Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explain the effectiveness of writing Lontara’ alphabet Makassar via letters card media in Class VII SMPN 1 Pallangga, Gowa district. This research used quantitative method. The steps was taken, namely (1) The initial test (pre-test) or measurement prior to treatment, (2) the implementation of the action (treatment), and (3) the measurement that was done after post- test. The object of this study was the students of Class VII students in SMP Negeri 1 Pallangga, while the selected students as sample were students of class VII-18 woth total 50 students. Data collection techniques used were participatory observation, test, and interviews. Data analysis techniques used include data description, the average similarity test, and requirements analysis test. The results show that learning by using letters card media is very effective. It can be seen from the results of post-test analysis which shows higher level of achievement by using a lontara’ alphabet Makassar letters card media compared to the pre-test. In addition, in learning process the students are more active by using the letter card media compared to not using these media. While other factors that influence the effectiveness of learning can be affected by three factors, they are motivation, educational qualifications of teachers, and the environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui perkembangan kinerja keuangan Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Gorontalo ditinjau dari rasio kemandirian,efektivitas dan pertumbuhan, kontribusi Pendapatan Asli Daerah menuju kemandirian keuangan pemerintah Kabupaten Gorontalo masih sangat rendah dengan rasio di bawah 100 % , sehingga dana pemerintah pusat masih dominan dalam pembiayaan pemerintahan, rata-rata pertumbuhan Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kabupaten Gorontalo selama tahun analisis (2007-2010) tidak baik dan berada di bawah rasio standar yakni 100 % dan dilihat dari rasio evektivitas menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan Pendapatan Asli Daerah telah efektif karena rasio yang diperoleh di atas 100 % . Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi kasus yang merupakan sala satu penelitian deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mempelajari latar belakang keadaan sekarang dan interaksi lingkungan dari suatu unit sosial secara lebih mendalam dan objek dalam penelitian ini adalah perkembangan kinerja keuangan pemerintah Kabupaten Gorontalo selama tahun 2007-2010.

Abstract

Tatag De Penyawo dance work is work that pours stylist experience. Tatag de Penyawo comes from Tidung. Tatag means losing, which in this work is meant losing the Dayak identity, while De Penyawo mean that in the sense of the heart's deepest. Anxiety on the identity of questionable and even questioning his own identity, as is customary to be lost because of religion stylist is believed to be the theme of this work. Anxiety within the stylist to maintain and preserve the tradition is so strong Dayak, Dayak tradition itself while the conflict with Islamic values. This dance is danced in groups, with 9 dancers. Properties used are Hudoq We, Hudoq-Kublo, and loincloth. It rests on the dance dance Hudoq us. Presentation mode used symbolic representational. This dance work can be classified as a type of dramatic dance, which means that the idea is communicated full allure, dynamic, cause tension and possible conflict between the people involved in her or with others. This dance work processes involving several parties that help, both in the search and in the creation of works of reference as a medium for the stylist to socialize and interact with their surroundings. Through the work of this dance, stylists feel emotional or  spiritual  closeness  to  the  tradition  and  culture  of  the  Dayak  ancestors.  Form  of gratitude and love for the cultural traditions of the ancestors are expected to be realized through the work of this final. Abstract

AbstrakKalkulus merupakan salah satu matakuliah yang mempunyai peranan yang penting dalam menyelesaikan masalah matematika, fisika, kimia, biologi, teknik, pertanian, dan ekonomi. Oleh karena itu, mahasiswa pendidikan matematika perlu menguasai kalkulus khususnya integral tentu sebagai bekal untuk mengajar dan menyelesaikan masalah sehari-hari. Namun demikian, kenyataan menunjukkan pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap konsep integral tentu serta menggunakannnya dalam memecahkan masalah masih rendah. Salah satu upaya untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah model problem based instruction (PBI). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan pemahaman mahasiswa dalam memecahkan masalah tentang integral tentu dengan model PBI. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan jumlah siklus sebanyak 3 (tiga) siklus dan setiap siklus terdiri dari 4 (empat): tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap observasi, dan tahap refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa program studi pendidikan matematika semester II tahun akademik 2011/2012 FKIP Unsyiah. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah tes kemampuan memecahkan masalah, lembar pengamatan aktivitas dosen, lembar pengamatan aktivitas mahasiswa, dan angket respon mahasiswa. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil analisis diperoleh pengembangan pemahaman mahasiswa dalam memecahkan masalah tentang integral tentu dilakukan melalui model PBI, yaitu orientasi mahasiswa pada masalah, mengorganisasikan bantuan dalam penyelidikan secara  kelompok, memberi bantuan dalam menyelidiki secara kelompok,  mengembangkan dan memberikan bimbingan memecahkan masalah, menganalisis dan mengevaluasi proses memecahkan masalah.  Kata Kunci: pemahaman, memecahkan masalah, integral tentu, dan model PBI

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan adalah untuk mendeskripsikan proses berpikir dan respon balikan mahasiswa terhadap pelaksanaan pembelajaran kalkulus integral. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa semester genap 2012/2013 program studi pendidikan matematika FKIP Unsyiah. Instrumen penelitian adalah tes dan lembar respon balikan. Teknik analisis data tes dilakukan dengan cara mencermati hasil kerja, menginterpreasi dan menyimpulkan. Respon balikan mahasiswa dideskripsikan hasil tulisan subjek tentang materi dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian diperoleh proses berpikir mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan soal integral adalah proses berpikir analitik dan sintesis. Respon balikan mahasiswa adalah umum pelaksanaan pembelajaran sudah terlaksana dengan baik.Kata Kunci: Proses Berpikir, Respon Balikan, Pembelajaran Kalkulus Integral

