Abstract

Much research has been done on the Covid-19 pandemic, both in terms of health, economy, and education. This study aims to examine the leadership style and policies of Nadiem Makarim in finding solutions to the pandemic that occurred in the field of education. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. The conclusion from this literature study is that the COVID-19 pandemic has changed the order of human life throughout the world, including Indonesia. Education is one sector that has an impact on this condition. The Minister of Education, Nadiem Makarim, with his young, energetic, innovative, and creative leadership style has changed the face of Indonesian education. From the results of the research conducted, there are several recommendations, namely: First, the government is expected to review the education system that has not been evenly distributed throughout Indonesia, how facilities and human resources are still far behind in the regions. Second, the public is expected to be more sensitive and concerned in technological developments so that technology can be used positively and beneficially and teaching staff are expected to learn technology and information so that they are not left behind on issues of knowledge development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi karena rendahnya minat belajar kelas online pada masa pandemi covid 19 siswa kelas x mata pelajaran bahasa arab di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Bungo. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peningkatan minat belajar siswa dengan menggunakan strategi Learning Start With A Question (LSQ). Penelian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif action research melalui model Kemmis and Taggart dengan dua siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pertama, tingkat minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran bahasa arab dengan pendekatan LSQ di siklus I meningkat dari 47,17%. menjadi 62,13%. Hal ini berarti bahwa penggunaan strategi LSQ mampu menjadi solusi dalam mengatasi rendahnya minat belajar siswa, sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai variabel tindakan untuk siklus II. Kedua, tingkat minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran bahasa arab dengan strategi LSQ di siklus II meningkat menjadi 79,25%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan strategi LSQ dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa di kelas x pada mata pelajaran bahasa arab Tema “Hiwayah” di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Bungo

Abstract

This research will focus on studying the history of East Asia, how Japan became a colonial state since the 19th century. The intent and purpose of this research is to find out how the history of Japan's journey to becoming a colonialist country since the 19th century and becoming a very influential country. The method used by the author in this study is the historical research method which is divided into four stages, namely heuristics (collecting reference sources either books, journals, or articles from various sources related to the research theme) source criticism, interpretation (reinterpreting facts found), and historiography (writing the results obtained from this study). This is motivated by the emergence of imperialism which made several other countries form a colonial state. One of the countries in East Asia that adheres to imperialism is Japan, which in the end Japan became one of the countries with major influence in Asia including In Indonesia.

Abstract

Konvergensi metodologi penelitian Pendidikan Islam dan Psikologi Sosial diselidiki dalam studi ini. Ini adalah respons terhadap kompleksitas dinamika sosial dan spiritualitas di era digital. Nilai-nilai teologis Islam dan tuntutan empiris psikologi sosial dalam memahami fenomena pendidikan kontemporer memunculkan kesenjangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan karakteristik penelitian Pendidikan Islam. Konsep Psikologi Sosial yang relevan akan diuraikan. Strategi integrasi metodologis akan dirumuskan.Pendekatan kualitatif studi pustaka digunakan. Analisis konseptual dan sintesis memperkaya metode ini. Pendidikan Islam memiliki landasan epistemologis. Landasan ini mengintegrasikan nilai normatif dengan data empiris. Psikologi Sosial menyediakan instrumen analisis perilaku yang presisi. Model integrasi yang paling efektif adalah metode penelitian campuran (mixed methods). Metode ini memungkinkan dialektika. Dialektika ini terjadi antara data kualitatif berbasis teks suci dan nilai Islam. Ini juga terjadi dengan data kuantitatif berbasis perilaku sosial.Integrasi ini mampu menghasilkan riset. Riset tersebut bersifat holistik, saintifik, dan aplikatif. Integrasi ini meningkatkan kedalaman analisis dan orisinalitas temuan ilmiah di tingkat pascasarjana. Pendekatan terintegrasi ini krusial. Ini untuk menjawab tantangan pendidikan Islam abad ke-21.Kata Kunci:  Pendidikan Islam, Psikologi Sosial, Metode Penelitian, Integrasi Metodologis

Abstract

This article aims to analyze in depth Haedar Nashir's thoughts on the concept of Progressive Islam and its relevance to strengthening the Muhammadiyah movement and reforming Islamic education in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative method with a content analysis approach. The research data is sourced from Haedar Nashir's primary works discussing Progressive Islam and Muhammadiyah, as well as secondary sources in the form of scientific journal articles, academic books, previous research results, and official Muhammadiyah documents. Data analysis was conducted using thematic content analysis techniques by classifying the data into main themes, such as the definition of Progressive Islam, its theological and philosophical foundations, basic principles, and its implementation in the Muhammadiyah movement, particularly in the field of education. The results of the study show that Progressive Islam in Haedar Nashir's perspective is a comprehensive and visionary Islamic paradigm, which positions Islam as a moral, intellectual, and social force in building a modern civilization. This concept not only functions as a theological framework, but also as an ideological and strategic foundation for Muhammadiyah in responding to global dynamics, technological disruption, and contemporary humanitarian challenges. In the context of Islamic education, Progressive Islam implies strengthening the integration between religious knowledge and modern science, transforming the orientation of education towards the formation of people who are faithful, knowledgeable, and have superior personalities, as well as developing an adaptive, inclusive, and civilized education system. Thus, Haedar Nashir's thoughts on Progressive Islam contribute significantly to the renewal of Islamic education and the strengthening of Muhammadiyah's role in the development of a just, progressive, and sustainable Indonesian civilization.
