Abstract

Institutions that provide zakat amil have lofty social objectives. Enhancing employee performance within these institutions has the potential to improve community services and have a larger social impact. Spiritual principles frequently serve as the foundation for work ethics and motivation in zakat amil institutions. The study aims to examine how employee engagement and interpersonal communication are mediated by organizational citizenship behavior based on spirituality (OCBBOS) and how this affects the work output of employees at Amil Zakat Institution. The Amil Zakat Institutions located in the province of East Java include the population under study. The sampling method used is proportional random sampling. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS is the data analysis technique employed in this study. The study's findings indicate that OCBBOS is influenced by interpersonal interactions and employee engagement. Employee performance is influenced by interpersonal communication and employee engagement. Employee performance is impacted by OCBBOS. Through OCBBOS, interpersonal communication and employee engagement affect employee performance. The novelty of the research is that OCBBOS is an intervening variable because OCBBOS is an organizational behavior factor that can influence a person's performance. The research's practical implication is that it can serve as a model for other social institutions looking to better achieve social goals by fusing administrative techniques and spiritual principles.

Abstract

This research is based on the problems that occur at PT Kayu Selasihan Indah, namely the lack of work discipline that can have a negative impact on employee productivity in the company which can cause work to be slow, company goals not to be achieved, then it is difficult to achieve optimal results. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze work discipline, skills and teamwork on work productivity of employees of PT Kayu Selasihan Indah in Bondowoso Regency. This research uses quantitative methods. Along with increasing global competition, companies are required to continue to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their production. A deep understanding of the factors that influence work productivity is very important to achieve these goals. This research has a high urgency because it can contribute to the company in identifying areas that need to be improved to achieve higher productivity targets. In addition, the results of this study can also be a reference for other companies in the manufacturing sector, especially those who want to improve the performance of their employees. The data used in this research are primary data obtained through observation, questionnaires, interviews and secondary data through documentation. The population and sample of this study are employees of PT Kayu Selasihan Indah in Bondowoso Regency, totaling 110 employees. Bondowoso, totaling 110 employees. For data analysis, the author uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it can be stated that attitude does not have a significant effect on employee work creativity, ability has a significant effect on employee work creativity, teamwork does not have a significant impact on employee work creativity.

Abstract

Objectives - This study aims to understand the impact of entrepreneurship education, family values, and availability of initial capital on entrepreneurial interest among Generation Z students. The focus of this study is to encourage increased involvement of the younger generation in entrepreneurship as a strategy to overcome unemployment and strengthen the nation's economic competitiveness. Novelty - The novelty of this study lies in the integration of three main variables entrepreneurship education, family culture, and initial capital which are analyzed simultaneously in the context of high school students in rural areas, specifically in SMA Negeri 1 Kencong, Jember Regency. Methods - This study used a quantitative approach with data collection through distributing questionnaires to students. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression to test the relationship between variables. Findings - The results showed that there is a significant correlation between entrepreneurship education, family culture, and initial capital with student interest in entrepreneurship. Education and family environment play an important role in shaping students' attitudes and self-confidence, while initial capital provides real support in the process of starting a business. Limitations and Implications - This study is limited to one school in Jember, so the results cannot be generalized to a wider population. However, the findings can serve as a reference for educational institutions and policy makers in designing a comprehensive entrepreneurship program, involving family aspects and access to venture capital.

Abstract

Business people are required to provide better innovation, so that fashion trends always develop. In today's society, people are required to keep up with current developments in the fashion sector so that they are seen as cool and confident in their social circle. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Influencer Marketing, Content Quality and Shopee E-Commerce Online Reviews on Purchasing Decisions at the 3second Brand, Jember Regency. This type of research uses quantitative methods with a sample size of 90 respondents and uses non-probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling techniques, using data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis techniques for this research use instrument testing, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination R2. The analysis results obtained show that influencer marketing, product quality and online reviews have a significant influence both partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions at the 3second Brand in Jember Regency.

