Abstract

Penelitian ini digunakan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor perilaku pemilih secara rasional berkaitan dengan pemilihan kepala daerah atau calon peserta pemilu, sebagaimana telah diuraikan dalam Bab I bahwa rumusan masalah yang diajukan pada penelitian ini adalah “Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku memilih dalam pemilihan kepala daerah di Kecamatan Rantau Selatan-Labuhanbatu”. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang berdomisili di Kecamatan Rantau Selatan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu yang terdiri dari 9 (Sembilan) desa/kelurahan antara lain Kelurahan Bakaran Batu, Kelurahan Danobale, Kelurahan Lobu Sona, Kelurahan Perdamean, Kelurahan Sidorejo, Kelurahan Sigambal, Kelurahan Sioldengan, Kelurahan Ujung Bandar Dan Kelurahan Urung Kompas dengan jumlah penduduk berjumlah 61.492 jiwa. Teknik penentuan jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Yamane dalam Akhdon. Dari hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan dapat dikembangkan beberapa kesimpulan yang berkaitan dengan perilaku pemilih sebagai berikut1 Dari hasil tabulasi silang perilaku pemilih berdasarkan jenis kelamin laki-laki menyatakan memilih calon peserta pemilu karena faktor program kerja/visi misi. Dari hasil tabulasi silang perilaku pemilih berdasarkan tingkat pendidikan SMU menyatakan memilih calon peserta pemilu karena faktor program kerja/visi misi dan sosoknya yang terkenal. Dari hasil tabulasi silang perilaku pemilih berdasarkan pendidikan menyatakan setuju bahwa rekam jejak calon peserta pemilu menjadi pertimbangan untuk menggunakan hak pilih. Dari hasil tabulasi silang perilaku pemilih berdasarkan usia 31-40 tahun menyatakan memilih calon peserta pemilu karena partai pendukung. Dari hasil tabulasi silang perilaku pemilih berdasarkan jenis kelamin laki-laki menyatakan tidak setuju bahwa seorang calon peserta pemilu dipilih karena adanya hubungan. Dari hasil tabulasi silang perilaku pemilih berdasarkan pendidikan SMU menyatakan memilih calon peserta pemilu karena dorongan dalam diri sendiri. Dari hasil tabulasi silang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku pemilih didominasi oleh Kelurahan Bakaranbatu menyatakan memilih calon peserta pemilu karena mengenal pasangan calon. Dari hasil tabulasi silang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku pemilih didominasi oleh usia 31-40 tahun menyatakan memilih calon peserta pemilu karena mengenal pasangan calon.

Abstract

Efficiencyis a measureif itreachesthe maximum resultswitha particulareffortgiven. Orif itreachesacertainlevel of resultswith the least effortpossiblegiven.The objective of this study is to know and to analyze the influence of expertise, consistency, and working conditions on efficiencyof employee at PDAM Tirta Bina Labuhanbatu. The method used in this study is the survey approach, the study was descriptive quantitative and the nature of the research is explanatory research. The population in this study was all employee at PDAM Tirta Bina Labuhanbatu, with the amount to 65 employees, and sample in this study all population. Data were collected by doing interviews, documentation study and giving questionnaires. Variables examined by using a likert scale. First questionnaire was tested by using the validity and reliability test. Processing data with SPSS software version 17.0 ware analyzed by using descriptive analysis an hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression.The finding in this study show that expertise, consistency, and working conditions are simultaneously significant effect of the efficiencyof employee at PDAM Tirta Bina Labuhanbatu. And partially expertise, and working conditions signicantly influence of the efficiencyof employee at PDAM Tirta Bina Labuhanbatu, and consistency no signicantly influence of the efficiencyof employee at PDAM Tirta Bina Labuhanbatu.

Abstract

Pajak daerah dan retribusi daerah yang dipungut oleh pemerintah daerah kabupaten / kota merupakan penerimaan daerah yang merupakan Pendapatan Asli Daerah untuk Kabupaten / Kota. Bantuan pajak daerah dan retribusi daerah sangat penting dalam pembangunan daerah Kabuapten / Kota. Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 28 Tahun 2009 tentang Pajak Daerah dan Retribusi Daerah tentang pajak daerah kabupaten / kota terdiri atas: (1) pajak hotel, (2) pajak restoran, (3) pajak belanja, (4) pajak reklame, (5) Pajak penerangan jalan, (6) pajak mineral bukan logam dan batu, (7) pajak parkir, (8) pajak air tanah, (9) pajak sarang burung walet, (10) pajak bumi dan bangunan perdesaan dan pegunungan, (11) Bea Izin hak atas tanah (BPHTB). Dalam kerangka pajak daerah kabupaten / kota ini diperlukan adanya pemerintah daerah itu sendiri adalah pemerintah daerah harus terlebih dahulu diterbitkan dalam bentuk Peraturan Daerah (Perda) sebagai dasar hukum penagihan atas pajak-pajak tersebut. Demikian pula terhadap retribusi-retribusi dalam hal melakukan terlebih dahulu diperlukan hukum dasar sebagai payung hukumnya dalam bentuk Perda. Abstract

The Labuhanbatu community who do business by promoting products utilize digital products with 142 post-covid-19 business actors where the attributes used are the use of the internet, social media, and product promotion. A total of 47 people took advantage, and as many as 95 business actors did not take advantage of product promotion opportunities. The method used for clustering is the K-Means algorithm and the process uses the CRISP-DM model. It is known that the results are processed using the rapidminer tool.

