Abstract

ABSTRACT In the process of establishing the image of Immigration Office Class I Non TPI Karawang using the Development of Integrity Zone as an effort to support the formation of a very good image for the office. The development of this Integrity Zone is divided into two different predicate steps, including the Corruption-Free Zone (WBK) and the Clean and Serving Bureaucracy (WBBM). From these steps, an innovation service was formed to support the successful achievement of WBK/WBBM badges with the hope of being able to help various public complaints. The regulations underlying the establishment of this Integrity Zone are contained in Presidential Decree No. 14 of 2010 concerning the Establishment of the Steering Committee for National Bureaucratic Reform and the National Bureaucratic Reform Team as amended by presidential decree No. 23 of 2010. The method conducted in this study is Qualitative – descriptive which is a depiction using the collection of case study data analysis at the Immigration Office Class I Non TPI Karawang. The results of this study showed that the development of Integrity Zone managed to form an excellent office image in the eyes of the community. Keywords: Image, Communication Process, Integrity Zone Development ABSTRAK Pada proses pembentukan citra Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Non TPI Karawang menggunakan Pembangunan Zona Integritas sebagai upaya pendukung terbentuknya citra sangat baik bagi kantor. Pembangunan Zona Integritas ini terbagi menjadi dua tahap predikat yang berbeda, diantaranya tahap Wilayah Bebas Korupsi (WBK) dan tahap Wilayah Birokrasi Bersih dan Melayani (WBBM). Dari tahap – tahap tersebut dibentuk sebuah layanan inovasi sebagai pendukung keberhasilan pencapaian lencana WBK/WBBM dengan harapan cakap dalam membantu berbagai keluhan masyarakat. Peraturan yang mendasari terbentuknya Zona Integritas ini ada dalam Keputusan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 14 Tahun 2010 tentang Pembentukan Komite Pengarah Reformasi Birokrasi Nasional dan Tim Reformasi Birokrasi Nasional sebagaimana telah diubah dengan keputusan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 23 Tahun 2010. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini ialah Kualitatif – deskriptif yang merupakan penggambaran menggunakan pengumpulan informasi Analisis data Studi Kasus pada Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Non TPI Karawang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pembangunan Zona Integritas berhasil membentuk Citra kantor yang sangat baik dimata masyarakat. Kata Kunci: Citra, Proses Komunikasi, Pembangunan Zona Integritas

Abstract

This research is motivated by a surge in customer visits at the customer service facility of Perusahaan Gas Negara Karawang Area due to the lack of information received by customers. This happened because of the delegation of customer management from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources to PGN Karawang Area. Therefore, PGN Karawang Area plans and implements a marketing communication strategy that can reduce and stabilize the volume of customer visits. This study aims to determine the marketing communication strategies that are implemented to achieve success in reducing the volume of customer visits. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The theory used is the theory of Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC). The data collection method used participant observation by conducting in-depth interviews and documentation. The results obtained indicate that the strategy that has been implemented by PGN Area Karawang has succeeded in reducing and stabilizing the volume of customer visits because customers have received sufficient information, made it easier to get service, and received satisfactory service.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini supaya dapat mengetahui E-WOM mempengaruhi citra merek. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang didukung oleh teori AISAS. Purposive sampling digunakan dalam proses pengambilan sampel. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna Facebook yang merupakan penggemar Kopi Wirajuara. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner online dengan media Google Forms. Sampel yang dipperoleh sebanyak 100 responden memberikan tanggapannya. Setelah itu digunakan SPSS 26 untuk mengolah data. Nilai t hitung yang diperoleh senilai = 2,527 dan Sig = 0,013 menunjukkan bahwa interest dalam electronic word of mouth memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Brand Image, seperti yang ditunjukkan oleh temuan penelitian ini. Share dalam E-WOM mendapat nilai sig 0,020 dan nilai t 2,372. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Brand Image Coffee House Wirajuara dipengaruhi oleh E-WOM.

