Abstract

Olimpiade Sains Nasional (OSN) merupakan kompetisi tahunan yang dilaksanakan secara resmi oleh Puspresnas KEMENDIKBURSITEK. Pelaksanaan OSN jenjang SD berupaya untuk dapat menghasilkan anak- anak berprestasi di bidang Matematika dan IPA dan mampu berdaya saing nasional maupun global. Pada tiga tahun terakhir, karena kondisi pandemi Puspresnas mengadakan OSN-SD secara daring. Tahun ini akan dilaksanakan dengan metode hybrid. SD YPPK Santo Petrus Argapura setiap tahunnya membentuk tim Olimpiade. Saat melakukan wawancara dengan Kepala Sekolah , ditemukan beberapa kendala yang menyebabkan SD YPPK Santo Petrus Argapura tidak menang OSN pada beberapa tahun belakangan ini. Kondisi pandemi yang mengharuskan siswa belajar di rumah berdampak pada capaian pembelajaran siswa. Dan kurangnya kemampuan siswa dalam menggunakan komputer sebagai media dalam pelaksanaan ujian juga sebagai salah satu penyebabnya. Dalam pelatihan ini siswa yang merupakan tim OSN diberikan pelatihan cara menggunakan aplikasi CBT dan pelatihan dalam bidang olimpiade sains Matematika SD yang merujuk pada Silabus OSN dari Puspresnas. Berdasarkan hasil Pretest dan Post-test yang dilakukan, diperoleh perbedaan cukup besar antara hasil Pretest dan postest siswa. Siswa menjadi lebih memahami istilah dari CBT sehingga siswa menjadi mampu menyelesaikan soal-soal menggunakan sistem CBT.

Abstract

Nilai Tukar Petani (NTP) merupakan indikator Proxy kesejahteraan petani. Semakin tinggi NTP suatu daerah menandakan bahwa tingkat kesejahteraan daerah tersebut semakin baik. Sebagian penduduk di Provinsi Papua berprofesi sebagai petani hal ini dapat dilihat dari besarnya sumbangan sektor pertanian terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) Provinsi Papua sebesar 9,91%. Untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani di Provinsi Papua maka dibutuhkan pembangunan secara bertahap dan berkelanjutan sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan hasil produksi pertanian semaksimal mungkin. Untuk itu pemerintah perlu melakukan peramalan NTP untuk mendapatkan gambaran NTP di masa yang akan datang, sehingga dapat dijadikan acuan dalam menentukan kebijakan pada sektor pertanian di Provinsi Papua.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk meramalkan Nilai Tukar Petani di Provinsi Papua menggunakan model Hybrid ARIMA-NN. Tahapan yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini diawali dengan mengumpulkan data Nilai Tukar Petani di Provinsi Papua kemudian mengidentifikasi pola data tersebut melalui plot data, setelah mengetahui pola data penjualan mobil tersebut kita melakukan pengolahan data untuk mendapatkan model yang tepat untuk dapat digunakan meramalkan Nilai Tukar Petani di Provinsi Papua pada periode berikutnya menggunakan model Hybrid ARIMA-NN. Luaran yang ditargetkan pada penelitian ini adalah jurnal nasional terakreditasi.

Abstract

Air bersih merupakan kebutuhan mendasar bagi kehidupan manusia yang digunakan untuk berbagai aktivitas. Akan tetapi tidak semua daerah memiliki ketersediaan air bersih yang memadai. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) FMIPA Universitas Cenderawasih adalah memberdayakan masyarakat dalam upaya pemanfaatan air hujan untuk mendapatkan air bersih, menggunakan metode The First Flush System. Kegiatan KKN dilaksanakan di Kampung Benyom Jaya II Distrik Nimbokrang, Kabupaten Jayapura, Provinsi Papua pada tanggal 2-26 Agustus 2023. Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui tiga tahap yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan kerja dan tahap monitoring. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan KKN ini yaitu masyarakat mendapatkan air bersih yang dapat digunakan untuk keperluan sehari-hari, namun belum dapat dikonsumsi. Selain itu, masyarakat juga mendapatkan pengetahuan mengenai cara memanfaatkan air hujan untuk kebutuhan sehari-hari.

