are less able to do so. Continuing education due to family economic factors. So that way BAZNAS created a superior program. This program focuses on school children who are less able to complete school. The National Zakat Amil Agency (BAZNAS) provides assistance in the form of school supplies that they need, starting from money, bags,pens,books, pencils and other school supplies. The aim of this research is to determine the strategy of the National Zakat Amil Agency (BAZNAS) in distributing zakat, infaq and alms funds in the education sector of Sambas District, Sambas Regency. Apart from that, it is also to find out what are the inhibiting factors in distributing zakat, infaq and alms funds in the education sector of Sambas District, Sambas Regency. This type of research is field research, using a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection technique used was through observation interviews and documentation based on existing sources in the field related to this research. The results of this research conclude that BAZNAS strategy in distributing zakat, infaq and alms funds in the education sector in Sambas District has been running well, although sector in Sambas District has been running well, although it is not optimal. BAZNAS strategy in distributing zakat, infaq and alms funds in the education sector in Sambas District is to collaborate with schools. And institution related to the process of distributing ZIS funds in the education sector. There are 3 programs in the Sambas Regency BAZNAS program, namely education, health and house renovation programs. ZIS funds are collected by BAZNAS and distributed to 8 (eight) Asnaf, namely the Poor, Poor Amilin, Muallaf, Gharimin, Riqab, Fisabilillah and Ibnu Sabil. One form of responsibility is by channeling the zakat funds that have been collected to help reduce educational costs for people in need.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the consumption styles and consumer behavior of Generation Z at the Al Madinah Surabaya Food Court. Generation Z, which is a group of consumers born in the mid-1990s to early 2010s, has unique consumption characteristics and preferences that can influence food choices and shopping decisions in food court environments. This study uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and participant observation as data collection methods. This research was conducted in Surabaya in the first to third week of October. Qualitative methods were used with 6 respondents in in-depth interviews (virtual and live based). The research results show that the lifestyle and behavior phenomenon of Gen Z consumers at the Al-Madinah food court develops from culture, needs and price factors. Gen Z as customers at the food court experience emotional satisfaction. Gen Z's activities, behavior and lifestyle are channeled through the AIO (Activity, Interest, Opinion) lifestyle dimensions in the food court. The suggestion for the Al-Madinah food court is that it must innovate so that it has unique characteristics. Innovation can be expressed in the decoration of the place and also dare to release new menu variants that are interesting, unique but also worth having. This effort focuses on providing emotional satisfaction to Gen Z. Following trends is also very necessary considering that Gen Z has the characteristic of liking challenges and going viral.

Abstract

Inovasi produk Sosis Ayam Kentang CIPOT (Chicken Potato) dikembangkan dengan penambahan potongan kentang sebagai bahan pengisi untuk meningkatkan nilai gizi (karbohidrat kompleks dan serat) serta memperbaiki kualitas fisik sosis. Penelitian ini yang mengambil 30 mahasiswa sebagai responden menggunakan uji hedonik dan uji sensori untuk menilai atribut warna, aroma, rasa, dan tekstur. Hasil uji validitas menunjukkan bahwa semua atribut hedonik valid, dan instrumen yang digunakan reliabel. Sementara itu, pada uji sensori, hanya atribut rasa dan tekstur yang dinyatakan valid, meskipun reliabilitasnya masih kurang memuaskan. Analisis regresi linier sederhana, uji T, dan uji F mengonfirmasi bahwa penilaian sensori berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat kesukaan konsumen (hedonik), dengan variabel sensori menjelaskan 14,8% variasi kesukaan konsumen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis potensi aplikasi tepung mocaf (modified cassava flour) sebagai bahan alternatif bebas gluten pada produk bakery melalui studi literatur dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa proses fermentasi mikroba pada pembuatan mocaf meningkatkan modifikasi pati, kemampuan mengikat air, elastisitas adonan, dan menurunkan kadar sianida alami. Mocaf mampu menggantikan tepung terigu sebagian maupun seluruhnya pada roti manis, cake, dan cookies dengan hasil sensori dan gizi yang baik. Penambahan bahan alami seperti daun binahong, tepung porang, dan whey protein dapat meningkatkan aktivitas antioksidan, kandungan serat, serta kadar protein. Secara industri, mocaf berpotensi besar mendukung kemandirian pangan nasional melalui pemanfaatan singkong yang melimpah dan proses produksi yang sederhana. Meskipun demikian, tantangan formulasi masih ada terutama dalam mencapai volume dan tekstur produk yang sebanding dengan tepung terigu. Secara keseluruhan, mocaf merupakan alternatif bahan yang berkelanjutan dan fungsional untuk pengembangan produk bakery bebas gluten yang bergizi, dapat diterima konsumen, serta mendukung kemandirian pangan nasional.
