Abstract

The asset quality issues of the Batu Mahpar facility consist of: 1) There are no interpretation panels and miniature geological features, planting fields, foot-cleaning basins, life guard chairs, camp area dividers, five types of dining places, fire extinguishers, lighting, shopping facilities, car parking lots, bridges, information centers, and 2) The condition of facility assets includes physical outbound rides that are not suitable for operation, ten damaged photo spots, unclear designation of animal cages, trash bins are not differentiated by type, toilets in the waterfall area are dirty and not functioning, and the location of the activation counter is not strategic. The research objective was to plan the development of Batu Mahpar facility assets based on the geotourism concept. The research method is descriptive with qualitative and quantitative approaches. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, documentation. The results are development plan for 15 indicators of Batu Mahpar facility assets as follows: 1) Physical includes the construction of miniature Batu Mahpar, outbound rides, planting land, rental counters, foot-cleaning basins, and animal cages, procurement of interpretation panels, plant vegetation, life guard chairs, giant sliders, photo spots; 2) Accommodation includes the construction of halls, warehouses, and culinary kiosks, procurement of camp area dividers, food corner booths, supporting equipment; 3) Support facilities include the construction of viewing towers, visitor needs kiosks, souvenir kiosks, toilets, parking lots, and bridges, procurement of fire extinguishers, trash cans, supporting equipment; 4) Tourism support facilities include the construction of information centers and activation counters and procurement of equipment and furniture.

Abstract

Batu Mahpar Geopark Recreation Park has tourist attractions which include rock expanses, five waterfalls, campsites, mini zoos, outbound rides, museums, interpretation boards, outdoor swimming pools, and photo spots. However, there are a number of indications of problems related to the quality of physical assets, including the difficulty of finding public transportation, car parks, information centers, visitor needs kiosks and souvenir kiosks, there are ten photo spots that are damaged, trash cans are not separated by type of waste, put together places for ablution between men and women, there are footpaths covered with wild plants, and the cell phone signal is unstable. Based on the indications of these problems, it is necessary to conduct research that aims to evaluate the quality of Batu Mahpar's physical assets including the availability and condition of assets which consist of four dimensions including tourist attractions, accessibility, supporting facilities, and infrastructure. This research uses descriptive methods with qualitative and quantitative approaches. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of the evaluation show that the dimensions of tourist attractions, supporting facilities and infrastructure are good quality, while the accessibility dimensions have sufficient quality. The average value of the quality of physical assets resulting from the four dimensions is 64.66%. This means that Batu Mahpar's physical assets are of sufficient quality.Keywords: Facilities, Infrastructure, Physical Assets, Quality Evaluation, Tourism

Abstract

Hasil observasi pendahuluan diketahui bahwa Koperasi KWP belum dapat dikategorikan sebagai organisasi profesional terutama dari aspek penataan dokumennya. Karena itu, langkah strategis yang perlu dilakukan KWP adalah melakukan penataan sistem, mekanisme dan prosedur dengan menggunakan ketentuan yang tertera dalam panduan ISO 9001-2008. Tujuan PKM ini adalah membantu KWP dalam melakukan penataan dokumen berbasis ISO 9001-2008 berupa manual mutu atau pedoman mutu, pemetaan proses kerja, kebijakan mutu dan sasaran mutu dan prosedur kerja. Grand theory yang digunakan sebagai dasar pembuatan dokumen mutu adalah standar ISO 9001-2008. Metode yang digunakan adalah Program Kemitraan Masyarakat berupa pembuatan dan penataan dokumen mutu berbasis ISO 9001-2008 dan pelatihan untuk sosialisasi perangkat yang sudah dibuat. Biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini adalah Rp 18.000.000,- yang bersumber dari dana DIPA POLBAN. Luaran dari program ini berupa luaran wajib dan luaran tambahan. Luaran wajib berupa laporan pelaksanaan PKM, video kegiatan PKM dan artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan dalam jurnal “Difusi” POLBAN Luaran tambahan berupa poster yang didesiminasikan dalam seminar dan pameran (Sepa) Polban

Abstract

The phenomenon is a challenge to examine more deeply about how ready cooperatives in Indonesia, including Sharia cooperatives, face Industry 4.0, which is rolling rapidly following technological developments. The objectives of this research are knowing the existing conditions of internal and external factors of Islamic cooperatives in Bandung, for implementing industry 4.0 and .The method used in this research is descriptive. This research was conducted with a cross sectional one shoot. The sampling technique used is total sampling. Qualitative data collection techniques through deep online interviews to a sharia cooperative management in Bandung. Quantitative data were collected using a questionnaire method of about 7 of sharia cooperative in Bandung. The result of this research is the analysis of the internal environmental scan obtained the strength of the Islamic cooperative in the form of key points for success, efficient sources and use of funds, employee competence, reward system, cooperative social responsibility. Meanwhile, the weakness is in the form of insufficient funds. The results of external environmental scanning analysis are in the form of service innovation, collaboration with system developers, collaboration with creditors, automation, vendor / supplier support, method support. The strategies that can be selected are in the form of market development, market penetration, product development, forward integration, backward integration, horizontal integration, related diversification.

