Abstract

Higher education is a party that can be the driving force or driving force for the emergence of young entrepreneurs. This is because tertiary institutions will strengthen mental attitudes, provide academic support, and social support to students to become entrepreneurs. In addition, universities provide knowledge to students about the sciences of becoming entrepreneurship. One of the universities that is trying to create young entrepreneurs based on technology or technopreneurs is the Darmajaya Institute of Informatics and Business (IIB Darmajaya). Regarding the progress of entrepreneurship in the Darmajaya IIB campus environment, the lecturer team who is also a community service team submitted a grant from the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education's DRPM (Entrepreneurship Development Program) 2019-2021 program. This program is used as one of the flagship programs at the Darmajaya IIB campus as a means of increasing interest and the number of young entrepreneurs. The method of implementing PPK (Entrepreneurship Development Program) activities, namely: Understanding of technopreneurship, provision of tenant skills regarding technopreneur skills and development teams, product prototypes, making business plans and initial product / service presentations, incubation process to complete products / services, product launching and become a starup company. The results of the PPK activities carried out were the formation of six best tenants, namely: Essa Solution, Recycle_Indonesia, Informatika Ganesha, Beauty Start, Kutilang, IGE.Net

Abstract

 Crops or second crop after rice, usually planted by residents when the water is not sufficient to grow rice, in addition to requiring a long time rice requires a lot of water, while crops are not, crops can be grown only by water every day, or not at all depending on soil moisture itself. Dryland farmers in Lampung are always faced with crop failure due to land resources have not been exploited to the maximum such as climate, soil type, rainfall, humidity, and others.Suitability determination system of crop land is intended to facilitate the farmers to get information about the suitability of land crops. Method development in these applications using the System Development Life Cycle Waterfall model which has several stages, namely, planning, analysis, design, implementation and sistem.Penelitian produces a detection system of crop land suitability for web-based so that farmers can get information anywhere and anytime effectively and efficiently. KEY WORDS: Land Suitability, Forward Chaining, Plant Crops

Abstract

Melodi Mega Kencana Ltd. was the business entity engaged in the field of selling daily needs through the sales process such as buying dozens or score of goods and selling goods in a small quantity. Melodi Mega Kencana Ltd., currently already had several consumers. Melodi Mega Kencana Ltd., still used conventional way for the marketing processes and recording stock items. This became the problems occurred repeatedly in Melodi Mega Kencana ltd. e.g., 1) a incompatibility between number of incoming goods, outgoing goods, and available stock items; 2) the difficulties in making good reports sales and inventory reports in the beginning of the week and in the end of each month. The objective of this study was designing the goods supply and marketing information system in Mega Kencana Melody Ltd. The method of this study was the scrum agile development method to create a good system in accordance with the users' wishes. The Scrum method had a flexible, evolutionary framework, and reliable in solving complex adaptive problems and generated creativity and productivity from software design. With this system, it was expected to facilitate the Melodi Mega Kencana Ltd., in the process of marketing products to customers and improve the process of making reports and managing stock items so that there were no repeated errors in changing the number of goods with the number of incoming and outgoing goods.Keywords: Scrum, Marketing, stock of goods

Abstract

With the rapid development of technology and now, the greater the effort to increase the renewal of learning media in the use of results to support the learning process. Educators are required to be able to use media that can help the teaching and learning process. One of the uses of technology in developing learning media is the use of virtual laboratories. Virtual Laboratories are laboratories in the form of interactive multimedia-based software, which are computer-operated and can be used in laboratories. This Virtual Laboratory can be used in the course of Financial Application Software, Marketing Application Software and HR Application Software. By utilizing learning media using virtual laboratories can improve effective learning skills, can improve the reach of the teaching and learning process. There is no time and space. By utilizing this virtual laboratory, it can also eliminate obstacles in the learning process in the classroom. The system development methodology in this study is Prototyping-Based Methodology. Abstract

CV. Aneka Mandiri Lestari constitutes resulting company earth. Current stock management processes that are running in the CV. Aneka Mandiri Lestari is still done in a simple to use computer tool. However, systems that use has not been specifically designed for the purposes. Some data related to the management of the stocks on CV. Aneka Mandiri Lestari still organised and recorded using book so difficult in the process serving and reporting information associated. Information systems Design of goods stock It is a system that can handle the problem of inventory items, including the recording of incoming goods, against goods that come out, the purchase of raw materials, goods that are in the warehouse, and also reporting. This information system architecture using the FAST (Framework for the Application of System Technique) method. Based on the results of the functional testing, obtained that 100% of the system is valid. While the results from testing the usability, for the ease of use factor of 65% and activities of the experiment system based on scenario 85.5% of respondents strongly agree to ease of use this system. So from the test results it can be concluded that by using this stock information system can make CV Aneka Mandiri Lestari in the running of its business processes and systems that have been built can be received by users. Abstract

