Abstract

This study was conducted due to the large number of nurses who resigned in the 2024 period, which illustrates the low retention of nurses. The purpose of this study is to empirically prove the influence of support systems and self-efficacy on turnover intention. The research design used a cross sectional study, with a sample technique using purposive sampling which included 48 nurses in the inpatient unit as samples. The results of the analysis concluded that simultaneously and partially supervise and leadership style had an effect on the quality of nursing services. The implication of this study is the importance of education and training for room heads related to supervise techniques and also leadership management, according to the implications of the Neuman System which emphasizes the importance of considering all dimensions of human life holistically to provide comprehensive and meaningful nursing care.

Abstract

This study is acknowledged because of the achievement of patient satisfaction that has not reached 100% of the 2024 range, and it is predicted that this is due to several patient safety incidents which are a form of poor service. The purpose of this research is expected to be the basis for a more holistic nursing innovation oriented towards the recovery of patients' life functions. The study used Quasi Experimental with a Pretest-Posttest Control Group design. The population is inpatients suffering from Typhoid Typhoid Fever. The sample technique used Purposive Sampling, and the sample calculation used the Lameshouw formula so that a sample of 44 patients was obtained which was divided into intervention groups and control groups. The results showed that there was a very significant difference between patient self-care before and after the Orem Model-based ALFON intervention. The application of ALFON based on the Orem Model was significantly more effective in improving the functional status of Typhoid Fever patients compared to nursing care methods. The most dominant factor influencing the success of the implementation of ALFON is the competence of nurses. ALFON based on the Orem Model is very effective in improving the independence and functional status of Typhoid Fever patients. Programs to improve nurse competencies and strengthen the work environment need to be priorities to support the successful implementation of this nursing model-based intervention.

Abstract

Rumah sakit sebagai pilar utama pelayanan kesehatan membutuhkan asuhan keperawatan yang berkualitas, namun berbagai penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja perawat di Indonesia masih rendah dan berdampak pada mutu layanan serta kepuasan pasien. Rendahnya kinerja ini dipengaruhi oleh kurangnya pelatihan, komunikasi yang tidak efektif, motivasi rendah, beban kerja tinggi, serta ketidakpuasan terhadap kompensasi. Coaching dipandang sebagai pendekatan strategis untuk meningkatkan kemampuan, motivasi, dan interaksi perawat, sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja perawat dan berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kepuasan pasien dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh coaching terhadap kinerja perawat dan kepuasan pelayanan pasien di rawat jalan Rumah Sakit “X”. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan quasy eksperiment dengan desain pretest-posttest one group without control design. Penelitian di lakukan di Rumah Sakit “X” dengan populasi seluruh perawat di rawat jalan sejumlah 113. Teknik sampling penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 97 responden. Instrumen penelitian ini berupa materi bimbingan/pelatihan dan kuesioner. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh coaching terhadap kinerja perawat dan kepuasan pelayanan pasien di rawat jalan Rumah Sakit X menggunakan uji paired T Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata responden berusia <40 tahun sebanyak 80 orang (82,5%), pendidikan rata-rata responden yaitu Ners sebanyak 63 orang (65%), dan rata-rata responden berjenis kelamin perempuan sebanyak 94 orang (69,9%). Kinerja perawat sebelum coaching dalam kategori baik sebanyak 36 (37,1%), kurang baik 61 sebanyak (63,9%) sedang kinerja perawat sesudah coaching dalam kategori baik 89 (92,7%) dan kurang baik sebanyak 7 (7,3%). Kepuasan pelayanan sebelum Coaching dalam kategori baik 41 (42,3%) dan kurang baik sebanyak 56 (57,7%), sedangkan kepuasan pelayanan sesudah Coaching dalam kategori baik 83 (85,6%) dan kurang baik 13 (14,5%). Hasil uji analisis Paired T Test menunjukkan p Value sebesar 0,000 < nilai signifikansi yaitu 0,05 yang artinya pemberian Coaching terhadap perawat berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat dan kepuasan layanan terhadap pasien di Rawat Jalan Rumah Sakit X.
