Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan media pembelajaran berupa pengembangan E-Modul pada kegiatan LKMM-TM. Kegiatan LKMM-TM adalah salah satu kegiatan yang diselenggarakan perguruan tinggi yang memberikan pengetahuan dan pelatihan soft skill kepada mahasiswa. Kegiatan LKMM-TM ini juga menjadi salah satu program rutin yang digagas dan dilaksanakan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset dan Teknologi (Kemendikbudristek). Pengembangan e-modul LKMM-TM ini dilengkapi beberapa fitur fitur menarik sehingga memudahkan peserta untuk belajar mandiri dan menyeangkan Penelitian pada pengembangan LKMM-TM ini menggunakan metode ADDIE (Analize, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Penelitian ini juga telah melakukan serangkaian uji diantaranya: (1) uji kelayakan produk oleh para ahli, (2) uji rekan keefektifan oleh rekan sejawat, (3) uji kepraktisan menggunakan kelas kecil dan kelas besar untuk mengukur kepraktisan dan manfaat bagi produk. Berdasarkan uji validasi para ahli, uji coba rekan sejawat, dan ujicoba kelas kecil dan besar, maka produk pengembangan e-modul pada kegiatan LKMM-TM ini dinyatakan sangat layak untuk membantu pembelajaran.

Abstract

Ferns (Pteridophyta) are one of the materials that must be studied by biology and biology education students. However, based on previous research, many students still have difficulty recognizing or identifying ferns. This condition is caused by learning which is still carried out conventionally, relying on textbooks with minimal pictures or photos and is not in accordance with the characteristics or learning styles of current Generation Z students. Therefore, the aim of this research is to analyze the effectiveness and attractiveness of the Pteridophyta Smart Card as a learning medium to improve learning outcomes. This type of research is quantitative research using a One-Group Pretest-Posttest design with the research subjects being 20 4th semester students of the biology education study program who were selected using purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out using pretest and posttest, questionnaires and observations. The data was analyzed using an effectiveness test which was analyzed using the gain score formula, and an attractiveness test which was analyzed using a user validation calculation formula. The results of this research reveal that the Pteridophyta Smart Card media is effectively used as a learning medium for students with an attractiveness level of up to 91.25%, which means it can be concluded that the Pteridophyta Smart Card media is very attractive for students because it suits the characteristics or learning styles of Generation Z students. , so that it can improve students' learning outcomes. This research provides theoretical and practical implications in terms of improving students' learning outcomes using Pteridophyta Smart Card media.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) To determine the effect of learning outcomes between the use of audio-visual media and multimedia multimedia in the subject of knowledge of textile materials. (2) To determine the effect of learning motivation with the use of audio-visual media and Multimedia in the subject of knowledge of textile materials. (3) To determine the effect of interaction on learning outcomes between the use of audio-visual media and Multimedia and learning motivation in the subject of knowledge of textile materials. This study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design. The data collection method for the independent variable uses a questionnaire, while for the learning outcome variable it uses a test or exam score document. To test the validity and reliability of the instrument, the Crunbach alpha formula was used. Meanwhile, to test the hypothesis using a statistical test using a two-way ANOVA with the help of SPSS. Based on the list of instrument tests, hypothesis tests and analytical tests, the instruments and data of this study have met the required statistical test requirements. The results of this study indicate that (1) the application of learning media using multimedia media has a better effect than using audio-visual media. (2) The application of learning media using multimedia media has an influence on learning motivation. (3) The interaction between the use of multimedia media in learning and learning motivation has a significant impact on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Perencanaan sangat efektif dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran serta evaluasi hasil belajar yang mengarah pada peserta didik. Faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan penilaian belajar antara lain: 1. Asesmen merupakan mengumpulkan informasi yang diperoleh dari siswa melalui melakukan kegiatan menjelaskan atau menganalisis tugas yang diberikan guru, 2. Evaluasi merupakan kegiatan untuk mengukur efektivitas kegiatan pembelajaran untuk menentukan keberhasilan pembelajaran. Hasil dari analisis kami mengatakan bahwa kemajuan dan ketercapaian setiap kegiatan pembelajaran tergantung perencanaan apa saja yang telah disiapkan. Tujuannya dapat memahami tentang cara merancang suatu perencanaan pembelajaran agar rumusan tujuan yang telah ditetapkan tercapai, dengan mengutamakan pada pemilihan metode, strategi, model hingga media pembelajaran yang akan digunakan, dimana disesuaikan dengan kondisi lingkungan dan karakter peserta didik.

Abstract

Segmentasi pasar jasa pendidikan merupakan salah satu pogram yang dilakukan oleh berbagai institusi pendidikan guna mengupayakan dalam meningkatkan pelanggan (peserta didik), di tengah banyaknya persaingan. Pemasaran atau promosi adalah hal dalam kategori yang tidak dapat dipisahkan pada organisasi begutupun dalam dunia pendidikan. Jadi, pihak sekolah harus menentukan pengaturan dan strategi pemasaran yang luar biasa untuk mencapai keberhasilan visi dan misi lembaga pendidikan tersebut. Topik ini dipandang mampu mempengaruhi, karena proses pemasaran jasa pendidikan juga mendukung serta mengajak sekolah dalam berkomunikasi dengan pelanggan dan meyakinkan dengan cara menawarkan produk atau jasa yang ada di lembaga pendidikan (Sekolah). Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah kajian pustaka dengan menggunakan kajian literatur dan menginventarisasi literatur–literatur yang memiliki kesamaan data yang dibutuhkan.

