Abstract

Membangun peradaban sebuah bangsa pada hakikatnya adalah pengembangan watak dan karakter manusia unggul dari sisi intelektual, spiritual, emosional, dan fisikal yang dilandasi oleh fitrah kemanusiaan. Pendidikan karakter adalah suatu sistem penanaman nilai-nilai karakter kepada warga sekolah yang meliputi komponen pengetahuan, kesadaran atau kemauan, dan tindakan untuk melaksanakan nilai-nilai tersebut, baik terhadap Tuhan Yang Maha Esa (YME), diri sendiri, sesama, lingkungan, maupun kebangsaan sehingga menjadi manusia insan kamil. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pendidikan karakter dan kecerdasan emosi. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa dan mahasiswi Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Kanjuruhan Malang angkatan 2011. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampelnya adalah Simple Random Sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket yang disebar kepada responden. Sedangkan teknik analisis datanya menggunakan analisis korelasi sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS 18 for windows. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang erat dan signifikan antara pendidikan karakter terhadap kecerdasan emosi. Hal ini dilihat dari hasil analisis statistic menunjukkan angka koefesien korelasi (r) 0.581 dengan Sig. = 0,000  pada taraf signifikan α = 0,05. Kata kunci : Pendidikan, Karakter, Emosi, kecerdasan Emosi

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang bagaimana penerapan dari sistem pembiayaan mudharabah pada Baitul Maal wat Tamwil Sidogiri Daerah Bangkalan ditinjau dari Pernyataan Standar Akutansi Keuangan (PSAK) No.59. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan Interpretive-Phenomenologik. Pendekatan ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji secara langsung melalui ungkapan-ungkapan mengenai fenomena yang sesungguhnya terjadi dalam lingkungan operasionalisasi Baitul Maal wat Tamwil Sidogiri Daerah Bangkalan, khususnya pada pembiayaan mudharabah dalam konteks pengakuaan, pengukuran, penyajian dan pengungkapan.Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa pembiayaan mudharabah Baitul Maal wat Tamwil Sidogiri Daerah Bangkalan mencapai 80% dari seluruh total pembiayaan. Hal ini sangat berbeda dengan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan pada beberapa perbankan syari’ah ditanah air pada umumnya dominan pada pembiayaan murabaha/jual-beli (non-profit sharing) yang berkisar rata-rata antara 65,66%. Dalam konteks pengakuan, pembiayaan muradhabah  diakui pada saat pembayaran kas atau penyerahan aktiva non-kas kepada pengelola dana, dan pembiayaan muradhabah yang diberikan secara bertahap diakui pada setiap tahap pembayaran atau penyerahan. Dalam hal pengukuran, pihak bank (mudharib) tidak melakukan pencadangan pendapatan. Dalam konteks penyajian, pembiayaan mudharabah Baitul Maal wat Tamwil Sidogiri Daerah Bangkalan menekankan ketentuan dalam Al Quran surat Luqman ayat 34 yang artinya, “Dan tidak seorangpun yang dapat yang dapat mengetahui (dengan pasti) apa yang diusahakan besok”. Sedangkan dalam konteks pengungkapan dalam pembiayaan mudharabah, Baitul Maal wat Tamwil Sidogiri Daerah Bangkalan  menekankan pada factor kejujuran dan transparasi terhadap seluruh elemen laporan keuangan yang tertuang dalam PSAK No.59.

Abstract

In this research, it was critical to implement a blended learning model with the aim of improving creativity and learning motivation of the elementary students of Pasirian 01 Public Elementary School, Pasirian Subdistrict, Lumajang Regency. The study used a descriptive qualitative case study design to discuss the involved process and experiences, difficulties and adaptive techniques in the amalgamation of resource-limited face-to-face and web-based education in a rural setting. Direct observations, in-depth interviews of the teachers, students and the principal, and review of supporting data such as student portfolios, lesson plans as well as communication records were used to collect the data. These results indicate that the blended learning model, based on the low-bandwidth digital tools, flexibility in scheduling, and creatively based on project-based assignments, has an important contribution to making students engaged, expressing themselves, and self-motivated. Teachers also transformed their role towards facilitating student-centered learning where learners were also more confident and excited to work, especially on assignments that requiring creativity and accentuating autonomy. Nevertheless, the study also emphasizes such difficulties as unequal access to devices and connectivity, deficiencies of digital literacy among teachers and parents, and the increased workload due to the preparation of dual-modality instruction. Responsive approaches implemented by the school, inter alia, by increasing personal meetings and strengthening partnerships between schools and home as well as improving capacity development of teachers via peer-led workshops, loaning technologies, and reinforcing links between students and parents helped address them.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, science education requires instructional strategies that not only improve student achievement but also develop metacognitive abilities essential for complex problem solving. However, traditional teaching models are still predominantly used, often limiting students understanding of abstract scientific concepts such as buffer solutions. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of a STEM based flipped classroom model in enhancing students metacognitive skills and learning outcomes. A quasi-experimental design with a pre-test and post-test control group was employed, involving 60 senior high school students divided into experimental and control groups. The instruments used were a learning outcome test and a metacognitive awareness questionnaire, both of which had been validated and proven reliable. The results revealed that students in the experimental group showed significantly higher improvements in both metacognitive awareness and academic performance compared to the control group. These findings suggest that the integration of technology, scientific inquiry, and real world problem solving through a STEM based flipped classroom model positively impacts students conceptual understanding and learning achievements. This study highlights the urgent need for pedagogical transformation in science education and provides evidence supporting the implementation of innovative, technology enhanced learning models to better prepare students for future challenges

