Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas kinerja operasi dan pemeliharaan pada taman kota di Kecamatan Kebayoran Baru yang diukur berdasarkan kriteria green open spaces dan kinerja multi-kriteria aset yang terdiri dari indikator aksesibilitas, aset, operasi dan pemeliharaan, kesehatan keamanan dan lingkungan, pembelajaran dan pengembangan, dan kepuasan pengguna. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas kinerja operasi dan pemeliharaan pada taman kota di Kecamatan Kebayoran Baru tidak baik karena lima indikator dari enam indikator memiliki interpretasi tidak baik, yaitu pada indikator aksesibilitas, aset, operasi dan pemeliharaan, pembelajaran dan pengembangan, dan kepuasan pengguna. Sedangkan indikator keamanan, kesehatan, dan lingkungan memiliki interpretasi cukup. Guna meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja operasi dan pemeliharaan pada taman, maka diperlukan pengembangan aset fasilitas di taman.

Abstract

Keberadaan pasar rakyat sangat penting karena berkaitan dengan aktivitas ekonomi, aspek sosial budaya, pemerintahan, dan administrasi publik. Oleh karena itu, pengelolaan pasar rakyat perlu diperhatikan. Pasar rakyat yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah Pasar Cipeundeuy, Pasar Pabuaran, Pasar Sukamandi, Pasar Sagalaherang, Pasar Inpres dan Pasar Baru Subang sebagai sampel yang merepresentasikan kondisi eksisting pasar rakyat di Kabupaten Subang. Berdasarkan observasi pendahuluan ditemukan bahwa akses masuk pasar rusak dan tidak ramah disabilitas, kondisi bangunan dan fasilitas pasar sudah rusak dan dapat membahayakan keselamatan pengguna pasar, dan pasar kumuh, berbau, serta terdapat vektor dan hewan pengerat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kinerja operasi dan pemeliharaan fasilitas pasar berbasis pasar sehat berdasarkan multi criteria asset performance assessment. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan kinerja operasi dan pemeliharaan keenam pasar buruk karena enam dari tujuh indikator memiliki interpretasi buruk, yaitu pada indikator aset, operasi dan pemeliharaan, HSE, kepuasan pelangan, pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan, bangunan pasar. Sedangkan indikator aksesibilitas cukup. Dengan begitu perlu adanya upaya yang untuk meningkatkan kinerja dari setiap indikator agar dapat memenuhi standar yang ada.

Abstract

The phenomenon is a challenge to examine more deeply about how ready cooperatives in Indonesia, including Sharia cooperatives, face Industry 4.0, which is rolling rapidly following technological developments. The objectives of this research are knowing the existing conditions of internal and external factors of Islamic cooperatives in Bandung, for implementing industry 4.0 and .The method used in this research is descriptive. This research was conducted with a cross sectional one shoot. The sampling technique used is total sampling. Qualitative data collection techniques through deep online interviews to a sharia cooperative management in Bandung. Quantitative data were collected using a questionnaire method of about 7 of sharia cooperative in Bandung. The result of this research is the analysis of the internal environmental scan obtained the strength of the Islamic cooperative in the form of key points for success, efficient sources and use of funds, employee competence, reward system, cooperative social responsibility. Meanwhile, the weakness is in the form of insufficient funds. The results of external environmental scanning analysis are in the form of service innovation, collaboration with system developers, collaboration with creditors, automation, vendor / supplier support, method support. The strategies that can be selected are in the form of market development, market penetration, product development, forward integration, backward integration, horizontal integration, related diversification.

