Abstract

This research aims to empirically test the influence of organizational culture, intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence on the work performance of PT employees. Create Indonesian Healthy Livestock by researchers. This research uses independent variables, namely organizational culture, intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence as well as the dependent variable, namely employee work performance. The sample in this research were all employees of PT Cipta Ternak Sehat Indonesia who worked in the office. Data obtained through observation, interviews. The sampling technique in this research was carried out using a non-probability sampling method, namely saturated sampling. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing t test and F test. The results of this research show that organizational culture, intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence have a partial and simultaneous influence on work performance. This is known from the results of the organizational culture t test with a sig t value of 0.000<0.05, the intellectual intelligence t test with a sig t value of 0.000<0.05, the emotional intelligence t test with a sig t value of 0.000<0.05, and the F test with a sig value of F 0.000<0.05.

Abstract

This study discusses the effect of a sense of belonging and the work environment on employee engagement at PT. Jago Bahasa Inspira employees. This study aims to determine and explain the results of the influence of a sense of belonging and the work environment on employee engagement at PT. Jago Bahasa Inspira employees. The sample of this research is all employees of PT. Jago Bahasa Inspira who work in an office with a total of 59 employees. The sampling technique uses Non-Probability Sampling, namely saturated sampling. The analysis technique used is the classical assumption, multiple linear regression. The results of this study are that there is a positive and significant sense of belonging to employee engagement with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. There is a positive and significant effect of the work environment on employee engagement with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. There is a simultaneous influence of sense of belonging and work environment on employee engagement with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This research seeks to explores the influence of work experience, kaizen culture, and competence on the performance of employees in Mushroom Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kediri. The study encompassed the entire population of MSME Mushroom employees in Kediri, totaling 45 individuals, employing a saturated sampling technique where all respondents were considered as samples. Data collection methods involved observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies, with data measurement conducted through the Likert scale. Analysis of the collected data employed validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression tests, t tests, F tests, and the coefficient of determination, facilitated by SPSS 16.0. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis indicated that all independent variables significantly influenced the dependent variable, which is employee performance. The coefficient of determination revealed a percentage of 70.9%, signifying that work experience, kaizen culture, and competence collectively account for this portion of the variance in the performance variable. The remaining 29.1% is attributed to other variables not scrutinized in this research. These findings highlight the substantial influence of the specified factors on employee performance within the context of Mushroom MSMEs in Kediri.

Abstract

This research is motivated by an agency operating in the hospitality sector, because in agencies human resources are very important in achieving success. The purpose of this research is to explain the influence of teamwork, work discipline, and work ethics on employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative method using questionnaires as data. This research uses a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this research was all PKWT employees, 47 employees of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri. In this research, the results showed that teamwork partially had no significant effect on the performance of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri employees, work discipline partially had a significant effect on the performance of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri employees, and work ethics partially had an effect on the performance of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri employees. Meanwhile, simultaneously these three variables have a significant effect on the performance of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri employees.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a company engaged in the field of online transportation, because in the company of human resources is a determinant of success. The purpose of this study to explain the effect of work motivation, communication and non-physical work environment on employee performance. The study was conducted on Maxim drivers in Kediri. The research method used is quantitative method. This study used purposive sampling technique. The population of this study was 1000 drivers and the sample used was 69 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), t test and f test. The results obtained by this study concluded that work motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on performance. Communication has a negative and insignificant effect on performance. The non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on performance. Simultaneously work motivation, communication and non-physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on performance.

Abstract

The problem addressed in this research concerns marketing management, focusing on the impact of green marketing and digital marketing on customer loyalty. The objective is to determine and analyze the effects of green marketing and digital marketing on customer loyalty both individually and collectively. This study uses a quantitative approach, with a population consisting of customers of chicken intestine chips MSMEs in Kediri. The sample includes 85 respondents. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires, and data analysis involved validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis testing. The research hypotheses testing revealed that green marketing has a significant partial effect on customer loyalty, digital marketing also has a significant partial effect on customer loyalty, and both green marketing and digital marketing have a significant simultaneous effect on customer loyalty in chicken intestine chips MSMEs in Kediri. Overall, this study contributes to the existing body of knowledge in marketing management by shedding light on the effects of green marketing and digital marketing on customer loyalty. The findings suggest that implementing these strategies can be beneficial for MSMEs in the chicken intestine chips industry in Kediri, as they can enhance customer loyalty and potentially lead to increased business success.

