Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memodifikasi Model Penerimaan Teknologi (TAM) dan menguji kemampuannya untuk memprediksi niat dosen program studi akuntansi dalam pembelajaran akuntansi untuk memberikan pembelajaran digital berbasis data, game, angka. Metode ini mengadopsi data kuantitatif dengan mensurvey populasi dengan membagikan kuesioner dibagikan kepada dosen akuntansi dan mahasiswa akuntansi melalui media sosial menggunakan Google Sheets. Berdasarkan data yang terkumpul 325 kuisioner dosen dan mahasiswa, model pembelajaran dianalisis menggunakan metode PLS-SEM yaitu menggunakan program SmartPLS versi 3.2. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa niat instruktur untuk mengadopsi pembelajaran digital berbasis game secara langsung dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor: dunia teknologi baru, kegunaan membuang rasa bosan, norma subyektif, dan inovasi pribadi. Bahkan jika tidak ada efek kurikulum yang ditemukan, efek kurikulum yang dimediasi dapat diasimilasi secara penuh dan bermanfaat oleh siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of accounting training applications, and accounting information system techniques on the implementation of management accounting information systems, and implications on the individual performance of retail organization managers. This study uses primary data with population units used by units related to retail store management employees, namely 10 retail stores in South Sumatra by using a probability sampling technique for as many as 155 retail store manager employees. The results of the study prove that the application of accounting training, and accounting information system techniques have an effect on the application of management accounting information systems resulting in the individual performance of information system software users. Keywords: Accounting Training Application; Accounting Information System Engineering; Application of Management Accounting Information System; Information System Software; Finance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi pelatihan akuntansi, teknik sistem informasi akuntansi terhadap penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi manajemen implikasi pada kinerja individual pengelola organisasi retail. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan unit populasi yang digunakan unit-unit terkait karyawan pengelola toko retail yaitu 10 toko-toko retail yang ada di Sumatera Selatan dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling sebanyak 155 karyawan pengelola toko retail. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa aplikasi pelatihan akuntansi, teknik sistem informasi akuntansi berpengaruh pada penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi manajemen berakibat pada kinerja individual pengguna software sistem informasi. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of business capital and labor quality on the success of clothing sewing services in Ilir Timur I district, Palembang city. The research used a quantitative analysis method. The population in this study consisted of 186 business actors in clothing sewing services, and the sample used was 65 respondents, selected through simple random sampling. Primary data was collected through questionnaires distributed to clothing sewing service businesses in Ilir Timur I District, Palembang City. The data analysis technique used multiple linear analysis with the SPSS version 25 program. The results showed that both business capital and labor quality have a positive and significant influence on the success of clothing sewing services in Ilir Timur I District, Palembang City, either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and describe the influence exerted by E-commerce and the use of Accounting Information Systems on the Income Cycle of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Prabumulih City. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The data analysis technique employed in this study was multiple linear regression analysis, which was then processed using the SPSS version 26.0 software application. The data used in this study are primary data collected through a questionnaire, with 100 respondents sourced from MSME actors in Prabumulih City. Several analytical methods were used, including descriptive statistics, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests (such as the coefficient of determination test, R2), t-tests, and F-tests. This research demonstrates that E-commerce has a positive and significant effect on the MSME Revenue Cycle, and the Use of Accounting Information Systems also has a positive and significant effect on the MSME Revenue Cycle. Furthermore, both E-commerce and the Use of Accounting Information Systems have a positive and significant impact on the Income Cycle of MSMEs, both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of profitability, leverage and liquidity on financial distress in the mining and metals company sub-sector in Indonesia during the 2018-2022 Period. Profitability is measured using Return on Assets (ROA), leverage is measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and liquidity is measured using Current Ratio (CR). Financial distress was identified using the Altman Z-score model. This type of research is a quantitative research sampling in this study using purposive sampling techniques and data that has been processed for this study as many as 11 Mining and Metal companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data source in this study uses a secondary data source sourced from the Annual Report published by mining and metals companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis used in this study used Descriptive Satistic analysis, Pooled Data, Chow Test, Hausman Test, Fixed Effect, Partial Test, Determination Coefficient Test (R2). The test results showed that the Return on Asset (ROA) variable, Debt to Equity ratio (DER), did not have a significant effect on financial distress, while the Current Ratio (CR) had a significant effect on financial distress in Mining and Metal Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. The Result of this study is that profitability, leverage, and liquidity significantly affect the condition of financial distress in mining and metals sub-sector companies in Indonesia.

