Abstract

Preferensi adalah pilihan suka atau tidak suka dari atribut buah rambutan yang tersedia di pasar. Atribut-atribut ini adalah fitur atau peralatan yang melekat pada jeruk yang mencerminkan sifat rambutan. Buah rambutan memiliki kontribusi yang sangat baik untuk kesehatan tubuh. Buah rambutan memiliki karakteristik berbeda, mulai dari rasa, warna kulit buah, ukuran buah, dan jenisnya.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Untuk mengetahui atribut buah rambutan yang bagaimana yang menjadi preferensi konsumen di Kelurahan Berngam kecamatan Binjai kota,Kota Binjai Sumatera Utara dan Untuk mengetahui atribut manakah yang paling di pertimbangkan konsumen dalam pembelian di Kelurahan Berngam kecamatan Binjai kota, Kota Binjai Sumatera Utara. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan  sekunderpenelitian primer didapat dari kantor kepala desa dan konsumen pembelian buah rambutan sedangkan data sekunder didapat dari kantor kepala desa dan instansi lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Conjoint untuk mengukur selera dan minat konsumen terhadap buah rambutan. Hasil Atribut buah rambutan yang menjadi preferensi konsumen di Kelurahan Berngam kecamatan Binjai kota,Kota Binjai Sumatera Utara berdasarkan nilai utility estimate ialah Harga, Warna ,Jenis ,Rasa,Tekstur

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sikap dan preferensi konsumen terhadap atribut kangkung hidroponik di Syifa Hidroponik, Kota Medan. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi lapangan dengan instrumen kuesioner dan wawancara, serta jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 50 konsumen. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis multialtribut Fishbein dan analisis konjoin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsumen memiliki sikap positif terhadap atribut sayur kangkung hidroponik, dengan kesempurnaan fisik daun sebagai faktor utama yang dipertimbangkan saat membeli. Preferensi konsumen menunjukkan bahwa mereka lebih menyukai kangkung hidroponik dengan kesegaran lebih dari 3 hari, harga di bawah Rp 17.000,00/kg, jumlah daun per batang yang banyak, kemasan kantong plastik dengan desain unik, serta warna daun hijau tua dan kesempurnaan fisik daun yang panjang dan bebas lubang.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze and determine how much effect the factors of capital, land area, labor and fertilizer used have on Arabica coffee production in Kuta Rayat Village, Naman Teran District, Karo Regency. This research was conducted by interviewing and filling out questionnaires with 35 samples of Arabica coffee farmers. The method used in this research was quantitative methods and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the linear regression test in this study, it showed that the Capital variable (X1), the Land Area variable (X2), the Fertilizer variable (X4) have a positive and real effect on increasing Arabica coffee production, while the Labor variable (X3) has a significant effect. negative impact on Arabica coffee production. Based on the results of the T – test, the sequence of variables that is most significant in increasing Arabica coffee production is the Fertilizer variable (X4), the Land Area variable (X2), the Capital variable (X1), and the Labor variable (X3).

Abstract

This research aims to explore the impact of global trade on the local agricultural sector in Indonesia. In recent years, the agricultural sector has demonstrated remarkable resilience, even amidst global crises such as the COVID-19 pandemic, during which agricultural exports increased despite challenges from cheaper and higher-quality imported goods. The study also identifies challenges faced by local farmers, including price fluctuations and declining competitiveness due to trade liberalization and the establishment of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC). By utilizing data from the Ministry of Agriculture and analyzing relevant literature, this research aims to provide deeper insights into both the positive and negative effects of international trade on the Indonesian agricultural sector, as well as recommendations for enhancing the competitiveness of local agricultural products in the global market.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of employee green creativity on green performance through voluntary green behavior at Hotel Grand Aston Medan. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing a survey method with 150 hotel employees conducted during 2023. The data were analyzed using path analysis to test the relationships between variables. The results indicate that employee green creativity has a significant direct effect on both voluntary green behavior and green performance. Furthermore, voluntary green behavior was found to be a significant mediator between employee green creativity and green performance. These findings highlight the importance of employee creativity in generating environmentally friendly solutions, which in turn contribute to enhancing the hotel’s green performance. This study provides strategic insights for the management of Hotel Grand Aston Medan to improve sustainable performance by empowering employee creativity and voluntary green behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the quality valued by customers in Arabica coffee drinks, including gender, age, education, occupation, and income, in thirty-nine coffee shops. In addition, this study will examine the attributes of the order of Arabica drinks and the quality and level preferred by customers. Conjoint analysis, validity analysis, and reality analysis are some of the information analysis techniques. The findings show that: Cronbach's Alpha 0, 50–0, and 70 1 indicate that all statements are reliable, and the validity test in the variation of characteristics, price, and means shows that all statements are valid based on sig values less than 0.05. Arabica coffee is more likely to be purchased by respondents. Age 18–28 is the largest group, consisting of 58 people. Respondents with the highest high school education are the largest consumers, consisting of about 45 people. Respondents from thirty-nine coffee shops have various work styles, and a large number of them are consumers, with about thirty-six of them being private workers. 2. Characteristics of Arabica coffee that are attractive to consumers. consists of the following: Smoking area facilities, espresso variations, price of Rp 12,000, and finally. fast service with a smile and greeting. 3. Aspects of Arabica coffee that are important to consumers Facilities, Variants, Prices, and services are components of Arabica coffee drinks.