Abstract

The research entitled Kompas.com Framing Analysis of the Taliban Controls Afghanistan This research analysis aims to convey how this event can affect people's views, especially in Indonesia and aims to find out how the framing of news on Kompas.com online media regarding the Taliban controlling Afghanistan, using the analytical method framing introduced by Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki. In this analysis model there are four framing materials including syntax, script, thematic and rhetorical in the framing of a news story. This research was conducted by observing online text news from Kompas.com, which is one of the dominant companies in the field of publishing digital content for readers in Indonesia. The theory used in this research is Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki's framing theory. This research is based on events that have hit Afghanistan, namely when the Taliban militia group succeeded in overthrowing the government led by the Republic of Afghanistan. Starting from social media to online media, they are busy reporting on the event, one of which is the online media Kompas.com which has its own view of the event and how the news is packaged.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the verbal and nonverbal communication used in the interaction of the Sancang Village community and to determine the pattern of communication that occurs between members of the Sancang Village community. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation and literature studies. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the study show that the communication used by the people of Sancang Village is dominantly using verbal communication. With verbal symbols that are often used, namely language. The language used by the people of Sancang Village is using smooth Sundanese and tends to use low intonation. In the procession of taking kaboa trees there are several verbal symbols including: 1. Tawasulan, a prayer ritual that is generally carried out by Muslims to pray for people who have died. 2. Ngidung, is an activity of singing poetry using Sundanese, with the aim of asking permission from the Creator and the owner of the kaboa tree (which is believed by the local community, the owner of the kaboa tree is King Siliwangi) to take the kaboa tree. Nonverbal communication found in the procession of taking kaboa trees is when burning incense. Where the burning of incense has the meaning of conveying a letter to Allah SWT and to the universe to inform that we (who burn incense) have a specific purpose or intention. The communication pattern formed in the communication activities of the Sancang Village community uses two communication patterns, namely, 1. Primary Communication Pattern, the majority of the Sancang Village community communicates face to face through verbal and nonverbal communication. 2. Circular Communication Patterns, the people of Sancang Village routinely hold light discussions almost every day after the sunset call to prayer and use continuous communication patterns to establish good communication. This is done not only to build good communication, but also to build harmony and strengthen relations between the people of Sancang Village. Abstract

The marketing communication strategy is one of the important things inrunning a business, because the success of a business can be plannedfromthe marketing communication strategy. Researchers are interestedin conducting this research with the aim of knowing the marketingcommunication strategy carried out by Store Mark Computer Karawangin increasing customers. By using qualitative research with adescriptive study approach, it is expected to be able to answer theformulation of theresearch problem. With in-depth interview techniques,observation and literature studies and documentation studies, thisresearch is expected to be able to answer questions regarding themarketing communication strategy of the Mark Computer StoreKarawang. Abstract

Research on the Effectiveness of Visual Communication of Warning Images on Cigarette Packaging Against Health Awareness (Correlational Descriptive Analysis on Students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Singaperbangsa University Karawang Class of 2018) aims to determine the visual perception of students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Singaperbangsa Karawang class of 2018 on images warnings about the dangers of smoking on cigarette packs. The research method used was quantitative with the population selected in this study being active students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Singaperbangsa University, Karawang class of 2018, both the Communication Studies Program and Government Science which consisted of 82 students. The results of the research and discussion show that the pictures of the dangers of smoking contained on cigarette packages are considered effective because they can be understood by the majority of informants and provide awareness to reconsider smoking activities while the health awareness of the dangers of smoking among the informants even though assessing the warning pictures on the dangers of smoking is not attractive, they will definitely paying attention to pictures of the dangers of smokers in every cigarette purchase, so that this gives them visual awareness of the dangers of smoking. Even though there is effectiveness in visual communication in the pictures of the dangers of smokers on each cigarette pack, most of the informants who incidentally are smokers decide not to stop smoking.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pola komunikasi POLA KOMUNIKASI KOMUNITAS GAME ONLINE FORZA HORIZON 4(Studi Etnografi Virtual Mengenai Pola Komunikasi Dalam Grup Discord). Subjek utama dalam penelitian ini berjumlah lima orang, yaitu pengurus admin atau ketua dari grup Discord ARMI. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pola komunikasi sebagai pola hubungan antara dua orang atau lebih baik dalam pengiriman serta penerimaan pesan dengan cara yang tepat sehingga pesan yang dimaksud dapat dimengerti. Dalam komunitas ARMI terdapat kegiatan dari awal sampai akhir proses komunikasi yang terjalin dalam komunitas tersebut secara virtual. Serta dalam komunitas ARMI terdapat simbol yang digunakan.

