Abstract

The integration of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) with Pancasila in shaping students' multicultural character in the digital era is a relevant topic in the context of multicultural globalization in Indonesia. Indonesian society faces various cultural, ethnic, and religious differences that require wise management to prevent social disintegration and to harness the innovative potential of multiculturalism. Education plays a crucial role in promoting peace, strengthening intercultural understanding, and creating an inclusive and harmonious society. This study aims to explore the planning of lessons integrating Islamic Religious Education with Pancasila in shaping a multicultural character at SMP Muhammadiyah 03 Pacitan. The research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach, focusing on the discussion of holistic and contextual character education in the school. The findings indicate that the integration of Islamic religious education with the values of Pancasila can serve as a strong foundation for building a peaceful and prosperous multicultural character. SMP Muhammadiyah 03 Pacitan has successfully implemented these integrative values within their curriculum, emphasizing respect for diversity and involving the roles of teachers and parents in the learning process. With the integration of Islamic religious education and Pancasila, the school has created an educational environment that promotes harmony and diversity in the ever-evolving digital era. This study contributes significantly to understanding how education can play a vital role in shaping tolerant and inclusive multicultural character amid globalization and digital technological advancements.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of quality, price, and promotion on consumer satisfaction HPAI HNI products. The object of this research was conducted at the Batam Business Center 2. Data collection techniques, using measuring instruments in the form of questionnaires as many as 101 respondents were distributed to members or consumers who use HPAI HNI products. The analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, and hypothesis significance test using SPSS version 21. Based on the hypothesis test it can be seen that the variables of quality, price and promotion in the regression model are 83.1% while the remaining 16.9% variables are satisfaction consumer (Y). From the discussion of the results of the questionnaire it can be concluded that HNI products are needed by consumers, the packaging form of HPAI HNI products is very safe and easy to carry everywhere, there is an expiration date, prices are in line with the benefits of HPAI HNI products so consumers feel satisfied, with the promotion of interested consumers to buy, and products can meet the Muslim market. Research results show that quality, price and promotion of customer satisfaction have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction of HPAI HNI products at Batam Business Center 2.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen kurikulum program ekstrakurikuler tahfizh Al-Qur'an di SDIT Ishlahul Ummah Sawahlunto, yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Meski memiliki jumlah siswa yang relatif kecil, SDIT Ishlahul Ummah berhasil mengirimkan siswa untuk berkompetisi dalam lomba tahfizh tingkat provinsi, serta menghasilkan lulusan tahfizh dalam jumlah yang signifikan setiap tahun. Kurikulum yang diterapkan berbeda dari sekolah lain. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, melibatkan Kepala Sekolah, guru tahfizh, dan siswa sebagai subjek penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, yang dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Perencanaan pembelajaran tahfizh dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan kondisi sosiokultural, fasilitas yang tersedia, serta unsur-unsur pembelajaran seperti tujuan, materi, metode, dan evaluasi. 2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran tahfizh melibatkan proses yang aktif, efektif, menyenangkan, serta pemanfaatan sarana prasarana secara optimal dalam tahap pendahuluan, kegiatan inti, dan penutup. 3) Evaluasi pembelajaran dilakukan secara berkesinambungan, mencakup penilaian proses dan hasil, remedial, pengayaan, serta pelaporan hasil belajar.

Abstract

The aims of this research are 1. To describe the organizational behavior management of SD Negeri 14 Talago Gunung Kota Sawahlunto to create human resources. 2) Analyze the obstacles and solutions in this study. The results of the study revealed about the Management of Organizational Behavior at SD Negeri 14 Talago Gunung Sawahlunto City in realizing human resources which was carried out by planning; carried out by conducting an analysis of the activities or work load of intellectual capacity, work experience and example. Recruitment; prioritizing academic & non-academic achievements, having good character, putting aside kinship and prioritizing achievement and professionalism. 1. Development, namely changing behavior so that change occurs, attending workshops, training and training. 2. Supervision is carried out according to a monthly schedule for the entire series of school activities, the condition of students, infrastructure, teachers, programs, facilities. 3. Evaluation; three stages: monthly, midterm and end of semester, as well as the end of the academic year. 4. Barriers; Teachers are not as expected, lack of teacher motivation to show competence, not yet mastered IT, lack of teacher competence, development of teacher training, other workshop activities

Abstract

The work ethic in Islamic education is very important to understand and apply in your duties as an educator. Work ethic includes ethical behavior in work and management of Islamic education. Work ethic is a guide for decision making in Islamic education management. The work ethic in Islamic education includes moral values and Islamic principles that must be applied in the world of work and management of Islamic education. QS. AlBalad: 4 says "and in fact we have created humans in a state of toil". Allah SWT gives promises to believers and those who strive and are serious in carrying out obedience to Allah and defending Allah's religion solely to seek His pleasure. We will show them our path that leads them to happiness and safety in the afterlife. Islamic values have a great influence in shaping a good work ethic, including first, sincerity in working to provide the best educational services for students second, resignation or surrender to Allah to realize that success or failure is the prerogative of Allah SWT third , justice is very important in respecting the rights of all parties involved in the education process: fourth, trustworthiness in managing human resources, budgets and infrastructure properly fifth, kindness in providing the best educational services with full sense of responsibility, love and affection. A good work ethic is very important in education management and Islamic education. A good work ethic can improve the quality of educational services provided by staff, teachers, to students. A good work ethic can also help create a positive work environment, increase motivation and performance.
