Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan good corporate governance yang diproksikan dengan kepemilikan institusional, kepemilikan manajerial dan komisaris independen dan pengaruhnya terhadap nilai perusahaan yang diproksikan dengan Price to Book Value (PBV) yang secara parsial dan simultan. Terdapat lima prinsip utama dalam penerapan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) di Indonesia yaitu transparansi (keterbukaan informasi), akuntabilitas, tanggung jawab, independensi, dan keadilan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan objek penelitian adalah perusahaan food and beverages yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2018. Jumlah sampel diambil 14 perusahaan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda diolah dengan SPSS versi 20.00. Hasil pengujian hipotesis 1, kepemilikan institusional secara parsial terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan food and beverages yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2018 yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai t hitung (3,923) > t tabel (1,995) dan uji sig t. (0,009) < 0,05. Hasil pengujian hipotesis 2, secara parsial kepemilikan manajerial tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan food and beverages yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2018 karena nilai t hitung (0,078) < t tabel (1,995) dan uji sig t (0,938) > 0,05. Hasil pengujian hipotesis 3, secara parsial komisaris independen terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan food and beverages yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2018 yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai t hitung (4,369) > t tabel (1,995) dan uji sig t (0,000) < 0,05. Hasil pengujian hipotesis 4, kepemilikan institusional, kepemilikan manajerial dan komisaris independen secara simultan terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan food and beverages yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2018 ditunjukkan dengan nilai F hitung (7,242) > F tabel (2,74) dan signifikansi uji F (0,000) < (0,05).

Abstract

Religious program management assistance activities at the Al-Hidayah Ciracas Mosque, Serang District, Serang City, aim to improve social education among the congregation through effective and structured religious program management. This activity involves several stages, starting from needs analysis and planning, training and capacity building for mosque administrators, to implementing religious programs and periodic evaluations. The management and leadership training held succeeded in increasing the capacity of mosque administrators in planning and managing religious programs. Religious programs developed with a social values-based curriculum are able to increase social education and congregational participation. Monitoring and evaluation showed a significant increase in congregation participation and satisfaction with the programs being implemented. Documentation and publication of activities via social media has also succeeded in increasing transparency and congregation involvement. Mid-program evaluation helps identify obstacles faced and develop improvement plans for future program improvements. This activity has achieved its objectives well and can become a model for similar programs in other mosques

Abstract

This community service activity aimed to enhance the digital marketing capabilities of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Serang City. Conducted over two weeks in September 2024, the training covered essential topics in digital marketing, focusing on social media and e-commerce platforms as tools for expanding market reach and increasing product sales. More than 30 participants, representing various types of SMEs, gained practical skills in creating business accounts, managing social media platforms, and utilizing online advertising to improve product visibility. Despite initial challenges, participants successfully implemented strategies that led to increased market access and sales growth. The program received positive feedback, with many businesses reporting expanded customer bases beyond local markets. This initiative highlights the critical role of digital marketing in enhancing the competitiveness and sustainability of SMEs in the digital era.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of Human Resource (HR) Policies, Intellectual Capital, and Social Risk on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Performance within the fintech industry. As ESG factors increasingly shape stakeholder expectations and regulatory frameworks, fintech companies must adopt sustainable practices not only through technology but also through strategic human and intellectual resource management. Using a quantitative approach with data analyzed via Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), the findings demonstrate that all three variables—HR Policies, Intellectual Capital, and Social Risk—positively and significantly affect ESG Performance. HR Policies emerged as the most influential factor, followed by Social Risk and Intellectual Capital. The model also shows strong explanatory and predictive relevance. These results highlight the crucial role of human capital development and risk mitigation in driving sustainability efforts in fintech firms.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) practices on Organizational Citizenship Behavior for the Environment (OCBE) in Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 130 employees across various industries through a structured questionnaire measured on a five-point Likert scale. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS 3). Results show that GHRM significantly and positively influences OCBE, with an explained variance (R²) of 42%. Among the dimensions of GHRM, green training and green rewards emerged as the strongest predictors of OCBE, while green recruitment and green performance appraisal also demonstrated significant but slightly weaker effects. These findings highlight the strategic role of HRM in fostering voluntary pro-environmental behaviors among employees, particularly in the Indonesian cultural context where collectivist values support sustainability. The study contributes to the literature by validating the GHRM–OCBE relationship in a developing country and by identifying the relative importance of different HR practices. Practically, organizations are encouraged to design HR strategies that integrate sustainability into training, rewards, recruitment, and performance management systems to strengthen both environmental performance and employee engagement.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is an essential business model in achieving desired marketing goals, including identifying target markets, preparing action plans, and appropriate resource allocation. Understanding the importance of marketing for business success is crucial in this context. The marketing process involves steps to understand consumer needs, create products or services that meet those needs, and convince potential buyers of the benefits of the product or service. This research uses qualitative methods, especially interviews, to explore information related to marketing strategies used by street vendors in Serang City. The research aims to understand how street vendors compete in the market and increase their income. Despite having limited knowledge about marketing strategies, street vendors are able to survive and achieve significant profits amidst high market competition

Abstract

This research aims to examine the application of information technology-based marketing management in the service sector in Serang City, which plays an important role in the local economy. Even though information technology has great potential to increase marketing efficiency, challenges such as limited human resources (HR), technological infrastructure, and digital literacy are significant obstacles. Using a qualitative approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews with service businesses in Serang City. The research results show that although there is adoption of technology, especially social media for promotions, the application of more complex technologies such as big data analytics and marketing personalization is still limited. Apart from that, low digital literacy among business actors, especially MSMEs, hinders the optimization of information technology. This research suggests the need for training and development of human resources as well as government policies that better support technology development in the service sector, in order to increase competitiveness and expand market opportunities in Serang City.
