Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untukmendeskripsikan hasil belajar kognitif siswa setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiriterbimbing disertai media pictorial riddle dalam pembelajaran fisika pada siswa kelas XI P3 SMANegeri Mumbulsari Jember. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain siklus Kurt Lewin. Metodepengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan tes. Teknikanalisis data yang dilakukan adalah analisis deskriptif secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data hasilbelajar kognitif siswa diperoleh dari tes yang dilakukan di akhir pembelajaran (post test). Peningkatanhasil belajar kognitif siswa pada tiap-tiap siklus diperoleh melalui perhitungan N-gain. Rata-rata nilaihasil belajar kognitif pra siklus adalah 45,74. Skor rata-rata hasil belajar kognitif siklus 1 meningkatmenjadi 59,68 dengan nilai N-gain 0,26 yang termasuk dalam kategori rendah. Pada siklus 2 rata-ratahasil belajar kognitif meningkat menjadi 69,58 dengan nilai N-gain 0,43 dalam kategori sedang. Padasiklus 3 rata-rata hasil belajar siswa sebesar 77 dengan nilai N-gain 0,58 yang termasuk kategorisedang. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif siswa setelahmenggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing disertai media pictorial riddle dalampembelajaran fisika pada siswa kelas XI P3 SMA Negeri Mumbulsari Jember.Kata Kunci: Inkuiri terbimbing, pictorial riddle, hasil belajar kognitif

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh konsentrasi NaCl dan suhu larutan NaCl terhadap transmitansi cahaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode spektrofotometri dengan variasi konsentrasi larutan NaCl 20%, 10%, 5%, 2.5%, 1.25%, dan variasi suhu larutan NaCl yang digunakan adalah 400C, 450C, 500C, 550C, 600C. Pengukuran nilai transmitansi menggunakan spektrofotometer UV-Vis dengan panjang gelombang 270x10-9m. Berdasarkan analisis diperoleh nilai transmitansi pada larutan NaCl dengan konstrasi 1.25% memiliki nilai transmitansi tertinggi dari pada larutan lain pada suhu yang sama, sedangkan larutan NaCl dengan suhu 600C memiliki nilai transmitansi tertinggi dari pada larutan NaCl yang lain pada konsentrasi yang sama. Kesimpulan yang dapat ditarik adalah semakin rendah konsentrasi NaCl dalam larutan maka nilai transmitansinya semakin besar dan semakin tinggi suhu larutan NaCl maka nilai transmitansinya semakin besar pula. Kata kunci :konsentrasi, suhu, dan transmitansi.

Abstract

Teori Kinetik Gas merupakan salah satu materi pembelajaran fisika yang memiliki kompleksitas dalam substansi materi. Hasil analisis kebutuhan menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik mengalami kesulitan untuk memahami materi-materi yang bersifat abstrak dan mikroskopis. Model Pembelajaran Aktivitas Lapangan dan Laboratorium (MPALL) yang membuat siswa menemukan informasi dari lingkungan dan memferifikasi temuan di dalam kelas adalah salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan pendidik. Kearifan lokal yang berkaitan dengan Teori Kinetik Gas yaitu pengolahan sampah menjadi gas metana yang dilakukan oleh petugas TPA Pakusari. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengkaji pengaruh pembelajaran Teori Kinetik Gas melalui MPALL terhadap hasil belajar kognitif dan psikomotorik siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen menggunakan desain one group pretest-posttest. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah tes, observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Paired Samples T-test dengan berbantu software SPSS 24. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Pembelajaran fisika berbasis kearifan lokal melalui MPALL berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar kognitif siswa pada bahasan Teori Kinetik Gas kelas XI IPA di SMAN Pakusari. (2) Hasil belajar psikomotor siswa selama pembelajaran Teori Kinetik Gas berbasis kearifan lokal melalui MPALL telah memenuhi Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM).

Abstract

Quantum physics is one of the subjects on advanced physics. Characters of quantum physics is abstract and uses complex mathematical equations. The difficulties experienced by students in study of quantum physics related by character quantum physics and mathematical equations. Required learning model that is capable of quantum physics makes learning more effective and efficient. Learning model that was developed and implemented in the course of quantum physics is a POTS learning model that consists of four stages: preconditioning, organizing, thinking , and simulating. Development of model POTS using design 4 D (define, design, develop, desseminate). The results of the development model POTS is valid. Implementation of model POTS shows the average value of the effectiveness of the learning outcome indicators reached either category (76.85). Students' learning activities using POTS models reaching the active category (74.02 %).