Abstract

Cooking oil that is measured in liters and packaged in bottles, refills, and derigens is called packaged cooking oil. Branded packaged cooking oil, which has better quality than bulk cooking oil, can be purchased in stores through product labels, packaging, and brands. The purpose ofthe research is to find out the characteristics of consumers, attributes and levels and the order of attributes of packaged cooking oil. Data analysis methods validity test, reliability test and conjoin analysis. The results of the study showed that: The validity test of brand attributes, packaging, price, size, clarity and color was declared valid seen through a sig<0.05 value and in the reliability test all statement items were declared moderate reliability seen from Cronbach's Alpha 0.50–0.70. 1. Female respondents are the most buyers of packaged cooking oil. A total of 36 people were in the age group of 33-41. Respondents with 3-4 family members were the largest, namely 51 people. The most consumers are respondents with junior high school education, which is 34 people. The respondents to packaged cooking oil with the largest type of work are 65 consumers of housewives. The respondents of packaged cooking oil with the most income were IDR 2,500,000 – IDR 4,000,000 totaling 36 people. 2. The attributes of packaged cooking oil that are a consumer benchmark seen from the utility value are the size of 1 l, clear clarity, price > IDR 31,000, golden yellow color, bimoli brand, bottle packaging. 3. The order of attributes of packaged cooking oil according to the interests of packaged cooking oil consumers is size, clarity, price, color, brand, and packaging. It was obtained that size is the most calculated attribute of consumers in buying packaged cooking oil and is the most calculated preference of traders in the supply of packaged cooking oil.

Abstract

Coffee Shop business is considered very promising with various characteristics that exist at this time. The purpose of this study is to determine the characteristics of coffee shop respondents, attributes and levels of coffee shops, the order of coffee shop attributes in Padangsidimpuan City. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, the sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents with the judgment sampling method. The data analysis method used is using conjoint analysis. For the order of coffee shop attributes are location, price, coffee shop atmosphere, coffee shop service, products and facilities. This shows that the attribute considered most important by consumers in choosing a Coffee Shop in Padangsidimpuan City is the location attribute. The results of the Pearson's R and Kendall's tests show significant results between consumer preferences in choosing a Coffee Shop in Padangsidimpuan City. It is necessary to understand the characteristics of respondents, so that coffee shops will be able to make more appropriate decisions about marketing strategies, determine products and atmospheres to increase respondent satisfaction and increase sales. The attributes and levels of coffee shops in Padangsidimpuan are: Location close to residence, Prices of Rp. 16,000 – Rp. 25,000, outdoor coffee shop atmosphere, responsive coffee shop service, attractive product displays and wifi facilities so that by understanding these consumer preferences, coffee shops can increase satisfaction and increase sales by meeting consumer needs and expectations.

Abstract

Industri coffe shop dianggap sangat menjanjikan berkat beberapa atribut unik yang dimilikinya saat ini.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik responden coffe shop, kualitas dan tingkat coffe shop, serta hierarki atribut coffe shop di kota Padangsidimpuan.  Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder, dengan sampel sebanyak 100 pengunjung coffe shop. Teknik analitis yang digunakan adalah analisis konjungtif melalui perangkat lunak SPSS versi 26.0.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsumen lebih mengutamakan kualitas seperti jarak yang dekat dengan tempat tinggal, harga antara Rp. 16.000 dan Rp. 25.000, serta suasana coffe shop di luar ruangan.  Kriteria yang paling signifikan adalah lokasi, harga, suasana, layanan, kualitas produk, dan fasilitas. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa atribut yang dianggap paling signifikan oleh konsumen saat memilih coffe shop di Kota Padangsidimpuan adalah lokasi. Hasil uji Pearson’s R dan Kendall’s menunjukkan korelasi yang signifikan dalam preferensi konsumen saat memilih coffe shop di Kota Padangsidimpuan.

Abstract

Kopra diekspor karena jumlah produksi tinggi. Namun jumlah produksinya tidak seimbang dengan volume ekspor kopra sehingga perlu daya saing ekspor kopra Indonesia di pasar dunia. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dan deskriptif. Daya saing ekspor kopra metode Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) dan Export Product Dynamic (EPD). Hasil penelitian perhitungan RCA (Revealed Comparative Advantage) ekspor kopra Indonesia ke Bangladesh, Filipina, dan Myanmar memiliki keunggulan komparatif nilai RCA rata-rata di atas 1. Sedangkan 4 negara tujuan ekspor kopra ke India, Pakistan, Malaysia, dan China memiliki nilai RCA di bawah 1 sehingga tidak komparatif. Perhitungan EPD (Export Product Dynamic) ekspor kopra Indonesia ke Bangladesh selama 5 tahun terakhir Falling star, Rsing star, Rising star, Rising star, dan Rising star.
