Abstract

This study aims to describe the community empowerment strategy implemented by Lazis Nurul Falah in supporting Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Ketintang, Surabaya. The research used a qualitative descriptive approach with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data were collected directly during the distribution of business capital assistance and mentoring of beneficiaries. The results show that the empowerment program focused on improving economic independence through financial aid, business equipment, and moral support from volunteers. Although conducted modestly, the program had a significant impact on beneficiaries’ confidence and motivation to continue their businesses. It also strengthened social and Islamic values such as ta‘āwun (mutual help) and built harmonious relations between the institution, volunteers, and the community. The study concludes that empowerment based on collaboration and social proximity can create positive change and serve as an effective model to promote community economic independence.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and empirically test the influence of financial performance, dividend policy, capital structure, and green accounting on firm value. This research is a type of quantitative research using secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange and company websites. The population in this study was 44 technology sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2021-2023 period using purposive sampling technique as the sample selection method, resulting in 17 companies that met the sample criteria. The data analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression analysis using Eviews 13. The results of this study reveal that partially the capital structure variable has an influence on firm value, while financial performance, dividend policy, and green accounting have no influence on firm value.

Abstract

This community service aims to describe efforts to strengthen Islamic understanding among Muslim converts (muallaf) in remote areas of Brunei Darussalam through international collaboration between KKN students from UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya and Pusat Dakwah Islamiah (PDI) Brunei Darussalam. Muallaf communities in long houses face significant limitations in their understanding and practice of Islam due to geographical isolation, minimal access to Islamic education, and lack of continuous post-conversion mentoring. The implementation method uses an Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach with learning by doing and participatory techniques. Data collection was conducted through direct observation, activity documentation, and reflective field notes during the mentoring process. Activities were carried out in Kampung Semabat-Temburong, Kampung Sungai Mao-Belait, and Kampung Bebuloh-Muara through direct visits, guidance on basic worship practices (ablution, prayer, daily supplications), interactive religious dialogue, and provision of social assistance. Results showed that before the activity, muallaf had limited Islamic understanding in worship practices and mastery of prayer recitations. After intensive mentoring, significant improvements occurred with participation rates reaching 85% and more than 80% of participants able to perform ablution and prayer independently, better understand Islamic teachings, and develop stronger religious spirit. Social impacts include the formation of regular religious gatherings, increased self-confidence among muallaf, and harmonization of interfaith relations. This program confirms the important role of KKN International students and PDI in accompanying and strengthening the spirituality of muallaf to be more steadfast in practicing Islamic teachings in daily life.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Financial Leverage, Keputusan Investasi, dan Kebijakan Dividen terhadap Harga Saham pada perusahaan sektor infrastruktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2019–2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis data panel. Populasi penelitian meliputi seluruh perusahaan sektor infrastruktur yang terdaftar di BEI, dengan teknik purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 21 perusahaan sebagai sampel penelitian. Jumlah observasi yang digunakan sebanyak 126 data selama enam tahun penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan bantuan software EViews 12 melalui uji statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil statistik deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata Harga Saham sebesar 6.687138 dengan standar deviasi 1.091001. Variabel Financial Leverage memiliki nilai rata-rata sebesar 1.644764, Keputusan Investasi sebesar 82.36298, dan Kebijakan Dividen sebesar 0.530169. Hasil uji asumsi klasik menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal serta tidak terdapat masalah multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, maupun autokorelasi sehingga model regresi layak digunakan. Hasil analisis regresi data panel menunjukkan nilai adjusted R-squared sebesar 0.831581 yang mengindikasikan bahwa variabel independen mampu menjelaskan variabel dependen sebesar 83%. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa Financial Leverage, Keputusan Investasi, dan Kebijakan Dividen secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham. Secara parsial, Financial Leverage berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Harga Saham, sedangkan Keputusan Investasi dan Kebijakan Dividen tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham pada perusahaan sektor infrastruktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.

Abstract

South Korea presents multidimensional challenges for the Indonesian diaspora, particularly Indonesian migrant workers (PMI), in maintaining their Islamic identity in a secular society with a highly disciplined work culture. This article documents the implementation of the UINSA International Community Engagement (UICE) 2025 program, an initiative that integrates student mobility with community service using the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method to explore the potential and assets of the community at Al-Barokah Mosque, Gimhae, which include individual, social, physical, spiritual, and economic assets. The program implementation focused on empowerment and education through mental strengthening seminars, digital da'wah (podcasts), fiqh studies for women, the establishment of a Quran Education Park (TPQ) for migrant children, and support for the mosque's economic independence (BUMM). The results of the activities show that cross-cultural interaction and this asset-based approach are effective in strengthening Islamic identity, building transnational solidarity, and empowering the PMI community to be more independent and resilient in facing social vulnerability in a minority country.