Abstract

Menyelesaikan ketaksamaan nilai mutlak wajib dipahami mahasiswa calon matematika karena sebagai bekal mahasiswa melaksanaan tugas pembelajaran di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan pemahaman mahasiswa calon guru matematika dalam menyelesaikan masalah ketaksamaan nilai mutlak. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa pendidikan matematika FKIP Unsyiah tahun akademik 2011/2012 sebagai mahasiswa calon guru matematika yang telah menempuh perkulaiahan Kalkulus I semester ganjil. Metode pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan tes pemahaman dan wawancara. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara mereduksi data, menyajikan data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Dari hasil dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan pemahaman mahasiswa calon guru matematika dalam menyelesaikan masalah ketaksamaan nilai mutlak adalah kemampuan memahami konsep, sifat nilai mutlak, dan prosedur dalam menyelesaikan masalah ketaksamaan nilai mutlak.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to  determine the accuracy of the method of long width method for measurement of corn leaf area (Zea mays L.) and soybean (Glycine max L) compared to method of leaf area meter. This study use  designed by comparing the two methods, then the statistical test was done with the t-test. The result of this study showeed  that correction factor (k) of leaf area length method obtained with Agustina (1988) version is not significantly different from Sitompul and Guritno version (1995). The k values used in the calculation of the leaf area with the long-width method of Sitompul & Guritno's (1995) version can be used at any age of observation on both corn and soybean crops, for Agustina (1988) the k value on corn leaves can be used every age of observation, but in soybean crop needs to be made a new k value at the age of the plant further (eg 5 MST) with the number of leaves more. The accuracy of the long-width method for measuring leaf area in maize compared with LAM method is quite high, Sitompul & Guritno (1995) version reaches 100% and Agustina's version is slightly lower that is 75%. The accuracy of Sitompul & Guritno (1995) and Agustina (1988) long-range method for measuring leaf area on soybean crops compared with very low LAM method is 25%. Abstract

Abstract: This paper is the result of research that is motivated by the importance of majors at universities to know the quality of lecturers learning after the learning activities take place by looking at the perception of students. This study describes the impact of the impact of the application of lecturer teaching methods at the Department of Islamic Education Faculty of Tarbiyah and UGM Teachers Alauddin Makassar. This research is located at UIN Alauddin Makassar with research population all students of Department of Islamic Education Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training UIN Alauddin Makassar. The result of the research shows that the impact of the application of lecturer's teaching method at the Department of Islamic Education Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training UIN Alauddin Makassar can be seen through several forms: (a) easy to reach the learning goal 65.26% agreeing (Good category); (b) easy to understand learning materials 75.79% agreed (Good category); (c) effectively achieve learning objectives 80% agree (excellent category); (d) increase student learning motivation 77.89% agreed (good category); (e) increase student interest 80% agree (good category); (f) create an active learning atmosphere 83.16% agree (excellent category); (g) create an interesting learning atmosphere of 75.79% (Good category); (h) create a fun learning atmosphere 80% agree (Good category); (i) establishing students' familiarity 74.74% agreeing (Good category); (j) build positive communication between students and lecturers 81.05% agreed (very good category); (k) build a religious attitude 80% students agree (good category); (l) to form social attitudes 89.47% students agree (very good category); (m) form emotional attitudes of students 69.47% agreed (Good category).

Abstract

This paper is the result of the author's research which is compiled into a journal with the main problem of how the user response is graduated from the Department of Islamic Religious Education of Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training UIN Alauddin in Makassar City in terms of professionalism, information, ability to communicate, teamwork, and ability to do self-development. Sources of data as respondents consist of elements of schools and madrassas in Makassar City who have PAI subject teachers or clumps of PAI subjects who have an undergraduate education background in the Department of PAI Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training UIN Alauddin Makassar. School and madrasah in question amounted to 15 schools / madrasah with the number of teachers assessed by the principal / madrasah amounted to 40 people. The results showed that the attitude of professionalism of alumni of Islamic Education Department Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training UIN Alauddin Makassar included in very good category with value 3,66; attitudes of integrity (ethics and morals) are included in the excellent category with a score of 3.74; abilities in the language fall into either category with a value of 2.70; ability to use information technology in learning activities included in good category with value 3,32; communication ability included in very good category with value 3,70; team cooperation ability included in very good category with value 3,61; and ability to do self-development included in good category with value 3,49.

Abstract

The practice of collaborative based field experience between students and tutor teachers at MTsN 1 in Gowa Regency is one of the authors' research results in 2018. This paper is devoted to reviewing the response of students of Islamic Education Department of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training UIN Alauddin Makassar and tutor teachers where they implement collaborative PPL (at MTsN Gowa Regency). The data sources in this study were 18 students (through 3 PPL groups) and 3 tutors. This study describes 3 things: (1) the implementation of Collaborative-based Field Experience Practices between Students and Teachers; (2) student responses to the implementation of collaborative practice based on field experience between tutors and students; and (3) Pamong teacher's response to the implementation of collaborative practice based on field experience between tutor teachers and students.The results of the study show that: (1) the implementation of Collaborative-based Field Experience Practices between Students and Teachers in Gowa District MTsN has proceeded according to the procedures for implementing activities through stages: (a) registration and selection through faculty academics; (b) student debriefing activities; (c) workshop for tutors and tutors; (d) release and delivery of PPL students; (e) school observation and program planning; (f) teaching guided patterns 75:25; (h) FGD 1; (i) implementation of guided learning pattern 50:50; (j) FGD 2; (k) independent teaching; (l) FGD 3; (m) practice exam; (n) student withdrawal; and (o) preparation of reports; (2) student responses to the implementation of collaborative-based field experience practices are included in the positive category, namely the average value of 2.99 (good); (3) the response of tutor teachers to the implementation of collaborative-based field experience practices is included in the positive category, namely the average value of 3.04 (good).