Abstract

Currently Koperasi Warga POLBAN (kwp) has carried out increased preparation activities for the transition from conventional USP to Sharia. This community service activity is a continuation of community service 2023. The reviewer's suggestion for community service 2024 is that there is continuity in creating web-based Sharia service applications. Making Sharia service applications must follow the Sharia service SOP, while KWP does not yet have a Sharia service SOP. The purpose of this community service is to produce the design and creation of Sharia service applications using digital web applications in accordance with the Syariah-based Service Operational Procedure Standard (SOP). The design of the SOP digital application is aligned with the aspects contained in the AD and annual members meeting which are applied to the KWP. The method used is an appropriate technology program in collaboration with KWP. In this program, KWP provides the data needed for preparing SOPs. In order to collect the necessary data, observations and interviews were carried out to observe the routine activities of service units in KWP, interviews with administrators and managers regarding the real conditions faced, surveys with KWP members to find out members' opinions regarding the content of Sharia service SOPs before they were input into the digital application. The result is a digital application web for sharia services based on SOPs that have been tested on representatives of members, administrators, supervisors and KWP managers. The trial showed that the sharia service web can be operated well and easily according to their expectations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada peningkatan perilaku pembelian pakaian online Generasi Z, khususnya di Shopee. Diskon dan FOMO dapat memicu pembelian tergesa-gesa. Kedua faktor ini secara terpisah dan bersamaan memengaruhi pelanggan Generasi Z di Kota Bandung yang membeli pakaian melalui Shopee. Penelitian ini mencoba mengurangi dampaknya. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling, melibatkan 400 responden yang sesuai dengan kriteria. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antar variabel yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa diskon berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku pelanggan, dengan nilai t-statistik 5,093 dan nilai p 0,000. FOMO juga menunjukkan pengaruh substansial terhadap perilaku konsumtif, dengan t-statistik 4,767 dan nilai p 0,000. Secara simultan, diskon dan FOMO berkontribusi terhadap 70,2% variabilitas perilaku konsumtif Generasi Z (R² = 0,702). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa strategi pemasaran berupa diskon serta tekanan sosial dan psikologis dari FOMO efektif dalam mendorong pembelian impulsif. Kesadaran akan literasi keuangan menjadi landasan penting dalam membentuk perilaku konsumtif yang lebih terkendali dan terarah, terutama di kalangan Generasi Z.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Program Pembelajaran Internship di PT XYZ dirancang untuk mendukung strategi perusahaan dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia serta menjaring calon karyawan potensial. Namun, belum adanya prosedur standar dalam pelaksanaannya kerap menimbulkan kendala administratif. Tujuan: Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah merancang dan menyusun Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang praktis dan mudah dipahami sebagai acuan resmi dalam menjalankan program magang. Metode: Metode yang digunakan mencakup observasi langsung di lapangan, wawancara dengan pihak-pihak terkait, serta analisis dokumen internal perusahaan. Hasil: Hasil uji coba menunjukkan adanya peningkatan efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam pelaksanaan program, dengan tingkat kepuasan pengguna mencapai lebih dari 80 persen. Kesimpulan: Kesimpulannya SOP yang disusun dinilai mampu menjawab kebutuhan perusahaan dan mendukung perbaikan proses seleksi serta penempatan peserta magang.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: program ini adalah adanya tantangan efisiensi operasional terhadap proses pengadaan bahan pendukung berupa packaging yang memanfaatkan pencatatan manual dalam proses pengajuan pesanannya di salah satu perusahaan garmen dan tekstil. Tujuan: program ini adalah untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, kecepatan, dan akurasi pada proses pengajuan pesanan packaging melalui penerapan sistem informasi berbasis web yang terintegrasi dan membantu dalam menghemat sumber daya kertas formulir. Metode: pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode Waterfall, disertai kegiatan sosialisasi guna memperkenalkan dan melatih pengguna dalam mengoperasikan sistem. Hasil: program berupa terciptanya sistem informasi pengajuan pesanan polybag dan carton berbasis web yang memperoleh tingkat kepuasan pengguna rata-rata 90% terhadap isi informasi, keakuratan informasi, tampilan web, kemudahan penggunaan, dan ketepatan waktu respon. Kesimpulan: pengimplementasian sistem informasi pengajuan pesanan polybag dan carton terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi proses pengajuan, mengurangi penggunaan kertas formulir, serta dapat mempercepat distribusi dan persetujuan formulir pesanan.

Abstract

This study investigates the determinants of Muslim women's purchase intention for premium hijabs through the lens of the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) framework. The research delves into the direct and mediated effects of hedonic value, utilitarian value, and religiosity on purchase intention, with attitude functioning as a mediating construct. By deploying the S-O-R model, the study captures the nuanced interplay between affective and cognitive dimensions of consumer decision-making processes. Employing an explanatory survey methodology, the research conducted a quantitative analysis involving 412 Muslim women in West Java, Indonesia. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that both utilitarian and hedonic values exert statistically significant influences on purchase intention, while religiosity demonstrates an indirect impact on purchase behavior through attitudinal mediation. Critically, attitudes emerge as a substantive mediating mechanism in the relationship between these constructs and purchase intention. The results suggest that emotional satisfaction and perceived utility constitute more potent determinants of hijab purchasing behavior than religiosity in isolation. This study makes a substantive contribution to the scholarly discourse on Islamic consumer behavior by extending the application of the S-O-R model and providing nuanced, actionable insights for marketers within the modest fashion industry. The research opens avenues for future comparative investigations across Muslim-majority and minority contexts.

Abstract

Cooperatives are born from an agreement between a group of people, are part of a business organization that seeks to obtain profits for all members and owners, so management standards are needed that balance economic and social motives. This motive can be achieved by optimizing the use of Islamic cooperative resources, both financial and human resources. This optimization can be enhanced by the use of technology... Objective: To evaluate the level of readiness of financial and human resources in Sharia Cooperatives in West Java to adopt Industry 4.0. Method: A descriptive survey of 196 sharia cooperative practitioners, interviews with 39 sharia cooperative leaders, and a study of several government regulations on sharia, including several MUI fatwas, were conducted. The data were analyzed descriptively. Result: Empirical evidence shows that financial and human resources have achieved extraordinary results. Surveys show that financial resources are more prepared than human resources (employees) to adopt Industry 4.0.
