Abstract

ABSTRAK Saat ini stunting menjadi pusat perhatian nasional dalam masalah kesehatan di Indonesia. Sejak tahun 2013 terjadi penurunan angka stunting secara konsisten mulai dari 37,2%, menurun pada tahun 2016, 2018, 2019, 2021 dan pada tahun 2022 berada pada angka 21,6%. Penurunan nangka stunting yang telah ditargetkan oleh Pemerintah sampai akhir tahun 2024 adalah 14%, sehingga perlu adanya penurunan stunting sebesar 3,8% setiap tahunnya. Ibu hamil di Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara memiliki prevalensi anemia yaitu 58,05% dari jumlah ibu hamil sebanyak 7443 pada tahun 2021.  Sehingga melatar belakangi pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan pada ibu hamil berupa penyuluhan pencegahan stunting pada ibu hamil, pemeriksaan kadar Hb dan pemberian biskuit Jamu (kombinasi daun ubi jalar dan ikan mujair) sebagai dukungan pada program pemerintah dalam penanggulangan stunting dengan melakukan kegiatan berfokus pada 1000 HPK melalui penyediaan makanan pendukung gizi berbasis pangan lokal yang dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Siborong-Borong . Peserta kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat diikuti 32 orang ibu hamil, dengan hasil adanya  peningkatan rerata pengetahuan dan perubahan sikap tentang pencegahan stunting pada ibu hamil setelah dilakukan penyuluhan. Setelah pemberian biskuit Jamu , diperoleh peningkatan kadar Hb yang sebelumnya 18 orang tidak anemia (normal), 10 orang anemia ringan dan 4 orang anemia sedang, setelah dievaluasi 4 minggu kemudian, 28 orang tidak anemia (normal) dan 4 orang anemia ringan . Perlunya pemanfaatan pangan lokal untuk meningkatkan gizi dan kesehatan ibu hamil. Biskuit Jamu dapat diolah dirumah karena bermanfaat untuk menaikkan kadar Hb ibu. Untuk pencegahan resikon stunting pada ibu hamil sebaiknya ibu Hamill rutin memeriksakan kesehatannya ke fasilitas kesehatan terdekat. Kata Kunci: Penyuluhan, Stunting, Hb, Biskuit Jamu   ABSTRACT Currently, stunting is the center of national attention regarding health problems in Indonesia. Since 2013, there has been a consistent decline in stunting rates starting from 37.2%, decreasing in 2016, 2018, 2019, 2021 and in 2022 it will be at 21.6%. The reduction in jackfruit stunting that has been targeted by the Government until the end of 2024 is 14%, so there needs to be a reduction in stunting of 3.8% every year. Pregnant women in North Tapanuli Regency have a prevalence of anemia, namely 58.05% of the total number of pregnant women of 7443 in 2021. One form of support for government programs in preventing stunting is carrying out activities focused on 1000 HPK, providing nutritional support food based on local food, So that is the background for community service carried out on pregnant women in the form of counseling on stunting prevention, giving Jamu biscuits (a combination of sweet potato leaves and tilapia fish) and checking Hb levels carried out at the Siborong-Borong Community Health Center.  Participants in community service activities were 32 pregnant women, with the result being an increase in the average knowledge and changes in attitudes regarding stunting prevention in pregnant women after the counseling was carried out. After giving Jamu biscuits, an increase in Hb levels was obtained, previously 18 people were not anemic (normal), 10 people were mildly anemic and 4 people were moderately anemic. After being evaluated 4 weeks later, 28 people were not anemic (normal) and 4 people were mildly anemic. There is a need to use local food to improve the nutrition and health of pregnant women. Herbal medicine biscuits can be prepared at home because they are useful for increasing the mother's Hb levels. To prevent the risk of stunting in pregnant women, pregnant women should routinely have their health checked at the nearest health facility.  Keywords: Counseling, Stunting, Hb, Jamu Biscuits

