Abstract

Desa Petanang di Kecamatan Lembak, Kabupaten Muara Enim, Sumatera Selatan, memiliki potensi besar dalam pengembangan produk olahan singkong, seperti kelasan, emping dan keripik ubi. Meskipun beberapa produk olahan singkong seperti kelasan dan emping sudah dikenal, pengembangan produk keripik ubi masih belum optimal. Keripik ubi yang mudah alot menjadi salah satu tantangan utama dalam pengembangan produk ini. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan inovasi untuk menciptakan keripik ubi yang lebih renyah dan tahan lama dengan berbagai rasa, seperti rasa pedas, vanilla, coklat, dan macha. Tujuan dari inovasi ini adalah untuk memperkaya pilihan produk lokal desa, sekaligus meningkatkan nilai tambah dan daya tarik produk bagi konsumen. Proses pengembangan produk melibatkan tahapan persiapan, survei, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi untuk menghasilkan keripik ubi yang berkualitas. Inovasi ini diharapkan tidak hanya meningkatkan nilai ekonomi dari produk singkong lokal, tetapi juga memperkuat identitas kuliner khas Desa Petanang. Pengolahan yang tepat dan kreatif dalam pemilihan rasa dapat membuat produk keripik ubi lebih diminati, baik di pasar lokal maupun luar desa. Dengan mengoptimalkan potensi sumber daya alam yang melimpah, diharapkan produk keripik ubi dari Desa Petanang dapat menjadi ikon kuliner yang dikenal luas.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas pengembangan branding dan identitas bisnis untuk Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Petanang. Masalah utama yang diidentifikasi adalah kurangnya kesadaran merek dan pengenalan produk UMKM Desa Petanang di pasar yang lebih luas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode observasi dan analisis serta pelatihan berupa penyuluhan untuk merancang strategi branding yang sesuai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggali potensi lokal, mengidentifikasi kekuatan dan peluang yang dimiliki oleh UMKM Desa Petanang, serta merumuskan pesan branding yang kuat, UMKM dapat meningkatkan daya tarik mereka. Dengan menerapkan elemen branding seperti logo, slogan, dan desain kemasan yang mencerminkan budaya dan kualitas produk mereka, UMKM dapat membangun identitas bisnis yang lebih kuat. Dengan menerapkan strategi branding yang sesuai, UMKM Desa Petanang dapat meningkatkan daya saing mereka, menarik lebih banyak pelanggan, dan memperluas pangsa pasar mereka. Penelitian ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya pengembangan branding dan identitas bisnis dalam mendukung pertumbuhan UMKM di wilayah pedesaan terutama di desa Petanang.

Abstract

Indonesia is a paradise for plants, with numerous advantages for human life. It is possible to process Indonesia's natural resources to support the family economy while also benefiting health and being useful in treating various diseases, and many of these resources contain the vitamins that the body's organs require to increase energy. The health advantages of soursop plants are substantial, and the fruit is tasty to consume as is. Sometimes it grows naturally in people's yards; at other times, it is planted intentionally by the community for economic purposes. Apart from the fruit, soursop leaves can also be used to treat cholestorel when combined with additional spices such as betel leaves and a pinch of salt. Making soursop juice is simple if the fruit is ripe, although soursop fruit that is not ripe yet can be fried and the taste is similar to sweet potatoes. The business potential related with soursop seed planting are considerable. Along with the fruit, the leaves are beneficial for health since they contain a variety of vitamins that the body need.

Abstract

In online learning, the teaching and learning process is facilitated by the use of the internet and digital media to convey the material. Online learning is believed to be more aligned with the current generation of students, who are well-known for their high level of integration with technology products. This is a form of digitization in the field of education that provides a number of advantages. From a practical standpoint, the benefits of online learning in the Covid-19 pandemic era include the ability for teachers and students to interact more effectively because they will not have to physically meet. Additionally, there is no classroom for formal education. The teaching and learning process can occur anyplace as long as the environment is conducive and can aid in concentration. Furthermore, there is no requirement to "dress well" or "look officially" to make it more flexible. A more appropriate approach to online learning is to take a technology strategy that is more appropriate for today's students than traditional classroom approaches. Besides that, the delivery methods employed in online learning programs are typically a blend of formal and informal. The Covid-19 pandemic has created numerous educational opportunities. Online education has separated classroom resources, such as teachers' markers and blackboards, and students' notes and pens. Students will receive more engaging instruction when they are exposed to a variety of media types, including photographs, videos, and audio. This community service is conducted at an elementary school in Jalan pembangunan Pakjo, specifically in Pakjo Elementary School of 126th, in order to facilitate MBKM between universities and elementary schools.