Abstract

The ease of patient registration process and access to information in hospitals through technology is increasingly in demand. Bethesda Yogyakarta Hospital launched their mobile application in 2017, avaiable on Google Play Store and App Store. User responses varied from positive to negative. Some users gave negative responses, namely less user-friendly, limited features, and simple design compared to its competitors. To overcome this, this study aims to redesign the interface design of the Bethesda Hospital Mobile Application by prioritizing user needs through a design thinking approach. This research is categorized as Research and Development (R&D) and involves various data collection methods, including interviews, documentation studies, competitive analysis, and survey distribution. Data validity used source triangulation by involving the IT department of Bethesda Hospital Yogyakarta. At the empathize stage, researchers identified problems and user needs related to information and features that need to be improved. At the define stage, core problems were formulated, including adding application functions, features, information, and interface design. At the ideate stage, researchers generated creative ideas for application development solutions. At the prototype stage, a visualization design was created based on the the design development ideas. In the testing stage, the test results showed that users completed the scenario tasks, but there were still tasks that required more time to complete. This research resulted in a redesign of the Bethesda Hospital Mobile Application interface that can be used as a development reference. The application of each stage of the design thinking method can be used to design other information technology applications.

Abstract

Papua is a province with a diverse culture ranging in language, customs, and traditions. Khombouw is a tradition of carving on bark with various motifs, ranging from motifs of snakes (ehakkai), lizards (fendei), lizards (varaan), fish (ka), eels (Khahlio), cranes (Wandu Khoko), bats ( Pjeakea), flying squirrel (hobahe), leaves (Ovea-havea), forest flower (khamblau, haturi), circular motif (fouw), plot motif (ebew), and genemo leaf motif (ebun). With so many motifs, it would be a shame if they were not explored further because Asei's motifs would only be known among certain circles. The digitization of the asei motif design can be implemented by making it into a batik motif with the application of a computer graphic pattern. To digitize the Asei motif, the method used is a qualitative method which emphasizes the observation of phenomena and more research into the substance to be able to deeply identify the object under study related to digitization in the development of the Asei Sentani motif by using three stages, namely exploration, design, and realization. results. The results of this study are batik cloth motifs that can be used as clothes, hats or tablecloths. With the application of a computer graphic pattern, the asei motif can be implemented into a batik cloth motif that has a selling value

Abstract

Civil servants are a job with a large demand, this can be seen from the data from the State Civil Service Agency (BKN) each year. Data from the State Civil Service Agency shows that from 2017 to 2018 there was an increase in the number of participants, namely as many as 2,433,655 in 2017 and to 4,436,694 in 2018. However, to become a civil servant there are many stages of tests that must be passed starting from the Selection administration to the final stage of filing. However. The Computer Assisted Test (CAT) stage is the most difficult stage because participants are required to work on questions using a computerized system with a short time limit. The purpose of this research is to create a program that is similar to the CAT program. The convenience provided is the availability of a try out application that can be accessed at any time, besides that, prospective participants are made familiar with the original CAT application because the try out application is made as closely as possible.

Abstract

In the education systems, particularly in college, thesis courses are one of the determinants of a student's graduation. However, while working on the thesis, many students are still unable to manage their own thesis files, many factors trigger this to happen, one of which is the number of revisions which causes a loss of enthusiasm in students. This can cause students forget where he/she store the files or accidentally delete their thesis files because they have not been done for a long time. To record the entire history of thesis files, a web-based version control system must be implemented which functions to record the entire history of student thesis files. The web was created using Typescript and Javascript programming languages with the Next.JS and Nest.JS frameworks that run on the Node.JS runtime, for the database using MongoDB. Based on the test results, it is concluded that this system runs well and this system is made very private so that one user cannot enter another user's repository. The system has been tested using black box testing.

Abstract

The Minister of Health Regulation (PMK) Number 24 of 2022 mandates healthcare facilities, including hospitals, to implement Electronic Medical Records (EMR). However, the optimal development of EMR remains a challenge. This community service aims to provide counseling on EMR development strategies based on SWOT analysis and digital maturity. This activity is a dissemination of research findings conducted in 2022 regarding EMR development. The method used was community education through counseling provided to the heads of departments and medical record staff of Bethesda Hospital regarding EMR development strategies. The evaluation results showed that Bethesda Hospital’s digital maturity level is at level 4 (EMRAM). Therefore, a more aggressive EMR development strategy is recommended, leveraging existing strengths and opportunities, to enhance the digital maturity level of EMR to support clinical decision-making and patient safety.
