Abstract

Abstract The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on various sectors of life, including education, the economy, and transportation. There has been a change in the mobility pattern of transportation users, including users of public transportation. One group of users of multimodal transportation, namely employees who work from the office or WFO, experienced changes in mobility due to concerns about the risk of being exposed to the Covid-19 virus when using public transportation. This study aims to examine changes in the mobility of multimodal users before and during the Covid-19 pandemic, which was carried out using a phenomenological qualitative approach through interviews. Respondents in this study were several WFO employees, who used multimodal transportation to and from work. This study shows that there is a change in the mobility of WFO employees when using multimodal transportation before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. These changes are the impact and strategies of respondents to overcome worries and feelings of insecurity when using public transportation facilities. To overcome these concerns and insecurities, respondents tried to minimize the risk of being exposed to the Covid-19 virus when using public transportation facilities. Keywords: mobility; public transportation users; multimodal; Covid-19 pandemic. Abstrak Pandemi Covid-19 berdampak pada berbagai sektor kehidupan, baik pendidikan, ekonomi, maupun transportasi. Terjadi perubahan pola mobilitas pengguna transportasi, termasuk pengguna transportasi umum. Salah satu kelompok pengguna transportasi multimoda, yaitu karyawan yang melakukan work from office atau WFO, mengalami perubahan mobilitas akibat kekhawatiran akan risiko terpapar virus Covid-19 saat menggunakan transportasi umum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji perubahan mobilitas pengguna multimoda sebelum dan selama pandemi Covid-19, yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologis melalui wawancara. Responden pada studi ini adalah beberapa karyawan WFO, yang menggunakan transportasi multimoda saat berangkat dan pulang kerja. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi perubahan mobilitas pegawai WFO saat menggunakan transportasi multimoda sebelum dan selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Perubahan tersebut merupakan dampak dan strategi responden untuk mengatasi kekhawatiran dan perasaan tidak aman saat menggunakan fasilitas transportasi umum. Untuk mengatasi kekhawatiran dan rasa tidak aman tersebut, responden berupaya meminimalkan risiko terpapar virus Covid-19 saat menggunakan fasilitas transportasi umum. Kata-kata kunci: mobilitas; pengguna transportasi umum; multimodal; pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh sebuah fenomena bahwa adanya karyawan yang mempunyai peran yang utama dalam setiap kegiatan perusahaan dimana karyawan sebagai sumber daya manusia yang mempunyai peran sangat penting dalam menentukan kualitas produk rumah sakit, sehingga kompetensinya harus selalu dikembangkan agar rumah sakit dapat terus menjaga eksistensinya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran mengenai pelatihan kerja karyawan pada Unit CICU Yanmasum Paviliun RSPAD Gatot Soebroto, mengetahui bagaimana gambaran prestasi kerja karyawan pada Unit CICU Yanmasum Paviliun RSPAD Gatot Soebroto, serta mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada Unit CICU Yanmasum Paviliun RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai tetap RSPAD Gatot Soebroto, dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 30 orang dari Unit CICU Yanmasum Paviliun RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Data yang diambil dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dengan metode analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah koefisien korelasi (R), analisis regresi linier, analisis koefisien penentu (R2), dan analisis signifikasi regresi dengan uji t. Dari hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara pelatihan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada Unit CICU Yanmasum Paviliun RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Berdasarkan koefisien korelasi, terdapat hubungan yang cukup kuat dan positif antara pelatihan kerja dengan prestasi kerja karyawan dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,570, sedangkan berdasarkan analisis regresi, pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan dengan thitung 3,673 dan nilai sig. 0,001, itu berarti pelatihan kerja memberikan kontribusi terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan sebesar 32,5%.

Abstract

Abstract PT. Yudhanusa Ekspresindo Caraka has a lot of transaction data used in the completion of both export and import shipments. The current system that has been running is manual searching files by searching for the files in the physical form on the file cabinets and looking for a pdf file contained in an email attachment. With the searching system application is developed with the programming language ASP.net MVC and SQLite database by applying the Knuth-Morris-Pratt algorithm. Based on the effectiveness of the test results, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of the new system is much larger than the old system, which amounts to 85.00%. As for the old system only amounted to 45.00%. This shows that the new system has been better and more effective. Keywords: Information system, file search, Knuth Morris Pratt algorithm, Shipment. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to finds out how the risk management process is at PT Askindo syariah Financing Guarantee. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The data used in this research are secondary data, namely data obtained from the results of publications that have been carried out by the company. The results of this study indicate that the company PT Guarantee Financing askrindo Syariah adopts PJOK No. 17/PJOK.03/2014 concerning the implementation of integrated risk management for financial conglomerates and PJOK No. 44/PJOK.05/2020 dated 2 September 2020 regarding the assessment of the risk level non-bank financial services institutions. The risk categories based on the PJOK above are divided into ten sections, namely : strategic risk, operational risk, guarantee risk, credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk, legal risk, compliance risk, reputation risk and intra-group risk.Keywords : Risk, Risk Management