Abstract

Indonesia is a paradise for plants, with numerous advantages for human life. It is possible to process Indonesia's natural resources to support the family economy while also benefiting health and being useful in treating various diseases, and many of these resources contain the vitamins that the body's organs require to increase energy. The health advantages of soursop plants are substantial, and the fruit is tasty to consume as is. Sometimes it grows naturally in people's yards; at other times, it is planted intentionally by the community for economic purposes. Apart from the fruit, soursop leaves can also be used to treat cholestorel when combined with additional spices such as betel leaves and a pinch of salt. Making soursop juice is simple if the fruit is ripe, although soursop fruit that is not ripe yet can be fried and the taste is similar to sweet potatoes. The business potential related with soursop seed planting are considerable. Along with the fruit, the leaves are beneficial for health since they contain a variety of vitamins that the body need.

Abstract

In online learning, the teaching and learning process is facilitated by the use of the internet and digital media to convey the material. Online learning is believed to be more aligned with the current generation of students, who are well-known for their high level of integration with technology products. This is a form of digitization in the field of education that provides a number of advantages. From a practical standpoint, the benefits of online learning in the Covid-19 pandemic era include the ability for teachers and students to interact more effectively because they will not have to physically meet. Additionally, there is no classroom for formal education. The teaching and learning process can occur anyplace as long as the environment is conducive and can aid in concentration. Furthermore, there is no requirement to "dress well" or "look officially" to make it more flexible. A more appropriate approach to online learning is to take a technology strategy that is more appropriate for today's students than traditional classroom approaches. Besides that, the delivery methods employed in online learning programs are typically a blend of formal and informal. The Covid-19 pandemic has created numerous educational opportunities. Online education has separated classroom resources, such as teachers' markers and blackboards, and students' notes and pens. Students will receive more engaging instruction when they are exposed to a variety of media types, including photographs, videos, and audio. This community service is conducted at an elementary school in Jalan pembangunan Pakjo, specifically in Pakjo Elementary School of 126th, in order to facilitate MBKM between universities and elementary schools.

Abstract

MSME is a form of business that can provide many benefits and benefits for the community. The existence of these micro-enterprises is increasing rapidly and mushrooming in every corner of the region throughout Indonesia. There are various obstacles faced by MSME actors in running their business. One of the problems faced is that business actors are still having difficulty determining the Cost of Production (HPP) and the selling price of the product. Calculating the selling price of a product clearly and definitely is important for business actors. The right calculation will provide benefits in accordance with the expectations of the business actor. Based on the results of our initial survey in Petanang Village, namely the lack of assistance in determining the Cost of Production (HPP) and Product Selling Prices. The PKM Team employs socialization to help provide insight in estimating the Cost of Production and determining the Selling Price of Cassava Chips as a means of resolving the problem.

Abstract

Petanang Village is one of 10 villages in the Lembak District. whose livelihood is as a farmer. The utilization of these agricultural products is a partner of the Community Partnership (PKM) program, especially processed from cassava into cassava chips whose packaging is still fairly unattractive. Digital Marketing is a promotional activity and market search through digital media online by utilizing various means, such as social networks. The virtual world is no longer only able to connect people with devices, but also people with other people around the world. Digital Marketing which usually consists of interactive and integrated marketing facilitates interaction between producers, market intermediaries, and potential consumers. The purpose of this service is to improve the quality and quantity of cassava chip processing through dissemination of packaging development, digital marketing and product logo creation, so that the output issued will be more attractive and of course will increase the profit of each cassava chip business actor in the Petanang village, Lembak sub-district.

Abstract

Petanang village is a village located in Lembak sub-district, Muara enim district, South Sumatra. In 2022, the population will be around 2,020 people or 689 families, residents per square kilometer. Most of these residents develop cassava into processed chips with the basic ingredients of cassava, which are named Kelasan. Class is a type of snack such as chips that comes from Petanang village, Lembak sub-district, Muara Enim Regency. From this process, a home-based MSME is created which is carried out by the residents of the Petanang village. Sales of first-class products are carried out within the village and also outside the village of Petanang. To further increase the potential that exists in Petanang village, Indo Global Mandiri University students try to help develop innovations for Cassava Processing in Petanang Village and Media Functions for Digital Promotion Applications for the MBKM Thematic Community Service Program, Indo Global Mandiri University students make new product innovations, namely Roasted Beef Flavored Cassava Chips. In addition to helping MSME actors create new products that can be marketed in digital media to increase the income of rural communities. Students also provide direction on financial reports and how to market a product in order to dominate the market.