Abstract

Recurrent Aphthous Stomatitis (SAR) is inflammation in the oral mucosa. One of the factors that can cause SAR is bacterial and fungal infections of the oral mucosa. Clove oil is an essential oil that contains eugenol and has antimicrobial, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant activities. Clove oil in this study resulted from steam distillation with an eugenol content of 71.06%. Clove oil as an antimicrobial topical requires a drug delivery system that is easy and comfortable to apply. Laponite is a synthetic hydrophilic layered silicate that can hydrate and expand when water is added, is compatible with the properties of active ingredients, and is without an emulsifier. Please state the objective of this research. This research aims to determine the effect of variations in the concentration of clove oil incorporated in laponite on the gel's physicochemical properties and antimicrobial activity. Laponite with a concentration of 2.5% was developed in water and then added to clove oil with a concentration of 2%, 4% and 6%. Physicochemical properties test of oral gel preparations includes organoleptic tests, homogeneity, pH, adhesion, and spreadability tests. Antimicrobial activity test to Streptococcus mutans bacteria and Candida albicans fungi. The research showed that a gel preparation using laponite with a concentration of 2.5% was semi-solid with a clove oil odor. Clove oil, with an eugenol content of 71.06%, has potent antimicrobial activity. The higher concentration of clove oil increases the viscosity and sticky time but decreases the pH and spreadability. The adhesive time and pH of the gel are suitable for application to the oral mucosa with mouth ulcers, and 2.5% laponite can form a gel preparation that meets the gel's physicochemical properties and antimicrobial activity.

Abstract

The community service activities aim to encourage micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in West Bandung Regency to increase their sales through the implementation of process and marketing innovations. The implementation of this innovation is also carried out by paying attention to the alignment of business strategy. This is implemented to create increased profits through the implementation of innovation and increased sales. The training participants were 32 MSME actors from representatives of 16 sub-districts in West Bandung Regency. The training material for these activities is the application of process innovation and marketing innovation, which includes the application of accounting and bookkeeping theory by processing journal entries, processing ledgers, and preparing financial reports through the SIAPIK application; application of material for determining cost of goods sold (COGS) and practice of calculating COGS; managing business assets; and application of digital marketing materials. Training and mentoring methods, as well as practical simulations are used in this activity. Practical simulation consists of financial recording and bookkeeping, as well as calculating the cost of goods sold (COGS). Meanwhile, data collection for activity uses interviews and questionnaires. Questionnaire data were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative approaches. Evaluation of the completion of this activity is assessing whether there is an increase in competency before and after the training, and assessing the practice of working on questions in the training, as well as the results of mentoring by creating MSME profiles, accounting and bookkeeping records, as well as COGS calculations. Evaluation measurements activity is carried out by giving questionnaires to participants to assess the implementation of activities which include elements of resource persons and training materials. The result of this activity is an increase in participants' understanding of the training theory presented by the presenters.

Abstract

Dalam era industri 4.0, suatu bisnis dituntut untuk mengerti adanya teknologi informasi yang dapat membantu dalam kegiatan operasional bisnis. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan adanya digitalisasi bisnis yang mana saat ini banyak bermunculan e-commerce dan online shop. Digitalisasi ini juga mampu mempermudah pekerjaan – pekerjaan yang ada dalam suatu bisnis yang meliputi kegiatan pemasaran melalui teknologi, misal melakukan promosi via media sosial dan juga untuk kegiatan pencatatan transaksi keuangan dan pelaporan keuangan bisnis. Digitalisasi ini tidak hanya diterapkan untuk bisnis dengan skala besar, tetapi juga untuk Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Namun terdapat permasalahan didalam UMKM dimana UMKM ini memiliki pemahaman pengetahuan digitalisasi bisnis dan pengelolaan aset yang masih rendah, penerapan menghitung harga pokok produksi yang belum tepat, pencatatan laporan keuangan yang belum tepat, penerapan inovasi produk ramah lingkungan yang masih rendah, dan penyusunan business plan untuk digitalisasi bisnis yang belum optimal. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) melalui Program Kemitraan Masyarakat antara pihak kampus Politeknik Negeri Bandung (POLBAN) dengan pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Bandung Barat (KBB) adalah memberikan pelatihan tentang materi tersebut sebagai solusi permasalahan yang dihadapi pelaku UMKM-KBB. Materi pelatihan yang diberikan adalah tentang digitalisasi pemasaran dan pengelolaan aset, perhitungan harga pokok produksi yang tepat untuk menentukan harga penjualan, dan penerapan catatan dan laporan keuangan yang benar untuk mengetahui perkembangan aset-aset yang dimiliki pelaku UMKM, inovasi produk ramah lingkungan. Kemudian tahap selanjutnya melakukan follow up ke pelaku – pelaku UMKM-KBB sebagai salah satu upaya monitoring dan evaluasi hasil pelatihan tentang materi tersebut. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM ini yaitu foto dan video kegiatan, keterangan pelaksanaaan PKM dari mitra, dan artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan di jurnal nasiona

