Abstract

ABSTRACT Etymologically, The word Sintren and Putren, when it merged into The Putren (the Princess). The term refers to the Princess Princess apparition, i.e. women who entered the spirit of angels so that women become the reincarnation of Apsaras. Sintren is one of the arts as a local culture in areas of the North coast line. Art that supposedly is always dikonotasikan with the mystique that has been around since the 1940 's, and even the menusut legend sintren it already existed since the days of animism dynamism. The development from the time of animism sintren dynamism until now was marked by the development of the times. For example in staging sintren there incense and fragrances; This influence of the animism of dynamism, which at the time was to invite the spirit required incense and fragrances. But at the moment it's been sintren as da'wah media, this can have a look at the text of the poem the song of sintren. Sintren which until recently still existed, though besieged by modern performing art-forms, but no less and still exist. Untainted sintren is indispensable so that the value of the local culture, especially in Cirebon is not extinct. The preservation of this right is sintren via education. Because of local content in the curriculum, subjects containing character values of local culture can be incorporated into school subjects in school. Preservation sintren via the education at the school is very possible, because: a) there is already regulation of local cultural values can be taught at school b) Sintren contains local cultural values and the value of good character that can be developed in schools, c) mystical in sintren can be eliminated or reduced, so can diilmiahkan sintren d) initial period sintren included in school activities can be in the form of extra-curricular activities that he should first , because to get into local content, require time for academic study and considerable cost. Keywords: Conservation, Sintren, local content. ABSTRAK Secara etimologi, Sintren berasal dari kata Si dan Putren, bila digabung menjadi Si Putren (sang putri).   Sebutan sang putri ini merujuk pada putri jelmaan, yaitu perempuan yang dimasuki roh bidadari sehingga perempuan itu  menjadi  jelmaan  bidadari. Sintren merupakan salah satu kesenian sebagai  budaya lokal di daerah pantai utara (pantura). Kesenian yang konon selalu dikonotasikan dengan mistik itu sudah ada sejak tahun 1940 an, dan bahkan menusut legenda sintren itu sudah ada sejak zaman animisme dinamisme. Perkembangan sintren sejak dari zaman animisme dinamisme  sampai dengan sekarang itu ditandai dengan perkembangan zaman.Misalnya dalam pementasan sintren ada dupa dan wewangian; ini pengaruh dari zaman animisme dinamisme, dimana pada zaman itu untuk mengundang roh diperlukan dupa dan wewangian. Tetapi sintren pada saat ini sudah dijadikan sebagai media da’wah, hal ini dapat kita lihat pada teks syair nyanyian sintren. Sintren yang sampai saat ini masih eksis, meskipun dikepung oleh kesenian-kesenian modern, tetapi tidak kalah dan masih eksis. Usaha pelestarian sintren ini sangat diperlukan supaya nilai budaya lokal khususnya di Cirebon ini tidak punah. Pelestarian sintren ini yang tepat  adalah melalui jalur pendidikan. Karena dalam Kurikulum Muatan Lokal, mata pelajaran yang mengandung nilai-nilai karakter budaya lokal dapat dimasukkan ke dalam mata pelajaran di sekolah.Pelestarian sintren melalui jalur pendidikan di sekolah sangat memungkinkan, karena : a) Sudah ada regulasi tentang nilai budaya lokal dapat diajarkan di sekolah b) Sintren mengandung nilai budaya lokal dan nilai karakter yang baik yang dapat dikembangkan di sekolah , c) unsur mistik dalam sintren dapat dihilangkan atau dikurangi, sehingga sintren dapat diilmiahkan d) periode awal sintren dimasukkan dalam kegiatan sekolah dapat berupa kegiatan ekstra kurikuler terlebiih dahulu, karena untuk sampai menjadi muatan lokal, memerlukan waktu untuk studi akademik dan biaya yang cukup besar.  Kata kunci : Pelestarian, Sintren, Muatan Lokal.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan (growth) sering dicampur baurkan dengan perkembangan (development) khususnya pada anak usia dini.Walaupun kedua istilah tersebut nampaknya mempunyai gejala yang sama yaitu perubahan tetapi pada kenyataannya berbeda. Walaupun selalu terjadi perubahan-perubahan yang sifatnya fisik atau psikologis, banyak orang tidak sepenuhnya menyadarinya kecuali apabila perubahan-perubahan itu terjadi secara mendadak atau jelas mempengaruhi pola kehidupan mereka. Perubahan-perubahan pada usia lanjut misalnya, biasanya terjadi jauh lebih lambat daripada peru­bahan-perubahan pada anak-anak atau remaja. Kebanyakan orang cenderung beranggapan bahwa masa lalu adalah lebih baik ketimbang masa kini.Sekalipun kebanyakan anak-anak mengejar saat mereka menjadi "remaja belasan tahun" namun setelah tiba saatnya seringkali mereka rnerindukan kembali saat-saat mereka yang penuh riang di masa anak-anak.Pemahaman seseorang terhadap pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak usiadini sangat di perlukan baik untuk dirianya sebagai pengetahuan, maupun untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak usia  dini yang  ada sebagai anaksendiri,saudara atau bahkan siswanya.Semakin mengetahui perbedaan antara pertumbuhan danperkembangan, maka akan dapat mengindiagnosis kondisi anak usia dini dan bahkan akan dapat memberikan solusi jika anak usia dinitersebutbermasalah.Piaget menjelaskan bahwapertumbuhanitu  "ti­dak pernah statis dan sudah ada semenjak awal." Dengan perkataan lain, organisme yang matang selalu mengalami pembuahan yang progresif sebagai tanggapan terhadap kondisi yang bersifat peng-alaman dan perubahan-perubahan itu mengakibatkan jaringan interaksi yang majemuk.Berbagai perubahan dalam perkembangan bertujuan untuk memungkinkan orang menyesuaikan diri dengan lingkungan di mana ia hidup. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini, maka realisasi diri atau yang  biasanya disebut "aktualisasi diri" sangat penting. Namun tujuan perkembangan tidak.pernah statis.Tu­juan dapat dianggap sebagai suatu dorongan untuk melakukan sesuatu yang tepat untuk dilakukan, untuk menjadi manusia seperti yang diinginkan baik secara fisik maupun psikologis. Dalam Al-Quran  (QS Al-Rum [30]: 54) juga menjelaskan pertumbuhan danperkembangan manusia sejakkecil hingga dewasa.Mengenali pertumbunan dan perkembangan anak usia dini dapat dengan mudah jika kita mengenali Ciri-ciri Pertumbuhan dan memahami ruang lingkup perkembangan. Ciri-ciri pertumbuhan  yaitu  :1.      Merupakan perubahan yang dapat diukur secara kuantitatif 2.      Mengikuti perjalanan waktu3.      Dalam keadaan normal, setiap anak memiliki pertumbuhan tertentu.Ruang lingkup perkembangan mencakup : perkembangan kognitif, perkembangan social emosional,perkembangan bahasa, perkembangan fisik motorik dan perkembangan moral. Kata Kunci: usia dini, pertumbuhan,perkembangan,karakter