Abstract

The study was conducted to analyze the effect of discovery learning using the Ludo King educational game on student learning activeness and motivation in Social Studies. The study involved the fifth-grade students of Pasirian 06 State Elementary School, with a total of 27 students. This research is categorized as quasi-experimental with a one-group pretest-posttest design, and hypothesis testing was performed using the Mann-Whitney U test. The results indicated a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 for student learning activeness and motivation. Therefore, it can be concluded that the application of the discovery learning model using the Ludo King game has a significant effect on increasing student activeness and motivation in fifth-grade Social Studies at Pasirian 06 State Elementary School

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of Canva-based Project-Based Learning (PjBL) in improving students’ learning outcomes and motivation in history education. This quasi-experimental study involved 150 tenth-grade students, with samples selected using cluster random sampling due to class homogeneity. Class X1, consisting of 30 students, was assigned as the experimental group using Canva-based PjBL, while Class X2, with 31 students, was designated as the control group using conventional learning methods. Research instruments included pre-tests and post-tests to assess learning outcomes and questionnaires, and observation sheets to measure motivation. Data were analyzed using normality tests, homogeneity tests, descriptive statistics, and N-Gain tests. The results showed that the experimental group experienced a significant improvement in both learning outcomes and motivation. The experimental class achieved a higher post-test mean score (M = 17.50, SD = 1.43) than the control class (M = 14.52, SD = 2.22), with p < 0.001. The N-Gain value for learning outcomes was 0.7604, and learning motivation was 0.8157, indicating high improvement. These results demonstrate that Canva-based PjBL effectively enhances students’ academic achievement and learning motivation in history classrooms.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the form of literacy and numeracy skill assessment instrument development that is in accordance with the level of thinking ability of grade 5 students of SD Negeri 01 Senduro. This research used Research and Development with the ADDIE model. Data analysis was carried out using qualitative data analysis consisting of data presentation, data reduction, data verification, and drawing conclusions. The results indicated that the literacy and numeracy assessment instruments developed for grade 5 students of SD Negeri 01 Senduro were proven to be relevant, contextual, and in accordance with the level of students' thinking abilities. In short, this development of literacy-numeracy instruments proved to be both relevant and effective, accurately capturing students' abilities through tasks that reflect their everyday experiences and educational environment, and suited to the level of students' thinking for improving the learning process.

Abstract

Keyakinan masyarakat Jati Waringin tentang dampak dari pernikahan melangkahi kakak kandung tidak memiliki dasar yang jelas melainkan merupakan budaya-budaya lisan yang turun temurun yang masih dilestarikan, karena adanya fakta yang menyerupai dampak yang ditakutkan tersebut, hal yang seperti itu bisa saja merupakan suatu hal yang kebetulan, bisa saja terjadi pada siapapun walaupun tidak dengan pernikahan dengan melangkahi kakak kandung. Larangan menikah sebelum kakak menikah boleh saja dilanggar, karena juga terlihat ada masyarakat yang melanggar. Namun tidak berdampak apa-apa pada rumah tangganya dan tidak seperti yang dikhawatirkan tersebut. Dalam hal meminta izin kepada orang tua atau kepada kakak hal itu hal yang wajar, sebagai bentuk kesopanan adik terhadap kakak kandungnya. Selain yang tercantum dalam mahrom nikah semuanya boleh di nikahi jika memenuhi syarakat dan rukun nikah.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of integrating Wordwall media with the STEM approach on student creativity and learning outcomes in chemical compound nomenclature. A quasi-experimental method with a Pretest-Posttest Control Group design was applied. The experimental group used STEM-based Wordwall media, while the control group received conventional teaching. Results showed that the experimental group achieved a moderate N-Gain (0.66) compared to the control group’s lower N-Gain (0.29). The Mann-Whitney test indicated a significant difference between the groups (p < 0.05), suggesting that STEM-based Wordwall media improved learning outcomes. Creativity, measured using a Torrance-based questionnaire, also showed significant improvement after the intervention. In conclusion, integrating Wordwall media with the STEM approach effectively enhances student creativity and learning outcomes in chemical compound nomenclature.