Abstract

Manajemen bisnis dalam dunia usaha saat ini adalah suatu pondasi awal dari sebuah bisnis yang sehat. Permasalahan yang ada dalam UMKM ini yaitu meningkatnya omzet penjualan dan bisnis yang membaik namun tidak diikuti dengan adanya pencatatan penerapan manajemen bisnis dan pengelolaan aset sehingga program nasional UMKM naik kelas tidak dapat terlaksana. Peserta pelatihan adalah tiga puluh o­rang pelaku UMKM dari Kecamatan Cipeundeuy Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Penerapan manajemen bisnis dan pengelolaan aset dilakukan dengan mengadakan pelatihan dan simulasi praktik menyelesaikan kasus manajemen bisnis, pengelolaan aset bisnis dan keuangan. Materi pelatihan terdiri dari penerapan bauran pemasaran untuk ptoduk; teori Akuntansi dan Pembukuan dengan praktik memproses entry jurnal, memproses buku besar, dan me­nyusun laporan keuangan; materi penentuan harga pokok produksi dan praktik menghitung harga pokok produksi; dan materi siklus pengelolaan aset. Evaluasi telah dilakukan untuk mengukur keberhasilan pro­gram yaitu dengan menilai latihan mengerjakan soal dalam pelatihan dan hasil pendampingan dengan membuat profil UMKM, catatan akuntansi, perhitungan harga pokok produksi, dan pengelolaan aset. Pengukuran evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan dengan memberi kuesioner ke­pa­da peserta untuk menilai penyelenggaraan kegiatan yang meliputi unsur narasumber, ma­teri pelatihan, sarana dan logistic. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM ini yaitu pelaku UMKM KBB sebagai peserta pelatihan telah mampu mengerti dan menerapkan materi pelatihan pada bisnis UMKM mereka.

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance the business management quality of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Cigugurgirang Village by applying appropriate technology, specifically digitalization of business planning. The problems identified include the ineffective use of technology in business management, both for marketing, product, and process innovation, human resource competency, and limited access to capital as well as suboptimal management of the cost of goods sold. The solution to these problems by the Community Service team was carried out by designing a business planning guide using the design thinking approach, including survey activities, workshops, manual template preparation, training, digitalization, and trials. The manual template is accompanied by a guide to filling out business plans. From business ideas and marketing, human resource management, operations and production, to finance, training was provided. Business planning from manual templates was transformed into digital templates using Google Workspace devices, whose documents were stored in the cloud and accessed via Google Drive, utilizing QR codes for MSME users. The digitalization of business planning is expected to further assist MSMEs in increasing the effectiveness of technology use and enhancing business innovation capabilities

Abstract

The Stone Garden Geosite is a geotourism destination in West Bandung Regency, boasting physical assets in ancient rock formations dating back over 27 million years. Despite its unique geological appeal, the number of visits to this tourist destination has declined in the past three years, from 110,434 visitors in 2021 to around 80,000 in 2023. The suboptimal quality of physical assets is suspected of influencing this decline. Preliminary observations revealed various issues, including limited accommodation, minimal recreational facilities, poorly maintained educational materials, inadequate prayer rooms, limited toilet facilities, and weak internet connections. This study aims to determine the effect of physical asset quality on visitor satisfaction using the dimensions of physical, accommodation, supporting facilities, and infrastructure. This study employed a quantitative descriptive method with an associative approach. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and questionnaires with 114 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. Analysis was conducted through validity, reliability, normality, and simple linear regression tests using SPSS version 30. The results showed an R² value of 65,4%, indicating that physical asset quality significantly influences visitor satisfaction.