Abstract

MSME is a form of business that can provide many benefits and benefits for the community. The existence of these micro-enterprises is increasing rapidly and mushrooming in every corner of the region throughout Indonesia. There are various obstacles faced by MSME actors in running their business. One of the problems faced is that business actors are still having difficulty determining the Cost of Production (HPP) and the selling price of the product. Calculating the selling price of a product clearly and definitely is important for business actors. The right calculation will provide benefits in accordance with the expectations of the business actor. Based on the results of our initial survey in Petanang Village, namely the lack of assistance in determining the Cost of Production (HPP) and Product Selling Prices. The PKM Team employs socialization to help provide insight in estimating the Cost of Production and determining the Selling Price of Cassava Chips as a means of resolving the problem.

Abstract

One of the problems that makes the competitiveness of MSMEs is still low is the limited ability of business actors in doing marketing. This community service activity is carried out to introduce cassava chips MSME products to a wider market, increase MSME competitiveness through the use of digital marketing. In this service, the method used to solve problems is to provide counseling, training, and assistance to MSME actors who become partners. This activity was carried out in stages over 2 months. From the activities that have been carried out, partners understand enough about the concept of digital marketing and are able to use the internet to do marketing. The increased ability of partners in marketing is expected to help partners to gain a wider market and increase the competitiveness of partners as MSME actors.

Abstract

Petanang Village is located in the Muara Enim Regency of South Sumatra Province. It is one of the communities in the Lembak District. The land around Petanang Village is suitable for the cultivation of cassava plants. Producing goods that have been processed is one way to make the most of this potential. At the moment, numerous processed products made from the primary ingredient of cassava are available in Petanang Village. These items include chips, sweet potato crackers, and class. In this PKM activity, we want to develop local products from the Petanang village by going through several stages, the first stage being the preparation and survey stage, the second stage being the implementation stage, and finally the evaluation stage of some of these stages, we decided to make cassava chips because in this Petanang village, no one has sold them because cassava chips are easily tough, which is why we want to develop cassava chips that are crispy and not tough.

Abstract

Petanang Village is one of 10 villages in the Lembak District. whose livelihood is as a farmer. The utilization of these agricultural products is a partner of the Community Partnership (PKM) program, especially processed from cassava into cassava chips whose packaging is still fairly unattractive. Digital Marketing is a promotional activity and market search through digital media online by utilizing various means, such as social networks. The virtual world is no longer only able to connect people with devices, but also people with other people around the world. Digital Marketing which usually consists of interactive and integrated marketing facilitates interaction between producers, market intermediaries, and potential consumers. The purpose of this service is to improve the quality and quantity of cassava chip processing through dissemination of packaging development, digital marketing and product logo creation, so that the output issued will be more attractive and of course will increase the profit of each cassava chip business actor in the Petanang village, Lembak sub-district.

Abstract

Petanang village is a village located in Lembak sub-district, Muara enim district, South Sumatra. In 2022, the population will be around 2,020 people or 689 families, residents per square kilometer. Most of these residents develop cassava into processed chips with the basic ingredients of cassava, which are named Kelasan. Class is a type of snack such as chips that comes from Petanang village, Lembak sub-district, Muara Enim Regency. From this process, a home-based MSME is created which is carried out by the residents of the Petanang village. Sales of first-class products are carried out within the village and also outside the village of Petanang. To further increase the potential that exists in Petanang village, Indo Global Mandiri University students try to help develop innovations for Cassava Processing in Petanang Village and Media Functions for Digital Promotion Applications for the MBKM Thematic Community Service Program, Indo Global Mandiri University students make new product innovations, namely Roasted Beef Flavored Cassava Chips. In addition to helping MSME actors create new products that can be marketed in digital media to increase the income of rural communities. Students also provide direction on financial reports and how to market a product in order to dominate the market.

Abstract

The natural resources produced by Petanang Village are very abundant, but the natural resources owned by Petanang Village have not been fully utilized by the community, so there is a need for guidance or assistance to the community to take advantage of the existing potential. One of them is by utilizing processed cassava / sweet potato products that are made into a food with a high selling price. Seeing the problems and potentials that exist, the village community is considered to need to know more about how to process and benefit from cassava / sweet potato so that it can increase profits or can be used as a source of additional income for the community. Digital marketing is the marketing of products or services using technology via the internet, social media, cell phones, or other digital media. It is also an umbrella term that can cover a variety of digital marketing strategies such as social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), as well as email marketing. This digital marketing strategy is different from traditional marketing such as print media, billboards, and TV. This digital marketing strategy is certainly data driven. The purpose of digital marketing is to attract consumers and potential customers quickly. As you know, the acceptance of technology and the internet in society is very broad, so it is not surprising that digital marketing activities are the main choice for every company. As a result, every company competes with each other and competes in creating interesting content to be displayed in its marketing in cyberspace.