Abstract

Guru dituntut dalam belajar mengajar, harus menguasai beberapa komponen yang sangat penting yaitu Penelitian dan Publikasi karya Ilmiah di Open Journal System (OJS). Untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut guru harus dibekali dengan kemampuan membuat Penelitian dan Publikasi karya Ilmiah di Open Journal System (OJS). Sebagian besar guru SMPN 7 Kelurahan Perak Barat, Kecamatan Krembangan Kota Surabaya merasa kesulitan dalam membuat dan memanfaatkan Penelitian dan Publikasi karya Ilmiah di Open Journal System (OJS). PKM ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui membuat Penelitian atau karya Ilmiah yang baik dan benar, (2) mengetahui cara Publikasi karya Ilmiah di Open Journal System (OJS),(3) mengetahui jenis-jenis Publikasi karya Ilmiah di Open Journal System (OJS) yang bereputasi nasional dan international, dan (4) mengetahui Aplikasi Sinta untuk Publikasi karya Ilmiah di Open Journal System (OJS). Mitra PKM ini adalah guru-guru di SMPN 7 Kelurahan Perak Barat, Kecamatan Krembangan Kota Surabaya. Pengaplikasian kegiatan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat (PPM) dilaksanakan secara luring dan daring. Kegiatan pengabdian secara keseluruhan dapat dinilai cukup baik, dilihat dari keberhasilan target jumlah peserta pelatihan dinilai cukup baik, ketercapaian tujuan pelatihan dinilai baik, ketercapaian target materi yang telah direncanakan dinilai baik, dan kemampuan peserta dalam penguasaan materi dinilai baik.

Abstract

Guru untuk terus mengembangkan kompetensinya dalam bidang penelitian. Untuk mendukung pengembangan profesi dan literasi digital guru, salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah melalui Workshop Pemanfaatan Aplikasi Mendeley Bagi Guru SMAN 6 Surabaya yang dapat membantu guru dalam penulisan karya tulis ilmiah. Dalam kegiatan ini, tim PPM mengadakan Workshop Pemanfaatan Aplikasi Mendeley Dalam Kegiatan Penelitian Bagi Guru SMAN 6 Surabaya secara luring. Pelaksanaan pelatihan dibagi menjadi dua sesi, yaitu presentasi dan praktik. Pada sesi presentasi, Pemateri menyampaikan manfaat dan pentingnya aplikasi Mendeley. Kemudian, pada sesi praktik, tim PPM memperagakan dan mendampingi para guru untuk menggunakan aplikasi Mendeley. Hasilnya, guru-guru berhasil mencoba menyusun daftar pustaka menggunakan Mendeley untuk meningkatkan kualitas karya tulis ilmiahnya.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to produce a product in the form of learning media to increase understanding and make it easier for students to play the keyboard and improve the overall quality of music learning at the school. This research uses a development method in the form of learning products, researchers use the Dick and Carey model development. This research was carried out at SMAN 3 Surabaya in class X. This is development research (Dick and Carey). The research objects were 18 students in class X-1. The product of this research is Cardboard Paper Learning Media with Keyboard Keys, with a percentage of feasibility Validation by Content Experts: The media is assessed as 100% appropriate based on 25 validation indicators which include aspects of introduction, content presentation, learning and evaluation. Design Expert: Media is assessed as 100% appropriate based on 18 validation indicators in aspects of appearance, suitability, content presentation, illustrations and media evaluation. Media Expert: Media is assessed as 100% appropriate based on 16 validation indicators related to media display, use and utilization. Trial on a large group of 18 students: The average indicator feasibility reached 99.12%, which proves the effectiveness of media in learning. The results of the researcher's findings are cardboard paper products with images of keyboard keys for learning. This product has high appeal, is easy to use, and really helps students in learning keyboard musical instruments, without the need to have an expensive physical keyboard. This media allows learning to be more interactive and fun.

Abstract

Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) is an integral part of the education curriculum to advance students' physical and mental health. However, many students have not achieved maximum results in the Physical Education learning process. Interest and level of learning motivation have an important role in determining learning outcomes. This research aims to determine the influence of students' interest and learning motivation on PJOK learning outcomes at the elementary school level. The research method used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all students of Bethel Christian Elementary School Surabaya. The sample was obtained using purposive sampling technique of 29 students from grade 2 of Bethel Christian Elementary School Surabaya Data collection was carried out by administering questionnaires and tests. Data analysis was conducted using the SPSS program consisting of data analysis requirements tests and hypothesis tests. Hypothesis testing uses the liener regression test. The research results show that there is a linear relationship between students' learning interest and learning motivation and PJOK learning outcomes. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between students' interest and learning motivation on PJOK learning outcomes at Bethel Christian Elementary School, Surabaya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of classical and non-classical guidance services and learning motivation on student achievement at SMP Negeri 4 Nabire. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with an experimental design. The instruments used to collect data are a learning motivation questionnaire and a student achievement test. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to students and administering a learning achievement test after the implementation of guidance services. The data obtained were then analyzed using the SPSS 27 program with a two-way ANOVA analysis technique. The results showed that the guidance service method, both classical and non-classical, had a significant effect on student achievement, with a very high F value (165.743) and a very low p-value (0.000). In addition, learning motivation was also found to have a significant effect on student achievement, with an F value of 99.719 and a p-value of 0.000. These findings indicate that learning motivation is a key factor in student academic achievement. The study also found a significant effect of the interaction between guidance methods and learning motivation on student achievement. Students with high learning motivation benefit more from classical tutoring methods, while students with lower motivation benefit more from more flexible non-classical tutoring methods. Based on these results, it is recommended that schools introduce and implement tutoring methods that are appropriate to students' characteristics and learning motivation, in order to improve their academic achievement. A more personalized approach in tutoring services and efforts to improve students' learning motivation will have a positive impact on academic achievement.
