Abstract

This research aims to explain and prove the hypothesis regarding whether there is an influence on workload, work stress and work morale employee performance of KUD Karya Bhakti Ngancar Kediri. This type of research using descriptive research with quantitative methods with techniques Sampling is non-probability sampling with a purposive method sampling where the population was 57 employees and the sample was 34 permanent employees. The analysis techniques used are validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test (partial), F test (simultaneous) as well coefficient of determination (R2) processed using the SPSS version 25 program. The research results show that Work Load (X1), Work Stress (X2) and Work Morale (X3) have a significant effect simultaneously and partially on Employee Performance (Y). In this panel it is also known that coefficient of determination (R2) Adjusted R square Work Load, Work Stress and Work Morale has an influence of 97.2% in influencing Employee performance, while the remaining 2.8% is influenced by variables others that were not discussed in this study so that they are for further research using variables outside this research. The study implies that The performance factors of an organization are influenced and can be improved through load work, work stress, and work morale.

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the significance of the effect of quality of work life and self-esteem on employee performance. This study employed a quantitative research design. The research sample was 32 employees of PT. Podomoro Poultry Equipment. Data collection was done by distributing closed questionnaires; quality of work life questionnaire, self-esteem questionnaire, and employee performance questionnaire; using a Likert scale 1-5 which was given to respondents directly. The analysis phase was carried out the first time by testing the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using multiple regression analysis with SPSS 25.0. The results of the study found that simultaneously, quality of work life and self-esteem had a significant effect on employee performance, and partially it was also found that quality of work life and self-esteem had a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Understanding the major determinants of employee performance is essential for effective organizational management, especially in public sector organizations where the welfare of the community is directly impacted by service quality. Employee productivity and organizational effectiveness are known to be significantly influenced by communication and the work environment. The main aim of this study is to investigate the influence of Communication and Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Gurah District Office in Kediri Regency. This research focuses on variables such as communication (X1), work environment (X2), and employee performance (Y). The research methodology involves gathering data through interviews, observations, literature reviews, and surveys, using a quantitative approach. Several tests are carried out to analyse the data, including validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression testing, t-testing, f-testing, and calculation of the coefficient of determination. The research in question utilised a thorough sampling method, encompassing all 36 employees at the Gurah district office based on the study's findings. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 25.0 software with a significance level of 0.05. The results revealed that Communication (X1) had a significant effect on employee performance with a p-value of 0.032, which is below the 0.05 threshold. Similarly, Work Environment (X2) demonstrated a significant influence on employee performance with a p-value of 0.005, also below the significance level. These findings confirm that both communication and work environment significantly impact employee performance at the Gurah District Office in Kediri Regency.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out and explain effective communication, work motivation and work discipline which simultaneously have a significant effect on employee work productivity. This type of research uses quantitative research. The data sources in this research use primary and secondary data. The sample in the research was 40 employees of MSMEs Emping Blinjo using saturated sampling techniques. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, t test, F test, multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination (R2) test using the SPSS version 25 program. Research results partially the effective communication variable has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity, the work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity, and the work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. Simultaneously the variables of effective communication, work motivation and discipline work has a significant effect on employee work productivity at Emping Blinjo MSMEs.

Abstract

Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) merupakan perangkat lunak yang dipakai mengendalikan mesin memakai perangkat komputer untuk mengotomatisasi aktifitas proses manufaktur. Terdapat tiga komponen yang diperlukan agar CAM mampu bekerja, ketiga komponen tersebut diantaranya software, kemudian mesin dan Post Processing. Ketiga komponen itu sangat berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan tenaga dan keterampilan manusia sebagai operator. CAM dan CAD selalu digunakan secara bersamaan dimana Computer Aided Desain (CAD) berfokus pada desain komponen atau produk, sementara CAM sendiri berfokus pada cara pembuatannya. Penguasaan program CAM sangat dibutuhkan oleh siswa terutama pada program keahlian teknik mesin dan sejenisnya. Kemampuan siswa di SMKN 1 Tambakboyo Tuban dalam penguasaan program CAM dirasa perlu ditingkatkan lebih lanjut.. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan adalah pelatihan intensif selama dua hari dengan durasi pelatihan tiap harinya 8 jam dengan total durasi 16 Jam. Kegiatan program pelatihan dilakukan di lab. komputer SMKN 1 Tambakboyo Tuban.  Pelatihan dilakukan dengan memberikan perintah-perintah dasar yang sering dipakai dan memberikan beberapa soal latihan untuk memperkuat pemahaman dan mempermudah kelancaran dalam menggunakan program CAM. Di akhir sesi kegiatan dilakukan evaluasi berupa menguji langsung pemahaman peserta dalam mengoperasikan CAM. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan pelatihan ini disimpulkan bahwa sebanyak 60.97% (25 siswa) memiliki kemampuan yang sedang, 24.39% (10 siswa) memiliki kemampuan yang tinggi, dan 14.64% (6 siswa) memiliki kemampuan yang rendah dalam pengoperasian CAM.

