Abstract

This project aims to produce a thematic park asset development plan based on the smart city park in Taman Tongkeng which consists of Facilities, Water, Green Space, Paving Roadway, and Users as well as an estimate of the costs required to implement the project process. This project uses descriptive methods with qualitative and quantitative approaches. Data collection is based on the results of observations, interviews, documentation studies and benchmarking. This project produces asset development planning with a smart city park concept which consists of a Facility dimension in the form of planning 6 facilities, namely the Water Dimension in the form of planning automatic sprinklers. The Green Space dimension is in the form of bio-swales technology planning. Paving Roadway dimensions in the form of smart parking and ramp planning. The Users dimension is WIFI planning. The estimated cost for this project is IDR 206,363,927,525 which consists of demolition, construction and procurement costs. This project requires a review of the project cost budget, creation of a DED, and analysis of the maintenance required by the park.

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance the business management quality of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Cigugurgirang Village by applying appropriate technology, specifically digitalization of business planning. The problems identified include the ineffective use of technology in business management, both for marketing, product, and process innovation, human resource competency, and limited access to capital as well as suboptimal management of the cost of goods sold. The solution to these problems by the Community Service team was carried out by designing a business planning guide using the design thinking approach, including survey activities, workshops, manual template preparation, training, digitalization, and trials. The manual template is accompanied by a guide to filling out business plans. From business ideas and marketing, human resource management, operations and production, to finance, training was provided. Business planning from manual templates was transformed into digital templates using Google Workspace devices, whose documents were stored in the cloud and accessed via Google Drive, utilizing QR codes for MSME users. The digitalization of business planning is expected to further assist MSMEs in increasing the effectiveness of technology use and enhancing business innovation capabilities

Abstract

Apartemen Transit Batujajar merupakan hunian sementara milik Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat yang diperuntukkan bagi masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah dengan luas lahan 5.680 m2. Apartemen ini memiliki beberapa permasalahan terkait kondisi fisik bangunan, kelengkapan fasilitas, dan sistem manajemen pemeliharaan yang belum optimal. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan proyek perencanaan renovasi aset berdasarkan healthy housing quality yang mencakup empat aspek yaitu aspek fisik, mental, sosial, dan manajerial. Proyek ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan rencana renovasi aset yang sesuai dengan standar hunian sehat serta menyusun estimasi biaya renovasi yang mencakup pembongkaran, pembangunan, dan pengadaan peralatan serta perlengkapan. Metode yang digunakan dalam proyek ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan meliputi observasi dan wawancara. Hasil akhir dari proyek ini yaitu perbaikan pada physical aspect berupa arsitektur bangunan dan jalan kendaraan serta jalan setapak, membuat jalur pedestrian dan jalur pemandu, melakukan pembangunan tempat sampah sementara seluas 10 m2. Pada mental aspect diadakan peredam suara dan CCTV di fasilitas umum, pada social aspect dilakukan perbaikan RTH, lapangan olahraga, dan tempat bermain anak. Terakhir pada managerial aspect dibuat jadwal pemeliharaan sesuai dengan fasilitas yang ada di Apartemen Transit Batujajar. Total estimasi biaya untuk proyek ini sebesar Rp5.154.646.500 mencakup biaya pembongkaran, biaya pembangunan, dan biaya pengadaan.
