Abstract

The background of children who are not yet able to count and mention numbers can be seen when the teacher raises seven fingers; some children call it five, six, and nine. Some children also do not know the symbols. When the teacher shows the numbers 6 and 9, the children cannot distinguish the numbers. One of the teacher's efforts in developing numeracy skills is using smartwatch media that can stimulate children to do learning activities, develop their imagination, and make it easier to recognize and know symbols (numbers, pictures, gestures). How to use a smartwatch is by moving the numbers to the matching picture; children directly know the number symbols, especially if they can develop numeracy skills. The intent and purpose of this research are to develop the numeracy skills of group A children with smartwatch games. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, while the research subjects for group A are 10 children. Data was collected through observation and documentation. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Research results show that through the smartwatch method, children are able to recognize time, name, and order numbers 1-12, understand more and less, and differentiate between numbers 6 and 9.

Abstract

The objective of this community service activity is to enhance the competence of early childhood education (PAUD) teachers in utilizing ICT-based physical activity e-modules to create enjoyable learning experiences while preventing stress in young children. The implementation method consisted of five main stages: needs assessment, training material development, training execution, classroom implementation mentoring, and result evaluation through questionnaires and observation. The results indicated significant improvement in three key indicators: ICT comprehension (from 47% to 87%), teacher involvement in teaching physical activities (from 55% to 75%), and teaching confidence (from 60% to 90%). The novelty of this program lies in the integration of physical activity and digital technology through interactive e-modules as a preventive approach to managing stress in early childhood education environments. This initiative not only enhances teachers' pedagogical capacity on an individual level but also offers a best-practice model that can be replicated nationally. Through a contextual and technology-based approach, the training reinforces the role of teachers as agents of educational transformation in the digital era and supports the creation of a healthy, adaptive, and holistic learning environment for Indonesian children.