Abstract

Outsourced healthcare employees encounter specific obstacles that can have a substantial influence on their performance, such as work conflicts, high workloads, and unsatisfactory working conditions. Understanding these aspects is critical for healthcare management in order to provide quality services and maintain employee well-being. This study delves into the impact of work conflict, workload, and work environment on the productivity of contracted workers at Bhayangkara Hospital in Kediri. The research evaluates work conflict (X1), workload (X2), and work environment (X3) as factors that can affect the performance of employees, with employee performance (Y) being the key variable under consideration. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing interviews, observations, literature review, and questionnaires for data collection. The analytical methods included validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, t-tests, f-tests, and determination coefficient analysis. The research used a saturated sampling technique, encompassing all 96 non-medical outsourcing employees at Bhayangkara Hospital, Kediri. The analysis suggests that the workload factor has a significant impact on employees' performance, with a significance level of 0.041, which is less than 0.05. Similarly, the workload variable also has a notable influence, with a significance level of 0.000, still less than 0.05. Additionally, the work environment component plays a significant role in affecting employee performance, with a significance level of 0.038, below the 0.05 threshold.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the relationship between consumer confidence, business confidence, consumer price index, and composite stock price index in Indonesia because the indicator describes a country's economic cycle as a result of sentiment that occurs. Quantitative descriptive research using multivariate methods of cointegration and granger causality within the VECM statistical framework. The period of the study is from 2015 – 2020. VECM estimation shows that in the long term there is a positive relationship pattern between CCI and itself. Then PMI shows a pattern of positive relationships, while CPI and JCI show negative relationships. Only PMI variables have a significant effect on the CCI in the long run. Then in the short term, PMI has a positive relationship pattern and has a significant influence on CCI and JCI in lags 1 and 2, and has a significant influence on CPI in lag 2. JCI has a positive and significant relationship pattern to CCI and CPI in lag 2. This research still does not discuss the dynamic behavior of the VECM model through the response of each variable to the shock of other variables and forecasting how the response of a variable in the future if a shock occurs in other variables. Governments and central banks must be able to reduce market panic and build a level of public trust. It can be said that optimism from the point of view of the business world and consumers needs to be maintained by stakeholders, especially governments and central banks.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pemasaran digital dalam meningkatkan penjualan pada UD Sekar Wilis Kediri. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh fenomena penurunan penjualan pada tahun 2024 karena strategi pemasaran masih berfokus pada offline dan terbatas pada media sosial seperti Facebook dan WhatsApp. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap owner, karyawan, serta konsumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran digital melalui Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, dan terutama Shopee mampu memperluas jangkauan pasar, membangun interaksi dengan konsumen melalui chat, review, dan komentar, serta meningkatkan daya tarik produk melalui konten berupa foto, video, dan deskripsi produk. Kendala yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya pemanfaatan fitur promosi Shopee serta minimnya inovasi konten digital. Kesimpulannya, implementasi pemasaran digital khususnya melalui Shopee berpotensi meningkatkan penjualan, memperluas pasar, dan memperkuat daya saing UD Sekar Wilis.

Abstract

Di era digitalisasi yang semakin berkembang pesat, bisnis perdagangan ritel dan grosir telah mengalami transformasi yang signifikan. Dengan maraknya minimarket di seluruh Indonesia pada saat ini toko grosiran dan eceran haruslah memiliki nilai lebih jika dibandingkan dengan minimarket yang ada seperti sekarang ini seperti indomaret dan alfamart. Salah satu hal yang harus dimiliki oleh toko retail, grosiran, dan eceran ialah loyalitas konsumen. Memiliki pelanggan yang setia merupakan tujuan pelaku usaha karena pelanggan dapat memastikan keberlangsungan jangka panjangnya. Dengan kombinasi layanan yang baik, harga bersaing, dan suasananya yang nyaman dan tertata dengan baik Toko Sembako Samudra Wonorejo Kediri dapat menjadi destinasi belanja utama bagi masyarakat dan bisnis di Kediri dan sekitarnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang pengaruh Price, Store Atmosphere, dan Service Quality Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan di Toko Sembako Samudra Wonorejo Kediri. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai sebanyak 200 orang dan sampel yang digunakan 196 responden karena menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian pada Toko Sembako Samudra Wonorejo Kedirimenunjukkan bahwa variabel Price (X1), Store Atmosphere (X2), dan Service Quality (X3) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap variabel Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y). Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari nilai Sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05.