Abstract

Media as a component in a learning system has a very important position in the learning process. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning media in improving the quality of learning. The research method is the research method used by the researcher is an experimental method with a pre-experimental design. Researchers used a quantitative approach. The experimental method in this study was used to measure the changes that occurred after the treatment. The result of this study is that the influence of learning media during the COVID-19 pandemic has proven to be effective in increasing student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using the zoom meeting application in improving learning during the pandemic. The method used in this research is as follows: qualitative research methods. Qualitative research as according to Creswell, that qualitative research is defined as an approach that aims to explore, and understand a dynamic. In addition, the data collection technique is through a list of questions distributed via the WhatsApp application. The result of this research is that the benefits of Information and Communication Technology (Zoom Meeting) have only been implemented during this Social Distancing era, thus requiring the lecture process to be conducted online. Lectures carried out using Zoom Meeting are considered less effective because they are often constrained by the availability of network/internet signals for students who do not use wifi and will have an impact on the quality of ongoing learning. The advantages of using Zoom Meetings are considered practical and efficient for students because by using Zoom Meetings, communication between students and lecturers is easier than communicating in writing or via short messages practical for students. Therefore, with the existence of the Zoom Meeting application, it is hoped that it can support students in terms of online-based learning and it is hoped that students can use this application as effectively as possible. Therefore, students and lecturers must understand each other in distance learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. We must accept the dynamics in the Covid-19 pandemic era because this phenomenon is a step and encouragement for every university in utilizing technology-based learning and is also a step towards the industrial revolution 4.0. Changes in distance learning that are carried out in the form of online lectures, of course require time to be able to adapt lectures to the current situation because lectures are in online form, requires the availability of supporting instruments to support the continuity of the online learning process.

Abstract

Mathematical misconceptions hinder students' learning and understanding of mathematical concepts. This study aims to analyze the issue of mathematical misconceptions by developing interactive multimedia based on the cognitive conflict strategy. The research design used was research and development with Design-Based Research (DBR), combining qualitative and quantitative data collection techniques. There were fourteen participants in this study including students, teachers, and expert validators, and the research procedure involved the implementation of interactive multimedia interventions. Data collection techniques had pretest and posttest assessments after the intervention, observations, and interviews. The research data were analyzed using the Paired Sample t-Test. The study's findings indicated that the interactive multimedia intervention based on the cognitive conflict strategy effectively reduced students' mathematical misconceptions. The results also demonstrated improved conceptual understanding and increased engagement in the learning process. This research contributes to the field of mathematics education by presenting innovative and practical solutions to address students' misconceptions. The research implications suggest that interactive multimedia based on the cognitive conflict strategy can be used as a pedagogical approach to promote conceptual understanding and reduce mathematical misconceptions.

Abstract

This study examines the educational challenges of fishermen's children in Eretan Wetan Village, focusing on economic factors, accessibility, and cultural views that influence their participation in formal education. The purpose of the study was to identify the barriers faced by fishermen's children in accessing education, and to develop recommendations to improve the quality of education in coastal areas. The method used was qualitative research with a case study approach, where data were collected through in-depth interviews and direct observation of the lives of fishing communities. The results showed that poor socio-economic conditions of families, limited access to education due to the distance of schools, and cultural views that prioritize work as fishermen over formal education, were the main obstacles. Therefore, community-based interventions are needed to overcome these barriers, as well as government policies that support the development of educational infrastructure and increase awareness of the importance of education to empower coastal communities and break the cycle of poverty.

Abstract

Pengembangan materi ajar merupakan bagian penting dalam proses pembelajaran yang efektif. Artikel ini membahas berbagai teori dan pendekatan yang relevan dalam merancang materi ajar yang mampu menunjang tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran. Teori yang dikaji mencakup teori behavioristik, kognitivistik, konstruktivistik, humanistik, dan sibernetik, yang masing-masing memberikan kontribusi unik terhadap pengembangan materi ajar. Pendekatan yang diuraikan meliputi pendekatan tematik, spiral, kontekstual, saintifik, dan keterpaduan antarmateri. Kajian ini menekankan pentingnya pemilihan pendekatan dan teori yang sesuai dengan karakteristik peserta didik serta kompetensi yang ingin dicapai.