Abstract

Peran UMKM yang cukup vital bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia perlu medapatkan perhatian khusus. Pemerintah sebagai salah satu poros pertumbuhan ekonomi akan selalu menjadi sorotan terhadap perannya bagi masyarakat. Peran UMKM yang vital tidak diikuti oleh pengetahuan dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM, maka dari itu program jakprenenur dihadirkan untuk membantu mengatasi permasalah UMKM dalam proses pertumbuhannya. Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis strategi komunikasi yang digunakan oleh Sudin PPKUKM dalam mengembangkan umkm di wilayah kota jakarta selatan. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori strategi komunikasi Middleton yang dijabarkan melalui tahapan strategi komunikasi yang dikemukakan oleh Fred R David yaitu : Perencanaan strategi, Pelaksanaan strategi, dan Evaluasi strategi. Penentuan informan secara purposive sampling dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian mengenai strategi yang dilakukan oleh Suku Dinas PPKUM Jakarta Selatan berdasarkan pada tiga tahapan strategi yakni, tahap perencanaan strategi dengan ditetapkan pendamping untuk mensosialisasikan program jakpreneur kepada masyarakat, menentukan bentuk pesan dan media yang akan digunakan. Tahap pelaksanaan berupa kegiatan pelatihan soft skill dan hard skill dengan masyarakat sebagai target sasarannya. Tahap evaluasi strategi terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan UMKM setelah mengikuti pelatihan. Pendampingan UMKM sangat diperlukan, apalagi saat ini UMKM dapat dengan mudah dan terjangkau menjual produknya menggunakan teknologi informasi. Kata-kata Kunci: Strategi Komunikasi, UMKM, Jakpreneur The role of MSMEs which is quite vital for Indonesia's economic growth needs special attention. The government as one of the axis of economic growth will always be in the spotlight for its role for society. The vital role of MSMEs is not followed by the knowledge and skills of MSME actors, therefore the jakpreneur program is presented to help overcome MSME problems in their growth process. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the communication strategy used by PPKUKM Sub-agency in developing SMEs in the city area of ​​South Jakarta. The method in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive research type. This study uses Middleton's communication strategy theory which is explained through the stages of communication strategy proposed by Fred R David, namely: strategic planning, strategy implementation, and strategy evaluation. Determination of informants by purposive sampling with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research on the strategy carried out by the South Jakarta PPKUM Sub-agency are based on three strategic stages, namely, the strategic planning stage by assigning a companion to socialize the jakpreneur program to the public, determining the form of messages and media to be used. The implementation phase is in the form of soft skill and hard skill training activities with the community as the target. In the strategy evaluation stage, there is an increase in MSME knowledge and skills after attending the training. Abstract

Interaksi sosial tentunya dapat membangun relasi pertemanan secara virtual dan membangun sebuah komunitas virtual yang bisa menghasilkan kebudayaan. Tentunya interaksi yang terjadi di dunia maya berbeda dengan interaksi di kehidupan nyata, apalagi interaksi dengan komunitas virtual yang terjadi di dalam gim, karena interaksi yang terjadi di dalam dunia virtual tentu memiliki bahasa atau istilah tertentu yang sulit untuk dimengerti oleh orang yang tidak melakukan interaksi secara virtual dan memainkan gim pubg. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah computer-mediated communication (CMC). Penelitian ini berfokus pada interaksi sosial serta budaya yang terjadi di dalam komunitas virtual BnW E-Sports dalam gim PUBGM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis interaksi serta budaya yang ada di komunitas virtual BnW E-Sports dan hasil-hasil dari percakapan antar anggota komunitas BnW E-Sports tersebut apakah ada istilah bahasa yang terbentuk didalamnya ketika berinteraksi secara virtual. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode netnografi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi partisipan, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa interaksi sosial di dalam komunitas BnW E-Sports berperan dalam membangun kekompakan dan strategi selama permainan dengan menggunakan bahasa Indonesia sebagai bahasa utama serta istilah-istilah khusus dalam permainan seperti loot, rush, dan revive. Identitas komunias BnW ini dibangun melalui partisipasi aktif dalam permainan, prestasi yang diraih, interaksi sosial, dan penggunaan strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Adapun fitur yang paling signifikan dalam memfasilitasi interaksi antara anggota komunitas BnW E-Sports adalah voice chat, meskipun voice chat sangat memfasilitasi komunikasi, fitur ini juga memiliki kontrol yang bisa membatasi interaksi dengan cara mematikan kontrol voice chat.
