Abstract

This study is designed to test and prove empirically the role of religious spiritual motivation, both directly and indirectly, through organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on lecturers'performance.Specifically, the purpose of this study is to analyze and empirically explore the role of : (1) aqeedah motivation on organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB), (2) ebada motivation on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), (3) mu'amalah motivation on organizational citizenship behavior, (4) aqeedahmotivation on lecturers'performance, (5) ebada motivation on lecturers'performance, (6) mu'amalah motivation on lecturers'performance, and (7) organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on lecturers'performance. The study is expected to enrich and expand the literature in management science, particularly in the area of human resource development motivation of employees and organizational behavior which will be useful for academics and practitioners. The population of this study are all lecturers in HaluoleoUniversity of Kendari which spreads out at 8 faculties. The samples are 120 lectuers, chosen using proportional sampling technique, and the analysis of the data uses PLS (Partial Least Square). The main conclusion of this study is that the performance of lecturer may be better if the ebada spiritual motivation is increased, especially in the understanding of religious values to the concepts of work, behaviour and performance in a religious point of view.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of the knowledge and behavior of nickel miners on environmental management at PT. Konawe Nikel Nusantara in Langgikima Subdistrict, North Konawe Regency. The sample in this study consists of some employees of PT. Konawe Nikel Nusantara in Langgikima Subdistrict, North Konawe Regency, totaling 60 people. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Knowledge and behavior of nickel miners have a positive and significant effect on environmental management at PT. Konawe Nikel Nusantara in Langgikima Subdistrict, North Konawe Regency. (2) Knowledge has a positive and significant effect on environmental management at PT. Konawe Nikel Nusantara in Langgikima Subdistrict, North Konawe Regency. (3) The behavior of nickel miners has a positive and significant effect on environmental management at PT. Konawe Nikel Nusantara in Langgikima Subdistrict, North Konawe Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menguji dan menganalisis: (1) Pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan integritas terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kota Kendari. (2) Pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kota Kendari. (3) Pengaruh integritas terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kota Kendari. Rancangan Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Negeri Sipil Dinas Perhubungan Kota Kendari sebanyak 68 orang. Sampel penelitian ini ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode total sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Model (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara Lingkungan Kerja dan Intgeritas terhadap Kinerja Kerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kota Kendari sebesar 0,098 serta nilai value sebesar 0,014 < 0,05. (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Kerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kota Kendari sebesar 0,259 serta nilai p value sebesar 0,007 < 0,05. (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Integritas terhadap Kinerja Kerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kota Kendari sebesar 0,207 serta nilai p value sebesar 0,001 < 0,05.
