Abstract

Merdeka curriculum is interpreted as a learning design that provides learning opportunities for children to learn with freedom and creative thinking, creating a generation of lifelong learners following the values of Pancasila. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum with Pancasila-profiled learners in early childhood education. This research uses a systematic literature review using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis (PRISMA) with three steps: planning, conducting, and reporting the review. The procedure through stages is the development of a review protocol, definition of inclusion and exclusion criteria, literature search in predetermined databases, critical appraisal, data extraction, and information synthesis. The result shows that implementing the Merdeka curriculum with the Pancasila student profiled in early childhood education is carried out in intra-curricular, extra-curricular, and school culture learning, starting with understanding the Merdeka curriculum and learning outcomes. Future research might delve deeper into assessing the holistic impact of the Merdeka Curriculum's Pancasila-student profiling on various aspects of early childhood development beyond values integration, such as cognitive, social, and emotional growth.

Abstract

This research aims to improve children's language skills through the Role-Playing method based on picture books, especially in children aged 4-5 years. The problem identified is the lack of use of interactive learning methods. As well as the use of learning media that is less interesting, so that children are bored and not motivated by their enthusiasm for learning. This study uses a type of classroom action research which includes the Juho Elliot mode consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The steps in this study consist of three steps, namely pre-cycle, cycle I and cycle II. The results of the study show that the Role-Playing method based on picture books is effectively used in improving children's language skills. From the test in the first cycle, there were changes and improvements. In cycle II where the success of children's language skills is seen to achieve maximum results. This can be seen in the first cycle only reaching 72.08% and in the second cycle there was an increase of 89.79%. In the first cycle, it is classified as a good category with a range of 70.00-79.00%. In the second cycle, it is in the very good category with a range of 80.00-100%. So that the research assessment indicators exceed the target. These results show that children's language skills have improved through the Role-Playing method based on picture books, which in the first cycle was only 72.08% and in the second cycle it increased to 89.79%.

Abstract

The problem in this study focuses on the fact that many students are still inactive and lack confidence in leadership. This is due to the use of conventional teaching methods and minimal guidance. The study aims to analyze the implementation of coaching to improve students' leadership styles at Pondok Pesantren Modern Abu Syafa Binjai and to evaluate its impact on the development of their leadership skills. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the coaching method is effective in enhancing students' confidence, critical thinking, and independence in decision-making. Previously passive students became more proactive in pesantren organizations. Key factors influencing the success of coaching include student motivation, mental readiness, and the coach’s communication and guidance skills.

Abstract

Untuk mengidentifikasi dampak yang ditimbulkan oleh penyusunan kurikulum terhadap peningkatan pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD), tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki. Proses penyusunan kurikulum merupakan faktor penting yang perlu dipertimbangkan ketika memilih jalur pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan perkembangan anak. Dalam konteks pendidikan anak usia dini, kurikulum perlu disusun sedemikian rupa sehingga sesuai dengan tahap perkembangan kognitif, sosial, emosional, dan fisik yang sedang dialami anak. Melalui penyusunan kurikulum yang tepat, anak mampu memperoleh rangsangan yang dibutuhkan sehingga dapat meningkatkan efisiensi belajarnya. Untuk menganalisis berbagai teori dan model kurikulum yang berlaku di Indonesia serta dampaknya terhadap perkembangan pembelajaran PAUD, penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif.

Abstract

Improving service quality is one of the marketing strategies that emphasizes the fulfillment of customer desires. Good service quality will increase customer satisfaction. Thus, parents will trust the school if they are satisfied with the quality of its services. The more parents trust the school, the higher their satisfaction level will be. This study aims to identify the factors influencing parent satisfaction at RA Nurul Hikmah Binjai Timur. Service quality and trust are hypothesized to influence parent satisfaction. This study employs a quantitative method. Data collection techniques include questionnaires and interviews. The sampling method in this study uses random sampling with the Slovin formula at a 5% level, resulting in a sample size of 45 respondents. Data analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS 25 software. The results of this study indicate that service quality and trust have a positive and significant influence on the satisfaction of parents of students at RA Nurul Hikmah Binjai Timur.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar anak usia dini melalui permainan tradisional "Ular Naga". Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan di TK Ananda, Binjai Barat, Sumatera Utara, selama dua siklus dari tanggal 28 Oktober hingga 9 November 2024. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 29 anak, terdiri dari 13 perempuan dan 16 laki-laki. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan lembar penilaian, serta dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan persentase keberhasilan. Indikator yang diamati meliputi konsentrasi, keseimbangan, kekuatan, dan kelentukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata kemampuan motorik kasar anak dari 35,34% pada kondisi awal, menjadi 68,96% pada siklus I, dan meningkat signifikan menjadi 84,48% pada siklus II. Mayoritas anak mencapai kategori “Berkembang Sangat Baik” (BSB). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa permainan "Ular Naga" efektif dalam mengembangkan kemampuan motorik kasar anak, dan direkomendasikan untuk digunakan di PAUD.

