Penelitian ini menyelidiki fitur-fitur di Shopee dan TikTok Shop yang meningkatkan penjualan UMKM. Temuan menunjukkan Live Streaming, Gratis Ongkir, dan Potongan Harga efektif dalam meningkatkan penjualan dan daya saing. Live Streaming memperdalam pengalaman berbelanja, membangun hubungan dengan pelanggan, dan meningkatkan eksposur produk. Gratis Ongkir menarik pelanggan dari wilayah yang lebih luas. Potongan Harga menarik perhatian konsumen dan meningkatkan peluang konversi. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sampel dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling dari pelaku usaha fashion di Shopee dan Tiktok Shop yang sudah berjalan lebih dari 1 tahun dengan penjualan ratusan hingga ribuan produk. Kesimpulannya, fitur-fitur ini membantu UMKM meningkatkan penjualan dan daya saing online. Dengan pemahaman dan pemanfaatan yang kreatif, UMKM bisa sukses dalam bisnis online.

Drainase pada Perumahan Safira, Kota Jambi tidak mampu menerima debit banjir pada musim hujan. Tujuan penelitan untuk menghitung debit limpasan periode 2, 10, 20 dan 50 tahun, menghitung debit rencana dan melakukan simulasi maximum rate drainase menggunakan Storm Water Management Model (SWMM). Metode penelitian adalah mengumpul data curah hujan selama 10 tahun (2013-2022) dan pengukuran saluran drainase eksisting. Hasil penelitian yaitu debit baseflow sebesar 0,431 m3/detik tidak mampu menampung debit pada kala ulang 2 tahun sebesar 0,583 m3/detik, kala ulang 5 tahun sebesar 0,644 m3/detik, kala ulang 20 tahun sebesar 0,756 m3/detik dan kala ulang 50 tahun sebesar 0,774 m3/detik dan hasil simulasi yaitu maximum rate paling tinggi terdapat pada saluran 6 dengan nilai 22,917 m3/s sedangan nilai terendah terdapat pada saluran 1 dengan nilai 2,681 m3/s. Simulasi perubahan dimensi kedalaman 2 m pada saluran 2, 3, 4, dan 5 masing-masing menjadi 2,7 m, 3 m, 3,5 m dan 3 m.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of ice breaking in improving student learning outcomes in mathematics subjects in grade 1 of SDN 23 Pagar Alam and identify its inhibiting factors. The background of this study is the low learning outcomes of Mathematics students in grade 1 of SDN 23 Pagar Alam, which is caused by a lack of motivation and a monotonous learning atmosphere. The method used is qualitative descriptive research with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The population in this study is all students at SDN 23 Pagar Alam which totals 143 people. The sample was taken through the purposive sampling method, namely all 29 grade 1 students and actively applied ice breaking during classroom learning activities. The findings of this study indicate that ice breaking plays an important role in increasing students' enthusiasm, concentration, and learning achievement. The obstacles found include time constraints, inconsistencies in the type of ice breaking, diverse student characters, and limited supporting facilities and infrastructure.

The content of Al and Fe in coal fly ash has underpinned several studies on the use of coal fly ash as a coagulant and adsorbent. Coal fly ash coagulant was activated with H2SO4. While coal fly ash adsorbent is activated with HCl. This study aims to compare the effectiveness of the coagulant or as adsorbent, to determine the optimum concentration of coagulant/ adsorbent addition, and to determine the effectiveness of fly ash as a coagulant/ adsorbent in reducing COD and TSS in Pulp and Paper wastewater. This research used 2 treatments, activating coal fly ash with 2M H2SO4 and 4M HCl, and then comparing the effect of fly ash coagulants and adsorbents in reducing COD and TSS wastewater. The results showed that coagulant reduced COD by 53.23% and TSS by 60.1%, more effective than adsorbent which only reduced COD by 6.38%, and increased TSS value by 7.2%. However, it has not yet below the quality standards. Numerical analysis using 3rd order polynomials shows that doses of 41,000-42,000 ppm of coagulant can reduce COD below the quality standard. This concludes is coal fly ash coagulant is effective in reducing COD and TSS of pulp and paper wastewater, with the optimal dose to reduce COD below the quality standard, is 41,000 - 42,000 ppm.

Al-Quran adalah wahyu dari Allah yang dianggap sebagai mukjizat dan diturunkan kepada Nabi Muhammad SAW melalui perantara malaikat Jibril. Kitab ini diberikan secara bertahap sebagai pedoman hidup universal bagi manusia sampai akhir zaman dan merupakan penyempurnaan dari ajaran-ajaran sebelumnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi efektivitas program ekstrakurikuler tahfidz dalam memperbaiki kemampuan membaca Al-Quran di kalangan peserta didik serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menghambat keberhasilan program tersebut di MTs Negeri 1 Kota Pagar Alam. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan sampel dipilih melalui teknik Nonprobability Sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat keterbatasan sumber daya pengajar dalam ekstrakurikuler tahfidz, dengan hanya satu tutor yang tersedia, membatasi jumlah peserta yang dapat terlibat.

Children in their early years, often known as preschoolers, are at a pivotal developmental stage when they are particularly open to new experiences and ideas in the areas of physical development (fine and gross motor coordination), cognitive development (thinking power, creativity, emotional and spiritual intelligence), social and emotional development (attitudes and behaviour, religion), language and communication, and so on. Language and communication is a crucial part of this developmental process since it allows kids to share their thoughts and aspirations with adults in their lives, whether that's their parents, teachers, or peers. Many children have delays in speaking as a consequence of poor communication. At PAUD Tunas Ceria, we want to know whether and to what extent parental communication affects their children's language development in the early years, as well as whether or not this relationship exists. At PAUD Tunas Ceria, this study studied the impact of parental communication on their children's language development in the early years using a quantitative approach, specifically a technique based on data from measurements using pre-existing research variables. Second, the regression equation Y = 11.152 + 0.169 (X) shows that parental communication has an effect on children's language development in the first few years of life; this, in turn, causes a 0.169 rise in the child's language ability score, with a constant value of 11.152. The F-count (11,378) > F-table (3,070) = 0.05, indicating a substantial impact.

This study aims to determine the development of professional competencies in the implementation of the independent curriculum at SMP Negeri 1 Tanjung Tebat and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors. The background of this research is that teachers do not fully understand the independent curriculum and there is a need for professional competency development to understand the independent curriculum. The method used is qualitative descriptive research with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The population in this study is all teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Tanjung Tebat which is 26 people. The sample was selected using a sample extraction technique, namely purposive sampling, namely Islamic Religious Education Teachers who teach in grade 7 and are involved in the implementation of the independent curriculum. The results of the study show that the development of teachers' professional competencies at SMP Negeri 1 Tanjung Tebat is carried out through various efforts such as participating in training, training, workshops, seminars, and involvement in the learning community (KOMBEL). The supporting factors found were the support of the school and facilities. Obstacles found include economy, time constraints and high workload