Abstract

Breadfruit chips or also known as ‘kripik sukun’ are a snack made from thinly sliced breadfruit, which is a starchy tropical fruit. They are typically fried or baked until crispy and seasoned with salt or other spices. Popular in many tropical regions, breadfruit chips offer a unique, crunchy alternative to traditional potato chips. The research focuses on the impact of social media promotions (WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok) on purchasing decisions in marketing management. The objective is to analyze this impact both partially and simultaneously. The study used a quantitative approach with a sample of 94 respondents who shopped at breadfruit chips SMEs in Kediri through 3 social media platforms. Data collection was done through questionnaires and analysis techniques such as validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis testing. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. The research results showed a regression equation of Y = 2.519 + 0.247X1 + 0.463X2 + 0.273X3 + e. The research hypothesis confirmed that WhatsApp, Instagram, and TikTok all have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at breadfruit chip SMEs in Kediri. The findings of this research provide valuable insights for marketing managers in SMEs, helping them understand the importance of utilizing social media platforms effectively to influence consumer behavior and drive sales.

Abstract

The study focuses on assessing the impact of enhancing trust through green marketing at White Oyster Mushroom chips MSMEs in Kediri - East Java. The White Oyster Mushroom chips MSMEs are dedicated to implementing green marketing strategies, such as eco-friendly promotional services, to build consumer trust. By prioritizing environmental concerns in their marketing mix, these MSMEs aim to boost trust among consumers in Kediri. The research methodology involves phenomenological qualitative research with 5 informants identified using the snowball technique. Over the past 4 months, these MSMEs have been utilizing sustainable innovation to support their green marketing efforts, emphasizing products, locations, pricing, and promotions that align with environmental values. The focus is on repurposing waste from mushroom chips production to white oyster mushroom chips, reflecting a growing societal interest in environmental sustainability across various industries. Surveys on green marketing strategies have been conducted to minimize the environmental impact of production processes. The study also highlights the role of consumer feedback in promoting information to the community and fostering ongoing consumer engagement. Through a qualitative approach with a narrative phenomenological analysis model, the study reveals that consumers are motivated by environmental concerns, and green marketing initiatives contribute positively to consumer perceptions and trust in White Oyster Mushroom chips MSMEs in Kediri.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the impact of unique products, viral marketing, and consumer reviews on purchasing decisions in shopee e-commerce for SMEs selling bitter melon chips in Kediri. The research adopts a quantitative approach and includes all consumers who have made purchases from these SMEs through shopee in the last 2 months, resulting in a total of 95 respondents. The data collection process involves the use of questionnaires, and the analysis includes validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis testing. The sampling technique employed in this study is saturated sampling. The research findings indicate that: 1) Unique products do not have a significant impact on purchasing decisions in shopee e-commerce for bitter melon chips SMEs in Kediri, as the significance value is 0.828> 0.05, leading to the rejection of the first hypothesis. 2) Viral marketing has a significant impact on purchasing decisions at bitter melon chip SMEs in Kediri, with a significance value of 0.00 <0.05, supporting the acceptance of the second hypothesis. 3) Consumer reviews also have a significant impact on purchasing decisions for bitter melon chips in Kediri, with a significance value of 0.01 <0.05, confirming the acceptance of the third hypothesis.

Abstract

Dalam sistem tenaga listrik yang melayani beban secara kontinyu sebaiknyategangan dan frekuensi harus tetap konstan, namun apabila terjadi gangguan pada salah satu pembangkit atau pada rel maka hal ini tidak dipungkiri akan terjadi gangguan pada penyaluran daya. Untuk itu perluh dilakukan Penelitian tentang Stabilitas Sistem Tenaga yang berkaitan dengan Penentuan Sudut Pemutus Kritis dan Waktu Pemutus Kritis pada generator, guna mengetahui berapa besar Sudut Pemutus Kritis dan berapa besar Waktu Pemutus Kritis. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan Metode Step by Step dengan bantuan softwere Matlab. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa metode step by step dengan menggunakan Matlab sangat akurat dalam menentukan waktupemutus kritis dalam sistem tenaga listrik yang mengalami gangguan hubung singkat sesuai besar dan lama terjadinya gangguan.Kata kunci : Sudut Kritis, Waktu Pemutus Kritis, Runge Kutta, Stabilitas
