Abstract

The study aimed to analyze the functional groups of scale collagen from farmed snakehead fish and wild sources. Scale collagen from farmed snakehead fish was higher than the wild sources (18.82 > 14.27%) with the protein content of both successively (60.24 > 59.78%). The functional groups in scale collagen from farmed snakehead fish were Amide A (3668,77 cm-1), Amide B (2920,35 cm-1) Amide I (2302,14 cm-1), Amide II (1446,67 cm-1), and Amide III (1245,10 cm-1). Meanwhile, scale collagen from wild sources snakehead fish has an Amide A group (3853.94 cm-1), Amide B (2905.89 cm-1), and Amide I (1869.10 cm-1) Amide II (1457.28 cm-1), Amide III (1243.18 cm-1). Scale Collagen from farmed snakehead fish and wild sources is classified as type 1 collagen

Abstract

Penegakan hukum di Indonesia tengah mengalami pergeseran dari pendekatan retributif menuju keadilan restoratif. Restorative justice menjadi alternatif penyelesaian perkara pidana yang menitikberatkan pada pemulihan hubungan antara pelaku, korban, dan masyarakat. Kejaksaan Negeri Tangerang merupakan salah satu lembaga yang menerapkan pendekatan ini melalui Peraturan Jaksa Agung RI Nomor 15 Tahun 2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis regulasi hukum restorative justice, mengidentifikasi faktor yang memengaruhi implementasinya, serta mengevaluasi hambatan dan strategi penyelesaiannya di Kejaksaan Negeri Tangerang periode 2023–2024. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil awal menunjukkan kendala dalam pemahaman aparatur hukum, budaya masyarakat yang belum adaptif, serta koordinasi antarlembaga yang belum optimal. Temuan ini diharapkan memberi kontribusi teoritis dan praktis bagi pengembangan penegakan hukum yang lebih humanis dan responsif.

Abstract

Electronically Integrated Business Licensing Services or Online Single Submission - Risk Based Management (OSS - RBA) which is a one-door investment licensing portal and is said to provide business convenience for all parties, including Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), as stipulated in Government Regulation Number 5 of 2021 Concerning Risk-Based Business Licensing, which system was developed by the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM). This study aims to elaborate on the roles and responsibilities of Notaries regarding the implementation of location permits for business actors with legal status in Indonesia, especially for Housing and Industrial businesses and to identify inhibiting factors and supporting factors for Notaries in carrying out their roles. The approach method in this study is a sociological juridical legal research method that studies the influence of society on empirical law and juridical where researchers carry out field studies by conducting interviews with informants. The specification of this research uses descriptive analysis. The type of data used in this study is primary data which includes the 1945 Law, Act No. 30 of 2004 in conjunction with Act No. 2 of 2014 concerning the Office of a Notary, Act No. 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies, and Government Regulations Number 5 of 2021 concerning Risk-Based Business Licensing. The results of this study indicate that notaries are greatly assisted by the OSS RBA system, but there are still several obstacles both systemically, technically, in the field, and from human resources.Keywords: Location; Online; Permit; Submission.
