Abstract

Vandermonde memiliki peranan yang penting dalam bidang matematika dan terapannya. Terdapat beberapa metode untuk menghitung invers matriks Vandermode, diantaranya metode pembagian sintetik. Metode ini memiliki kelebihan yaitu tidak memerlukan perkalian matriks maupun perhitungan determinan dalam menghitung invers matriks. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengaplikasikan metode tersebut untuk memprediksi harga saham BBRI pada bulan April dan Agustus tahun 2019. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah harga saham pada bulan April sebesar IDR 4.330 dan sebesar IDR 5.180 pada bulan Agustus.Kata Kunci: Matriks Vandermonde, Pembagian Sintetik, Prediksi

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on education in Indonesia. The learning process that was initially carried out at school became learning carried out from home online. This condition caused the unpreparedness of various parties, including students who live at the Balim Yalimo Orphanage in Jayapura City. To overcome this, PKM activities are carried out which aim to improve the ability of students at the orphanage, in using the Google Classroom application as a support for online learning. The method used is a training and mentoring which consists of 3 stages, namely the preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. The results obtained are that from 70% of participants who use Google Classroom as an online learning application, there are 43% of participants who are able to use the application well. However, after participating in the training, there was an increase in the ability of participants to use the Google Classroom application by 42%.Keywords: application; google classroom; training; online learning

Abstract

Crude oil has a vital role in the economic growth of a country because crude oil is a source of energy driving the economy. To maintain economic stability, the price of crude oil in the coming period needs to be anticipated by making predictions on world crude oil commodity prices. One of the models that can be used to predict crude oil prices in the short term is Geometric Brownian Motion (GBM). This study aims to implement the GBM model to predict crude oil prices during the Covid-19 pandemic and measure the model's accuracy. This study made crude oil price predictions with several iterations of 50, 100, and 1000. The results showed that the smallest MAPE value was carried out 1000 times in iterations, namely 2.13%. Based on the MAPE value, it can be concluded that the results of crude oil price predictions using GBM have a high level of accuracy.

Abstract

One method that can be used to calculate the inverse of a matrix is ​​the adjoin method. In this method, the process begins by calculating the value of the determinant and adjoin of a matrix. This study discusses a method for calculating the inverse, especially on the Vandermonde matrix using partial fraction decomposition. The advantage of this method is that it can calculate the inverse of a matrix, without the need to calculate the value of the determinant and adjoin of a matrix. The steps taken are to define a rational function and then write it in the form of a partial fraction, then by using a formula to calculate the coefficient of a partial fraction, a formula is derived to calculate the inverse of the Vandermonde matrix. After obtaining the formula for calculating the inverse, then comparing the results of the inverse calculation of the Vandermonde matrix using the partial fraction decomposition method with the adjoin method. The results obtained a formula to calculate the inverse of the Vandermonde matrix, V-1=WxA. Based on the case examples given, it can be concluded that the results of the inverse calculations performed using the partial fraction decomposition method are the same as the results of the calculations performed using the adjoin method. However, the calculations performed using the partial fraction decomposition method are more effective and efficient than using the adjoin method

Abstract

Penulisan Karya Ilmiah merupakan hal yang penting dalam dunia akademisi, misalnya pada mahasiswa jenjang Strata-1, untuk mendapatkan gelar sarjana maka mahasiswa harus membuat karya tulis ilmiah berupa skripsi. Akan tetapi penulisan skripsi menjadi salah satu faktor penghambat kelulusan yang dihadapi oleh PAM GKI Diaspora Kotaraja, yang sebagian besar anggotanya berstatus sebagai mahasiswa. Hal ini disebabkan karena minimnya pengetahuan dan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam penulisan skripsi. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan stimulus dan meningkatkan kompetensi peserta dalam menulis karya ilmiah. Metode yang dilakukan pada kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan, yang dibagi menjadi tiga sesi yaitu: sesi penyampaian materi, sesi diskusi dan praktikum, serta sesi evaluasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini yaitu adanya peningkatan yang signifikan mengenai pengetahuan dan kemampuan peserta dalam menulis karya ilmiah. Selain itu kegiatan ini juga memberikan dampak yang positif bagi peserta pelatihan karena memotivasi peserta untuk menyelesaikan skripsi. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang telah dilakukan, berhasil dan tepat sasaran.

