Abstract

AbstrakArtikel ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan korelasi antara Islam, gender dan manajemen pemberdayaan berbasis pesantren. Kesetaraan gender tidak bertentangnan dengan islam, maka perlu melakukan pengkajian dan penginterpretasian terhadap Al-Qur’an dan Hadis seperti yang dilakukan oleh para tokoh-tokoh agama yaiitu KH Husein Muhammad, KH FAqihuddin Abdul KAdir, Dr Nur Rofiah Bil.Uzm, Prof Nina Nurmila dan tokoh feminis muslim lainnya. Pesantren NURIS sebagai lembaga pendidikan islam menerima konsep kesetaraan gender serta mengembangkannya melalui manajemen pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam berbagai bidang, agama, pendidikan, ekonomi dan sosial. Pemberdayaan masyarakat ini sebagai wahana mensehterakan umat yang sesuai ajaran islam. Manajemen pemberdayaan dibutuhkan supaya program pemberdayaan tepat sasaran, efektif dan efisien. Penelitian kualitatif ini berdasarkan field reseach. Sasaran Pesantren yang diteliti adalah PP NURIS Jember karena termasuk Pesantren yang besar dan mempunyai pengaruh secara local dan nasional, karena pendidirinya seorang NU yang visoner dan berwawasan luas terhadap isu-isu keagamaan dan nasionalKata Kunci: Kesetaraan Gender, Manajemen Pemberdayaan Berbasis Pesantren AbstractThis article aims to show the correlation between Islam, gender and pesantren-based empowerment manajement. Gender equality is not contrary to Islamic teachings, it is necessary to conduct a study and interpretation of the Qur'an and Hadith as was done by religious leaders, such as KH Husein Muhammad, KH FAqihuddin Abdul KAdir, Dr. Nur Rofiah Bil.Uzm, Prof. Nina Nurmila and other Muslim feminist figures. NURIS Islamic Boarding School as an Islamic educational institution that accepts the concept of gender equality and develops it through community empowerment manajement in various fields, religion, education, economy and social. Community empowerment is a vehicle for the welfare of the people according to Islamic teachings. Empowerment manajement is needed so that the empowerment program is right on target, effective and efficient. This qualitative research is based on field research. The target of the Pesantren studied is PP NURIS Jember because it is a large Islamic boarding school and has local and national influence, and also since its founder is an NU who is visionary and has broad insight into religious and national issues.Keyword: Gender equality, Pesantren-Based Empowerment Manajement

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji perilaku organisasi pada lembaga Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) inklusi di Provinsi Jawa Timur dalam konteks implementasi pendidikan inklusi. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus, penelitian ini menggali dinamika internal organisasi yang memengaruhi keberhasilan pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi di beberapa lembaga PAUD inklusi di wilayah seperti Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Malang, Kediri, dan Jember. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku organisasi sangat menentukan efektivitas layanan inklusi, khususnya melalui kepemimpinan transformasional, komunikasi organisasi yang terbuka, budaya kerja yang inklusif, serta struktur organisasi yang mendukung partisipasi semua pihak. Selain itu, kurangnya kompetensi tenaga pendidik dan minimnya dukungan eksternal masih menjadi tantangan utama dalam membangun sistem PAUD inklusif yang berkelanjutan. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya transformasi budaya dan struktur organisasi dalam mengembangkan model PAUD inklusi yang adaptif terhadap keberagaman anak. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan kebijakan dan praktik manajerial pendidikan inklusi di tingkat pendidikan anak usia dini di Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to enhance the cognitive development of hyperactive Children with Special Needs (CSN) through the game of Uno Blocks at TK Dewi Sartika Gumukmas. Hyperactive children often exhibit difficult-to-control behaviors, such as difficulty focusing, concentrating, and impaired social interaction. The Uno Blocks game was chosen because it requires concentration and can improve motor skills and focus attention. This study used a case study design and a qualitative methodology, gathering data through documentation, interviews, and observation.  A child at TK Dewi Sartika with the initials KZ who exhibited hyperactive traits was the focus of the study.  The research subject provided primary data, and pertinent literature provided secondary data.  Data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing are all part of the Miles and Huberman paradigm of data analysis.  According to the study's findings, hyperactive CSNs can benefit from playing Uno Blocks in terms of their cognitive development.  Their ability to solve problems, think logically, focus, and think creatively have all improved.  Children were able to categorize blocks, construct increasingly intricate structures, and produce original designs.  Additionally, the game promoted the growth of social and emotional competencies like emotional regulation and teamwork.  The Uno Blocks game can therefore be a useful learning method to enhance the cognitive skills of hyperactive CSN, and it is intended that these results will be used as a guide by educators to create more successful educational initiatives.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a ‘smart egg puzzle’ as an innovative learning media to introduce numbers to 5-6-year-old children at TK Lab.School IKIP PGRI Jember. This research method used research and development with the ADDIE model, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The instruments used in this study included validation instruments, response questionnaires, pretests, and posttests. Quantitative data analysis was processed by presenting percentages using the Likert scale as a measurement scale. Expert validation in media and material has been conducted to assess the feasibility of developing the 'smart egg puzzle' learning media. Practicality testing was performed by evaluating practicality questionnaire sheets conducted by teachers. Effectiveness testing was carried out using pretests and posttests, with the first test conducted before using the 'smart egg puzzle' media (pretest) and the second test conducted after using the 'smart egg puzzle' media (posttest). The results of this study indicated that the ‘smart egg puzzle’ was found to be highly valid, with an 88.75% validation rate from media experts and an 83.92% validation rate from material experts. Additionally, practical assessments by teachers indicated that the learning media was very practical, with an average score of 90.38%. The effectiveness of the ‘smart egg puzzle’ was tested with pretests and posttests, showing a significant improvement in students' number recognition skills. Developing the ‘smart egg puzzle’ was effective and met the validity, practicality, and effectiveness criteria, making it a suitable learning tool for students at TK Lab.School IKIP PGRI Jember.