A number of people are recently increasing so that some places are needed to be built and used for them. One of the needed places is the police headquarter. The police headquarter is the social facility used to improve the security in the social life. The police headquarter is recently accessible so that the crime rates in the certain region are reduced. The other factors determining the feasibility of the locations to build the police headquarter are a number of people, a level of high vulnerability, a number of schools, the ethnic groups, the new regions, and the inter-provincial passing area. The problem statement of this research was that the police headquarter locations were not well-distributed. To solve this problem, the mobile-based decision support system was built by using the forward chaining method for determining the police headquarter location. This system consisted of 16 criteria that helped provide feasibility to establish the police headquarter. The criteria were safe and rarely-conflict, highly potential for conflicts, highly public order insecurity, highly public order security, inter-provincial passing area, non-interprovincial passing area, recent established regions, non-recent established regions, the number of people around 3000, the number of people under 3000, the number of schools over 10 schools, the number of schools under 10 schools, the number of social community over 50 people, the rarely number of social organizations, the number of ethnic groups reaching 20-40, and the number of ethnic groups under 20-40. The result of this research showed that this system was able to facilitate the police to determine the police headquarter locations using the rule so that the decision was created whether the police headquarter was able to be established in certain districts and beneficial for the people.Keywords: Decision Support System, Forward Chaining, Mobile

Abstract

The user interface is a fundamental aspect of building a website. A proper analysis of user the interface design system will have a profound impact on the actual use of a website. Many cases of website building result in minimal usability and low traffic. The purpose of this study is to analyze the user interface design of the Department of Informatics System’s website. The website mainly serves as an information portal for students in the department. It also provides features that students can access to assist them in either academic or nonacademic activities and improve the general effectiveness and quality of the department. User-centered design (UCD) method is used as the basis of the present analysis. At UCD, theprocess of user interface design engages the users to provide feedback or evaluation via a questionnaire for improving a website’s interface, accessibility, and usefulness. Abstract

The rapid progress of Android-based mobile device technology has propelled the development of various applications that add diversified functions to mobile devices. Advanced systems in Android-based applications have also been utilized in many different sectors of life, including in education, from K-12 to university. Such advanced systems will be able to effectively solve distance and time limitations. This study tries to develop an Android-based system of thesis/final project consultation service that will help us solve some issues in availability schedule between students and lecturers. It is not designed to replace conventional consultation service, but rather to serve as an additional channel that connects students and lecturers in planning the thesis/final project consultation process. The ultimate aim, therefore, is to smooth the way for consultation process and to help more students complete their theses/final projects without considerable delays. Abstract

one of the most important parts of a school is the students and their grades. Not infrequently, the storage and reporting of student grades is recorded and stored conventionally. Therefore, it takes a long time for the process. While the results of value processing can only be seen at the end of the semester, both by students and parents of students only in the form of report cards called report cards. Therefore, the school still has difficulties in processing grades, both daily grades and final grades, although the processing has been arranged but is still not optimal. The system that was built aims to simplify the process of assessing and absenteeism students using a web-based system. The method used, namely RUP, is one of the many processes contained in the Rational Process Library, which provides the best simulation for the development or needs of the project. The system is designed with UML diagrams and is built using the PHP programming language and The Mysql database. The results of the research are mobile web-based applications built online by producing features such as data processing of teachers, students, curriculum, courses, materials, assessments, attendance and report recaps. Based on the grades processed by the teacher, they can then produce reports in the form of assessment reports based on materials and reports on overall student progress that can be accessed online by parents. Keywords— Design, Information System, E-Reporting, School.

Abstract

Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan pengetahuan kepada para Perangkat Desa Jati Indah tentang pelatihan penggunaan teknologi informasi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan Perangkat Desa seperti Pelatihan Multimedia Interaktif dan Animasi sehingga membantu mendukung kemampuan dan pengetahuan mereka. Dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian ini diselesaikan dalam tiga tahapan kegiatan yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, pelaporan. Persiapan dilakukan dengan melakukan survey pendahuluan untuk mengetahui apa yang dibutuhkan para peserta dalam aktifitas pelayanan bagi masyarakat. Pelaksanaan Pelatihan, menggunakan metode ceramah yaitu dengan teknik presentasi, dilanjutkan dengan praktik langsung dibantu oleh tim, disertai dengan tanya jawab dan latihan yang dilakukan para peserta pelatihan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Balai Desa Jati Indah yang dihadiri sekitar kurang lebih 30 Perangkat desa. Pada tahap pelaporan dibuat setelah selesainya kegiatan pengabdian ini. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan selama 6 hari selama 2 sesi pengabdian pada masyarakat, yaitu tanggal 25 – 27 Oktober 2022 dan tanggal 08 – 10 November 2022 mulai pukul 08.00 – 16.00 WIB, bertempat di Desa Jati Indah. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan, para Perangkat Desa terlihat sangat antusias dalam mengikuti setiap materi yang disampaikan oleh tim pengabdi untuk setiap materi yang disampaikan.