Abstract

Skin cancer is a disease that starts in skin cells characterized by uncontrolled growth that can attack skin tissue. Although it has a high cure rate if treated in a timely manner, a delay in diagnosis can have serious consequences. The use of computer technology, especially Artificial Intelligence (AI), has played an important role in improving health services, including in the context of skin cancer. New innovations in the classification and detection of skin cancer using artificial neural networks have led to significant improvements in diagnosis and treatment. One promising approach is using the InceptionV3 algorithm, which has high accuracy and is capable of processing high-resolution images. This study aims to implement InceptionV3 to classify two types of skin cancer, namely malignant and benign, with an emphasis on improving accuracy performance. With the pre-processing process, namely augmentation and the addition of several features, this study aims to provide accurate and efficient results in skin cancer classification. The results of this study can have a positive impact in increasing the accuracy of early detection of skin cancer, especially by future researchers.

Abstract

Persaingan dengan industri besar merupakan salah satu tantangan yang dialami oleh Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah di dusun Kanggotan, desa Tempuran, kabupaten Magelang ini. Terdapat tiga UMKM yang berpontensi di dusun Kanggotan. Yaitu UMKM slondok, gethuk, dan dawet ireng khas purworejo. Namun ketiga UMKM tersebut masih belum maksimal dalam pemasarannya yaitu masih menggunakan cara tradisional. Hal inilah yang melatarbelakangi penulis untuk melakukan digitalisasi UMKM di dusun Kanggotan ini. kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meingkatkan pemasaran dari masing-masing UMKM melalui media sosial yaitu Facebook dan Tiktok agar dapat bersaing dengan industry-industri besar. Penulis menggunakan metode berupa survei, produksi, dan sosialisasi digital marketing. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan dua tahapan yaitu tahap perencanaan dan tahap pelaksanaan. Tahap perencanaan dilakukan dengan survei UMKM yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 17-19 juli 2024 yang kemudian dari potensi yang didapatkan penulis mengundang untuk mengikuti sosialisasi yang diadakan. Tahapan pelaksanaan berupa sosialisasi digital marketing yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 21 juli 2024. Dalam sosialisasi ini menjelaskan bahwa melalui konten-konten kreatif dan interaktif yang diunggah, seperti video pembuatan produk dan testimoni pelanggan, UMKM dapat menarik audiens untuk menonton video dan ingin untuk mencoba produk tersebut.

Abstract

This research aims to determine Toba Batak culture in the Pariban idol film from Java using mise en scene. In the film Pariban, idols from Java depict many of the meanings in each story such as the characters, language and culture of the people through a qualitative descriptive approach. It is hoped that this research will be able to convey the meaning implied in the film Pariban Idol from Java. The type of method in this research uses qualitative research methods. Qualitative is field or interpretive research. The object of his research is the Pariban film from Java. The type of data source used by the author in this research is primary data obtained from the film itself and then observing mise en scene elements from several scene pieces or scenes needed for research purposes. The data collection technique in this research is in the form of documentation by searching for data regarding matters related to films via the internet and books that are related to this research.

Abstract

Education is a systematic and continuous process for developing a person's knowledge, skills, attitudes and values. The main goal of education is to prepare individuals to function effectively in society, as well as to facilitate personal growth and development. One of these is the Al-Qur'an Education Park. The Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPQ) has an important role in children's religious education, but often faces challenges in terms of improving the quality of teaching. This article discusses various effective strategies that can be implemented to improve the quality of teaching at TPQ Darul Ulum . This research also explores the role of technology in supporting the teaching and learning process and the importance of parental involvement in supporting children's learning. The research results show that strategies such as continuous training for teachers, use of interactive learning media, and regular evaluations have a positive impact in increasing the effectiveness of teaching at TPQ. It is hoped that this article can serve as a guide for TPQ administrators to implement best practices and achieve higher educational standards within the TPQ environment

Abstract

Knowledge of body hygiene is a critical issue as a determinant of adolescent health status. One of the efforts in maintaining and caring for the cleanliness of all members of the body is personal hygiene. The study aims to analyze the relationship between knowledge and body hygiene in adolescents at the Syaikhona Kholil 2 Islamic Boarding School Madura. Descriptive cross sectional manuscript research design. The sample is 42 people. Data collection using a questionnaire. The level of knowledge of adolescents at the Syaikhona Kholil 2 Islamic Boarding School Madura is categorized into 3, namely low, medium, and high. From the result of the study showed that as many as 12 respondents (28,56%) were in the low category, 20 respndents (47,62%) were in the medium category, 10 respondents (23,8%) were in the high category. Spearman test result with p-value 0,008<0,05 there is a significant relationship between knowledge and body hygiene in adolescents at the Syaikhona Kholil 2 Islamic Boarding School Madura will pay more attention to body hygiene and it is hoped that the boarding school supervisors will often monitor adolescents who are related to body hygiene.
