Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) di Perguruan YASPI Medan Labuhan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan teknologi informasi siswa-siswi melalui pelatihan pembuatan website menggunakan framework CodeIgniter. Pelatihan ini mencakup berbagai materi penting, dimulai dari pengenalan dasar framework CodeIgniter, instalasi dan konfigurasi lingkungan pengembangan, hingga pembuatan dan pengelolaan aplikasi web berbasis CodeIgniter. Metode pengajaran meliputi presentasi, demonstrasi langsung, serta latihan praktek yang akan membantu siswa-siswi memahami dan mengaplikasikan pengetahuan yang diperoleh. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat menghasilkan siswa-siswi yang mampu mengembangkan aplikasi web sederhana dengan menggunakan CodeIgniter. Selain itu, diharapkan juga dapat menumbuhkan minat dan motivasi siswa-siswi untuk terus belajar dan mengasah keterampilan mereka di bidang teknologi informasi

Abstract

This research aims to analyse perception and awareness of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) for processed products that must be Halal certified. Halal Certificate has been an important issue in the food and beverage industry, due to the increase of consumer demand for products that comply with halal principles. This research method includes qualitative methods towards some MSMEs in Kwanyar Sub District in various sectors related to halal processed products. The data was obtained through an interview which included questions about the knowledge of halal certification, perceptions of the value of halal certification, and the impact felt after obtaining halal certification. The analysis’ result show that most of the MSMEs in Kwanyar Sub District have enough knowledge about Halal certificates, although there are still some MSMEs who do not understand Halal certification, with the majority of MSMEs believe that this certificate is able to increase consumer and open up a wider market opportunities. The impact of obtaining Halal certificate can be seen in increasing sales and market share for MSMEs that have been certified. Besides, Halal processed products tend to get  more positive responses from consumers. However, there is a need for the more intensive educational approach and government’s support in the form of incentive or facilitation for helping MSMEs overcome obstacles related to halal certification. The enhancement and support are able to facilitate the participation of MSMEs on Halal certificate process, which will ultimately support the growth and sustainability of their business in an increasingly competitive market.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Transparency, Accountability, and Community Participation on Village Fund Allocation. The independent variables used in this study are Transparency, Accountability, and Community Participation. The dependent variable in this study is the Village Fund Allocation Management. In this study, primary data was used from the distribution of questionnaires. The population in this study are people who are in the Kaloran sub-district. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling and the number of samples is 172 questionnaires. The data analysis method used the SPSS 26 program. The results of this study indicate that transparency has a positive effect on the management of village fund allocations. Accountability has a positive effect on the Management of Village Fund Allocation. Community participation has a positive effect on the Management of Village Fund Allocation.Keywords: Transparency, Accountability, Community Participation, Village Fund Allocation Management.

Abstract

Listrik merupakan salah satu kebutuhan dasar yang memiliki peran vital bagi kehidupan manusia dalam menjalankan aktivitasnya. Seiring dengan meningkatnya pertumbuhan nasional dan penduduk membuat kebutuhan akan listrik untuk berbagai sektor dari tahun ke tahun tentunya mengalami kenaikan. Oleh karena itu, perlu dibuat sebuah model yang dapat menggambarkan kondisi kenaikan kebutuhan listrik di Makassar, salah satu diantaranya yaitu dengan menggunakan pemodelan sistem dinamis. Sistem dinamis merupakan suatu metodologi untuk memahami berbagai masalah kompleks. Metode ini mempelajari masalah dengan sudut pandang sistem, dimana elemen-elemen sistem tersebut saling berinteraksi dalam suatu hubungan umpan balik sehingga menghasilkan suatu perilaku tertentu. Interaksi dalam struktur ini diterjemahkan ke dalam model-model matematik yang selanjutnya dengan bantuan komputer digital disimulaiskan untuk memperoleh perilaku historisnya. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan pemodelan sistem dinamis terkait dengan prediksi konsumsi listrik di Kota Makassar hingga tahun 2063. Model sistem yang dibuat berbentuk stock flow diagram yang mempertimbangkan beberapa faktor yang memperngaruhi terjadinya peningkatan konsumsi listrik yang ada di Kota Makassar. Tentunya dengan adanya penelitian lebih lanjut tentang jumlah konsumsi listrik dimasa mendatang di Kota Makassar dapat membuat pihak perusahaan dalam hal ini PT. PLN Persero memiliki kesiapan untuk mempersiapkan sarana dan pra sarana penunjang untuk merealisasikan kebutuhan masyarakat akan listrik.

Abstract

UI/UX design is a design from the pre-product stage before being implemented into a desired product. In this pre-production phase, the UI/UX design is often not implemented by the developers of software tools and applications, so it sometimes creates objections to users about product implementation that are not given much attention. One of the professional needs to support the learning process for students is to attend training. The knowledge and skills of students especially RPL majoring in UI and UX design are still relatively low, so they need to be provided with UI/UX training in the form of mobile applications. In this community service, a training on UI/UX design in making android applications is carried out for students of SMK Tritech Informatika, especially software engineering majors, as a basic preparation for students to be more interested in taking majors related to design and applications. The results of this community service are that the delivery of UI / UX material is well implemented and the examples that are practiced are in accordance with the daily needs of the community so that they can produce applications that can compete in the business and industrial world.

Abstract

Butterflies belong to the order Lepidoptera which has essential roles such as pollinating insects (pollinators), evaluating environmental quality, and indicators of habitat change. The research aims to determine the types of butterflies, diversity, relative abundance, and dominance index in the Sibayak II Forest area of North Sumatra. This research is a quantitative descriptive research by combining the cruising method and the VES method. Sampling was carried out at three altitudes 1300-1500 masl, 1500-1700 masl, and 1700-1900 masl using insect nets. The results obtained were 31 species of butterflies from 6 families, with the highest number of individuals from three heights, namely Mycalesispatiana in Sibayak II Forest, North Sumatra. The index value of butterfly species diversity in Sibayak  II Forest with an average value of 2.67 is included in the medium category. The relative abundance index value of the most abundant butterfly species is the Mycalesis patiana with a discount of 34%. The overall butterfly dominance index value is 0.124. Based on the species diversity index, relative abundance and dominance index indicate environmental conditions in accordance with the life cycle and food sources as well as the distribution of host plants in Sibayak  II Forest.
