Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki fitur-fitur di Shopee dan TikTok Shop yang meningkatkan penjualan UMKM. Temuan menunjukkan Live Streaming, Gratis Ongkir, dan Potongan Harga efektif dalam meningkatkan penjualan dan daya saing. Live Streaming memperdalam pengalaman berbelanja, membangun hubungan dengan pelanggan, dan meningkatkan eksposur produk. Gratis Ongkir menarik pelanggan dari wilayah yang lebih luas. Potongan Harga menarik perhatian konsumen dan meningkatkan peluang konversi. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sampel dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling dari pelaku usaha fashion di Shopee dan Tiktok Shop yang sudah berjalan lebih dari 1 tahun dengan penjualan ratusan hingga ribuan produk. Kesimpulannya, fitur-fitur ini membantu UMKM meningkatkan penjualan dan daya saing online. Dengan pemahaman dan pemanfaatan yang kreatif, UMKM bisa sukses dalam bisnis online.

Abstract

Employer branding is the image and reputation of the organization as an ideal place to work. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the employer's brand strategy on the intention to apply for jobs in the top five e-commerce in Indonesia. This research was conducted on students at seven universities in Jakarta representing the second-level regions of DKI Jaya. The sampling method used probability sampling with cluster sampling. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. This type of research is quantitative and uses the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results showed that publicity had a significant effect on the work environment, task attractiveness, and pay attractiveness, publicity had no significant effect on career opportunities, WOM had a significant effect on the work environment, task attractiveness, and pay attractiveness, advertising had a significant effect on the work environment. and career opportunities, advertisements have no significant effect on task attractiveness and pay attractiveness, work environment, pay attractiveness, career opportunities, and prestige have a significant effect on intentions to apply for work, while task attractiveness does not significantly affect intentions to apply for work. Overall, the employer's brand strategy and prestige influence job application intentions.

Abstract

Dalam konteks kemajuan teknologi dan ekonomi yang cepat, sektor komunikasi dan informasi, khususnya melalui media sosial, telah menjadi tulang punggung pertahanan negara, terutama selama pandemi. Penelitian ini berfokus pada peran influencer, khususnya Tasya Farasya, dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen di industri kecantikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak ulasan produk Tasya Farasya, pengungkapan iklan, dan kredibilitas influencer pada keputusan pembelian. Metode dan hasil : Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan, mengumpulkan data dari pengamatan konten media sosial Tasya Farasya, ulasan produk, interaksi dengan pengikut, dan tanggapan publik. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ulasan produk Tasya Farasya memiliki dampak positif, meningkatkan kesadaran merek, membangun kepercayaan konsumen, dan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Ulasan mendalam Tasya menciptakan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang produk, dan keterlibatan aktifnya membentuk ikatan yang kuat dengan pengikutnya. Kesimpulan dan implikasi : Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa rekomendasi produk Tasya Farasya melalui media sosial memiliki pengaruh positif pada perilaku konsumen, menciptakan kesadaran merek, meningkatkan kepercayaan, dan memotivasi keputusan pembelian. Kesimpulan ini memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya peran influencer dalam strategi pemasaran digital, terutama di industri kecantikan. Implikasi termasuk pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang dampak influencer pada keputusan pembelian konsumen, berfungsi sebagai dasar untuk pengembangan strategi pemasaran media sosial di masa depan. Kata Kunci: Beauty Influencer, Tasya Farasya, Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen, Pemasaran Media Sosial, Ulasan Produk

Abstract

Education plays a crucial role in every individual's life, providing opportunities to acquire knowledge, develop skills, and shape attitudes. One essential aspect of education is how students cultivate leadership skills and actively participate in organizations. However, students often face various challenges while carrying out organizational tasks, and a lack of problem-solving skills can hinder their effectiveness. To address this issue, a community service activity was conducted to provide creative problem-solving training for students involved in school organizations. This training aimed to equip students with both the mental resilience and practical skills needed to handle problems, whether anticipated or unexpected. A total of 29 students from SMK Tarakanita South Jakarta participated in this experiential learning program. The learning approach used in this program was experiential learning, which emphasizes learning through direct experience. Additionally, the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach was integrated into the activities. The evaluation results demonstrated a statistically significant improvement in the student's knowledge and behavior after participating in the paper chain game activity. The findings suggest that important life skills including problem-solving skills can be effectively taught from a young age using experiential learning methods. This article also discusses the program’s design, outcomes, and challenges encountered during implementation.

Abstract

Industri kreatif di Indonesia mengalami perubahan signifikan pada tahun 2024 seiring denganpercepatan transformasi digital yang dipicu oleh kemajuan teknologi dan pergeseran perilakukonsumen. Namun demikian, potensi penuh dari pemanfaatan teknologi digital belum sepenuhnyaterealisasi karena sumber daya yang ada belum optimal dalam menyerap perubahan tersebut.Kondisi ini menegaskan perlunya kajian mengenai peran motivasi intrinsik dalam mendorongkinerja inovatif karyawan, yang difasilitasi oleh kepemimpinan digital dan budaya digital.Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan yang bekerja di industri digital, khususnya pada sektorkreatif berbasis digital. Dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), datadikumpulkan dari 189 responden. Hasil penelitian menekankan peran krusial budaya digital dankepemimpinan digital dalam meningkatkan kinerja inovatif dalam organisasi. Studi inimenunjukkan bahwa kedua faktor tersebut secara signifikan berkontribusi dalam meningkatkanmotivasi intrinsik karyawan, yang pada gilirannya mendorong munculnya perilaku inovatif. The creative industry in Indonesia has undergone significant changes in 2024 due to rapiddigital transformation, driven by advancements in technology and shifts in consumerbehavior. However, the full potential of digital tools is not yet being realized, as currentresources have not been fully optimized to absorb these changes. This highlights the need fora study on the role of intrinsic motivation in employees' ability to foster innovativeperformance, facilitated by digital leadership and digital culture.The research was conducted among employees working in the digital industry, specificallywithin the digital-based creative sector. Using Structural Equation Modeling, data were collected from a total of 189 respondents. The study emphasizes the critical roles that digitalculture and digital leadership play in enhancing innovative performance withinorganizations. It demonstrates that both factors significantly contribute to boosting intrinsicmotivation among employees, thereby encouraging innovative behaviors

Abstract

As one of the pillars of higher education institutions, community services provide opportunities for university lecturers to contribute and acquire knowledge. The main objective of this study is to provide detailed descriptions on how university-school collaborations as a mode for promoting engaged scholarship and improve students’ learning experiences. This article discusses university community service activities at two private high schools in the Jakarta area. The two high schools invited university faculty members as jurors to assess the students’ projects, which determined their final grades. Observations found that having university faculty members present to give student scores enabled the schools to optimize the mechanisms in place that defined graduation requirements. As jurors, the faculty members provided objective, science-based assessments and the necessary feedback for the students. In addition to interacting with university-level teachers, presenting in front of academic jurors allowed the students to gain perspectives on related topics and make sound improvements to their projects. Consequently, the schools can optimize their curriculum-based activities that not only extend the learning experiences of the students but also provide long-term improvements to the overall quality of education.