Abstract

The results obtained from the Economic Stimulation Counseling and Training on August 26, 2021 with the number of participants who took part in the Extension and Training carried out by 50 people by complying with the health protocol standards issued by the government, before carrying out activities the training facilities were made in a distance according to the standards. wash hands and wear masks both before and after activities. In the delivery of the material presented, it was very well received by the Extension and Training Participants as much as 80%. Before carrying out the activities, interviews were conducted. Based on the interview, it was found that 17 people did not know MSMEs with a percentage of 34%. From the purpose of community service on the Al Washliyah University Labuhanbatu campus, the response was very good and brought changes to the community around the campus who took part in the Counseling and Training. After the Stimulation Counseling and Training was carried out again at the end of the elaboration of the material by the community service team which it was known that the information received by the community was very good, judging by the results of the interview, it was known that there was a good increase of 14 people with a percentage of 94% compared to before the counseling and training was carried out. . The shortcomings obtained in the Extension and Training are due to other factors, such as the different abilities of the participants, so it is necessary to carry out Counseling and Retraining to the community around the campus area in the future

According to research, this is affected by how much coffee people in Indonesia drink. One reason why is that the choices people make affect how popular cafes are. The consumer's decision is based on how the customer feels about what was delivered and how it compares to what was expected. Along with the price, the quality of a product is often a factor in whether or not to buy it. Product quality is how well a customer thinks a product or service works overall. The goal of this study is to find out how pricing and product quality affect Rantauprapat coffee shops that are "on Mada." Based on the results of the data analysis and testing, it can be said that price does affect how people spend their money at the cafe, but product quality does not. The results of the Coefficient of Determination (R2) test show that price and product quality have a 39.6% effect on what customers decide to buy.

Abstract

Coastal Communities (Case Study of Making Jeruju Leaf Chips in Paloh Merbau Sub-district Percut Sei Tuan), either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study was the Coastal Community of Making Jeruju Leaf Chips in Paloh Merbau sub-district Percut Sei Tuan, the time of the study was from January to July 2022. The sampling technique used the opinion of Arikunto with a total of 40 people and the analytical method used was descriptive analysis method, analysis multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The results of partial hypothesis testing (t test) show that Marketing Strategy (X1) and Innovation (X2) have a positive and significant effect on Economic Improvement, with the value of the Marketing Strategy variable tcount of 3.636 while t-table is 1.688 (tcount > from ttable). Innovation variable tcount is 3,081 while t table is 1,703 (tcount is greater than ttable). Meanwhile, for the Organizational Commitment variable, the value of tcount is 2.220 while ttable is 1.688 (tcount > from ttable). Simultaneous hypothesis testing results (F test) indicate that Marketing Strategy (X1) and Innovation (X2) have a positive and significant impact on improving the economy of the community in Coastal Communities (Case Study of Making Jeruju Leaf Chips, Paloh Merbau Hamlet, Percut Sei Tuan District, with a value of fcount is 10.510 while t table is 3.25 (Fcount is greater than Ftable).The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) can be seen that the Adjusted R square value is 0.328 or 32.8% indicating that Marketing Strategy and Innovation simultaneously contribute to Economic Improvement of 32.8%

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman pelanggan (customer experience) terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Rumah Makan Kuliner Jawa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para pelanggan Rumah Makan Kuliner Jawa selama waktu penelitian. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Peneliti mengambil 96 orang pelanggan sebagai sampel. Metode analisis yang dipergunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif, metode analisis statistik yang terdiri dari uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, pengujian signifikan simultan dan pengujian signifikan parsial serta pengujian koefisien determinasi.Pada pengujian secara serempak (uji F) diketahui bahwa pengalaman pelanggan (customer experience) yang terdiri dari variabel Sense, Feel, Think, Act dan Relate secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Pada pengujian secara parsial (uji t) diketahui bahwa variabel Sense, Feel, dan Think secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Sedangkan Act dan Relate berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Melalui pengujian koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai Adjusted R square sebesar 0,562 berarti 56,2% kepuasan pelanggan dapat dijelaskan oleh pengalaman pelanggan (customer experience) yang terdiri dari variabel Sense, Feel, Think, Act dan Relate, sedangkan sisanya 43,8% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lainn yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.
