Abstract

This study analyzes fairness and transparency in palm oil weighing at PT Pelindo Era Wira Forestama, integrating operational and ethical perspectives. A qualitative-descriptive approach was employed, involving observation, semi-structured interviews with staff and smallholder farmers, and document analysis. Results indicate persistent challenges, including discrepancies in weight measurements, restricted farmer access to scale data, and an inadequate complaint mechanism, which affect economic outcomes and ethical accountability. From an Islamic economics standpoint, these practices do not fully uphold the principles of justice (‘adl) and honesty (shidq), essential for equitable transactions. Recommendations include providing real-time scale access for farmers, establishing a transparent grievance system, and conducting periodic independent audits to ensure reliability and fairness. Implementing these strategies can enhance operational integrity, build trust with farmers, and align corporate practices with ethical and religious standards. The study contributes to understanding how operational reforms can promote just, responsible, and sustainable palm oil trade.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kandungan proksimat dari ransum komplit berbasis silase jerami padi dengan penambahan EM4 (Effective Microorganisms). Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) non-faktorial yang terdiri dari empat perlakuan dan lima ulangan. Perlakuan yang diberikan meliputi: P0 (silase ransum komplit tanpa jerami padi), P1 (silase ransum komplit dengan 25% jerami padi), P2 (silase ransum komplit dengan 50% jerami padi), dan P3 (silase ransum komplit dengan 75% jerami padi). Parameter yang diamati meliputi bahan kering, protein kasar, serat kasar, lemak kasar, dan kadar abu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh parameter proksimat yang diuji dipengaruhi secara signifikan (P<0,05) oleh peningkatan proporsi jerami padi dalam ransum komplit. Meskipun kandungan protein kasar dan lemak kasar menurun seiring meningkatnya persentase jerami padi, kandungan bahan kering dan serat kasar justru mengalami peningkatan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa silase ransum komplit dengan komposisi jerami padi hingga 50% (P2) masih memiliki nilai nutrisi yang cukup baik dan berpotensi digunakan sebagai alternatif pakan bagi ternak ruminansia, menggantikan pakan konvensional.   Kata kunci: Jerami padi, Proksimat, Ransum komplit, Silase, EM4

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the extent to which influencer marketing and electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) simultaneously influence consumer purchasing decisions. This research employed a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who had purchased or used cosmetic products after being exposed to influencer marketing and E-WOM, selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to determine the influence of the independent variables (influencer marketing and E-WOM) on the dependent variable (purchase decision). The findings reveal that influencer marketing and E-WOM significantly affect consumer purchasing decisions, with a combined contribution of 56.9%. This result highlights the novelty of integrating both digital strategies as complementary drivers of consumer behavior in the cosmetic industry, particularly in an era where peer-to-peer communication and digital endorsements increasingly shape purchase intentions. From an academic perspective, this study enriches the literature on digital marketing by demonstrating how the synergy between influencer credibility and electronic word-of-mouth creates a stronger explanatory framework for understanding purchasing decisions. Practically, the findings imply that cosmetic brands should not only optimize influencer collaborations but also design strategies that stimulate authentic consumer engagement to enhance E-WOM, thereby achieving a sustainable competitive advantage in digital marketplaces.

Abstract

Surat Perintah Perjalanan Dinas (SPPD) adalah surat perintah dari atasan yang diberikan kepada pegawai untuk melakukan suatu tugas perjalanan dinas. Terdapat beberapa permasalahan pada saat mengelola surat perjalanan dinas seperti yang dialami dinas Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) Provinsi Jambi yaitu proses pembuatan Surat Perintah Perjalanan Dinas (SPPD) masih dilakukan secara sederhana dengan pencatatan manual menggunakan Microsoft Office dan Microsoft Excel. Hal ini mengakibatkan sistem menjadi kurang efektif dan efisien, baik dari segi waktu maupun materi. Dengan adanya masalah tersebut penulis tertarik membuat suatu sistem informasi berbasis website SPPD agar menjadi sebuah sistem yang terkomputerisasi. Sistem yang diusulkan tersebut dapat membantu dalam pembuatan surat tugas perjalanan dinas pegawai, pecetakan surat tugas, pengelolaan biaya, penghitungan biaya, dan pencetakan kwitansi biaya perjalanan. Dengan adanya sistem informasi perjalanan dinas ini diharapkan dapat memudahkan instansi dalam membuat surat perjalanan dinas yang terkelola dengan lebih baik.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to analyze the effect of gearing, Price Earning Ratio (PER), interest rate, and risk on abnormal return. The research was conducted using secondary data. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The object of the research is to list companies on the Indonesia stock exchange from 2017-2020. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. By using regression analysis, the study provides evidence that all the independent variables such as gearing, Price Earning Ratio, and risk haven’t a significant positive effect on abnormal returns. Only one variable which is interest rate that has a significant positive effect on abnormal returns.