Abstract

Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah sebagai sarana komunikasi antara pihak sekolah dan orang tua murid sebagai media kesiapan anak dalam memasuki sekolah baru. Banyak orang tua murid yang kurang memahami tentang dunia anak usia dini. Adanya sosialisasi ini diharapkan akan menambah pemahaman orang tua terhadap anak usia dini. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah sosialisasi tentang pemahaman orang tua terhadap kesiapan anak dalam memasuki sekolah. Pemahaman orang tua terhadap pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak, jalur pendidikan bagi anak usia dini, aspek perkembangan anak dan cara belajar anak yang sambil bermain atau bermain seraya belajar. Hasil dari kegiatan sosialisasi ini bahwa orang tua sudah cukup memahami tentang dunia anak usia dini ditandai dengan antusias nya orang tua terhadap kegiatan

Abstract

Kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia yang masih tertinggal bila dibandingkan dengan negara-negara lain di Asia Tenggara seperti Malaysia dan Singapura, dimana Indonesia pada kondisi literasi numerasi berada pada peringkat bawah, ini bisa menjadi gambaran. Hal ini tentu saja membutuhkan perhatian yang serius dari pemerintah dan semua elemen bangsa ini, salah satunya Guru mempunyai peranan penting serta sentral dalam proses berjalan dan tercapainya suatu kurikulum yang mana guru dituntut untuk selalu siap beradaptasi dengan perubahan dan perkembangan, Disamping itu perkembangan literasi tidak hanya terbatas pada kemampuan membaca dan menulis, tetapi juga dikaitkan dengan kemampuan berbicara, berhitung, memecahkan masalah yang diperlukan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dengan meningkatkan kemampuan literasi sejak usia dini dan harusnya Pembelajaran di PAUD sekarang ini hendaknya menyesuaikan kerangka kompetensi abad 21, dimana inovasi pembelajaran sangat dibutuhkan untuk mewujudkan generasi yang kreatif, inovatif, berpikir kritis, mampu berkomunikasi dan berkolaborasi. Akhir-akhir ini STEAM (Science Technology Engineering Art Mathematics) dipandang sebagai sebuah pendekatan untuk menyiapkan generasi abad 21, yang bertujuan untuk menstimulasi kreativitas, menyiapkan anak-anak dalam dunia kerja yang penuh inovasi dan invensi. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) ini adalah menjadikan para pendidik yang memiliki kemampuan dalam merancang capaian pembelajaran berbasis muatan Literasi dan STEAM. . Metode pelaksanaan program dilaksanakan melalui aktivitas pendampingan dalam bentuk pembelajaran yang mengacu pada model pembelajaran berbasis proyek yang dimodifikasi dari Meli (2020), ini terdiri dari tiga tahapan utama yaitu launching, monitoring, dan evaluating. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam kegiatan ini adalah peserta mampu: (1) terlaksananya tahapan pendampingan, (2) diperolehnya produk capaian pembelajaran berbasis literasi dan steam (3) performa guru sudah menunjukkan penambahan wawasan dalam mengimplementasikan capaian pembelajaran berbasis literasi dan steam (4) respon positif ditunjukkan dengan antusiasme guru.

Abstract

Differentiated learning has a close relationship with children's developmental achievements, especially with the abilities of the basic educational concepts of the alpha generation. when differentiated learning can be implemented well, there will be recognition and attention to individual differences between children. this allows teachers to respond specifically to each child's characteristics and learning needs. this research aims to describe teachers' reflections on the application of basic preschool concepts in implementing differentiated learning and to describe the improvements and advantages made by kindergarten teachers in implementing differentiated learning. this research uses interview techniques as data collection and documentation techniques in the form of pictures in the classroom and school environment. the data source for this research is a learning teacher at a driving school. the data was analyzed using the mil amd hubbermen data analysis technique, namely the flow analysis technique. the results of this research show that group b kindergarten teachers' reflections on differentiated learning carried out in driving schools include diagnostic assessments, content differentiation, process differentiation, and product differentiation. in more detail, the implementation experienced quite a lot of obstacles and there were even activities that were outside the provisions of the independence provisions.
