Abstract

This study examined the innovative program Salah Aku Apa, initiated by the Disdukcapil (Population and Civil Registration Office) of South Solok Regency, West Sumatra. It was analyzed through the theory of maslahah (public benefit). The research was motivated by the achievements of the Disdukcapil of South Solok Regency, which received an award as a high-category (green) Public Service Organizer unit from the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the maslahah perspective on the Salah Aku Apa program from Disdukcapil of South Solok Regency. The research method employed was field research with a descriptive-analytical nature. The primary data was obtained through interviews with several relevant parties, complemented by secondary data. The data collecting techniques were interviews, documentation, and observation, followed by inductive analysis to conclude. The program was proven to provide convenience to the community. It was considered friendly to mothers and children, as it facilitated the process for mothers who had recently given birth to obtain civil registration documents for their newborns. The study concluded that the "Salah Aku Apa" innovation program, initiated by Disdukcapil of South Solok Regency, was appropriately implemented and provided benefits in public administration. It aligned with the principle that the ruler's management of the people should be based on public benefit.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of electronic word of mouth and destination image variables on visiting interest either partially or simultaneously. Besides that, to find out the variables that have the most dominant influence on visiting interest. This research is a quantitative study using multiple regression analysis techniques with the help of the SPSS 20.0 for Window program, using a questionnaire with a sample of 91 (ninety one) from a population of 910 (nine hundred and ten) visitors to Ladaya. The results showed that the variable electronic word of mouth (X1) and destination image (X2) had a simultaneous and partial effect on visiting interest (Y). From the t test, it can be seen that the electronic word of mouth (X1) variable has a greater t-count coefficient than the destination image (4.631>3.881). Thus, it can be concluded that the electronic word of mouth (X1) variable has the most dominant influence on interest in visiting Ladaya Kutai Kartanegara. Abstract

Cara mereka dalam memasarkan produk mereka, mereka hanya bisa memasarkan produk mereka kepada tetangga maupun orang terdekat saja dan tidak tau cara untuk memperluas jangkauan pasarnya. Kurangnya pemahaman akan pentingnya branding suatu produk. Agar setiap pelaku UMKM dapat mengerti bagaimana cara untuk branding suatu product dan agar memperluas jangkauan pasar dari usaha mereka itu sendiri. Peningkatan mutu UMKM melalui sosialisasi dan pelatihan design product untuk pelaku umkm (ibu ibu PKK) di daerah Batu Panjang. Pertama, yaitu tahap persiapan yang dilaksanakan pada minggu keempat. Kedua, yaitu tahap penyusunan materi dan menyiapkan segala bahan keperluan dalam melaksanakan pelatihan desain grafis dan digital marketing. Ketiga, tahap terakhir yaitu pelaksanaan pelatihan desain grafis dan digital marketing, dengan dilaksanakannya kegiatan pelatihan ini diharapkan agar pelaku UMKM yang ada di kelurahan Batu Panjang dapat lebih kreatif dan inovatif dalam memasarkan produknya sehingga dapat berpotensi meningkatkan hasil pendapatan usaha yang ada. Dengan dilaksanakannya kegiatan pelatihan ini diharapkan agar pelaku UMKM yang ada di kelurahan Batu Panjang dapat lebih kreatif dan inovatif dalam memasarkan produknya sehingga dapat berpotensi meningkatkan hasil pendapatan usaha yang ada.

Abstract

At present, clove cultivation is increasingly in demand, especially by farmers because it is easy to maintain and the selling price is high. Researchers conducted observations in Tana Toa Village on how the processing of cloves after harvesting is drying them in the sun until they turn brown and shrink. After that, farmers select dried cloves and distinguish between good and bad quality. One way for farmers and traders to determine the quality of cloves is by visually inspecting the size and color. One of the disadvantages of this manual classification process is that each person can look at the same material in bulk in different ways depending on the situation or individual weak points. The aim of this research is to help farmers produce high quality cloves that will ultimately produce favorable results on their economy. With digital image-based methods and Naive Bayes, this process can be done quickly and efficiently, reducing operational costs and labor time. The Naive Bayes algorithm is able to process data more thoroughly than humans, especially if the image quality and features used for classification are optimized. This reduces human errors that may occur during manual processing. The results of this study are, Gaussian Naive Bayes testing has an accuracy of 0.82. Bernoulli naïve bayes has an accuracy of 0.69, Complement naïve bayes and multinomial naïve bayes each have an accuracy of 0.89. This shows that they affect the accuracy rate of clove quality effectively