Abstract

Pengembangan kawasan wisata Rawa Indah Almour di Desa Alas Sumur dilakukan untuk memaksimalkan potensi lokal melalui pendekatan edukatif dan kolaboratif dengan melibatkan perangkat desa, BUMDes, serta kelompok sadar wisata. Kawasan ini diposisikan tidak hanya sebagai destinasi rekreasi, tetapi juga sebagai sarana pemberdayaan masyarakat dan penguatan identitas desa. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah metode Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) yang menekankan pemanfaatan aset dan potensi yang telah dimiliki desa Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan meliputi edukasi desa wisata, pelatihan pengelolaan media informasi desa. serta kegiatan kolaboratif seperti kerja bakti dan lomba memancing. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kapasitas digital, partisipasi aktif lembaga desa, serta meningkatnya kesadaran dan rasa memiliki masyarakat terhadap kawasan wisata. Sinergi antar unsur lokal semakin kuat dan mendorong kerja sama lintas komunitas. Ke depan, diperlukan keberlanjutan program berbasis partisipasi masyarakat dan penguatan digital untuk mendukung pengembangan wisata desa yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Globalization has become an arena for ideological battles between the ruling class and people who do not have power will be hegemonized by the ideology of the ruling class. Globalization becomes an arena for transformation in culture, including in consuming food. Hegemony can also enter the family dining table space in understanding pragmatism in determining food menu decisions that have an impact on society, especially the people of North Kemodo Hamlet. This research offers insight into the dining table can shape behavior and society towards understanding food. This research offers insight into how decisions to consume food in people's daily lives can shape people's behavior and understanding of food, and reveals how the ruling ideology affects food habits and food choices in everyday life. Abstract

This study analyzes the publication patterns, knowledge structure, and research directions on community-based learning and rural women’s empowerment through a bibliometric approach. The research uses the Scopus database and applies a Boolean query combining community-based learning, women empowerment, rural area, and participatory approach. The analysis reveals three major findings: the researcher collaboration map, the conceptual constellation of keywords, and the distribution of publication sources. The collaboration map shows a transnational yet limited research network with interdisciplinary characteristics. The conceptual map indicates strong connections among empowerment, participation, community, and rural women, reflecting the role of community spaces in knowledge production and social transformation for women. The distribution of publications across nine journals demonstrates that the topic has not yet formed a consolidated academic domain. The findings highlight the need for theoretical and methodological consolidation to advance critical education, rural feminist studies, and participatory research within sustainable development discourse. This study contributes as an initial scientific mapping to strengthen future research agendas and identify knowledge gaps in community-based women’s empowerment studies. Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji sintesis pemikiran KH. M. Hasyim Asy'ari dan KH. Abdullah bin Yasin dalam memahami hadis tentang pengajaran menulis bagi perempuan serta implementasinya di Ma'had Aly Indonesia. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) di Pesantren Tebuireng, Pesantren Salafiyah Pasuruan, dan lima Ma'had Aly, penelitian ini menganalisis argumentasi fikih kedua tokoh melalui kritik hadis terintegrasi (sanad dan matan) serta analisis 'illat dan maqasid. Data dikumpulkan melalui dokumentasi naskah klasik, wawancara mendalam dengan alumni pesantren dan Ma'had Aly, serta observasi lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan epistemologis mendasar: KH. Hasyim menggunakan pendekatan kontekstual-maqasidi dengan prinsip "al-hukmu yadūru ma'a 'illatihi", sehingga hukum pengajaran menulis bagi perempuan bersifat gradatif (boleh, sunah, makruh, haram, wajib) tergantung ada-tidaknya 'illat khauf al-mafasid. Sementara KH. Abdullah menggunakan pendekatan tekstual dengan prinsip "al-mafhūm lā yaruddu al-ṣarīḥ", menetapkan hukum asal sebagai karahah. Analisis kritik hadis menunjukkan kelemahan sanad hadis utama, sementara analisis matan menguatkan pendekatan berbasis 'illat. Sintesis dinamis 'illat KH. Hasyim dan ihtiyath KH. Abdullah menghasilkan model literasi perempuan yang responsif dan bertanggung jawab, di mana akses dan konten digital difilter (ihtiyath) namun mahasantri tetap diwajibkan mempublikasikan karya ilmiah (dinamisme). Model ini efektif diimplementasikan di Ma'had Aly dan relevan sebagai kerangka fiqh muamalah maliyyah di era milenial, sekaligus menjadi kontra-narasi terhadap ekstremisme tekstual yang melarang perempuan mengakses pendidikan.

Abstract

Cooperative is a business entity formed by a person or group of people to achieve a common goal. Cooperatives have the goal of prospering all its members in various aspects, especially the economic aspect. Welfare is achieved through activities in the cooperative, including batik, savings and loans and training for new management. Cooperatives in developed countries have proven to be very contributing to the welfare of their people. However, in some areas there are still many people who are not aware of the benefits that will be obtained when joining a cooperative member. The Mulya Abadi Women's Cooperative is a cooperative in Bukur Village which was established in 2010, with 84 members. Cooperative members are only as much as 18% of the total community who are in their productive period following the cooperative. This shows that there is a lack of public awareness of the importance of knowing the benefits of being a member of a cooperative. Therefore, the urgency of cooperative socialization is carried out in Bukur Village in order to build awareness of the village community.