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Teknologi, industri otomotif juga mengalami perkembangan yang pesat sehingga meningkatkan persaingan diantara produsen otomotif untuk menciptakan produk yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan selera konsumen. Selain persaingan yang semakin ketat dealer juga dihadapkan dengan permasalahan covid-19 yang masuk ke indonesia sejak bulan maret 2020 yang berdampak bagi perekonomian masyarakat indonesia. Pandemi covid-19 secara langsung maupun tidak langsung menurunkan daya beli sebagian besar masyarakat. Data penjualan mobil pada PT-X Jayapura pada periode Maret 2020 hingga November 2021 memiliki pola yang mengandung faktor trend dan musiman sehingga pada penelitian ini akan diramalkan menggunakan metode triple exponential smoothing. Adapun dalam proses peramalan digunakan nilai . Untuk mengukur ketepatan akurasi peramalan pada penelitian ini digunakan Mean Squared Error (MSE) dan Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE), dan diperoleh nilai MSE terkecil 6,51493 dengan nilai dan nilai MAPE terkecil 7,77 % dengan nilai . Peramalan penjualan mobil pada PT-X Jayapura pada bulan desember 2021 sebanyak 58 unit.

Abstract

Sentani is one of the regional languages in Papua which is experiencing a shift and signs of extinction due to the decreasing number of speakers and no longer being used in both formal and informal forums. Even many Sentani children who live on villages far from urban areas are starting don’t understand the Sentani language. The aim of this research is to create an Android-based Indonesian-Sentani dictionary application that can be used as a learning tool. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method that focuses on a case study of creating a Sentani language dictionary application. The research began by collecting data consisting of observation, interviews and literature study.

Abstract

Cangkang telur merupakan salah satu limbah rumah tangga yang sangat mudah dijumpai, trmasuk di Kampung Yoka Distrik Heram yang terletak di dekat Danau Sentani. Pengolahan limbah cangkang telur menjadi pupuk organik dapat menjadi salah satu upaya penanggulangan pencemaran Danau Sentani. Alternatif ini dipilih karena cara pengolahannya sangat mudah dan praktis. Siapapun bisa melakukannya di rumah. Pengolahan limbah cangkang telur menjadi pupuk organik dapat dilakukan melalui tahap persiapan yang terdiri dari : mengumpulkan limbah cangkang telur, mencuci cangkang telur hingga bersih, mengeringkan cangkang telur dibawah sinar matahari kurang lebih selama 2 hari, dan mengahaluskan cangkang telur kering menggunakan blender hingga menjadi tepung cangkang telur. Selanjutnya, masuk tahap pengolahan yang dapat dilakukan dengan tiga cara yaitu : (1) Menaburkan tepung cangkang telur yang telah dibersihkan di atas tanah sekitar batang tanaman. (2) Mencampurkan 2-3 sdm tepung cangkang telur ke dalam media tanam yang telah dibuat sebelumnya (ukuran pot dengan tinggi 30-35 cm). dan (3) Mencampurkan 1 sdm tepung cangkang telur dengan 1 sdm cuka. Selanjutnya mengencerkannya dengan 1 liter air. Pengolahan limbah cangkang telur. Pelaksanaan pengabdian menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab dan metode praktik pembuatan pupuk organik dari limbah cangkang telur dan dilaksanakan dalam 4 (empat) tahap, yaitu perencanaan, persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Masyarakat Kampung Yoka yang hadir dalam kegiatan pelatihan yang terdiri dari pekerja/ petugas Puskesmas Yoka, ibu rumah tangga dan beberapa lansia menjadi memahami bahwa limbah cangkang telur banyak manfaatnya untuk tanaman. Masyarakat Kampung Yoka dapat memahami dan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan mengolahan limbah cangkang telur menjadi pupuk organik sebagai upaya penaggulangan pencemaran perairan di Danau Sentani.

Abstract

The fact shows that polio is very dangerous to humanity, it is necessary to study the dynamics of the spread of polio. One way, namely a mathematical approach in the form of a mathematical model for the spread of polio. The mathematical model used in this study is the SEIV model. This study aims to provide a description of the dynamics of the spread of polio. The results of this study are expected to be used as a reference to study the dynamics of the spread of polio in an area. The method used in the implementation of this research is literature study. The first stage starts with the model formulation. The second stage analyzes the model that has been formed and the last one makes a model simulation. The formed SEIV model is a system of nonlinear differential equations. The basic reproduction number  parameter is obtained from the analysis of the system. If the basic reproduction number less than one, then there is a single point of  free disease equilibrium that is locally stable asymptotically. Conversely, if the basic reproduction number more than one, then there are two points of equilibrium, namely the point of free equilibrium of disease  and the endemic equilibrium point . When the basic reproduction number more than one endemic equilibrium point  is stable asymptotically locally. Based on the simulation, if  the basic reproduction number less than one for t → ∞ and value (S, E, I, V) are close enough to E*, the system solution will move to E*. This means that if the basic reproduction number less than one, the disease will not be endemic and tends to disappear in an infinite amount of time. Conversely, if the basic reproduction number more than one for t → ∞ and the value (S, E, I, V) are close enough to E^, then the system solution will move towards E^. This means that if the basic reproduction number more than one, then the disease will remain in the population but not reach extinction in an infinite amount of time