Abstract

AbstractTawang Alun Terminal Jember Regency is one of the dense areas ofvehicles have potential to experience carbon monoxide gas pollution and very lowrainfall compared to the surrounding neighborhoods. This research has shown thecondition of air and carbon monoxide concentration in terminal area of TawangAlun. Monitoring used a set of sensor-based tools with an Arduino microcontroller.The results of monitoring of carbon monoxide and meteorological parameters,obtained the highest concentration of carbon monoxide occured during the day butgradually decreased in the afternoon until late in the night when the temperaturewas getting down and the air humidity increases. In contrast to the amount of windspeed that showed the linear distribution pattern as time changed. The averageresult of carbon monoxide measurements on holidays is 71,000-158,000 μg / Nm3 onweekdays of 62,000-69,000 μg /Nm3. This value showed that has exceeded theambient air quality standard limit for carbon monoxide gas is 30,000 μg / Nm3. Theamount of carbon monoxide content is influenced by the volume of vehicles with aregression rate of 82.3%..Keywords: Carbon Monoxide, meteorological parameters, the ambient air qualitystandard

Abstract

Concept mapping was a way to find the concept relation which arranged systematically in the real illustration from the relationship of the core concept to the other concepts that was owned by a particular field of study. Therefore, this research was focused on the development of teaching materials in the form of module based on concept mapping in learning physics for Senior High School. The research produced a student book. This research aimed to determine the validity of book, student understanding level and student’s response after using module based on concept mapping, using 4-D development models. The result of this research indicated that the teaching material in the form of module based on concept mapping was valid with validity 4.2 from 5 categories. Meanwhile, students understanding level of module based concept mapping obtained an average value of 82.65% with category “understand”. Regarding the third purpose of the research, the students responded the module very positive for every aspect presented on the questionnaire. In short, module based concept mapping was good and appropriate alternative to be used as a learning material. Abstract

This study focused on influence of Project Based Lerning Model with physics phenomena to physics instruction in SMA. The purposes of this research are: (1) to describe student’s activites in physics during learning process; (2) there is a significant influential on the learning outcomes of students who were given a Project Based Learning Model and are not given the Project Based Lerning Model. This research was an experimental study with posttest only control group design. The population in this research was X class and the samples were X IPA A and X IPA B class of SMA Unggulan BPPT Darus Sholah Jember. Data collection techniques were observation, test, interview, and documentation. Data analysis techniques were descriptive, percentage, and T-test using SPSS 22. The results of this research were the average of student’s learning activities was 83.3% (very active criteria); the sigfinikansi influential on the learning outcomes of student is 0,026 this used T-test SPSS 22. This research can be concluded: first, the average of student’s learning activities was in very active criteria. Secondly, there is a significant influential on the learning outcomes of students who were given a problem Project Based Lerning Model with physics phenomena and are not given the Model Project Based Lerning Model with physics phenomena. Abstract

Numbered Heads Together model with PhET simulation as media is one kind of learning model that has the same principle like inquiry which is emphasized at integrating knowledge actively between experience or prior knowledge and new knowledge by students's active role through learning process which is helped by PheT simulation as media at focusing step so students can find knowledge by them self. This research aims to review the difference of study results between students who were taught using Numbered Heads Together model with PheT simulation as media and the students who were taught using direct learning model that has usually been taught by a teacher in senior high school. The students's achievement contains cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. This design of research is an experimental research that has been done at the senior high school 1 Pakusari. Source of data was derived from the assessment by the observer and post-test. The conclusions of the research have got that Numbered Heads Together model with PheT simulation as media influenced the students's achievement in cognitive, affective, and psychomotor.

Abstract

The research has been done to know the characteristic of biodegradablecomposite material with leaf fiber Sanseviera trifascviata and bacterial cellulosematrix which has good mechanical properties so it is expected to be used as analternative to industrial raw materials. To achieve this goal the first step in thisresearch was making specimen with variation of fiber direction longitudinal andrandom. Then to know the characteristics of the material is done tensile .To determinethe biodegradability of the ingredients, the material was tested by the method of burialin the soil already available in the pot. From the research results obtained conclusionthe direction of fiber effect on the value of material strength, and modulus of materialelasticity. Material with the direction of longitudinal fiber has a value of tensilestrength and elastic modulus of 7.91 ± 1.46 and 3.70 ± 3.35 MPa, whereas in thedirection of random fiber that is 2.64 ± 0.26 and 0.90 ± 0, 86 MPa. In addition, thecomposite material that has been produced in this study is an environmentally friendlycomposite material due to biodegradable naturally.Keywords: Composites, Biodegradable, Sanseviera Trifasciata, Bakterial cellulose

Abstract

This research is classroom action research. The purpose of this research is to describe verbal and visual physics representation (VVPR) students after using quantum teaching model with student worksheet based on multiple representations on physics learning in class XI Science 1 SMAN 1 Pakusari. The design of this research is using Hopkins cycle. Methods of data collection in this research are interviews, observation, documentation, and test. Data obtained from this research are the verbal representation and visual representation. Data analysis technique is used descriptive analysis techniques. Increasing the capability of representation from each cycle using the formula normalised gain. The results of this research from the N-gain value on pre cycle to cycle III for verbal representation is 0.82 in high category and visual representation is 0,82 in the high category. The conclusion of this research is there is an increase of verbal representation and visual representation ability students after using Quantum Teaching model with student worksheet based on multiple representations on physics learning in class XI Science 1 SMAN 1 Pakusari