Abstract

Di era globalisasi ini, setiap perusahaan dihadapkan oleh persaingan dunia usaha yang semakin ketat. Meningkatnya intensitas persaingan dan jumlah pesaing menuntut setiap perusahaan untuk selalu memperhatikan kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen, serta berusaha untuk memenuhi harapan konsumen. Bondowoso merupakan kabupaten yang mengalami perkembangan cukup pesat layaknya kota maju. Dapat diketahui bahwa laju pertumbuhan penduduk Kabupaten Bondowoso yang semakin pesat menyebabkan banyaknya pelaku usaha dibidang kuliner. Salah satu warung yang sudah menjual makanan yaitu Mie Gembrot Bondowoso. jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif sebagaian data yang di peroleh akan di angkakan untuk mempermudah penggabungan dua atau lebih data variabel kemudian setelah didapat hasil akhir akan di kualitatifkan kembali. dalam penelitian ini berangkat analisis data menggunakan analisis SWOT (strenghts, weakness, opportunities, dan threats), terutama untuk mengetahui pengelolaan usaha Mie Gembrot Bondowoso. sedangkan dalam pengumpulan data wawancara,observasi,dan dokumentasi. hasil penelitian menjunjukan bahwa dalam matrik IE di tunjukan bahwa usaha mie gembrot Bondowoso berada pada kuadrat pertumbuhan. untuk mencapai pertumbuhan baik dalam penjualan, aset dan profit atau bahkan mendapatkan ketiganya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan kinerja staf pendidikan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Staf Pendidikan Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 67 orang. Variabel eksogen dalam penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan transformasional (X). Variabel intervensi adalah Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (Z). Variabel endogen adalah kinerja karyawan (Y). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja staf pendidikan, serta memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Selain itu, Organizational Citizenship Behavior juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja staf pendidikan. Organizational Citizenship Behavior memberikan efek mediasi penuh antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan kinerja. Namun, penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan terutama terkait dengan sifat subjektif responden dalam penggunaan instrumen kuesioner untuk pengumpulan data. Selain itu, variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terbatas hanya pada kepemimpinan transformasional dan OCB dalam menjelaskan kinerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh career-enhancing strategies dan organizational innovation climateterhadap kinerja karyawan dengan peran mediasi employee engagement pada BUMDES di Kabupaten Jember. Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan BUMDES di Kabupaten Jember dengan jumlah sampel ditentukan sebanyak 100 orang.  Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah career-enhancing strategies (X1) dan organizational innovation climate (X2). Variabel intervening adalah employee engagement  (Z). Variabel dependen adalah kinerja karyawan (Y). Analisis data diolah dengan menggunakan analisis SEM-PLS dengan bantuan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember dalam kaitannya dengan evaluasi dan penilaian mengenai kondisi kinerja sumber daya manusia di BUMDES di Kabupaten Jember khususnya dalam kaitannya dengan career-enhancing strategies, organizational innovation climate, dan employee engagement. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa career-enhancing strategies dan organizational innovation climate berpengaruh employee engagement. Organizational innovation climate dan employee engagement berpengaruh kinerja karyawan, sedangkan career-enhancing strategies tidak berpengaruh kinerja karyawan. Organizational innovation climate berpengaruh kinerja karyawan melalui employee engagement, sedangkan career-enhancing strategies tidak berpengaruh kinerja karyawan melalui employee engagement

Abstract

Green marketing, marketing is done by combining environmental concerns needed by consumers in every marketing activity carried out by the company. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of green marketing mix on The Body Shop Lippo Plaza Jember products. The results showed that this green marketing mix simultaneously influenced the purchase decision of The Body Shop products at Lippo Plaza Jember. This shows that the better the green marketing mix strategy at The Body Shop Jember, the more purchasing decisions made by consumers will be to buy products at The Body Shop Jember.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kepuasan nasabah dalam penggunaan BI-FAST dan Aplikasi FLIP dalam kegiatan transaksi sehari-hari. Objek penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang mencakup tiga Kecamatan yakni, Kecamatan Sumbersari, Kecamatan Kaliwates, dan Kecamatan Patrang Kabupaten Jember yang memiliki jumlah sampel 216 responden menggunakan teknik pupossive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji kolmogrof smirnof, dan uji independent sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji validitas kepuasan nasabah yang meliputi loyalitas nasabah, pengulangan kembali penggunaan aplikasi atau sistem, pembelian variasi produk lain menggunakan aplikasi sistem tersebut, dan promosi nasabah tentang BI-Fast dan Aplikasi FLIP dinyatakan valid. Hasil uji independent sample t-test menyatakan bahwa kepuasan nasabah yang meliputi loyalitas nasabah, pengulangan kembali penggunaan aplikasi atau sistem, pembelian variasi produk lain menggunakan aplikasi sistem tersebut, dan promosi nasabah tentang BI-Fast dan Aplikasi FLIP memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan.