Abstract

Introduction: The right decision-making process will impact to health status of mothers and children, also to increase the human development index, especially health development in Indonesia. 23% of women said their husbands usually made decisions about household expenses, 11% said their husbands decided on their personal health care. Socio-demographic factors, such as the educational level of husband and wife, economic status are potential factors that can influence an individual's decision-making process. Exposure to information and knowledge, individual abilities can have a positive influence for woman's decision making. It was further stated that a woman's decision making on their sexual and reproductive health is highly dependent on the ability to meet her needs and exposure to knowledge. Objective: This study aims to determine socio-cultural factors on the role of women of childbearing age in making reproductive and sexual health decisions. Method: The research design used cross sectional. The sample calculation uses the lameshow formula for the difference in proportion test with a minimum sample size of 159 women of childbearing age. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The analysis used chi square and multiple logistic regression. Results: There is a relationship between socioculture and the role of women in decision making regarding reproductive and sexual health after being controlled by the variables husband's education, mother's education, husband's age, and family income (p = 0.006; OR 2.7' min-max 1.3- 5,6). Conclusion: It is necessary to increase women’s knowledge and their partners regarding gender justice in decision-making autonomy regarding sexual and reproductive health.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat Kementerian Kesehatan Poltekkes Medan Prodi D-III Kebidanan Tapanuli Utara dilakukan dalam bentuk edukasi dan pelatihan pengolahan bahan pangan untuk pencegahan stunting disertai dengan pemberian makanan pendamping ASI dan makanan tambahan bagi bayi usia 6-59 bulan. Sasaran kegiatan pengabdian adalah Ibu hamil, Ibu yang memiliki bayi usia 0-59 bulan, serta Kader Posyandu di Desa Sitompul berjumlah 30 orang. Tujuan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk mewujudkan pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat dalam upaya pencegahan stunting dengan memanfaatkan bahan pangan lokal untuk memenuhi kebutuhan gizi keluarga. Stunting adalah gangguan pertumbuhan pada balita yang disebabkan oleh kekurangan nutrisi yang berkelanjutan, sehingga tinggi badan anak tidak sesuai dengan usianya berdasarkan indeks tinggi badan dibanding umur dengan z-score yang memiliki batas (z-score) yang kurang dari standar deviasi -2. Stunting dapat mengakibatkan gangguan perkembangan fisik yang tidak dapat diperbaiki pada anak, yang mengakibatkan penurunan kemampuan kognitif dan motorik anak serta peningkatan kerentanan untuk menderita penyakit infeksi. Pengukuran antropometri tubuh dilakukan untuk menentukan stunting pada anak. Anak di atas dua tahun diukur tingginya menurut umur. Antropometri digunakan untuk mengukur pertumbuhan tinggi badan dan berat badan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada Keluarga Beresiko Stunting tentang makanan yang sehat dan seimbang, dengan memberdayaan potensi lokal yang ada, diperoleh dengan mudah dengan harga yang lebih murah namun memenuhi kriteria makananan yang sehat dan bergizi seimbang. Kegiatan ini disebut dengan gerakan dapur sehat, dilaksanakan setiap minggu selama 3 bulan sehingga peserta dapat mengolah dan menyajikan makanan sehat yang diberikan kepada bayi seperti bubur yang berasal dari labu dan ubi , kue bolu dengan tepung yang berasal dari daun kelor, abon dari kacang kedele, nugget dari ikan lele., Kegiatan ini diantaranya dihadiri oleh Keluarga Beresiko stunting yang memiliki anak usia 0-59 bulan.

Abstract

Labor pain is pain that comes from uterine contractions trying to expel the baby. The mother's perception of pain during labor can influence the length of the labor process. Pregnant women should be supported to carry out physical exercise to obtain benefits during pregnancy and childbirth. There are several physical exercises during pregnancy, which pregnant women often participate in, such as pregnancy exercises and pregnancy yoga. The aim of this research is to develop yoga exercises and pregnancy exercises to overcome pain in the first stage and duration of labor, as well as to conduct a trial of a combination of yoga exercises and pregnancy exercises which can be developed to reduce pain in the first stage and duration of labour. This study used a prospective cohort design with consecutive sampling technique. The research subjects were pregnant women in the third trimester who were in the working area of North Tapanuli and Central Tapanuli Regencies. The research sample consisted of 50 people taking part in pregnancy exercise and 50 people taking part in pregnancy yoga during April - June 2023. Data analysis used the Mann Withney test. The Mean Rank value for duration of labor for respondents who did yoga exercise was 44.70 and for respondents who did pregnancy exercise was 56.30. Based on the results of statistical tests, a p value of 0.044 was obtained. The Mean Rank value of labor pain for respondents who did yoga exercise was 32.80 and for respondents who did pregnancy exercise was 68.20. Based on the results of statistical tests, a p value of 0.000 was obtained. so it can be concluded that there is a difference in the length of labor and labor pain between pregnant women who were given yoga training and pregnant women who were given pregnancy exercise training.
